Update to your reply 6/26/21:You should not be passing the message on so your managers know and never do anything as this seems to be a common complaint with your company, you should be reaching out to me to correct the situation and thus get this on star review upgraded. Based on your one star reviews though, I highly doubt you guys fix these situations. Your mark up was 100 percent almost and labor 400 an hour after you flat rate break down, just robbery. Correct the issue.Initial Review:Why the one star rating...well after 4 seconds of looking at my water heater it was you got to replace it. Sure it's 14 years old I can see that.What's not amazing is Marking up the same water heater I could have bought at Home Depot for $500 just like they did with a discount as they are a contractor to 930 dollars. Complete rip off considering their flat rate fee not hourly fee was almost $800 labor for 2 hours maybe of actual work. So if they charged hourly their rates would be about $400 dollars an hour. Highly recommend you find a more transparent company. I would not tell anyone to use this company. Oh but they did give me $75 off for a coupon I showed them. Water heater replacement ran 1625 after coupon.I would also like to state I know how to do construction just don't have the time anymore with a infant and toddler. So this was just plain robbery nothing less.

In 2014, I had a slab leak under my kitchen tile. I was advised that re-pipe would be more cost effective than tearing up and replacing the tile to find and repair the leak. I called Rolland Reash plumbing, and the owner himself came out, met me, and gave me his professional and reasonable estimate. Out of the 2 or 3 estimates that I got, I chose him and his company to be my plumbers, and I'm so glad that I did. The repair was handled promptly and expertly. He even sent his son to handle the minor carpentry and painting part of the job that usually isn't handled by plumbers, for a small, nominal extra fee. Since then, I have had a slow drain, and a problem with a kitchen faucet needing to be installed by a licensed plumber, and their level of service consistently blows me away. They have come to my rescue at least 3 times now; like knights in shining armor. According to my experience with this company, there is absolutely no need to ever call anyone else. There is no comparison to their low and reasonable prices, and their above and beyond level of customer service places them beyond compare, which has made them my go to plumbers for life!

Called the night before I was so worried about the leak and the next morning they were their at 0900 with a comforting arrival very polite and assuring. The job was completed successfully and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable reasonable and excellent plumber.

Issue with water backing up in bathtub and water coming out the bottom of both toilets downstairs when the washer machine was running. We call this company on November 22 2022 paid $245.00, things seem to be working fine until January 13, 2023, we called again and was told someone would come out around 8:00 pm but never received a call or text, technician was a no show. I called again the next day and a tech finally came out around 3:00 pm, another $245.00. We thought the issue was resolved again until January 18, 2023, same issue occured. I called again and spoke with a rep and was advised she will consult with the technician and give me a call back in a few. I never received a call back so I called around 12:00 and again at 3:00, I spoke with a front desk rep, per our conversation I believed there would be no charge for the service since it was the same service and the technician was to my home less than a week ago. Technician showed up around 5:00, looked in the drain and said yes it is backed up again and that will be another $245.00, we declined service. It is clear to me that they do not do everything possible to make sure you do not have the same issue again in the near future. Each time they just pushed whatever was clogging the drain for a temporary fix instead of clearing it out of the drain. Each time the technicians were there less than 30 minutes and talked more than they worked. I will deal with my home warranty company in the future to avoid the costly mistakes due to human error.Update: We called another plumbing company on Jan 20th. This technician was very knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of information. He unclogged our drain and advised us the issue maybe beyond the tap and insisted we stop calling plumbing companies and contact JEA. We called JEA the next day and they came out same day. The issue is on JEA side and we will be getting a refund for all plumbing expenses and any blockage until they make the necessary repairs will be on them. Not sure why Terry Vereen technician did not provide us with information like this but thanks to Ken Johnson plumbing going above and beyond our issue is finally being resolved and free.

After reading all of the fabulous reviews on our neighborhood page, I decided to give Premier Plumbing a call myself. We had a hot water heater that was original to our 23 year old house. Even though it was still working, we knew it was a matter of time. My husband called Premier, who quoted us a price we knew was fair from doing our own research. Eddie came out a few days later, did the new install and even helped with another plumbing issue on the side of the house. He was prompt, professional and did a great job with the installation. I highly recommend Eddie with Premier Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

On Monday, August 22,2022,I was driving down Lenox Ave at approximately 140pm. A pick up truck crossed over two lanes into the lane I was driving in. To avoid being hit by this truck, I had to swerve into the next lane over. Crabtree needs to speak with their drivers about how they drive their company vehicle. Especially in the rain. Based on previous reviews, a driver of this vehicle has had issues in the past. This is not good for your brand.

This is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I called them to do a health check of my plumbing in an older building where several drains were slow and one toilet was particularly not getting enough flush pressure. Unfortunately I could not be there but when I was able to inspect the “work” noticed zero improvement. I never received any communication from them until I and my fiancé receive a correspondence in separate letters less than one week later with $150 Bill with a handwritten note “None payment on property- notice of intent to lein on property”.Besides the obvious mistakes in grammar and spelling, imagine the audacity of treating a customer like this after 7 days of “past due” status.I call the woman Rene who said she had been calling me every day that week. I checked my caller ID and not one call from her number.This is a joke of a company so buyer beware.
