Very dependable company. Had to change my tub shower drain and faucets. I got wrong parts from home depot, but plumber went back to office and got correct parts (Moen, that are only available for contractors) and installed. I can vouch best price/service in Jacksonville.Ravi

Harry Hayes Plumbing was a subcontractor that did the plumbing for 2 small baths and a master bath. The 2 small bath were standard bath, with 1 tub converted to shower, there was no work in cement, only one shower head and moving the plumbing was minimal. They sent me an invoice for 17K, with no itemization for the work they did. In addition, they damaged my master bath vanity and 2/3 vanity plumbing leaked. I refused to pay the ridiculous amount! If I could give them a 0, I would!

Abraham came out and was very helpful I had everything working perfect I couldn't ask for better service he was amazing if I ever need help again I will call Mr Rooter and ask for Abraham Thank you so much

Connor and Jaylon (sp?) came to our home to replace the kitchen sink faucet. They did an awesome job and even went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing some missing caulk around the sink. Leading from the front, they demonstrated outstanding customer service. I would recommend Rolland Plumbing to my friends and family for all their plumbing needs.

My water heater needed to be replaced. Contacted Terry Vereen plumbing and had my new water heater installed that same day. The staff was very professional, and the work was done in a very timely manner. A special shout out to Erica for being so patient in helping with my warranty company. Thank you Mike and Hunter for your excellent work.

In short.. had no interest in my septic system & the condition it was in.. no inspection.. no ground probing.. no real experience/recommendations.. sole intent was to replace my tank (quoted up to 8K).. in the end it was a $48 dollar pump housing lid.. luckily I had a GREAT septic inspector who tipped me off. Do your homework people.. Today’s America wants to replace your system vice simple repair. Unforgivable service by my standard!! May 2021..

Jason, an employee of Touchston Plumbing, veered into my lane on the Buckman Bridge on December 9th, around 3:36 pm and caused damage to my driver's side mirror. Jason, the other employee in the truck, and a bystander stopped after exiting the bridge and we all exchanged numbers as Jason did not want his job involved, understandably. He explained he would handle any charges acquired due to the accident and we went on our day. Last week, I texted Jason with screenshots of the invoice and informed him that I handled the costs upfront and would appreciate any reimbursement in the matter on January 19th. He did not response. I texted again, indicating that any response would be respectful on January 21st. No response. Therefore, I am now involving the company due to their employee's negligence. Even if I never receive any compensation, I was given insight into the type of individuals this company hires: wreckless, disrespectful, and unremorseful. That's what I get for cutting someone a break.

Very nice understanding company. We had a situation where they had started the job then because of covid months passed before they could finish. They never asked for any money and kept checking in to see how things were going. When they got the green light they worked us in within 2 days. Neat and clean workers who did a great job!

Miguel was very courteous and knowledgeable with the repair. He responded quickly for service and fixed our problem.

Never heard of this, could not rate this probably a reliable company, plumber's have a hard job, most hard working people are honest, I would give them a call if I needed a plumber, I would use small company's better service and better price,

Was overcharged for the time they spend to do my plumbing work, while I provided everything, sink, faucets etc for all bathrooms and kitchen, they came unprepared, had to run out on my dime to get supplies to do the job. They worked 4.5 hours to the tune of $95.00 but I was charged $650.00. I am a Senior on a limited income and was overcharged over $220.00, shame on them. Wrote a letter to the owner, will see what comes of it. That is just outrageous and highway robbery. Cannot recommend them and will not hire them, even my church members recommended them, I will let everyone know what they did to me. Reported to the BBB, no answer from owner

Aldridge and Sons plumbing installed a water heater in my house this week. The old one had 2 months remaining on the warranty and they worked with the manufacturer to have them pay for the replacement heater. I had a new water heater installed within 2 days. Chris in the office and The guy that did the installation were both fantastic. The company exceeded my expectations on this transaction and I will not hesitate to call them next time I need a plumber.
