Great place to work and great plumbing

Plumber was nice, came out by himself but seemed like he just wanted to leave after he couldn't fix the problem, and he just complained about having a long week ahead doing some big jobs. Promised someone would get a hold of me to send a team (2 plumbers) out who could go on my roof and snake out my pipe from the vent since he couldn't get it done from under the sink. 11 months later, still never heard a word. Paid $110 for about 30 minutes of their time, and no fixed sink.

We had a serious problem with our plumbing over Super Bowl weekend.The team was excellent....prompt, knowledgeable, and caring.They worked on Saturday night AND Sunday morning to resolve the problem. Thanks!

The Best

Jay and Tyler made a very horrible Monday much better. I had a serious blockage in my main drain line since Saturday morning that was causing two toilets and 2 showers to backup, and a lot of sludge and water on the floor left by another plumbing company that came this morning but was not able to resolve the issue. When Jay arrived, he went right to the main problem area and did not stop until he pulled the shower drain open, pulled the toilet, and accessed the clean-out outside. He kept at it until he had some success and had Tyler come to work with him on the jet cleaning of the line to clear out all the sludge and resolve the blockage completely. I was even kindly consoled with a hug when I was near tears thinking it was going to cost more than I expected. They completely cleaned up all the mess and left me with working toilets and showers, no stinky sludge or water on my floors and a sense of calm. I would highly recommend this company, and if you can get my Jay and Tyler, you will be truly pleased with the outcome. Thank you so much Jay and Tyler - this grandma truly appreciates you and your kindness and patience with me and my 3 little grandsons.

Incredible work by an even more incredible team. Joe and Donnie were very informative when they came out to evaluate the issues. When they returned to complete the repairs they were efficient and did a GREAT job! 10 out of 10 recommend this company.

I had a scheduled pumping service that I waited a week for. I was given a time frame from 1p-5pm on 03/02/2023. I called at 4:45pm to confirm that were were still coming because I had not heard anything. I was advised that they were finishing up a job and would be on there way me. By 8pm they never came nor called. I called and now they are no longer answering my calls. I text the cell phone number that I spoke to someone on earlier that day and still no response. THIS IS HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE ZERO I WOULD. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Just moved in to Jacksonville, had a slab leak on my house, Elvis and his team were very fast responding and helped me out very quickly, highly recommend these guys!!

Great company. Jason is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He patiently answers any questions you have and will explain anything about the job you ask in as much depth as you desire. His work is top notch, and they use quality materials. You can't go wrong with these guys - they're cheerful, respond quickly to calls and texts, and charge a fair price.

Horrible customer services. They don’t care about new clients. I’m a contractor and got the run around for 2 days trying to get them to do a job for me. They give a bunch of excuses...like: “please send us pictures of the job” - of a simple shower pan! Really! A professional plumber needs pictures of that! Then: “ oh, we have no internet to see your pictures. Call us back another time. They have no customer service what so ever! I do not recommend this company at all!

Recently purchased a new to us home that needed extensive updating. Called ACPT, received a fast and fair estimate, and scheduled the work. We had a master, second bath, 1/2 bath, backsplash, fireplace and entry way tile all completed by Jerome and his crew. The work was done quickly without compromising quality. When a tile I purchased wasn’t installing well, they were honest and advised me to go with another choice rather than just installing it. I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism of this group. Thanks guys and keep it up!

Wayne Conn did a complete master bathroom remodel with the install of 2 faucets, sink drains, rain shower , and a soaker tub with hardware. They also replaced three toilets in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable and have reasonable pricing.
