Darleys had a larger and more efficient one installed in time. It was also cheaper than the rate jump for the first year! Everyone was so good to work with!!

OK Can't say enough about Jerry from Everybody's Plumbing. I am an out of area owner with a young adult child living in a home in the area. Sewers were backed up everywhere and it was a crisis. My husband would have driven 5 hours each way to come deal with it but he is on a trip 3,000 miles away. Jerry was the only Plumber I called that even answered the phone. Left messages with at least 5 and am still waiting to hear back from any of them more than 24 hours later. At 3:45 yesterday I got him on the phone while he was with another client and he came right over after he was done there. Based on our conversation he did say the job may be too big for him if we needed to have a camera run to see where the issue was but said he would come check it out anyway. He showed up, called me and honestly referred me to bigger companies that would save me money if they had to do the camera scope. Did not charge me a dime for the assessment. Who does that? A great contractor, that's who. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. Fast forward to today one of the companies came out and handled our issue and he cared enough to ask me to update him. Can't thank him enough and will refer him to others whenever possible. Great guy!

We had a pipe burst in our house. Once we were ready to fix the pipe, Mr. Rooter was out the next day, offered a competitive price, and the pipe was fixed within 10 minutes. There was an issue that arose (nothing to do with the job itself) and the company reached out and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. We were very impressed with how everything was handled. Would definitely use them again.

Slab leak led to house being replumbed. When the finished hooking up the new pipes, oops they forgot to test the lines before turning on the water. Several leaks spilling water and taking my Internet box out. Water spilled into cabinet above washer dryer and no mention of this. Ruined the cork bottom to my cabinet as well as rags and boxes in the cabinet wet. Drywall guy that came to fix all the holes in the walls and ceilings did a horrible job. He did not clean up after and did not put anything down on the floor to catch any drywall mud. His idea of cleaning up was to use his feet to loosen any mud dripped on the carpet and sweep it up with a broom. They had to have someone else come in a sand the walls because the first guy did not sand at all. All those layers had to be sanded off and redone. What a mess. No discount offered when estimate was for one week. Took an entire month for them to finish.

Ed from the service team came to site and did everything in his power to help me resolve the issue without having to replace the toilet. We ended up replacing it, but was very helpful, communicative and clean. Highly recommended!!!

On a Sunday doing a DYI bathroom remodel, I cut a pipe to short, and couldn't get the valve connected securely. After hours of trying, I finally gave up (main water to the house was off, and that's not good with a family of six). At 10:30 on a Sunday night I contacted Terry Vereen plumbing, within 45 minutes the tech was out, and 30 minutes later the house water was back on. The cost was very good ($170) considering the day and the time of the call.

Jason, an employee of Touchston Plumbing, veered into my lane on the Buckman Bridge on December 9th, around 3:36 pm and caused damage to my driver's side mirror. Jason, the other employee in the truck, and a bystander stopped after exiting the bridge and we all exchanged numbers as Jason did not want his job involved, understandably. He explained he would handle any charges acquired due to the accident and we went on our day. Last week, I texted Jason with screenshots of the invoice and informed him that I handled the costs upfront and would appreciate any reimbursement in the matter on January 19th. He did not response. I texted again, indicating that any response would be respectful on January 21st. No response. Therefore, I am now involving the company due to their employee's negligence. Even if I never receive any compensation, I was given insight into the type of individuals this company hires: wreckless, disrespectful, and unremorseful. That's what I get for cutting someone a break.

I just want to say the service I received from Daniel was world class. It was like having a friend come over and take care of my plumbing issue. The work he did was professional and he communicated with me what I need to do to not make it happen again and what he was going to do to fix my issue today. This company is top notch! It is the second time I have used David. The first time was a major water line relocate in our kitchen. The second time was for a toilet repair. They are quick to respond, arrive on time, professional, trustworthy and efficient. Their prices are certainly fair. I will continue to keep their business card and call them when needed. I called to get a price quote and possibly use their service. The lady on the phone answered is very rude and nasty!! I was telling her my problem and she asked, when did this start happening. The truth?What would be the point of me lying about when the issue started. Why would that be a question to ask a potential customer. O was offended and disgusted with the lack of customer service. I will never use this company!
