Two guys came out for minor repairs to toilets then line had to be opened every task they added more to cost which came to over $400. One guy was not happy with his coworker. I didn't call them back because didn't want them to return. One toilet still does not flush/work properly.

TOOK yesterday off and waited all day and no one called or showed up.

we operate a busy restaurant in Florida. We used Roto router to clear a clogged drain line that had filled with grease. They were very responsive and quick to resolve. The problem will definitely use them again in the future.

Great company, great service, and quality work

Very poor service. Took over a few weeks just to get them to call me. Then once they got here they started charging me when the plumber was out in the truck drinking coffee. I did the $79 deal on Angies list for an hour work but they said (but did not prove) the deal was to charge 15min before and after to hand write the bill. On the phone they said the job would only cost the $79. So it was $79 for 1/2 hour work. Then when the plumber broke a part he charged to fix it. When I asked the plumber to show me where the extra charge was written down he refused and was very nasty about it. He also said it would was my time to call the plumbing company. I will never use them again and let everyone I know not to use them.

I had called two plumbers one took me for my money. I giggled plumbers near me. I prayed to get a good plumbing company Sunshine State came up. I called they came when they said on time professional, clean and a good price. I will always use them as long as they keep up their awesome service. I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service. He fixed pipes behind my shower tub surround without tearing the wall apart. I can’t even see where he went behind the wall. I have used Hall and Sons Plumbing several times now.1. They answer when you call ( you would be surprised how many times you get a voicemail with no response from other places)2. Service is scheduled quickly and when they say there going to be there between 8-830. They will be there between 8-830. No huge 1/2 day wait windows then get a no show.3. The guys that respond have always been courteous, work fast, and give you real answers. They don’t try to up sell you.So in my mind there is no better option. Som of these other company’s have gotten to big for there pants especially with all the new construction and for got about just everyday people. The owner is prior service and it shows with the attention to details that go into his company.It has been a real pleasure doing business with Hall and Sons and will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.So if you ask me if I recommend themYes 100%
