Best Water And Gas Lines in Aurora CO

We have used Brother's Plumbing for sprinkler start up and shut down several times in the past. This year, for probably the 3rd or 4th season, we called at the end of May to schedule sprinkler start up. Brother's will only warranty their sprinkler shut down work if they also start up. Because of that, we decided to try and stick with them again. Labor shortages meant that they couldn't get anyone out to our home until the end of June, a month later. We understood that and agreed to wait.The day before they were supposed to show (after a month of waiting already), I received a voicemail saying that their tech wasn't available and they needed to reschedule. I called back and said we'd be happy to work with them, within reason. Their first offer was the second week of July, which was, of course, not acceptable. They put me on hold several times. I waited on the line for about 10 minutes while they talked amongst themselves, trying to work out the schedule. When they got back on, they said could still do the original time scheduled the next day.The next day, they were a no call, no show. When we called to find out where they were, they said they never had us on the books with an appointment in the first place. Ridiculous.I called and asked for our case to be escalated to a supervisor. I was told we'd get a call back. I also emailed them. To this day, not a word. I recognize that they're probably dealing with a combination of a short labor force and a lack of good processes due to both a labor shortage and rapid growth. Either way, they've lost this customer for life and I won't ever recommend them. All they needed to do was reach out to apologize and try to make things right. They've not bothered to do so.

Our hot water heater failed over the weekend and Euro Plumbing was the only one that responded to my request on Sunday. Andon was professional and thorough. After several conversations he gave me a reasonable price and this afternoon Andon and Dimitar replaced the unit. They were on time and the room was left as they found it. We will use them again.

Steven was amazing! He was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. He gave us options with fixing vs replacing a leaking water heater. We ended up replacing along with some other work. He gave us piece of mind that the work was done the right way. Someone get that man a raise.

I had an active leak in the drain pipe coming from a tub. Arthur and Ray were on time, professional, and efficient. I was expecting there to be more than just the visual leak as this is an older home, and Arthur & Ray looked at another corroded pipe point on the verge of cracking. They were able to repair both issues and also assisted with a gas leak in my mechanical room. They walked me through each step of the process and asked permission before doing any work not specified in the original visit reason. I thought the service was excellent and am happy with the result.

After having a bad plumber and a horrible sprinkler repair guy out to fix my irrigation system- Michael and his team not only called me back right away but were able to do a same day repair professionally and at a very fair price. I couldn’t recommend them higher it was a breath of fresh air after a week of horrible service. My systems back up and works better than before!

I asked this company to clear out our sewer lines as they were clogged. They tried to charge me $750 to do something that was completely unnecessary. I asked the tech to clear the sewage clean-out at the back of the property to get it unstopped for all the tenants in my building he refused and said he needed to clear the line out to get a camera in there his way. Which would have been the $750 charge to us to be able to get the camera in there to see what else needed to be done. He refused to clear the line out the way I asked him to because it would have been way more cost effective. Basically he was trying to upcharge me to even be able to diagnose the problem to then charge more money on top of that. He then left the property, leaving all of our tenants without water overnight. A different company came out the next morning and cleared the entire property of sewage in less than an hour and only charged me $183. This company is still charging me for the service call, even after thy did not clear the line and left the resident without water overnight.

Leon did a great job repairing my outdoor faucet! He was able to come the next day, repaired the faucet (which would not shut off the water), and restored my water service. Did a great job! Evelyn

We absolutely would recommend this company to anyone. We had some basement flooding and had to have the whole drain line from the laundry room, across the entire basement to the foundation wall jackhammered up and replaced. Great work in a timely manner.

Robert was knowledgeable, prompt and personable, replacing our broken water heater in March 2016. He came to assess our old one, fixed what he could until our new one came in. The water heater came in 2 days later (late evening) and he called up to fit us in early the next morning so we wouldn't have to go another day without hot water. He had to spend more time than expected to install it, as our property/setup made it difficult to do so but kept to the price quoted (very reasonable). He also walked us through/showed us the issues with our old water heater, possible solutions, and how he setup our new heater. If I ever need anything regarding plumbing or heating again or a house inspection for these, we'll call Robert.

Kevin and his team were amazing. Our hot water heater went out Sunday and they were able to get a new one installed by Tuesday. I spoke with Carol in the office and she was so nice and helpful.. WE will definitely be calling them in the future! The price was amazing and the service was top notch!

I think the most important thing for me that I appreciatedwas the transparency and quick responsiveness.I had a water heater go out and sent out a Yelp projectmessage to about 8 different nearby plumbingcompanies. Two never responded and five all wanted tocharge me for a water heater replacement before evencoming to my property and evaluating my unit.The water heater did have to be replaced, it was 11th areold but Nolan did his best to get it lighted and service itbefore we had to go the more expensive route.I was updated every step of the way and the tech wascourteous and worked quickly. We had a burst pipe in the crawl space of our basement. Small space, couldn't turn off the water to the house, extremely limited access to the pipe to fix. Mark came in and within an hour and a half had replaced the main shut off valve, repaired the pipe, and really saved the day. Very professional, very quick, reasonable prices. Would highly recommend!

It is with great pleasure that I tell the world that Ben with APC Plumbing was absolutely the best in getting my house ready for sale.
