We are remodelers and have been using Terry Vereen Plumbing and Scott Wolf (estimator/project manager) for close to 5 years now. They have always been very fair on pricing, depenbable on scheduling and an absolute pleasure to work with, in general. If we have a small issue, they tackle it like a linebacker and they never look back. Simple, easy going and affordable. What else could you ask for??

Had to have the whole house re piped, since the previous owner (a landlord, surprise) used the lowest possible bidder. The plumbers sent out by this company were phenomenal. Zachary, the plumber, explained what was wrong in depth, and patiently answered all of my questions, as I am barely familiar with the subject. They also fixed the drain on the bathroom sink while they were here, it's so nice to have that working. I will definitely be giving them a call the next time I need plumbing work done!

Scheduled an appointment. They did not show and never called. Had to call them as to why they were a no show and received lame excuse and rescheduled with no apology. At that point cancelled the service call and went with a more reliable company that was less expensive also. Would have given zero star but system won't post that way.

Excellent company! They arrived on time, fixed the issue quickly, and for a great price. Jared, the technician, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was even great with our dogs and children. Extremely pleased.

Excellent southern hospitality by Woody! A plumbing PRO. Took the time to explain my issue and took care of it expeditiously. Great customer service. He even took his shoes off before entering my home. The respect he showed as a service provider was bar-none.

I waited 4 hrs for my appt and nobody showed or called, when I called them they said they were on service call they’d be a few more hours. They said they’d call me back with ETA but they never did. I called them again asking what’s going on and where is the tech. I said I’m waiting 6hrs now and I had an appt. The office girl Naida was rude and hung up on me twice. I would never recommend them.

The gentlemen who came out were very proffesional., and polite.
They got right to work and answered any questions I had.
They did a very thorough job and cleaned up well afterwards.
I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

I recently moved to Ponte Vedra Beach and spoke to several companies about putting in a water softener. I had used a different company for several decades but decided it was time for a change.Steve came out and explained the differences between his company and the others, explained at length about the mechanics of the machines and the process of water softening. I asked LOTS of questions and he patiently answered them all.He installed the appropriate softener, after assuring me that I did NOT need the upgrade (what company every does THAT?). He did the work immediately, has returned several times to check on the equipment and has always been happy to answer all of my questions.I have the utmost confidence in Steve!

Clay County Plumbing: I cannot say enough good stuff about this company. They lined my cast iron pipes. Showed up with a crew of 10 guys. Polite, hard workers, and super clean.I just had them go out to another property where I did not have hot water, it was something extremely minor. They came in and took care of everything within minutes and charged me minimal because it was so minor.Best plumbers in jacksonville. I would never use anyone else.

Very rude on the phone. I asked if they were open (it was 5:00 on a Friday afternoon) and the man said “we aren’t taking any more calls today” so I asked about the next day. His very uncaring sounding response was “well yes we are taking calls tmro”. I said “you don’t sound very excited about it” and he immediately said “mam, if you’re going to be rude about it” and hung up.I’m old and have a lot of issues (as most people do now days)….I can’t tolerate rude, especially when I will be the one paying THEM.Would never use!FOLLOW UP:Sir, in response to your very incorrect reply…..a “dispatcher” did not answer the phone. It most likely was you, the Owner. I was not “arrogant” but because of the disgust sound in your voice, I said “you don’t seem very excited about it” in response to you saying “we will be open tomorrow”.You, sir, with all due respect, are very rude. I expected, at the very least, some professionalism, even though it’s the end of the day and I realize you may be tired.We all are. There’s a saying, “Until you’ve walked in my shoes, don’t tell me how to tie my laces.” Practice it and others will afford you the same courtesy.Thankfully, the next person that I spoke with was very courteous and helpful.
