They came out to give me a price for re-doing my shower. The guy looks the job over and says it will be $3000. We talked a bit and then, on his way out he says: I'll get a written quote to you for $3500. Price went up $500 in 5 minutes. Then to top it off, even after bugging him twice via text, I never received a written quote. Pitiful.

Steve was great. I broke an outside bib on the house. It was 6:45pm. Steve was here within an hour and fixed within another hour. He rocked. Thanks sir. ❤️

John Sweat and his capable crew had to replace old damaged cast iron main drain and washer discharge drain with PVC they also had to repair work that was previously done wrong by other contractors. The have prove that they will be our first call for future work on our facilities. Commercial and Residential.

Hi! I called Roto Rooter Sunday morning and they arrived the same day. I had tried to snake the drain but couldn’t unstuck it might self. Glad I called them as they needed an industrial snake to remove construction debris from deep down in the drain. Shame on the construction company but shower can now drain thanks to Dexter and Roto Rooter.

Just called this company looking for a plumbing proposal for a new ground up building. The lady that took my call was very rude. do not call this company.

Excellent people and very polite ,honest and professional

While I understand that everybody is in a slight panic about water and gas, there is absolutely no reason that someone should be screaming at another person who is also trying to get gas. I don't know anything about this company (Crabtree Plumbing) except that I will never use it because at 8:20 this morning this employee was screaming at the top of his lungs that he was going to get out of the car and punch another person who was trying to get gas at an absolutely packed gas station. There is no need for this kind of behavior — we're all stressed, worried and doing our best.

Very poor service. Took over a few weeks just to get them to call me. Then once they got here they started charging me when the plumber was out in the truck drinking coffee. I did the $79 deal on Angies list for an hour work but they said (but did not prove) the deal was to charge 15min before and after to hand write the bill. On the phone they said the job would only cost the $79. So it was $79 for 1/2 hour work. Then when the plumber broke a part he charged to fix it. When I asked the plumber to show me where the extra charge was written down he refused and was very nasty about it. He also said it would was my time to call the plumbing company. I will never use them again and let everyone I know not to use them.

Think we have finally found a plumber we can stick with! Great service, wonderful on time experience. Absolutely nothing but good from the service, price, care taken with all they did. Thank you Gerald for a wonderful experience.

Called for a drainage problem and they had 2 plumbers at my house the same afternoon. The guys were nice and got right to work. They got us back and flowing free in under an hour. I used them before and had a good experience then as well. This is a business that cares and I will continue to call them for our family's plumbing needs.

I was having a moment with some Plumming under the sink while I was trying to install some shut off cakes and replacing faucet.Well I’m not the best at plumbing, when I went to turn on the main supply I received a big surprise.Water water gushing out, from one of the compression valves,, very comical as the Road Runner and Coyote cartoon,,,,I had more than my share of choice wordsSoooo! I called around everyone else could not come.the other Plummers that is.However!!! I called Kingdom Based and JASON answered..He told me take a picture of issue and text it to himI did!!!He told me 20 minutes I’ll be there.He showed up, fixed issues, we talked and he was a great asset to his profession.No more leaks..I’ll be calling Kingdom Based Plumming in the future and for any other issues..I would Recommend them to anyone who wants great service, more than reasonable price, and a wonderful man Jason was how he interacts with people and was honest and loves God.Triple A plus definitely a 10..Call them, you will be happy with the service and prompt work.Thank youChris NovelloUS Army Retured

Billy came out for the second time this year and was ,once again, very courteous and professional. I cannot recommend this company high enough. my father was a General Contractor so I have high expectations when work is being performed at my house and Kimball Plumbing has always exceeded them!
