DWV Plumbing is awesome! I noticed my shower leaking last night. Rushed to find a plumber. Called them this morning and they thankfully were able to come out in just a couple of hours. They were fast and professional! Luckily it was just the shower arm. They had the part with them and replaced it quickly. Will use them again for any plumbing needs! I contacted Steven's Plumbing last week after reading the reviews. Steven called me back within one day and agreed to work me into his busy schedule over the next week or two. Steven took the time to explain in detail what possible outside faucet replacements that I could use. I found him to be very honest and patient during the repair job.

This company was assigned through my home warranty. To be honest, I was a little worried because of the mixed reviews. I put in the service request over the weekend. A representative called me first thing Monday morning to schedule the appointment. The appointment was followed up with text and email confirmation. The appointment was scheduled for Wednesday. This company is located in Jacksonville and I live in Tallahassee, so that’s understandable. I think the plumber was Brian. The plumber called 30 min before arriving and arrived at 8am (very prompt). He was cordial and professional. He wore a mask at my request. He identified the problem, explained it and resolved the issue. I’m actually very pleased with his promptness, enthusiasm and professionalism.
