This experience, from first speaking with Sharon to schedule my work order and including the job completion, was first rate. Justin P and apprentice arrived earlier that originally projected. Both were very personable, professional and completed the job efficiently and expertly. Would certainly call upon their services for any future project without reservation. Alway appreciative of a job well done.

Ice maker line right? Very simple procedure you would think. I had the refrigerator moved out of the way & the drywall cut for the repair and very clean for the repair person. Didn't need any water line connected or drywall patched. They charged me $276 for the job and around $90 for the valve when in reality it costs only $15 plus a few bucks for glue and couplings. They also charged me to repair drywall when in fact I never requested this. The only reasonable charge was for the cpvc parts: $2 for couplings, etc.I spoke to Kyle and ran through my concerns that I was quoted a little under $200 and I was charged $276, and I didn't ask for a drywall repair and that $80+ for a ice maker valve was extremely ridiculous. He laughed at me and asked if this was all about $40 for additional labor (15 minutes for the drywall repair I didn't ask for). I agreed, but also disagreed with the 300% markup on the water valve part was unfair to us regular people. To be clear, this valve is not made of gold or platinum. Kyle, in the brief convo we had, you were a very condescending person and probably a family member of the biz (I have a few). Trust me, being a nice person goes a long way especially if you consider I need so many plumbing services. You literally laughed at me when I was trying to express the value you didn't provide me.On a $276 job, $40 is extremely significant, Kyle. Especially if you include the 300% markup of the valve. He said he would refund the time it took the tech to patch the drywall ($40), we'll see. I don't think I'll include them on my quote for a new water heater or our sewage drain issue, etc.

Called at 5:30 am on a Friday morning to leave a message and the returned my call by 7 am and were out to fix the leak by 8:30 am. Everyone I talked to was very polite, explained exactly what the problem was and what they were going to do to fix it. Finished in under an hour. Prices were reasonable for the timing of the repair and the location of the leak. They even told me things they'd noticed I would need to look out for that weren't a problem at the moment but so I'd be aware if they did become a problem in the future. I'd definitely recommend them.

Horrible pricing! They charged me over $1500 to install a 40 gallon gas water heater. All of their competitors were way cheaper I should have called around and got the work done somewhere else. A1 plumbing took advantage of me don't make the same mistake. I would have saved $300- $500 based on every other plumber's quotes I got which were between $975- $1175. Based on about 10 quotes from other companies.

I was having a drainage issue with my kitchen sink. McKendree's was the only company that said they could have someone out here within 15 minutes. Other companies I spoke with said I'd have to wait over the weekend into next week. The two guys that came out were here at the quoted time and solved the drainage problem within 40 minutes. Not only did they fix the problem, I was told what happened and how to prevent the same problem from happening again. The guy also showed me before he left that the sink was fully functional again and it worked even better than it did before the problem. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Great work for a fabulous price. Thanks for fixing my sink!

I will be completely fair I have never used this company But this review is more for their employees especially the driver for truck number 5 that DAMN NEAR hit my car going down on beach Boulevard driving as reckless as they have especially with the rain tonight. I most certainly will not use them now. He needs to take some days off to take drivers ed courses.

While I understand that everybody is in a slight panic about water and gas, there is absolutely no reason that someone should be screaming at another person who is also trying to get gas. I don't know anything about this company (Crabtree Plumbing) except that I will never use it because at 8:20 this morning this employee was screaming at the top of his lungs that he was going to get out of the car and punch another person who was trying to get gas at an absolutely packed gas station. There is no need for this kind of behavior — we're all stressed, worried and doing our best.

I give my highest recommendation for this company. Mackey and Evans came out to my house where I had water coming through my wall and into the next room. They isolated the leak and we’re very clear explaining to me what was going on, the costs, and actions to repair my house. They were extremely professional the entire time and knowledgeable with what they were doing. They even talked to the insurance agent for me explaining what needed to happen. 10/10 would use again.
