Bad service.. got them for replacing the value for my refrigerator. One guy named in it wanted to get cut the wall to put in a new one without even asking for permission. One guy in it was good and somehow fixed it.. Stay away.. there are many Available

We were lucky to get Mike, master plumber, and James, his partner, to fix a problem with our clawfoot that had been dragging on for 2 years. Mike made it easy and put together the right assembly for us. James worked from under the house to make sure the connections were right and tight. They even replaced the weak screw on our access. Mike had to make a trip back to get the part we wanted and was fast. Melinda and Tabitha in customer service are both professional and helpful. They were able to get to us fast despite heavy demand. These guys are what you want. Thank you for a positive experience. Highly recommend.

Wow! Can’t say enough good things about the service received today. AJ & Matt were awesome, very helpful, and great sense of humor too. Never know what will happen when there is a problem with the septic system especially when the alarm is going off. Turned out it was minor electrical short they explained what happened and what to be on the lookout for and told us that it fell under their free estimate. I’ve definitely found the company I will call for any future repairs or service. So glad I called Duck Duck Rooter!

We found a leak during a renovation. They were quick to determine the cause and a solution. They quoted me for the repair and scheduled for the following week. They were on time and thorough. They had to do some minor additional work. But even with some uninterrupted changes in personnel, they were able to finish on time and on budget. The foot print itself was also minor compared with the work they had to do. They were very professional and friendly. I will absolutely use these guys again.

John Sweat and his capable crew had to replace old damaged cast iron main drain and washer discharge drain with PVC they also had to repair work that was previously done wrong by other contractors. The have prove that they will be our first call for future work on our facilities. Commercial and Residential.

Miguel, was professional, pleasant, he wore a mask and paper booties before entering my home. Miguel diagnosis the problem, explain the issues and answered all my questions and concerns. The problem was the faucet. Overall, service was great. However I do feel the price charged for the replacement of a faucet I had purchased was too much. Otherwise no complaints. Thank you Miguel.4 stars only because of pricing.

Same day service. Friendly communications from office. Plumber arrived the time given. Work was done in reasonable amount of time. Area very clean after complete. Couldn't of asked for better service from beginning to end.

Find a different company! Unfortunately our experience with Eagerton Plumbing was negative. Our plumber didn't bring the correct tools (which extended job time), broke a pipe (which extended job time), and then our permit was delayed! We understand things do not always go the way planned – however this is unacceptable! Disappointed customer
