Getting ready to move in one week (after five years), the Master GFCI decided not to reset! Plugged in to this outlet was our stand-up freezer and extra refrigerator, and affecting ALL the other GFCI's through out the house. Not one to believe too many 'testimonials', I read reviews from a number of electric repair businesses. I thought I would jump and give David Gray a chance. Long story sort: Judy the Office Manager, kind & concerned, told us between 11 - 5 someone will be there. An hour later two young gentlemen, Chris and Nathan, came to our home to tackle our emergency. Professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned about the problem, both men proceeded to rectify the emergency. With their efforts and common sense suggestions, with NO pushy salesmanship, this was definitely a positive experience. I would most certainly recommend this company for any electrical task. If you're lucky, you'll get Chris or Nathan!

Corroded deposits heavily built up on hot water hose connection. Plumbers repaired the buildup & replaced worn hoses and structures.

Kyle military came to a busted water main and did the repair for a roofing job I am overseeing. He was very professional and did a fantastic job with a level of quality and workmanship that impressed me! I would recommend especially kyle! Anyone would be lucky to have them as his plumber.

Exactly what you want in a plumber. Straight forward approach with no games. BEST PRICE BY FAR.....! Forget the big names here in Jacksonville/St.Johns, those guys are con-artist.

Called the night before I was so worried about the leak and the next morning they were their at 0900 with a comforting arrival very polite and assuring. The job was completed successfully and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable reasonable and excellent plumber.

I have used terry Vereen plumbing numerous times over the last few years had great experience working as autonations facilities manager coming to our dealer ships fixing our problems last night had a problem at my home called last night got a call this morning around 930 when I called more than 12 hours before haven’t been able to shower not use my sink and emergency then talked to a tec I wanted to check my schedule then said ok when will you be in my area he replied 12 at 1 no show I text him he said I had no reply so maybe my fault but if you continues to want business maybe my question wasn’t direct I have met the owner of this company and he’s good maybe more of management system on the emergency days should be applied sorry for this review good luck to you

John Sweat and his capable crew had to replace old damaged cast iron main drain and washer discharge drain with PVC they also had to repair work that was previously done wrong by other contractors. The have prove that they will be our first call for future work on our facilities. Commercial and Residential.

James and Trey could not have been better representatives for their company; they came in and quickly evaluated my drainage issue and provided a quote for repair right on the spot! Very polite and professional. They scheduled my service to occur for the following day. This is the go to plumber if you want quick response and professional service.

D.W.V. Plumbing was great! Very affordable and competitively priced! They were also very polite and had no problem with wearing the booties to prevent tracking up my floors. They performed a tub/shower valve replacement for my master bath and everything both works and looks great! They even have a 90 day labor and parts (if supplied by them) warranty. I will be using them again if I ever need anything done. Thanks David!

Worst customer service. Quoted an hourly price then charged me for more time than it took to do job. Also said it was because 2 man job and had to go on roof but never explained there would be extra cost involved. I had to call back 3 times and 3 weeks later I finally receive ANOTHER explanation that they had GPS in truck and accounted for the time. Funny my wife texted me when the 2 workers got here and when they left. My wife messaged me again with bill cost and I immediately called them which was also logged on my phone. So, over charged, over burdened with phone calls to them and lied to 3 times. What a shameful Co. I'm a local too down the street. Never again will I do business with your shady company. If I could give NO STARS I would!

Aldridge and Sons plumbing installed a water heater in my house this week. The old one had 2 months remaining on the warranty and they worked with the manufacturer to have them pay for the replacement heater. I had a new water heater installed within 2 days. Chris in the office and The guy that did the installation were both fantastic. The company exceeded my expectations on this transaction and I will not hesitate to call them next time I need a plumber.

Is a company full of very awesome guys that work hard every day to keep our water flowing free and clear of debris and blockage.

Woody was the best he found out what the problem was with our system and got to doing what he does best and if it weren't for him we would have never found out what the problem was now our system works great he even gave us a great advice.
