BEWARE!!!, this company is the worst. DO NOT CALL THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I had a commercial shut off valve replaced to the tune of $1600. After it was installed, it didn't work properly. They sent out some flunkies to look at it (three times). Still no fix. My patience was wearing thin. Opted for simple $100 valve with refund from first botched job. Guess what, they installed the second valve incorrectly as well. Tried to get my money back. Had to listen to not our office policy b.s. Had to hire an attorney to get my money back. NOT the way to do business.

I was with a 93 year old friend yesterday that needed the help of this company. The technicians were great. They were professional and also very personable. They were attentive to the problem my friend had and got right to work fixing it. They had the problem fixed in no time and all is working well. Plus their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company who has a plumbing problem that needs attention.

Very nice understanding company. We had a situation where they had started the job then because of covid months passed before they could finish. They never asked for any money and kept checking in to see how things were going. When they got the green light they worked us in within 2 days. Neat and clean workers who did a great job!

I called them in the morning and left a message but they didn't bother to call back. So I don't understand how they offer 24 hour emergency service if they don't answer the phone or return calls. Oh well.

I called a woman there named Sandy who took my details (including my credit card number, which I was very uncomfortable giving out) and said she would call me back with a time when a plumber would come out to fix my emergency problem. Well, 40 minutes went by and she never called me back, so I called a different plumber and made an appointment, so I called her back to let her know, and she said oh, a plumber is coming out there now. What? Then why didn't she call me back and tell me?! I canceled the appointment and I told her to not put any charges on my credit card, and she hung up on me. Very lazy, rude, scammy, and unprofessional business.
