We have had work done by Lettow Plumbing & Restoration at both ours and our daughters house. They are quick to respond, communicate well, and have excellent customer service. I recently had a clogged drain fixed by DWV plumbing. Gene was very professional and his communication was excellent. Best. Plumbing. Service. Ever. Seriously. I submitted an Angie's List request for a quote on Sunday evening. They called me right at 8am (or slightly before) Monday morning. Had a flexible slot at 10am immediately. I took it. They showed up 15 min. early (!!) and did superior work -- narrating what needed to be done step by step. Proactive communications. High quality and reasonable price. Can't go wrong with working with this company. Top notch and benchmark service.

Had a sewage grinder pump and basin installed when switching over from a septic tank to the County sewer line. They had a few delays due to the weather, but they made sure it was done right. Great people to deal with, and very trustworthy. I am very pleased with the work they did, and I highly recommend them!Used them once again, 2 years after my previous review. Called them due to a clogged drain, and once again, they did a fantastic job! Spoke with Jenna and she said that the earliest appointment was the next day, but she called me back in a few hours to let me know there was a truck on its way. Dalton and Caleb showed up right on time, and got the job done. This is a great company to do business with, and I could not be more pleased.
