Best Plumbing Emergency in Jacksonville FL

While I understand that everybody is in a slight panic about water and gas, there is absolutely no reason that someone should be screaming at another person who is also trying to get gas. I don't know anything about this company (Crabtree Plumbing) except that I will never use it because at 8:20 this morning this employee was screaming at the top of his lungs that he was going to get out of the car and punch another person who was trying to get gas at an absolutely packed gas station. There is no need for this kind of behavior — we're all stressed, worried and doing our best.

Eagerton Plumbing did a very good job for me. Not only did they get the job done right , they got it done as quick as the job would allow considering I had more problems than they originally found. The plumber also referred a company called FloodPro 24 that did a wonderful job getting my house dry and they even worked with the insurance company and the plumber directly from the start to the finish of my house repairs. I called this company looking for a small business to see if they could come to my cafe and replace a busted pipe under our hand washing sink. I have never used them before. What i got was Rude Rude Rude! He told me he did not have time for this, i cant help you and hung up.

They plumbed four sinks, three toilets, bath tub and shower during our renovation. They were competively priced, competent and delivered as promised. Evan, the plumber, is very knowledgeable, accommodating and respectful. He left the work areas neat and clean. I would recommend this contractor and Evan very highly!

Charles I, was an amazing person, he helped us with our sewer issue and some. He went above and beyond. He did this on Christmas Eve as well.

Rob and his helper Josh were on time, professional, and efficient. Cleared out my clogged kitchen pipe 35 feet down under the concrete slab and didn’t leave a speck of dirt. Had a few laughs as I learned about garbage disposals and Josh was patient as I juggled an infant while signing the paperwork. Thanks guys!

Great company with awesome employees, I called told them I had a leak under my sink they sent a guy out 5 min after I got off the phone with them, Alex from floridian plumbing came out, showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it! Definitely give them a call for all your plumbing needs!!

Best service ever used! My whole washroom got flooded but these guys were amazingly quick and fixed everything within minutes! Hats off to them...

I called Nelson Plumbing to come out and fix a leaking valve. They were not able come out, but recommended another company. It's a measure of good business that even when a company cannot 'fix' your problem, they are still trying to 'solve' your problem.

I had them replace my water heater, a bit pricey, but worth the extra change for a professional to do the job!

Our sinks drains were all backing up and we called Monday to set up service. We rejected multiple other companies in favor of this one because they assured us they would come out same day. They gave us a time frame of 1 to 5 pm. They never showed and never contacted us. I left a voice mail that was not returned.The next day I reached out early and was told we were second on the list. They did not answer why they had not shown the day before. Again we were given a time frame of 1 to 5 pm. I checked in 4 times throughout the day, impressing upon them that it was urgent. I was repeatedly promised that we would be serviced that day, that we were next, and that the plumber was on his way. He never showed, and we were not given an explanation. Another voice-mail went unanswered.On day 3, the plumber finally arrived. At this point we'd gotten a hotel room since we literally couldn't use our drains. When Ken showed up, he was perfectly professional and fixed our issue very well. I have zero complaints on the work provided. Customer service was even very friendly and encouraging. But the fact that they arrived 2 days late to an urgent call and couldn't even be bothered to explain why or return voice-mail was unacceptable. The work was good, but I would never use them again nor would I ever recommend them.
