Won't ever use again. They went to the house, was instructed to call prior to arriving and never did. I got a bill 1 month later.
No updates or anything. I still don't even know what they did, outside of what I mentioned on the invoice.

My water heater rusted out, and water was all over my garage floor. I called 3 services from my Google search, and Harry Hayes was the only company willing to be there the same day. Actually, it was within 2 hours. In summary, great, timely service at a fair price. Also, It's very apparent they take pride in their work. They will be my first choice for plumber in the future.

They hire some very reckless drivers. 8/3/22 one of their trucks was nice enough to push over into my lane to make me hit the brakes so he could make his exit. Then constantly tail gated people as he continued to go down the interstate. As he proceeded to get off on another off ramp clearly, he clearly dosent know how to red light works.

Pretty rude is the impression I just go from my encounter with them.

What started out as a small plumbing issue quickly turned into a huge dilemma, but between the office and the field, they were professional, knowledgeable and competitive, and got us back on track quickly. Woody has been the most helpful contractor that my wife and I have ever worked with. We have used him multiple times. He showed up within an hour for an emergency call because of a leaking valve (we were lucky that he was in the area at the time). We've used him for two separate planned plumbing jobs. Both times he showed up when he said he was going to, did the job (while keeping us informed of any issues), and was very professional the whole time. He's at the top of our list when ever we need something done.
