This place is beyond my expectations. Roto-Rooter was professional, on time, cost effective, and convenient. I called and they came right away! Then they sent one of the most polite and expert plumbers, James Winns I have ever dealt with, who informed me of issues and concerns and was quick to fix the problem. I spent hundreds less than I was expecting with other previous plumbers in the areas. I highly recommend.

Eric is excellent. He was knowledgeable and throughout and solved our problem completely.

I was quoted replacement of fill and flash valve. Final bill was way more: uninstall toilet to replace valves! New supply line? Was all this necessary? I have another Duravit toilet and it has a normal flash valve costing less than $30 at Home depot. If informed properly, I could have replaced that toilet for less than the invoiced parts and labor. I would appreciate a feed back, this is just not right... I mentioned it was a RENTAL property!

After reaching out to four other companies and getting one other callback from a guy who was overloaded with a backlog of cases and couldn't come out for a week and a half, I knew I was in trouble. These guys have literally cornered the market in this industry and nothing, absolutely nothing is an emergency with them. First come, first serve and I was low man on the totem pole.But there it was, cute looking little Duck. I was hesitant at first because they were the only company out there with all five star ratings. No way, that's impossible. So I called. Now, the first time I called, I got the answering service which promised a callback within 30 minutes. At 45 minutes, I called again and got straight through and spoke to a sweet young lady. And though some might frown on that, it in no way impacted my overall satisfaction worth their work.I explained my situation and asked how long would it take to get someone out. We can have someone out tomorrow morning. The breaker on my panel kept tripping and believing I could get away with a five dollar repair, I replaced the breaker. When it tripped after five minutes, I knew I was in trouble. This lady was knowledgeable enough to know it was my pump. She quoted a price and I thought, they could have somone out tomorrow????Sold!!!!!So, all set.... couldn't hardly wait. About two hours later, I get a call from Scott, he was on his way!! Same Day Service!!! And most others will put you in a holding pattern cause they can. Not Duck Duck.Scott came out and assessed the situation and knew it was the pump,. He brought everything with him and had us fixed, cleaned up and back in operation in just two hours.Scott is a people person and is very skilled at customer service because he genuinely cares. Went over every step of the process and showed me how everything works. Answered all my questions and really took care of me from start to finish.You guys got a customer for life!!

I’ve known Chris Lettow for a few years now. He’s always done an amazing job at one of my previous restaurant jobs. I called him in regards of an issue with some cast iron plumbing in my house. He sent over two of his guys, John and Spencer. They were both very polite and professional. The problem was fixed and I’m very satisfied with the result. I will definitely contact Lettow Plumbing for any future projects!

I was a bit dissatisfied at first due to a scheduling mixup. However, the next day Josh arrived on time and with great energy. I needed to have the faucet in my shower fixed but he earned my trust by doing great work and not pressuring me. He gave me options I didn’t know I had so that I could research & make informed decisions on things that had seemed too daunting to have addressed for years. I then set another appointment to have all of my toilets replaced, garbage disposal removed, a set of shower fixtures replaced-and Josh even quickly resolved a bad odor that was coming from a drain in my laundry closet for years that myself and family had unsuccessfully tried to resolve. He paid attention to detail and efficiently removed the garbage disposal and installed the new pipe in a way that gave me more space under the sink. I’m very pleased and will use Premier Plumbing for my future needs.

Awesome service! I contacted APC and they quickly got me on the schedule for a time that was convenient for me and the representative that they sent was amazing. Guy was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and funny. Prices were very reasonable and I will definitely call on Guy and APC again for any future plumbing needs! I originally sent an email over the weekend thinking I would not hear from them until Monday. I was surprised when I got a quick response from Eric. He was able to accommodate my busy schedule. I received a call courtesy call prior to arrival and Eric showed up on time. I was immediately impressed with Eric. He was clearly professional and he was also very personable. He quickly quoted me a reasonable price and I accepted. He was able to quickly obtain all parts and returned to complete the work the same day. He was assisted by Maynard who was equally personable. I sent an internet request on a Sunday and was called that day (yesterday). Was told they had an opening the next day (today). I had a dripping shower. They were able to get here early today and fixed it in 15 minutes. Prompt, professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Office customer service was good. Joan is doing her best. My mother felt comfortable with Vinny, however his talk did not match his walk or level of service that was promised. We were without plumbing for almost two months. Vinny was unreliable, argued with my brother about putting up plastic to reduce concrete dust and scheduling was a nightmare. I wish that our replumb had gone better. I will say that the man who came to pour the concrete rocked and did a good job cleaning up his mess. I would not choose to use them again.
