I work with a lot of plumbing companies and was very impressed not only in the dispatch but with the technicians that came to my house. What was great is when they were finished not only did they clean up they tested every faucet to get all the air out of the system. These guys know what they're doing and did a very good job

I live in Littleton and was referred to this company by someone else. I called first thing Monday morning after my water heater began leaking over the weekend. I told her about my leak and that I already reached out to the water heater manufacturer and confirmed that the water heater would likely need to be replaced and was still covered under warranty for the leak. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and told me that the soonest opening would be on Tuesday but that she would see if someone could come over if they finished another job early. She took down my address and phone number. She called me back later Monday afternoon to say that nobody was able to finish early so she scheduled an appointment for 8:30-9:30 Tuesday morning. Well at 8:30 on Tuesday I get a call from Kevin who says: I'm not coming to your house because I only service the area of Parker and I don't go that far. I made it very clear where I lived when I first called and even gave my address and nobody told me that it would be a problem for him to come to my house. He didn't care at all that I was going on day 2 with no hot water. He also admitted that he didn't want to do the job because it was warranty work which requires him to buy the water heater and then wait as long as a month to be reimbursed by the manufacturer and it wasn't worth his time to come all the way out to my house for that type of job. I would just like to warn anyone of my experience as there are many other good plumbing companies available in the Denver area and I wouldn't trust someone who is more concerned about cherrypicking the most lucrative plumbing jobs while abandoning those jobs that were already scheduled by his company, but may be less desirable work.

I had a water heater go out. Since I had a second one the plumber was willing to just isolate the bad unit instead of pressing me to get a new one on the spot for a lot of money. Appreciate how the technician was not pushy.

I plan to call Parker Plumbing once I do need to replace the unit.

A job that was supposed to be fairly routine become complicated and they worked through it with determination and professionalism.

Quick responses and on time! Work was fast and I felt that the price was fair. I didn't feel ripped off like other big name plumbers I've had in the past! Definitely would recommend!

They were awesome. Great value. Techs were professional and did awesome work. They installed a new water heater and moved the location as well. Would recommend. I had bids from several others and they were the best price, provided the best information, amd the inspection was a breeze. Do not use Bell Plumbing. And parker heating and air are several thousands more for the same equipment.

I will never call another plumber again. I recently remodeled my bathroom and needed some plumbing work. I ended up calling three different plumbers to do the job. the first did it incorrectly and ran to another city with my money, the second had to come and inspect the work in order to refund the work because they again had done the work incorrectly. Kevin and his team came over and not only did it for a fair price, but did the work correctly (and even helped with some design) on the first visit. I have found my new plumber.

Our existing water heater starting leaking and it was determined it was faulty. It was covered under the manufactures warranty, however, I needed someone to remove the old one and install the new one. I called Parker Plumbing and Heating and the replacement was installed the next day. Great and friendly customer service. Their work was excellent and quick. They cleaned up after the new heater was installed and even tidied up the existing drain lines. Very pleased with this company and they will be my go-to plumber for future needs. Highly recommended.

Kevin and his team were amazing. Our hot water heater went out Sunday and they were able to get a new one installed by Tuesday. I spoke with Carol in the office and she was so nice and helpful.. WE will definitely be calling them in the future! The price was amazing and the service was top notch!

Kevin came out within 20 min to our home to replace a broken valve. Great service and fair price.

Brett was very nice, and called me the next morning after I requested a quote on Angie's List--on a Sunday! He was able to come out the next day to give us a quote, and he bought and installed the water heater right away. He only deals with one customer at a time, so if you like his quote, he starts work immediately. Even though getting our old huge water heater up a narrow flight of stairs with a right angle turn in the middle was a bearcat, Brett got the job done with a smile on his face. His rate was reasonable, and his workmanship excellent. Next time I need a plumber, I'm calling Parker Plumbing. No need to shop around.
