I called Roto Rooter expecting quality service from them since I had used them before and had no complaints. Unfortunately this time around was a completely different story. I needed hot water lines changed out so I could have a washer a dryer installed. The guy was very unprofessional and in a hurry. When he left out hot water heater was making noise to which he said it was just filling up. 2 hours later though the noise was still going a water pressure was weak. My boyfriend stepped out on our porch to check the water heater and that’s when he noticed there was water from our building flooding the parking lot. I called the plumber who had been out there and he said to turn the valve off but then we had no water. When I tried calling back he didn’t answer. Hours later I finally got another technician out to my condo only after talking to many different people and complaining. They fixed the problem and tried to charge us AGAIN for a job we already paid for that just hadn’t been finished. Almost $1,000 dollars and a huge headache later our problem is resolved. However, I was told I would be given a call from a manager twice now and still haven’t heard from someone regarding my experience. BEWARE OF THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO!!!!!!!

The plumber they sent was Josh Conner. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all questions in a polite and curious manor. Will use this company again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

The job was done well. However, it was too expensive for the task at hand. Unfortunately, due to the size of the fee for the assessment, we had to go through with the service. This was a good lesson to get a ballpark estimate before requesting an assessment.

We needed a new toilet installed in our MB and an outside leaky faucet repaired. Christian & Damion arrived on time and completed the job(s) quickly and efficiently. There was no mess and they were very polite and respectful. Awesome job guys!! We will definitely use Rolland Reash again!

I called to get an estimate for some work needed done (closet flange replacement, and some stem valves) the original call was pleasant and the delightful woman said we offer free estimates...as well as their website. We set up the appointment and everything was fine. The appointment time finally comes. The gentleman was very nice and professional and said “this is what I would recommend, and this is how much it will cost” he left that quote on the back of some torn cardboard paper and left. No problems right? Well about 5 minuets later the gentleman is back at my door, saying well I need to collect something for today’s visit, and confused I was wondering what he was taking about. He said it was for the service call and that the $75 would be applied to the visit following when they came out to do the work. So essentially, a $75 payment now and the rest of the payment when the work was completed. He basically took my credit card info and handed me a tablet to sign. After getting spun in circles for about another 5 minuets...he said something that somewhat kind of made sense and I ended up initialing the tablet to be done with it.Fast forward 3 months. I never called to get the work done because of the past experience and A-1 is calling to collect $75 dollars. They claim it was for the service fee 3 months prior. Obviously shocked because of the whole “we offer free estimates” thing...I tell the lady...”look, I called for an estimate. Why are you asking for more money?” She said “we have it marked as a service, and we have a recording of how you requested it and you didn’t say estimate” okay, so requesting a quote is different that an estimate apparently. Since she claimed they had a recording of me saying this I simply asked to hear it myself since she was so adamant about the request not being made the correct way. She refused and just sent me an email of a screenshot of the initialed tablet page from 3 months prior. She said we have your initials on this paper saying you would pay us. Annoyed I just paid the money to be rid of the situation and the company.So to recap, I paid $75 for a free estimate...the guy came recommended work that he said he couldn’t do that day even if he wanted to, got told to sign a tablet under questionable circumstances, and then got calls from them 3 months later for payment after receiving no correspondence prior at all. Sure, part of it was stupidity on my part...most was sketchy business practice. 0/10 would recommend. 2 stars for the original customer service when setting up the appointment.

Great service, quality and price

We had woody come out today to fix a clog in out toilet. We were given an original diagnosis that was wrong and he came in an trouble shot every possible angle untill he found out the culprit. He was extremely personable and professional not to mention clean and organized. I would definitely recommend having him come back for any other plumbing issue.

They service was great! Had Tom Z. as my plumber and he was awesome. I'm here in Jacksonville fl and could not appreciate the service more.

He quoted a reasonable price for a difficult re-pipe emergency. Completed an excellent job in one day. Friendly and helpful.

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
