Their tech James came out and this is the second Ac company I have called in the last 4 days. The first told me he could find nothing wrong. James actually took the time to listen to what I was telling him. He didn't find too much issue with our ac other than the coils being disgusting. Even after he found that that was most likely our issue he still did a few more tests and found our vents were also causing an issue. He then went around the house and checked all the vents. He actually seemed as though he cares and didn't try to tell us a thousand things were wrong when they really weren't. I have a couple other companies in the past do this. Terry the lady who answered the phone was just as wonderful. She made sure I knew when we had one call ahead of us and was polite and kind on the phone. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs their plumbing, heating or air conditioning fixed.

Steve is an exception to what I’ve encountered in the past 20 years here at The Beach.If you are looking to get the job done right, with a no nonsense price and a QUALITY job Steve is your new go to.I first found Steve 4 1/2 years ago as a referral through my realtor. I needed several jobs done in my home before we sold to relocate to Germany. I needed the jobs done in a timely manner with someone that I could trust and not at a huge price. I knew he would meet all those criteria within the first 5 minutes of talking to him.The jobs were done with no surprise costs. He kept me informed along the way as to what needed to be done AND he provided pictures both before and after for documentation... without having to ask for it.I recently moved back to PVB ( oh my goodness .. the traffic on A1A and the building west of the intracoastal has exploded since I’ve last lived here). I needed some work done in my new (old) condo. Steve was here in no time.As we age we want someone who is reliable and no nonsense. We want to just call the ‘guy’ that knows us and gets it done.I was thrilled when I activated my hands free voice command in the car to call ‘Steve The Plumber’ and found him still in my contacts list on my phone.It’s all about building those trusting relationships!Thanks Steve !

Maynor Velario showed up promptly, was friendly, explained exactly what was wrong, showed me and fixed it. The repair was extensive but only took a few hours. For the first time in three years we don’t have a drip under the kitchen sink. He is friendly and the price was very reasonable. I’ve always been afraid of getting ripped off by plumbers but All Fix N’ Clear is our go to plumbing problems solution.

AC replacement-removed old unit and installed new unit with wind tolerance upgrade. Spent time after installation to explain system and care of new unit. Also informed us of air duct system though the home in need of replacement at some point, but in the meantime do not have the duct work cleaned as will cause more damage then help. No pressure to replace at this time and good to know. Service was excellent.

Needed to replace toilet. Norman's rep, Chris, came, measured and said I had a substandard installation requiring a 10-inch rough-in toilet rather than the standard 12-inch rough-in. A few days later Norman sent to me a proposal for $800. when I asked why so expensive, I was told it was a special order because of the substandard size. A neighbor, who is a retired plumber, expressed surprise saying Seda, which built our community, only used standard 12-inch rough-in toilets. He came by to measure himself and said it was a 12-inch installation, that the measurement is from the wall, but the Norman rep evidently measured from the molding at the edge of the baseboard. We have installed a $260 Kohler 12-inch rough-in advanced-technology toilet obtained from Lowe's with a labor cost of $75. When I asked Norman for a refund of the $49 service call because we did not receive competent service, I did not get an immediate response. After posting this negative review, the company called me and after I provided them photographic proof that a 12-inch rough-in toilet fit with room to spare, they agreed an error had been made and said they would refund the $49 service fee.

It’s unfortunate my home warranty provided me with this company. With all the list of complaints I can put, I’ll note the high importance ones that’ll drive customers away immediately. The fact that I had to call and see where my technician was the day THEY SCHEDULED service, very unprofessional. Only for you guys to inform me, right before you close that we’d reschedule another day. When your technician finally does show up two days later, he literally had one job requested from the home warranty. What does he do? Crawls under the house, informs us of the problem we knew about from the previous company the home warranty sent out. (You were sent out to camera our pipe since the previous company that’s actually fixing the job doesn’t do that service) so when I say you had one job. YOU HAD ONE JOB TO DO. Your technician informs us, he will not do that because it could “break his camera” because our leaking pipe under the house is clogged. Then he proceeds to leave without informing us of anything, and leaves the tops off the clean outs. I’d say you deserve a zero star rating but googles nice and made me put 1. Feel privileged you even received that.
