Today I had my annual Generac home generator system maintenance provided by American Electric. Ed R. was the technician who worked on my system. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. Everything went smoothly, from his calls prior to arrival through the final checkout. I highly recommend American Electric and Ed.

Advance Electric was fantastic through the entire process from the estimate to completion. I give 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for their professionalism, expertise and honesty. I’m having a pool installed and needed electric run from my inside panel to the pool panel. I had 4 different companies come out for an estimate, 2 quoted me extremely high for the work I needed done. Brice came out to take a look at what I needed, he sent me the proposal shortly after, it was just the right price and very reasonable for what I needed done.

Additionally, I was very impressed with how quickly the work was scheduled and completed, (within 2 weeks from the estimate) all the other companies couldn’t guarantee a timeframe of when they’d be able to start and complete the work. Communication through the entire process was outstanding and their team of electricians where all about business and getting the job done right; I highly recommend their business! After receiving a no call, no show from David Gray Electric, I called Bolt Electric on Tuesday May 31st. Heather was the sales rep and she was knowledgeable, personable, and very thorough in the questions she had for what I wanted done. She scheduled Lucas to come look at my house the very next day on June 1st. Not only did he arrive earlier than estimated to my house, he informed me of something that the inspector missed when I purchased this house back in February, which could have literally burned my house down. I went home to check it out and lo and behold he was absolutely right, my electrical panel was discolored from heat damage. The price I was quoted for a new electrical panel alongside repairing a short in a circuit in my house was more than fair, and they sent Mark to my house June 2nd to perform the breaker box change. Then Alex come to fix the short, and his work was superb, he left absolutely no trace that he was even there because he was so clean. In addition, they took care of the permit, which is something many companies will jack the price up on and overcharge their client for. I would absolutely, 100 percent recommend this company to anyone.  From the customer service rep, down to the work performed A+.

Skip passed this company. Unable to complete the job in the contracted time frame. Left my house with incomplete work and then asked for more money.

I contracted them to do 8 specific jobs over a two day period , they did not finish even one of the 8 jobs in two days. At this point I had paid for 25 percent of the job and they tried to hit me up for more money.

The young man who fixed plugs and switches was very nice, friendly and professional. He located the problems and quickly foxed them. I also used your company a few years age to rewire a room. The price in both cases was fair and professional. I have recommended NH Electric to a friend and will continue to use and recommend.

Paul is a great and honest guy and very reasonably priced. He knows what he is doing and can navigate any challenge that comes up with electrical work very well. Just ask all of the major investors in Jacksonville Florida and surrounding areas and they will say the same.

Hired Dependent Electric at the recommendation of my local irrigation installer. I needed an additional outlet in my garage, and an external outlet ran to the far side of my home for a new irrigation pump. They came out and gave me a great quote, asked all the right questions and were clearly knowledgeable about what they do. On install day, were here on time, happy to work (even in incredible heat) and finished the job with everything working as it should. Price was fair (I'm not hiring the cheapest electrician, that's rolling the dice). They also arranged for the inspector to come by, and filed the paperwork! Would HIGHLY recommend and would call them again without a second thought. Thank you!

My husband had them come out for an estimate over two weeks ago, which they did. They said they’d follow up and provide the estimate. Nothing. We followed up and no response. We decided to take our business elsewhere.
