Dion was great, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about my new water heater. I called after hours and he came by 30 minutes later. Installed a new water heater and tested it in little over an hour, and he took the old one out. It is pricey, but it is absolutely worth the piece of mind and workmanship. Protect your investment which is your home and pay to have the job done right!

I know Bell is a little more expensive than some, but they are worth it! We had an electrical problem with 35 year old fire/smoke alarms going off atcrazy times and nobody could figure it. We had Randy W. here today and he not only figured it out but fixed it in short order! He was pleasant, efficient, diagnosed and fixed it with new smoke/carbon monoxide alarms, and at a reasonable price. Thanks so much and what a relief!

New hot water heater, Bradford White, installed and replaced leaking water filters. Professional, courteous, and on time. Cleaned up area and explained new product well. I used them because they had installed my previous hot water heater, a Rheem, 16 years prior and it had never needed servicing.

Matt replaced the P trap on my bathroom sink. It was probably fifty years old. Now it is looking, and working, better than ever. I've been a Bell customer more than thirty years. So far, so good.Bell recently replaced the main drain lines for my home. Also great.In the past they replaced the furnace and changed all inside pipes to copper or PVC. The house is over 60 years old and Bell is helping keep it livable.

Wanted to upgrade my 10 year old Honeywell thermostat control system installed by Bell to the latest internet connected system. Fairly complicated residential system was upgraded quickly and works perfectly. Bell is not the cheapest but they are the best.

We had our 20 year old furnace replaced and added air conditioning, a humidifier, an electronic filter, and wifi thermostat. We met with Lance Gabriel, who listened to what we wanted and gave us a range of options as well as his recommendations. He was patient and friendly and thorough. He scheduled the installation for the following week, and said they would file for all applicable rebates for us. The work was done by Fred Fisher and Matt, and took only two days. They were a pleasure to have around. They were professional, efficient and courteous, and took extra time and effort at the end of it all to repair a hundred year old heat vent in the kitchen that didn't open and close properly. We've had a lot of good work done to our old house, but this experience, start to finish, was among the best. They were all sweet and likable and expert at their jobs.

Brandon arrived on time & quickly addressed our hot water heater situation. Quotes were provided & once we decided on the size we needed he immediately went to work on installing it for us. Answers were provided to all our questions. I would definitely request Brandon again should we have the need for a Bell technician.

Great crew for a Furnace replacement and addition of a New HVAC system that house has never had. Josh W, Mark M, Dante F, Dado and Troy all worked well together and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC and Electrical work.

the service man seemed nice and very apologetic about the overall cost (658.00 after discounts) to replace a 50.00 water pump and a 20.00 fan belt on a swamp cooler. Stating he doesn't control the pricing.. Some damage was done to the roofing shingles where the ladder was leaned up against the house however, the swamp cooler is working great now.

I am very pleased and satisfied with the plumbing issues and remodeling projects that Nathan did for us in our home. Not only did he do an fabulous job.. he called before he arrived, his work was professional, he was friendly and courteous. AND he cleaned up his work area before he left our house. He is an all around great fellow, and plumber.

I called Bell last night after a big storm bc our sump pump was leaking in the utility room. Tiffany was here in less than 24 hrs to take care of it. Turns out, parts of it weren’t well sealed. She fixed it right away, gave us advice on how to check for issues in the future and how to update the system to make it more efficient. Really positive experience.

Scheduled an appointment weeks in advance to have our evaporator cooler turned on. Day of the appointment, Bell Air no called & no showed. They still have yet to return a call on a new time slot to reschedule. This was the same company we paid thousands of dollars with a year ago to install. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this organization, once they have your money, they do not care. Totally unprofessional.

We had a great first experience with Bell. Lance was knowledgeable and efficient with helping me decide which HVAC setup would best suit our needs. Josh & Vuc did a great job with the replacement of our entire HVAC and even re-did some of the ductwork to help us get the most out of the new unit's airflow and hopefully a better balance of temps between upstairs and downstairs. Dada did the necessary electrical work and also ran me a labor quote for installing ceiling fans and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors once I've purchased the materials. I plan to do that soon to further improve the cooling in mine and my husband's offices. They're upstairs on the south side of the house...they need all the help they can get! I absolutely would recommend Bell for HVAC replacement.

I had an expensive/complicated shower valve that was making a whining sound. The technician showed up exactly when the dispatch said he would, and he was friendly, extremely courteous, and professional. He quickly said the problem most likely wasn't in the valve, but was related to my home's water pressure and guessed it was too high. Sure enough, he tested our pressure and found that the service line was bringing in almost 30 psi over what most fixtures are rated for. Since our home is older, the system didn't have a pressure reducer on the main line. The technician installed it quickly and cleanly. These guys seem very honest... he could have gotten me for another few hundred to replace the valve thermostatic cartridge too, but he did not. Bell will be my first call next time I have a plumbing issue.

Bell services did our swamp cooler startup, since our old company dropped that service. On our scheduled day they contacted me that they could come sooner, which they did. Technician Derek was on time and very courteous. Hé discussed the prices for the hookup. Everything was done well and he didn’t leave until the unit was running well. We had Bell Services do other jobs before and we are always satisfied.

Bell Plumbing & Heating quoted me $2,000 to replace one toilet. If you read reviews this type of overcharging seems to be a strategy of this company. It is unfair of them to try to take advantage of people that may not have industry knowledge of cost or the time to deal with an untrustworthy company. DO NOT USE BELL PLUMBING AND HEATING.UPDATE: I did contact customer service but it is inaccurate to say anything was resolved as mentioned below. I did not use Bell Plumbing and Heating for our plumbing repair and will not use them in the future.

I had called Bell for an inspection of our furnace. We had just moved into our new home, and even though the furnace was only two years old, we were hearing some strange noises. Jake showed up right on time, and while he noted that Bell offered an inspection/safety service, he didn't think it would be worthwhile given how recently the furnace had been installed. Nevertheless, he immediately began diagnosing what was going on, determining that all the mechanical parts were working as expected. He noted a few spots where air could be leaking from the system and taped those over, and eventually discovered an unusual situation where there was an opening in the wall that essentially served as an air return. We investigated, and it was an opening from a crawl space/storage area under the stairs where we were keeping unused suitcases, and they were blocking that opening. He described how it was possible that was causing a reduction in airflow that could in turn be causing the noises we were hearing. We unblocked the opening, and our noise problems disappeared!After completing his work, he finished up by giving us all the info we needed on the warranty status of the system and things we could consider going forward. All in all, we couldn't be more pleased with Jake's professionalism, knowledge, and consideration.

I had a full furnace and AC replacement done by Bell. I had some complicated issues and Adam and the rest of the Bell crew went above and beyond to diagnose the issues and come up with the best solutions. Vukasin and Dada worked tirelessly for two days to get the old system removed and the new systems installed. Everything and everyone was very friendly and professional and the pricing was competitive with the other two companies that gave me bids for the work.

Tech was great when he finally got here which is why three stars instead of 1. I called on Monday morning and the soonest they could come out was Tuesday. Tech never showed and no one called. When I called to check they said they’d reschedule us—for Thursday! Promised someone would text in advance but they called. Call did not come through and when I called back to check on status—1 minute after Bell called—I was put on indefinite hold. When I finally got through they had redeployed tech to another job. Felt like Kramer vs the cable guy

Jim Womack was here promptly. He explained his assessment thoroughly and what the cost would be. He was very pleasant and friendly. He did everything he said he would do and in a very reasonable period of time. He cleaned up after he was finished. We were extremely pleased with his assessment and finished product. We would certainly ask specifically for him if we need plumbing services in the future.

They were able to provide same day service for our heater that wasn’t working. Rich who was the person that came to our house was great!

For the second time in a week, they didn't show up. The first time, they called to say their tech was busy on another job and couldn't show up. They rescheduled for this week. Again, this time, two and a half hours after our scheduled appointment, they texted me to tell me the tech didn't show up for work because he was sick and then they just didn't show up. Rather than scheduling for a third time, just for them to not show up again, no thank you. I'll find someone else. These guys are not reliable.

Our hot water heater started leaking gas and we decided to get it replaced. For the services offered the prices were very reasonable. Our technician was professional, friendly and knowledgeable! As a new/first time homeowner I was very impressed with Bell! We now have a brand new water heater and a sensor that detects any leaks! Whenever we need something done in the future they will be our first choice!

Mario was excellent. He arrived on time and was straightforward and concise when explaining how he would resolve our situation. He was very knowledgable, helpful and a good listener! Now our swamp cooler is in working order and we fully understand how to operate it. I wanted to have a whole-house humidifier installed. I called Bell Home Solutions last Wednesday. They had an estimator, Wayne M., here the next day. He went over options with me. I settled on a steam humidifier from Aprilaire. He scheduled installation for Friday. Fred F., assisted by Kyle, arrived exactly on time to do the installation. A Bell electrician, James V., arrived to install a 220 line for the humidifier. When it was all done, they tested the system to make sure it was working well. They explained everything to me, cleaned up the work site, and were out of here within several hours. GREAT SERVICE. I'll definitely use Bell Home Solutions for plumbing and electrical work in the future. Thanks!

An excellent experience. Scheduling was easy (even on a holiday weekend), the plumber arrived on time, the work was done efficiently, and I can not say enough nice things about the plumber himself. He was very courteous, conscientious in his work and cleaning up both during and after the job, and helpful in giving me tips and ideas concerning other plumbing issues we had. Bell's Plumbing is not cheap, but as the old saying goes, You gets whats you pays for.

We used Bell Plumbing to unplug our kitchen sink. My husband had tried several methods to unplug the sink. Bell Plumbing technician, Tony Medina, sloved the problem within minutes. Very happy with

Journeyman Plumber Doug Brittenham was wonderful. He came promptly at the right scheduled time, discovered the plumbing problem immediately and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. He needed to order parts and did so right away, so our problem was fixed as soon as the parts were available in another day. He got back to us as soon as he got the parts and the fix was done. He was pleasant and professional, and it was all in all a very good experience. We have been loyal customers of Bell for 20 years and have never been disappointed.Mike and Suzanne

A pedestal bathroom sink slowly draining$700 to clean from the trap.When I passed, suddenly an alternative of $350 to clean from the drain was suggested.Ultimately called another plumber who after arriving, removed the drain plug, and put that metal deal down the sink to clear the clog and done - 5 mins $120.I would absolutely not send Bell to my parents house unsupervised, as its clear these guys will fleece you.I see Belle more effective for emergency, or complex in conjunction with a quote scenarios. I have full confidence Belle as a team could tackle anything thrown at them. This is how I will utilize Belle in the future

Furnace didn't seem to be heating properly so we called Bell, who we always use for our furnace repair. Jeff came out and checked everything out. He had all our records about a recent new part, said it was not the problem. Thought a switch might be the problem but wasn't sure. Did not want to charge us to install unless we really needed it. So we didn't install part and are waiting to see if that's the problem. Furnace worked fine after we left and so far so good. Appreciated he didn't just talk us into a new part we may not need.

From receptionist to finished product our experiences with Bell have been lovely. We have used bell for both our whole house humidifier installation (which I strongly recommend to anyone living in this beautiful but dry state) and a furnace repair (thankfully the only things we've needed) since moving into our new home. Both experiences were wonderful. Both John and Doug were honest, patient and genuine. We wouldn't ask anyone else! Thanks Bell!

I have used Bell many, many times. They did a fantastic job with my new furnace a couple of years ago. I have been very pleased with them until today. I hate to leave negative reviews of a company I like based on one employee but I it really bothered me. I had a gas leak that needed to be taken care of right away. Customer Service and Dispatch were great. But why did the tech ask me if I lived in a low income complex? I get that it's not a high end part of Aurora but I have put a lot of work into my condo and it's a decent complex. No offense to people who do live in a low income community....but why would you say that to any customer at any point? It left a really bad taste in my mouth and I'm questioning if I want to have your company do work on my unit in the future.

Chris did a superior job. He clearly is an expert. He identified the problem quickly, knew what needed to be done to fix it, and did the repair promptly and effectively. He was pleasant to work with, polite, showed respect for our home, and valued my business.

So pleased with the whole experience! I had another plumber (who I had a coupon) come to fix a leaky tub faucet. He said he couldn't fix it and that no licensed plumber would. He wanted to totally change out the fixtures and charge me over $1000. I said goodbye and immediately called Bell. The man on the phone was so nice and said they certainly could. Richard came to my house and was very pleasant and professional and fixed the problem for just over $300. I am completely convinced that Bell is a reputable company and should have stayed with them, just as my mother did for 40 years.

Stay away from this company. Things initially went smoothly after replacing water heater. At the time of the Water Heater Replacement the technician sold me a Platinum Service Membership Plan as a good deal for $x for all these benefits that were posted on their website. The plan was purchased for a 1 year period in advance in which time I would be able to schedule my 5 different maintenance appts and 2 Inspection appts on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Water Heater, Cooling, etc. as needed. They have now sent me an email 6 months into that plan that they no longer plan to honor my plan that I had already paid the entitre year in advance for and not provide the service items they promised me. They are trying to tell me that my 12 month plan paid for in full 6 months ago in advance is no longer in effect even though there is 6 months left on the term because they have sent me an email saying they have now migrated me to a Perks Plan which basically has no benefits unless you buy something additional from them. This would be different if I was on a month to month plan, but I am not, I am on a yearly plan already paid for and detailed out to me 6 months ago. Bait and switch and a ripoff. Sounds like they migrated everyone who had paid for a year in advance to these new plans solely to save money on their part since there is no service provided by these new Perks Plans other than a discount when you buy something from them. They seem to think that they do not have to provide the maintenance services associated with the money already paid to them on the previous plans. Terrible communication.

We’ve used Bell for many years in several different houses and have always been happy with their services. Scheduling is very easy and service can usually be secured very quickly.

Dado and Tyler at Bell Plumbing did a bang up job and service for me last Friday 3/3/2023. Tyler wired a new bathroom and asked questions all along the way on the locations of the boxes, GFI, Overhead Fan, switches and where to run the line from the Breaker Box. All was done professionally and passed the Rough- In electrical inspection. Dado did two better. I had a light which wasn't working and he diagnosed that by getting up into the insulation of my attic and resolved it in 30 minutes. Dado also troubleshot a doorbell that had never worked in my house since we bought it 31 years ago. Needless to say I thought this was a lost cause, but he looked, calculated, thought for a bit and figured it out. It was a challenge but he stuck with it and resolved the inoperative doorbell. My kids, who were newborns when we arrived here 30 years ago, were speechless when they showed up this past weekend that the front door doorbell now worked after all this time. Needless to say both Tyler and Dado did a great job resolving all my issues and the price was right for the service rendered. I will use Bell for all my Plumbing and Electrical needs going forward

Same day service, very professional and experienced; replaced sump pump and prevented a much larger problem

Jake analyzed the problem with the air conditioning condensor and made the necessary repairs in a timely and professional manner. After Jake's visit I spoke with Lance concerning replacement of my furnace and a/c due to their age and potential repair issues. After consideration it was determined that replacing those systems would be best. The installation of those systems was completed in a timely and professional manner by Fred Fisher and assisted by Joe. I would highly recommend the professionals at Bell if you are looking for a top quality organization.

Bell roughed in all new steam shower rainfall and body jet components for a master bath remodel. Our technicians were timely and communicative. The project manager needs improvement on communication skills. Always had to chase him down for pricing and project install dates. We still haven’t been contacted to have our wall patched went an issue was discovered with one of the rough in shower components.

Tony Medina was WONDERFUL while cleaning out my sewer line. He was very kind and was very efficient. I will definitely be using Bell again. If you get Tony, you’re in great hands!!

I was very happy with Bell for some electrical work that I needed - my technician/electrician Randy was awesome. Very nice, very fast and very good. I had another electrician out last month for a similar problem - needed a circuit replaced - I had a bad experience with them and am now VERY happy that I switched to Bell (rather than trying the other company again). Bell was less expensive and WAY more knowledgeable. Randy had 30+ years experience. Super happy with Bell and would definitely recommend to others (in fact I already have).

Air conditioning was out in bedrooms and Justin found problem and replaced bad fuse. Friendly and nice

Was charged $472 to install an ignitor that cost $22 for the genuine unit in a 15 minutes visit. So $450 for labor? lol. Not acceptable to try and rip off people. Even though the unit is not new and going to replace it in the future, but now I know that I am not going to do that with this company cause they are probably going to charge me way more. Avoid this company cause they will overcharge you in a very obvious way.Update: I had to go to their office and the manager was friendly and refunded me partially to make it fair. 4 weeks after the ignitor replacement the heating unit stop working again which seemed exactly like the previous issue. They came and agreed to fix the issue free of charge since the person who installed the igniter used a universal igniter and didn't use the included connection and just taped the wires in a very poor job. Ricky and John (If I remember their name correctly) were much more friendly and explained the issue to me and fixed it. I will change my review due to that, but for whoever is going to hire Bell and seeking an advice, you should make sure about the billing and it doesn't always mean that your unit need to be replaced!

SCAM ALERT!!! Bell came out to my house on a hot summer day when my A/C was broken. The tech told me it was going to be $1500 to come back the next day and fill the a/c with Freon and fix a leak.I called another small business owner who gave me instructions over the phone to let the unit thaw overnight and he would come first thing in the morning to look at it. He charged me $200 to check for a leak, which there wasn’t one. He also told me my unit did not need freon. And then he told me I needed to keep my vents in my basement open so the unit would not freeze up again.SO THAT WAS MY PROBLEM- I NEEDED TO KEEP MY VENTS OPENAND BELL WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME $1500 FOR NOTHINGHere I am a year later and have had no additional problems with my a/c unit.THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!!

We are very happy with our new furnace and the Bell team who worked very hard to install it. The team was very punctual, and professional,always keeping us informed. Our pnoject required that ductwork/ gas lines be moved and Jason accomplished this and carefully explained furnace function to us. Would recommend them!

We bought a 107 year old home last October and have had one issue after another. The reason I mention this is to let you know I have had many people in and out of our house for all types of work: plumbers, electricians, handymen, floor repair/refinishing, appliance repair/new install, painting, etc. You name it we have had to do it. I have written NO REVIEWS for any of the others but felt compelled to write this due to the EXCELLENT, INCREDIBLE service from Lance (sales), to Fred (install), Joe (install), Chris (install), and Jordan (electrician). Bell should be honored to have these professional, dedicated to doing great work employees. We got 5 bids from different companies for this new AC/furnace install in a very antiquated home. My wife is a sales person and she chose Bell and she was right on. The whole crew we dealt with was honest, knowledgeable, and just good people to have working in your home for 3 days. We will refer them to anyone without reservation. Thank you.

After Years of calling around shopping for the cheapest plumber I have pretty much decided to simply call Bell and get the job done right. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I called Bell about getting my outdoor faucet replaced and within hours Todd was ringing my door bell. He was professional and did outstanding work on what turned out to be a challenging job. The final price was actually quite reasonable. I would not go anywhere else. Great staff with no BS. Will definitely use Bell for my next project.

I had a pipe break, causing massive water damage to a room, which we only discovered at 7:00 pm on a Friday night. I couldn't even find the break so I called Bell. Chris came over within an hour and was a lifesaver. He found the break quickly and was great at explaining what he would need to do and what it would cost. He was incredibly thorough, even finding another break in the line that I believe most people wouldn't have looked for until the water was turned back on. He took a lot of time to make sure everything was functioning properly and flush the system of air after repairing the breaks. He was friendly throughout the process, and I really appreciated the time he took to explain things to me and the advice on how to do some basic checks and maintenance myself in the future. I can't recommend Chris or Bell highly enough for the work they did after hours on a Friday.

I was having trouble with my furnace and looking for a company to take a look at it. I was browsing on the Bell Home Solutions' website because I was looking to remodel and they have a nice showroom. I noticed they do services (maintenance, repairs) as well - really everything. I called to make an appt and they were able to send someone out first thing the next morning. Mario Delacruz came to perform my furnace repair. He had excellent customer service skills! He was very friendly and professional. Mario told me exactly what the problem was a promptly fixed it. He didn't move forward on any repairs without my approval. He also let me know the pricing before he performed his work. I also appreciated him taking a look at my digital thermostat noticing that it wasn't attached to the wall properly. He fixed that too - no extra charge. Mario also performed a home safety inspection - no extra charge. He was very thorough and he taught me some things such as where my main water shutoff was! Lol. I was charged $242 for the service which I believe is in the range of reasonable. I will definitely be calling Bell Home Services for my house maintenance needs to continue to receive this great customer service. I'm also looking forward to checking out their showroom for remodeling ideas!

I called bell plumbing to find and repair a leak behind some wet drywall. I was told it was a $49 fee to come out and diagnose the issue. Fine, no problem there. The problem arose when the technician told my wife it would cost $351 to cut out a 1' x 1' patch of drywall to confirm the leak location, and then probably another $1000 to fix the leak. Complete bait and switch. Had I been told this prior to his arrival, I would not have paid them to come in the first place. Before I posted this review, I called and gave them the opportunity to correct the issue, and they basically said there was nothing they can do. Absolute crooks, I will never use their services again. There are plenty of plumbers in the Denver area who are fairly priced.

Beware! I was charged over $1,000.00 for 55 minutes work and $50,00 in parts. We have used Bell in the past. Something has changed. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before I ordered. They are 2 stars. I don't believe the Google reviews.

Vuk and Jacob from Bell Plumbing installed our new furnace on February 16, 2023. They were courteous, professional and personable! They worked steadily; eagerly answered all questions. They made a very difficult situation, as we had very cold snowy outdoor temperatures .. more tolerable. Bell Plumbing delivered space heaters before the installation date as it needed to acquire parts and design the new furnace for the location in our home. The furnace is working great! Bell Plumbing is a reputable and professional company!

Chris was my drain pro today and I got a other excellent employee of Bell! He showed me what he was doing every step of the way and solved a big plumbing issue. I highly recommend him and Bell.

Our air conditioner was all messed up due to an incorrect wiring job by a different company, which shorted out our Nest thermostat. I called Bell today, on a Sunday, and Richard was at my door in less than an hour. Richard was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and he’s faster at troubleshooting than any technician we’ve had out here from a handful of other companies. Richard got to the root of the problem in no time! This was such a good experience, and I feel confident that the issue is resolved. I signed up for Bell’s Value Rate Plan – we’re Bell customers from now on!

I called for service for my AC unit and the tech came out. His ladder was not long enough. He told me that he would have to come back with a longer ladder. And dispatch would contact me. He did say there was a chance they might not be able to do it.No call from dispatch, I call back and I'm not on the schedule. I tell them what the tech said and what was needed so they re-schedule me for a weekday. I take a day off work and receive a call that my roof is too high and they can't do it.Terrible communication. Why re-schedule me knowing how high my unit is and then tell me after I've taken a day off work?Communicate with your customers.

Bell was prompt and thorough and was very reasonable with their bid. Service people were extremely friendly and informative. They completed the job very quickly considering it was a fairly big job.

I had an overall great experience with this company. They were responsive, timely, and Tyler, the installer, was awesome. He did excellent work installing a 50amp breaker in my panel and running the wire from outside, through the house, and into the garage where he installed my new Tesla wall charger.I would definitely use this company again.

Just had our 2 furnaces serviced by Bell. They were able to fit me in earlier due to a cancellation. The technician Paul arrived on time and was friendly and efficient. He didn't try to up-sell me on products I didn't want or need, however the cost of service was about 20% higher than our previous provider, which is no longer in the maintenance business.

I am a very happy customer: the guys at Bell Plumbing (Brad, Adam, and Mike) recently completed an install of a washer/dryer in my historic condo. The job was extremely complex and required building an entire new drain stack and water supply through my downstairs neighbor's unit and into the crawl space of our building. They did an AMAZING job and I cannot recommend them enough. Despite encountering a number of roadblocks after we opened up the walls, they persevered, communicated seamlessly, and accomplished an incredibly difficult project, all at a reasonable cost. I will be using Bell Plumbing again in the future. Thanks guys!

I was impressed with this company 2 years ago, when I first used their service. Yesterday I needed a main line cleared out. The first employee came within 30 minutes. But, before the drain clearing could proceed, one of the original toilet valves was frozen and needed to be replaced. The gist is how seamlessly and professionally other Bell employees responded to help with this knotty problem. The team was respectful, communicated regularly on the work they were doing and clearly explained my bill. Please give these guys a call when you need help; you won't regret it. I explained to the receptionist that our water was leaking into the wall and we needed someone as quickly as possible. She was able to arrange that and Doug was there pretty quickly after that. Doug explained everything as we went along, worked quickly and was very efficient as far as I could tell. I would give him a very high rating for sure.

Bell installed my furnace in 2013 and I have been very happy with it. It ran into trouble during the last cold spell and two parts needed replacement. I was very happy to find they were still under warranty. When the parts come in and are installed I fully expect to be happy with the results.

Ryan was great, They were on time professional. Only charged the trip charge for some evaluation and cleaning of a vent pipe outside. Their communication is also fantastic.

I was able to schedule the night before when the problem presented its self even though it was almost 10pm. He came towards the beginning of the window of time I was given. He was very professional and efficient. We will use their service again in the future.

At first it looked like the service could not be done without major plumbing replacement, but the technician kept working on it and found a less complicated solution. Very pleased with Jose Espinoza! Friendly and informative.

Our family moved to the state of Colorado only to end up with wet carpet in our basement. Bell Plumbing was relatively prompt to send a serviceman out during our emergency whom quickly discovered (10 minutes) our sewer line had backed up. No other assistance could be provided until the next day because the proper equipment to snake our sewer line wasn't available. This was not a viable option for my family as we need the issue identified AND rectified immediately. We called a mainstream company who promptly arrived and cleared the sewer line. Bell Plumbing cost us $165 for a total of 30 minutes at our residence (which included 20 minutes of paperwork) and no action to fix the problem during normal business hours-despite being told $165 was the after hours rate. I'm very disappointed with a local business not having more understanding of an awful situation and not having the avaiable resources to fix the problem. I will NOT use this business again.

I've used Bell three times now--once for furnace maintenance and twice for plumbing and have found them to be friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced. Their service technicians discuss the work that will be performed, as well as the pricing, up front so there are no surprises. Our most recent visit was from Reggie, who couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend this business!

Justin came to our house to correct humidifier ducting that had been run to the wrong plenum. He was highly competent, communicative, answered all our questions and went above and beyond the call of duty. Great service!

These guys are a rip off! I had a Pressure Relief Valve leak in my basement and when I called these guys to come out and get a quote, they charge me over $950... How?! A quick google search shows the part is worth $100 and overall installation usually goes for under $500. The leak was really bad so I had no choice. But the customer service afterwards was terrible. I asked for an invoice and STILL never received one, after speaking to the supervisor multiple times and promising me he would send the invoice and refund me $100.00 to my card, but it still hasn't happened. This is very unprofessional!!! The picture shows the after, definitely not a $952 job...

Great service. Had a furnace leaking CO into our home. Bell had someone there (Lance) within a few hours to examine the current system and provide a very competitive quote for a replacement. The system was installed a few days later and the technicians (Mark and Kara) did a very thorough and professional installation. They answered any questions we had and cleaned up all the excess materials before they left. I would certainly use Bell again.

The team members quickly identified the source of the leak, shared openly my options and then completed the work in a very efficient manner. They were incredibly respectful and open throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciate their work and time in fixing my shower leak!

Correction of a humidifier duct that had been incorrectly installed --Not sure how to interact with the link you sent, but Justin was terrific. Not only did he respond most responsibly to a situation that was a bit unusual, but he brainstormed creative approaches and kept us in the communication loop all of the time. Justin was top notch.

Very happy with Bell as a reliable plumbing service for years. When so many plumbing companies and plumbers are out there wheeling and dealing, Bell gives it to you straight. I don't mind paying the higher price for the quality service, and the technicians we've had are skilled, thorough and very friendly and respectful. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. What can I say about Bell Plumbing besides these guys are wonderful!!! I recently bought my first house and there were a few issues I had to deal with. First I called Bell and had a plumber come out to fix the main shut off and the W/D hookups. Jason R. was on-time, as scheduled and even managed to impress my father who is not always easy to please. He did a great job and I’m sure that I will have no plumbing issues anytime soon. Thanks Jason!!!!! About 1 month later I was looking into a central A/C unit. Doug came out and gave me my options and pricing and I decided to go for it. The day of the install Marc and Fred showed up on time, ready to work. They installed the unit in one day with no issues and dealt with my pesky animals The company pulled the permit for me as well as even covered up the refrigerant lines with a nice covering. I also want to give Larry the electrician kudos, he was professional and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing (something which is a must when dealing with electricity.) Thank you Marc, Fred and Larry, I am more than happy with the job and appreciate how truly cool my house gets now. In the future if I have an issue I will call Bell Plumbing so the job can be done right and on time.

Bell Plumbing and their employees, Jazper Venegas and James, are the VERY best in the business AND they are courteous and go the extra mile. Their pricing is reasonable as well and is all on an up front basis. I had a shower drain clog and because the issue was simply gunk in the trap, Jazper and James only charged the trip fee! The honesty and integrity that Bell Plumbing employees show is phenomenal. This is the second time I have had Bell Plumbing out to my home and from now on, they are the ONLY company I will let come in the door. They are fair and get the job done right the first time.

From the start, my experience with Bell Home Solutions was wonderful. I had to call after hours due to a garbage disposal that decided to clog and then leak everywhere. Crystal took my call, took detailed notes as to what I needed, and even made sure to note the kind of disposal I wanted. She set up my appointment for the next day and made sure to go over what to expect during the technician's visit. Lydia called me the day of my appointment to let me know the technician was able to come earlier than expected and confirmed that would work for me, then called me back to let me know the tech needed to pick up the disposal I wanted. Doug Brittenham was my technician, and he was awesome! He made sure to discuss how the billing system worked, listened to what the issue was, and then told me what he was going to do to correct the problem. He then got to work and not only was he done very quickly, but he was extremely thorough in making sure there were no leaks, and that the disposal worked. He even made sure it wouldn't leak when the dishwasher was run. Doug left the kitchen spic and span, and to top it all off, he was professional, congenial, and a delight to work with. I would give them zero stars if I could. They came out to replace a humdifier filter. Charged me over $500 including the trip charge. Should have been $120-160.A couple of months later the humidifier went out. They said no charge as it would be under warranty. They come and said it was a different problem. They charged me $250. The want $2,200 to fix it. I am out $800 and no humidifier.I call someone reputable and they come out and fix it for $320 and that includes $120 filter.I will never use Bell Plumbing again. Buyer beware.

Bell came out on a Saturday to clear a main line backup. The technician, Jim, provided stellar service. In a short time, he cleared the line; he also made some excellent suggestions.

I received an estimate from them. To run vent and intake pipes for a high efficiency furnace they were quoting 1400 dollars. Assuming they are pvc, parts are 200 or less. So that outs their labor rate at 600 per hour. Just be wary when you receive a bid from them. As a reference, the going rate for a defense contractor (think boeing, lm, etc) is 200-300 per hour depending upon the level of employee. 600 is outrageous. Be wary. And don't believe any quality of work justifies 600 an hour. That was just a single portion of the bid.

Very professional. Very friendly. Very prompt and efficient. He evaluated the situation, told me the costs involved, and got right to work. And then thanked me because it was a pretty easy fix. From scheduling the appointment, phone call telling me when the plumber would arrive, to the actual service, I'm very pleased. Five stars all around!

Cason did a great job clearing the line for my washing machine and kitchen sink. She explained everything clearly and got the job done in a timely manner.

Our toilet and pipes were really clogged. I called for help at 10:30 and by 11:30, Tony from Bell was here. This is my first experience using Bell. The entire process was customer focused. The lady who took my call outlined the process and then sent me Tony's name and picture so I was very comfortable knowing who would show up. Tony assessed my plumbing problems and outlined the potential fixes. The pricing was very reasonable. He cleared the plug, but also made sure that not only the toilet was clear, but the shower and the floor drain as well. I am super happy and relieved that it is fixed. Tony is very professional. He explained everything so I could easily understand what he was going to do before he went to work and then what he found when he was done.

Jose, our drain cleaning guy was very professional, very courteous and diagnosed the problems very well with the sinks bathtub and toilet, and did an excellent job taking care of the problems. Also, I mentioned to Jose that I had an additional problem with some shut off valves. He called Bell immediately and within an hour, a technician named Jim Womack came over to evaluate what the problem was took pictures and called his office to line up an appointment for a technician to come and fix the problem. I am very impressed with Bell their team and their very punctual response.

Would give Chris many many more stars than 5. He is professional in all aspects, and is willing to explain things to an 83 year old lady who knows nothing about the workings of furnaces, hot water heaters or anything else mechanical. I would appreciate being able to request him for any service I may need in the future. Chris is a credit to your company and a terrific guy. You are very lucky to have him on your team. Jim was VERY professional and friendly. The plumbing issue was resolved and we are very happy.

The tech was a bit surly and dismissive of the primary issue: that our master shower thermostatic valve did not appear to be functioning properly (we were not getting hot enough water from it, even though all other sinks and showers were producing adequately hot water). He finally quoted us $925 to switch out the cartridge of the thermostatic valve...which was easily accessible and would only have taken a few minutes to do. I decided that they really didn't want the work, and that was that. I will give him credit for turning up my hot water heater, which he said was probably in need of replacement. It felt like they are trained more for getting additional work than concentrating on making the customer happy.

Josh , Nick and the other Bell service guys did a great job installing our new air conditioner and furnace. They worked very long hours to get it completed all in one day. The workmanship was excellent. Highly recommend the the Bell Plumbing and Heating.

I scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. They never left a message and they subsequently lost a customer. I will not use their services ever. They claimed to have left multiple messages but that’s a flat out lie. Wasted my time.

I have used this plumber Jim Womack for the last 12 years in various projects. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate to a senior citizen like me and is thorough. We will continue to use Bell Plumbing in future projects.

My technician, Dominique arrived during the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He determined my AC's capacitor wasn't working and was able to repair it. He also checked the rest of the system to determine if were any other issues. Finally, he cleaned the unit to make sure that there wasn't any debris blocking the airflow. Had everything fixed and cool air flowing within an hour.

I had a wall hydrant burst late on Saturday, which was running onto the basement floor, and I needed it fixed ASAP because I had company for the weekend. I started calling plumbing companies and no one was available until Tues.When I contacted Bell, they were able to have someone there within less than two hours. Tyler showed up and quickly assessed the break, and got to fixing it. He did a great job, but more noteworthy, was that this guy had a great attitude for someone who got called out late Saturday on a holiday weekend. A hard working, professional guy who I would definitely call again.

We had a very good experience w Bell Home Solutions on our Aprilaire 700M whole house humidifier. Lance who handles humidifiers was very helpful and answered every question patiently and I felt he was looking after my best interests. Fred F the installer was very nice and professional. He even helped me w an easier filter installation on our furnace, switched out a couple filters, and seemed to know humidifier installation very thoroughly. I know we probably could have saved a few bucks going w some other hvac dealer but it was well worth it using Bell.GB

Brandon was a breath of fresh air! We have done a lot of remodeling projects on every home we've owned and have not run into a tradesperson who worked as hard as Brandon to fix a problem. We recently moved into a house where the inspectors found a minor gas leak from an elbow joint coming from our boiler. We called Bell at the recommendation of the company who had installed the boiler originally but no longer worked on them. The technician who came was wonderful and explained everything to me. It did cost $650 for about 45 minutes which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5. They did inform me of this cost prior to fixing the leak but unfortunately due to us needing to fix it fast, we did not have time to shop around for better prices so I accepted. Overall, they were very nice and quick but I don’t think we will use them for future jobs just due to the outrageous prices.

Bell is consistently honest and professional. The front office is friendly, efficient and caring. Their tradesmen/women are with the company for many years. They stand behind their work. They know what they are doing. They aren't the least expensive, but they are the most trust-worthy. That is worth triple the fee.

Tony Medina did a very professional job. He was informative, gracious, friendly and compassionate to our situation. My wife and I are very pleased with his honest approach in resolving the issue. I called this business because my heater stopped working. A tech came by to check out the heater and said a fuse was a bad. He tried replacing a fuse but that didn't fix my heater. Later, he said that the wiring and the transformer are burnt. He said it's better to replace the whole system since the whole system is outdated. He charged me $50 for the service fee and left. I didn't get a quote to repair the wiring and the transformer. I called again to get an exact quote for the repair. They sent another tech. This time, the tech said the diagnosis fee is $500. I said that's insane. He said the $50 charge is just to send a tech (pretty much a gas fee). I called the operator and the operator told me that she doesn't know the prices. After all this, I still don't know exactly what is wrong with my heater. $50 wasted. A lot of my time wasted.

We had a water leak coming from below the dishwasher. Kurt Muse immediately came out and took a look earlier this evening. Kurt told us that Bell Home Solutions doesn't fix existing broken pipes below the dishwasher or the dishwasher itself (although they do install new dishwashers) so he referred us to an appliance company. Bell Home Solutions refused to accept any payment for coming out on such a cold night to our house and we appreciated the integrity he showed.

I've used Bell for a while now for our house repairs. I recently had Jake Morgan come over to help figure out our AC issue. He was VERY informative and also walked me through some maintenance that I was unaware of that will save me money in the long run. Highly recommend them and Jake made the difference. Thanks again!

I recently used Bell to replace a 30 year old boiler in our house that goes to our radiant floor heating and domestic hot water supply. Nick and Josh were great. Super personable, easy to talk to, walked me through the new system (it was extremely complex in my opinion), and got everything working in the estimated time.They did a massive amount of work. The old system was not installed to code, there was quite a bit of ductwork that needed redone and a lot of piping to make it more maintainable in the future.I would recommend Bell Plumbing and Heating and will continue to use for future work.

I would recommend Bell Home Solutions to anyone. Jarrod came on a Sunday to deal with a sudden and unexpected leak in one of our two hot water heaters. He stopped the leak, explained why we needed to replace the heater (which was ten years old), and left us still able to have hot water. Today he returned and replaced the heater (which is a great improvement over the old one). Everything was done on time with clear explanations of the process and the bill. I'll be switching to Bell for the rest of our plumbing work.

And the fix was quite quick.Would have been nice to make more available to the customer the fact of a $449 charge to look at anything (not mentioned) along with the $150 trip fee (understandable based on weekend) they have you for $600 before they fix/replace anything.

Great experience with Bell the last few days. We had a leak stopping our entire kitchen from being used. Dan was an amazing plumber coming in, finding the issue and recommending a fix all while being incredible professional and working around myself and wife having to be on work calls during all of it. The issue ended up being bigger than we thought and we had to have a whole team come in to quote and have HVAC work too. Brad was awesome and great at getting us a realistic quote that was a very fair price for the situation. I had a furnace issue and I'd gotten a coupon from Bell so I called them. I thought it could be a couple days but they sent Rich out today. My problem wasn't really serious but Rich took my furnace apart and checked it all out.

Neighbor had some work done and technician backed into my tree and broke one of the main branches. When I said something to him, he ignored me and walked off. All because he was too lazy to park somewhere else and walk a few more feet.

Tomas was very professional, on time, and explained everything he was looking at and going to do. I feel he was very thorough. We really didn't have time to shop around, so I can't speak to the value in pricing, but the costs were in the ballpark of what we expected.

Bell created and installed our home air conditioning system several years ago and we have been extremely happy with it. Recently the condenser needed to be replaced and Wayne Mallard from Bell worked with us on the replacement. He was totally experienced and knowledgeable, absolutely professional and honest in evaluating our situation and guiding us toward a condenser which was right for our home and property. We were extremely pleased with Wayne's service and plan to ask for him personally whenever we need air conditioning help in the future.

We have two water heaters in our home and they both went out at the same time. After a cold shower in the morning, I was determined to get them fixed quickly. I called Bell Home Solutions and they schedule someone to come in within a few hours. They promised they would call 30 minutes before they came so I was able to stay a work. Just as promised, they called as promised, I left work, and Kurt, their technician showed up within a few minutes. Kurt assess the situation, generated quote within minutes and I agreed to go forward. While working on changing out the water heaters, Kurt let me know that when our home was built, the electrician had failed to provide a disconnect for the recirculating pump. He explained the situation and I agreed. Kurt placed a call to his office and within about 20 minutes an electrician from Bell Home Solutions showed up to correct the electrical issue.A couple of hours later the old water heater had been removed, the new water heaters were installed and my family was enjoying hot showers again.This was the first time I used Bell and I was very impressed. Now that I know they provide plumbing, heating, and electrical work, I plan to use them for everything.

I've used Bell's services for many years. I appreciate how the repairman explains the repair to be done. I highly recommend them.

Used Bell Plumbing and Heating based off NextDoor recommendations to repair my furnace which stopped producing heat just after the big snow storm. The process to call in and get a technician scheduled was a really easy and straight forward. Bell had someone out within two hours which exceeded expectations. Chris was dispatched and jumped into the repair process. Within minutes he had the situation diagnosed and verbally described the problem. Pricing was discussed and I agreed to the repair. I was not aware the part that was being replaced was $30 and took 10 minutes start to finish to correct. There was a claim that it would take a hour and other items of the system would be checked and verified (padding time). Hot surface ignitor in a Carrier furnace. Total job billed to me was $432. Bell does not provide the distinction of parts and labor. It's a flat rate fee for the job and it hides what's really going on. I'm not a fan of this practice at all and will not be leveraging Bell for future service and repair. Bell has everything going for it but it leverages ignorance of the customer for a higher level of profit. To me this is dishonest and I would highly encourage those who are budget conscious to look at other companies for work. Be up front with your customer. Explain the cost of parts and labor securing the trust of your customer.

I was told by the employee who scheduled our appointment over the phone that it would be a $99.00 diagnostic fee, and if there was in depth diagnostics to be done the tech would go over the hourly cost with me at that time. But when the tech showed up he said it was $99.00 just to have him show up! And the diagnosis would be $200.00 on top of the $99.00. And none of this would go towards any repairs that might have to be made. Very unprofessional. Puts both me and the tech in a very awkward position. Regardless of how professional the tech was (which he was) it was not worth the extra $200.00 for a diagnostics that was not previously discussed. Had I known this over the phone I would have kept calling other companies to find a more reasonable price just to have someone look at our unit. I certainly will not use them in the future, and I don't recommend anyone else use them.

I first spoke and met with Lance who gave me a quote and answered all my questions with straightforward and detailed responses. He installed AC's himself for many years prior, so could give me expert insight and recommendations. Everyone you speak with at Bell is an expert and you can always get the information you need right away. Mark, Josh, and Dado did an incredible job installing my AC. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I got a lot of great advice on maintining the system and how to keep up with inspections.I contacted a few other contractors in the area and nobody was as responsive, professional, or friendly as the team at Bell. I would gladly use them again for other projects and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Nick was very friendly, efficient and was able to give us a competitive quote for a new water heater within 48 hours of calling Bell. Many other professionals I called were booked out for weeks. I’ve used Bell Home Solutions for many years for a variety of services. Today, Chris performed an annual service check on the furnace. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, thorough, hardworking, and a delight to work with. He readily identified a couple of problems, offered several alternative solutions, and had the issues resolved in a short amount of time. I will ask for him by name next year when it’s time for the check on the AC. Kudos also to the scheduling folks – they always make it easy; the courtesy call 30 minutes before the tech gets there is much appreciated

Found water in our crawl space that we identified as coming from our humidifier. Found Bell via Google and luckily they were able to send a tech out within a couple of hours. Nate was extremely professional, wore a mask and shoe covers, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and handled all of our issues in a timely manner. I found services to be reasonably priced and signed up for a yearly membership which covers a lot of the in incidental costs. Highly recommend Nate and Bell for any of your HVAC needs.

Jon Watson showed up at our home on time, on a Saturday, to inspect our system and help us understand the extreme heat in our mechanical area. He did a thorough inspection of all systems and went into the crawlspace to verify further that all venting was functional. In the end he was able to explain the issue and options we had, none of which were add-on work Bell would be doing, rather, common sense changes we can make to correct the situation on our own. Very honest and conscientious, prompt, polite, and thorough, we would highly recommend Jon to service or inspect your systems.

Jim is knowledgeable and professional. He installed a sink and faucets in one of the bathrooms. He noticed rust on a sink that I had not intended to replace. He explained that this could cause problems in the future and suggested that it be replaced. He contacted the warehouse and had a sink ordered and delivered. He explained where the main water shutoff valve was located. Should I have any further plumbing needs, I will definitely return to Bell for the parts and request Jim for the installation. My new sinks and faucets look wonderful!

My furnace stopped working on a early Sunday morning during off hours on one of the coldest and snowiest days of the year. I placed an emergency service call to Bell. Within an hour and a half they had a service technician at my house to diagnose the issue. The tech, Dominique was courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix a rather difficult issue with the furnace in a very reasonable amount of time. He went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service!Update: 7/26/19I am always surprised at how friendly and knowledgeable this company's technicians are. Corey was no exception. He was very personable and certainly knowledgeable. He got my air conditioner running in no time. Also spent extra time helping me understand my problem and gave me tips on keeping my unit well maintained. Once again top notch service from Bell Home Solutions.

Jim Womack the plumber was great! He stayed until 10 p.m. in order to get our water heater installed. He didn't complain at all about staying late and did excellent work. The only downside is that Bell is kind of pricey. Granted, the work was emergency and after hours....so I knew it would cost more than usual.

Bell came out to tune my furnace. I was not pleased with the price but customer service at Bell responded to my concerns immediately and we came to an agreement. They go the extra mile in customer service!

Daniel D. was extremely professional, friendly and explained all the tasks that needed to done and what parts that were going to be used. Daniel D. was extremely through with his work, a true craftsman at his trade and he cleaned up each work site when completed. I'll be using Bell Plumbing again when I have a plumbing project at my home.

We have used Bell for many years. The depth of staff experience has been able to handle all our infuriating / oddball plumbing problems. There have been complaints about price, but in my opinion the higher rate for skilled labor has been a cost-saver versus paying a lower rate for lower-skilled labor to fumble with the problem all day. They sell and service good brands, and have the ability to support them later. I really appreciate that it's been a top-quality operation for such a long time.

Being a renter and having my landlord schedule Bell to deal with a broken water shut off valve and the adjoining water pressure unit that was under the first floor and down a crawl space made me uneasy. Travis the technician was early (on time in my eyes) and he was extremely personable and got right to it. He also fixed a small leak at the washer hose valves in the wall with no charge. The whole 10 unit buildings, water, was only off for a short period of time thanks to Travis. Guarantee and warranty plus immediate electronic billing made it a snap. I'm thrilled. We forget how much we depend on H2O especially when pipes break. Bell hit it out of the park today. Thank you

Bell's hourly rate is $423.62 / hour. No kidding. Plus $49.00 for travel. Check with others first. Not even a union plumber is worth that kind of money.There was not a standard rate for the faucet repair, therefore the technician quoted an hourly rate - $423.62 / hour. He estimated no more than 30 minutes, so his estimate was $233 + $49 travel. But it took one hour, and so he billed me $423.62. I supplied the parts, so no charge for that. Plus I paid $49.00 for travel. $472.62 total.

Justin fixed a ongoing Heater issue that no one else could figure out. He was intelligent and professional and very knowledgeable about his trade. It’s nice to see their are still people who care about doing a good job. Thank you!

Very easy to set up and right on time.I had Bell come out to my Condo in August due to some weird water colors I was getting throughout my place. I can’t remember who I worked with but he was very professional and seemed to give me good, straight answers. While my issue turned out to be small and didn’t need anything major, I’d still use Bell if anything else ever comes up for me.I want to add that I tried Tipping hat first and they were super hard to schedule with. They asked me to reschedule 2x. Bell was a call once, a schedule and they made it on the scheduled time. Definitely more reliable.

I had what I thought was a clogged drain, but due to the cold temps in CO, my pipes had frozen underneath my sink and the water was backing up in the sink side and the garbage disposal side. Chris was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting the job done. I would highly recommend Bell for all your plumbing and heating needs.

My water heater shutdown due to a seized fan motor. Ryan quickly identified the issue and provided estimates for fixing the existing and replacement. Ryan also identified that the fan exhaust vent was installed backwards, which likely lead to the motor failure. In addition he installed a collection pan and monitor for the pressure release line. Really professional thorough job!

Needed emergency repair of leak in natural gas line to house. Bell got a plumber out to us same day and completed repair quickly. Brian came out to repair a leak in a cold water pipe in our basement and replace a leaky sprinkler shutoff valve. He worked quickly and efficiently and was excellent to deal with. Christopher visited our home on Monday to determine what avenues to use to correct our heating problems in our downstairs areas. He proposed, and we agreed, to have an additional air return installed. He returned on Wednesday afternoon with all the required equipment to do the installation. Our furnace went out in the middle of a snow storm so we were scurrying to get someone out. Bell was able to get a technician to us the same day. The small hiccup was they had some trouble finding the correct part, so it took a couple of visits before we were all set. We understand that can happen; in the meantime every technician was incredibly friendly and informative so that made up for the slight delay. They also made sure they got the furnace running temporarily while we waited for the part to come in. Thanks to their friendly service, we will use them again.

It was quite an expensive appointment … for getting my water line connected to my new refrigerator. I expected about half of the overall charges.Jim was very personable and professional. He explained what he’d be doing and was very thorough. He also helped me keep the fridge from easily being pulled by opening the closed, by lowering the fridge’s “feet”.

I've been using Bell for my general maintenance and upkeep and am generally happy with their service and value. One time when they serviced my AC unit, they suggested I needed a new unit, and mine was only 9 years old at the time. I got a second opinion, and still have my original AC unit, working perfectly fine. Bell is good, but I learned it is always important to double check when recommendations like that are made.

Absolutely ridiculous pricing. I have always used Plumbline or Fix It 24/7 in the past. I've never had an issue with a quote from either company. I recently moved and thought I would try Bell Plumbing. Called for a simple project - replacing 2 shower cartridges. I had the cartridges so they were not even included in the pricing. Was quoted an astonishing $900+ for what would have been a very simple project, likely less than an hour to replace both. It was not the tech's fault as he doesn't set pricing. He was just the bearer of bad news. I obviously didn't move forward. Had to pay the $99 fee for them to come and insult me with such a ridiculous quote. Wow! What an unfortunate way to introduce a new customer to their business.

I contracted with Bell to have a new Furnace and AC installed. Fred and Joe were both professional and personable, and completed the job quickly with a minimum of disruption to our household. We are very happy with their work and with our new A/C.

We purchased a Stream Labs Lead Detector device through Bell, and had it installed. Brandon was athoroughly familiar with the product and its internet capabilities. He was professional and friendly. We have used Bell over the years and are happy with the way in which it stands behind its work and products.

Brandon came out to the house to install a new water heater. Brandon was courteous and professional and exceeded my expectations. While here, he also installed a new shut off valve that was long past due to get done. All the work he did was timely and up to par.

So happy we had Bell help us with a bathtub faucet that was gushing hot water even when the tap was closed due to water pressure issues and an old faucet hookup. Because of the strong flow of water and not wanting to waste resources we were turning the whole house tap on and off whenever we needed any water anywhere in the house. With two flights of stairs to get to the tap, it was getting frustrating quick. We called around to a couple places and Bell was the first to offer us same day service. Within hours, we had a licensed plumber (Tiffany) who was amazing, identified the issue quickly, and gave us several options and price points on how to fix it, as well as a great amount of education on the faucet design and potential future investment options if we wanted to replace it with something more modern. Such great total service, from the call desk and booking folks to the plumbing expertise. Fantastic job. Pressure issue resolved and new faucet taps installed in a same day turnaround. Highly recommend. We’ll be booking Bell for any other home services we need including when we’ll need to replace our old water heater.

Bell Home Solutions has been out to our house 2x's for plumbing issues. Both times were great experiences. The plumbers have been experienced, happy, clean and very knowledgeable. We had a kitchen faucet leaking into the basement and Bell's Jim Womack came out took out the old faucet and put in a new faucet very professionally. He was on time, nicely dressed, friendly, very knowledgeable and didn't rush the job. I would highly recommend Bell Home Solutions and when you call ask for Jim Womack (37 years experience)!

The service technician was excellent. He installed new upgrade swamp cooler panels for Bieezair Swamp Cooler. He got the model number to ensure that he purchased the correct panels. He was very congenial and efficient with the installation.

Great service. Had a late night emergency. Didn't overcharge which was welcomed and a sign of a respectable business. Technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. In an online world where calling a 24 hour service gets you a company you don't know, go with Bell. They seem like a small, independent, family run business who cares.

We called Bell to have them do a couple simple plumbing tasks in our basement. My wife was home and I was not. She isn't that familiar with plumbing work. The plumber came over and basically told us that two were going to be very tough to do and very expensive. Fine (although one of them was not, so I dont get it). The last task was to simply replace a sink disposal. They did that, and and proceeded to tell my wife that it would be $720 for the 45 minutes that it took to do it. The disposal they installed retails at $200. Before she could get me on the phone to ask if that sounded right, the work was done. I would have kicked him out of my house. The explanation the plumber gave her was that each job is not billed by the hour - the company has a line item charging system. Salt in the wound - when I called Bell to talk to a supervisor, I left a message and still have not received a call back (10 days). I feel like they took advantage of a woman (who didn't know a whole lot about plumbing) and they obviously gouged us. If this is what they think the going rate is, dont use Bell. There are good plumbers out there that are way less expensive (and maybe ethical).

Bell Plumbing and Heating deliver quality and dependable service. Yes one could insert that Bell Plumbing and Heating is slightly costlier compared to other companies. However, the service from Bell Plumbing and Heating will be right. We were fortunate to have Chris service our heater before winter comes. Chris was respectable and communicated his efforts with us.

We awoke News Years Day to a cold house. We called Bell and were greeted by an after hours operator who said she would have a service tech to our home ASAP. ASAP turned out to be much less than an hour. The tech, named Gino, carefully diagnosed the situation and gave us choices. Since our furnace was 19 y/o we chose to opt for a new furnace if it could be installed soon. He made three phone calls and then gave us new furnace options complete with pricing and a promise to have it installed the next day. The next morning, again in a very cold house, before 8:00am, we received a call from Bob advising us that installers would be at our home between 9:00am and 9:30am. Slightly before 9:00am, Mike and Lawrence arrived with our new furnace. They carefully covered and protected our new carpeting and proceeded to work. I jokingly said we would like it done by 10:00am and Mike very nicely replied that 10:00am was a bit too soon but they would likely be done by noon. I was pleasantly shocked. Sure enough, by noon, Mike and Lawrence were ready to thoroughly run through owner's instructions and answer all possible questions. Mike and Lawrence were exceedingly polite and professional. They left our home looking clean and untouched. It is now 1:00pm and the house is warm and comfortable again. The whole experience, awful as it seemed yesterday when we awoke, turned out to be more pleasant than I could have ever imagined. Thank you all at Bell for your expertise, courtesy and outstanding customer service.

A hose connected to the faucet on the bathtub in our master bathroom come loose and fell inside the tub. We tried to get the hose out of the tub ourselves, but failed, so we called Bell as we do whenever we have a plumbing problem.Bell sent Service Plumbers Kurt and Tomas out on our service call. They explained that they would try to fish the hose out to reconnect it, and if they couldn't, they would have to cut into the drywall and tile to get to the hose inside the tub.After several attempts they were able to fish the hose out from inside the tub to reattach it to the faucet without cutting into the tub.They did an amazing job and I would give them 5 plus stars if it was possible.

Expensive!! I decided to try Bell again after not having a great experience last time. Since they made good, I gave them another shot. This time I wanted two ball valves installed. When I called, they did not give me a price up front. They said they charge $50 to show up then price on the work needing done. When the tech assessed the job, I was quoted $427 for the first valve and $336 for any thereafter. Seems like they are working the bait and switch. If I knew the price ahead I wouldn't have even had them come out. I only had one valve done since it was something I needed and passed on the second. I suppose I could have not had anything done and eaten $50 for absolutely nothing. Sure they do good work and the tech was a nice guy, but I still feel like I got gouged. This will probably be the last time I use Bell and would advise others to shop around or learn to do the work yourself.

He arrived promptly and was able to repair the toilet in only a few minutes. He was courteous and did not leave any mess. He was careful to always have shoe covers on.

Having used Bell Plumbing for several years now there was no doubt who I was going to call when my furnace went out Sunday night. When the initial service call revealed that a new furnace was needed I had no second thoughts as to having it replaced by Bell. They sent Mark & Fred to my house on Wednesday and from the time that they arrived I had no doubts that I was in good hands. I’ve used Bell Home Solutions for plumbing, heating and cooling issues for many years. Today, I was sure I needed to replace an external hose valve. Turns out, there was a pinhole leak in an old hose connector that was creating the issue. Just to be sure, a cap was placed on faucet. No leak. Saved $$$ because the technician was honest about the issue. Would much rather pay for a service call instead of work that wasn’t necessary.

May 2019 - Chris did a really great job...very professional!!! He replaced the broken damper on my boiler and installed a valve to reduce the pressure in my water line to a safer level.~~~~~October 2019 - I called Bell again (great experience with Chris in May) when I was shocked to find a valve on one of my radiators was leaking! Bell sent Jake out for an evening call and he was able to repair the valve and get everything running well again for our record breaking bitter cold temp. Jake did a great job and was very professional!!!

There were no final bill surprises and he patiently addressed each of my questions. The plumber by the name Jim came look at the leak from the connection above my water meter and gave a price close to 700 dollars with service fee. He started to explain that needs to cut the pipe and cut a new pipe and change the connection.Long story short I refused to go with his proposed repair. I called another plumber he came and said you just need to tighten the connection he did so the leak stopped.Do not call the Bell plumbing the rip you off.

This year I took advantage of the annual home plumbing checkup, which is offered as part of my particular maintenance plan. Jim was terrific - very knowledgeable, thorough, polite, respectful, explained various things with great patience, and provided context for items I might want to upgrade or repair. I continue to be a very satisfied Bell customer and recommend without reservation.

We've used Bell Plumbing a couple of times now, but we are officially done giving them the benefit of the doubt. The two star rating (as opposed to one) is because I want to give some credit to the first technician we received for the service of our water heater. He was very kind, patient, and responsive. However, when he was done with the work, our water pressure had significantly degraded. He showed us readings saying that it was the same, but it was clearly and noticeably lower than before.Fast forward a few months, and the same issue that we brought up before and were told to take a wait and see approach was still causing problems and required what seemed to be a basic repair to a bath tub faucet. Three trips from two different technicians and $500 later (even though we supplied our own hardware), the faucet still leaked. The only difference was an unsightly seam where they used sealant to cover a large gap rather than trying to fix and install it properly.Unlike the first technician, our most recent technician was dismissive, condescending, and summarily unhelpful. We're now on the hunt for another plumber/plumbing service and will NOT use Bell again.

I had a very good experience with Bell Home Solutions on 9.30.15. The technician called prior to the appointment to let me know his arrival time. He performed the annual maintenance on my tankless water heater efficiently; and answered knowledgeably and helpfully questions I had. He was also very personable and informed me, without pressure, of various programs Bell offers. Overall, a very positive experience.

A mechanical engineer, Kyle knows his stuff. I wanted a heat pump water heater, and they accommodated my request. These are currently unusual and not the norm, though I think that is changing. They did a workmanlike job. I would so use Bell again. In fact, they replaced a crummy, brand new gas fire tankless that was so poorly installed by renovators, it oughta be illegal.

Chris was on time, and showed a genuine care for the service, with a great personality and professionalism. I would like to thank Heather at the call desk, and Chris for all that they did. Everyone at Bell seems to care and show the professionalism that has earned them the reputation they deserve.

We had Bell do an extensive remodel of our kitchen and living room. We've used a number of contractors since moving to Denver, and Bell provided the best experience of them all. I think there are some things inherently frustrating about construction/remodels/contractors, but Bell is definitely the most organized company I have worked with.They arrived on time, did good work, and communicated really well with us. I had the most amazing experience because of Cason and Jim. They seriously saved the company in my eyes because of their exceptional customer service.I had Bell come out for a main line clean out because they had a special for $69. I told the person on the phone that most likely they would need to pull the toilet. The person on the phone never told me it would be an additional $400 to pull the toilet. What?! The cost went from $69 to almost $500!!!Poor Cason and Jim had no control that the person on the phone never said anything. They totally understood that it was a tough situation so Cason got on the phone and figured out a way to bring the cost down, get me a membership, a coupon and make sure the drain line was done. I seriously was at a point where I thought the company was a joke and terrible with customer service until Cason and Jim stepped in.Bell owes them a bonus or a raise! I went from never wanting to use Bell again to recommending the company to family and friends. They handled a tough situation perfectly. Seriously, my mom asked for a business card from them because she was so impressed.

Jarrod assisted me with a few plumbing issues. He accessed each issue, laid out my options and answered my questions along the way. Had to get a water heater replaced and after talking to Bell they gave me a great quote and came out the next day. They even came a couple hours earlier than the scheduled time. John Willing did a great job installing the new water heater and showing me everything I would need to know about the water heater. He installed it very quickly and within an hour I had hot water. I use Bell Home Solutions because they are a reliable company. This is the first time where I had to contact the manufacturer to verify if a part or parts needed would be covered under warranty. The technician quoted the cost for replacement. While waiting for the parts to arrive, I contacted the manufacturer who said not only would they cover the parts but would also cover the cost to overnight the needed part. This was also confirmed by Bell. The technician however started to argue with me when I asked for a breakdown for the costs he quoted; i.e. cost for parts, cost for labor. The technician started to charge me for the overnight shipping; I stated that the cost would be covered by the manufacturer. I feel that had I not contacted the manufacturer I would have paid for parts and shipping that were covered by the manufacturer under my warranty. Waiting for the parts to be shipped was what saved me for what would have been a very costly repair. Bell Home Solutions refunded the charge for the diagnostic, which I truly appreciate. I would like to believe that Bell Home Solutions will verify parts are covered prior to quoting replacement costs. It would also be helpful if I as a customer can have a breakdown of what I'm paying for before the work, not after.I still have confidence in Bell Home Solutions and plan to continue using them in the future.

Amazing team. They made our full furnace and air conditioner replacement easy explaining all of the options. Since our furnace was suddenly out of commission, and it was 21 degrees outside, they were able to rearrange some appts so that they could give us heat in 24 hrs! Mark and Joe did a great job with the install, walking us through everything as they went. I will definitely recommend Bell to all of my friends, neighbors, coworkers, etc.

I called Bell to have an outside faucet repair and Jim Womack was the name of the plumber who completed the repair. Jim is a personable and very professional fellow who patiently discussed my options to repair the faucet. The repair was done properly and in a timely manner and because of the discussion of options I was able to choose an option that was less costly. Jim is friendly and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to call on him again when I have issues related to plumbing, heating or air conditioning. Jon came out for a gas alarm we experienced. He arrived on time and was professional throughout the service. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. He made several recommendations to fix the issue and set up appointments to have it taken care of. Jon tested every vent, input, output, and appliance to ensure we were safe until the problem could be fixed. I wish I could give 6 stars.

Called because they were down the street to replace a shower cartridge. Very nice tech came out and quickly ID'd the problem. However, she was limited to what her system would quote in a price and she was genuinely ashamed to quote a price of almost $1,100. A cartridge ranges from $25-80 and the process is less than an hour of labor. Absolutely a rip off. Got stuck paying a $49 show up fee. Had another provider complete the work for $190. Beware.....

Wow. What service. Both Tomas and Dillion came in and were friendly from the get go. They assessed my issue with my water heater and went over all solutions. They advised they can help with the leaking and make the situation they were working with a lot better. Not only did they fix the issue they made it look much more up to date with better equipment. I had a furnace issue and my house was super cold. I called Bell Home solutions and they were able to send someone over the same day. Matt showed up on time and was very professional. He explained the issue, quoted me a fair price and was able to fix it right away. He also gave me tips on how to extend the life of my furnace and what I should keep an eye on and check on in a few months. I could not be more pleased with this company and Matt.

The part that surprised me is how quickly they answered and scheduled me within 24 hrs... Communication is super important in regards to customer service and they went above and beyond with text notifications and emails... Jim was my serviceman, super professional and did a amazing job explaining, walking us through what happened, what went on, and the work he did. The value that Bell offers is shown through his professionalism and courtesies. I would highly highly recommend this company.

Tried to fix a plumbing problem myself. Quickly realized I was in over my head on the project. Called Bell late afternoon to schedule a time to fix my mistakes as well as correct the original problem. Todd came over the next morning right on time. Did an excellent job of getting the plumbing back to where it should be. Todd was very professional and worked quickly. Final price was exactly what he quoted when he estimated the project when he first looked at it. Definitely would recommend Bell to anyone who has a plumbing problem or has unsuccessfully tried to fix a problem on their own.

I called them because my furnace went out early afternoon. I had come home early from work because my wife and I had a meeting later that evening. My parents were coming over to watch our two 9 month old twins and there was no way I could leave the house cold all night until I could get to home depot the next day to make the repair. The thermocouple on our boiler seems to need to be replaced every one or two years but it is a ten dollar part and a 30 minute repair that I have done myself. Bell came over and spent 30 minutes on the repair and $10 on the part and then handed my parents a bill for $600! I work in the construction and real estate industry and I understand that plumbers are highly skilled and their labor is expensive, but there is now way to justify this bill! Having a furnace go out in the winter is a life and safety issue, and they should not take advantage and price gouge customers that don't have a choice to wait until the next day to make the repair. I called the company and emailed them wanting to speak to the owner about the pricing, as I was hoping to discuss the issue rather than resorting to writing a negative public review. It has now been 2 weeks since I have asked to discuss the bill and there has been no response. Save yourself and your money, you will most likely be better off calling anyone but Bell. Judging from the other reviews, mine was not an isolated experience and they obviously don't care to discuss problems with customers once they have their money.

Bell Home solutions have been great. Last year they came out on a moments notice to fix a crumbling pipe. Made my wife super happy and saved us some money.Today Ben came and installed a new toilet. Great guy, fast efficient and left the work site clean.

I had a busted pipe going to an outside spigot. I got an appointment and was called so I knew he was on his way. Brandon was very polite, prompt and professional. He kept his mask on the entire time. He explained the issue and quote in great detail. After the work was complete, he showed me the busted pipe and explained how he repaired it. I will definitely use Bell again!

There were a couple positive things from Bell. Their customer service was very good and responsiveness. When the tech arrived at my house he showed my a price of around $270 dollars that he said was the max price for the diagnosis and if they had to do any repairs it would be more and if they didn't do anything it would be less. After he spent 10 min looking at the unit he said everything is fine and I just needed a new filter, which I had put on myself the night before. He did no work or no repair, and was there for a total of 15 min. When he gave me the bill the charge was the max $270, and I asked how was this the max as there was nothing done. He let me know it was due to the time spent, but when I responded with him only being there for 15 min and that he told me at the beginning the 270 was the max rate and it would be less if there was no work to be done he dropped the price down to $150. I still think 150 is high, but paid it anyways. I appreciated his honesty about what the issue was, but there is no way that a nearly $300 charge for no actual repair is fair. I'd be weary and make sure you drill down the price as they will try to gouge you.

I was really impressed with Jazper today. He was friendly, professional, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He fixed my problem quickly and the pricing was fair and straightforward. I'd definitely reccomend Bell based on the experience I had today.

Upon arrival, we walked Kurt through the house to discuss some of the “projects” we needed help with. He evaluated the issues and made a number of suggested fixes we should undertake immediately, as well as advised us on the pros and cons of fixing vs replacing a basement toilet. Based on his experience, his professional advice was very appreciated. He was patient and thorough in explaining what repair work he was performing, what it would accomplish and how best to effectively maximize his service call.

The plumber that came out was awesome! However we definitely were overcharged. We bought our own garbage disposal and we asked for someone to flush the water heater and inspect and that costs over 1000 dollars… not including the cost we paid separately for the garbage disposal. I will not be using this company again and their prices are outrageous.

Bell has been my preferred plumber and heating service company since I moved to Denver in 1980. Bell is always prompt and courteous with expert technicians. Randy Walz was my service person today and he made my day special - arrived on time and he solved the problem with a minimum of effort on my part. I like all of the service folks that you have sent to my house over the years but I will be asking for him by name the next time I need your help. Bell technician seemed knowledgeable but quoted me a price of $2600 to fix two small leaks - one in kitchen supply line and one in the sprinkler system pipe. My local guy fixed it for $400.

My most recent work was somewhat of an emergency and the technician, Richard Peterson, was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. Brian S is an excellent technician. He quickly assessed the situation and called for the parts he needed. There were some marginal installation problems from previous work in the water heater installation that he corrected, including items that needed to pass code. He worked quickly, neatly, and steadily. He is very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained his action thoroughly to my understanding.I thought the entire installation was pretty expensive, but I've not had this type work done in a long time and did not anticipate the way costs have gone up. The important thing is that I now I have a reliable hot water system installed in a professional and neat manner.

Our AC broke on a 96 degree day. With two young children, we needed help, and we needed it fast. Bell was able to set us up with a technician the very next day. Jonathan Watson worked quickly and had our AC up and running within a few hours of service. Bell Plumbing recently came out to install a water softener and to diagnose and repair our boiler, which they’ve done a phenomenal job! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Bell also have qualified and licensed electricians! Austin came out to help re-wire a lighting fixture in our guest bedroom that was installed incorrectly when we had bought the house (there were signs of burnt wires in there - yikes!) Austin helped with all that and made it functional and safe to use! He also helped me install a brand new decorative lighting fixture in our stairwell! We can’t be happier with Bell with their professionalism and expertise!

Some expensive maintenance was performed. Jacob was efficient, friendly and clean. I'm not an HVAC tech, so I can't judge the parts or installation, but the heat comes on when I jiggle the thermostat, so I guess it was a successful operation!

We had several emergency gas leaks that needed immediate attention. Not only was Bell fast and efficient in attending to our situation over the phone, the registered plumbers who arrived soon after, John and Tomas were very warm, kind and extremely knowledgeable. We bought a new furnace and AC system from Bell in May 2021. I wrote a glowing review then and I am writing another now. After the cold snap this last weekend, we had a water issue which in turn affected the furnace-no fault of the new furnace! Again, Lance and the others at Bell did not disappoint. I've worked with Bell Home Solutions twice now and have had wonderful experiences. We had a leaky shower and were squeezed into the schedule right away. Calling yo make appointments is very easy. They also have a cancellation list which helped move up both of our appointments. Doug came by today and helped fix our leaky shower quickly and for a very reasonable rate. He was also super nice! I would recommend this company to anyone and plan to call again when needed.

Fast forward a year later...Jim Womack came out to my home and fixed my water heater last night. He taught me all I could imagine and more about my home's plumbing and water heater. Jim is a great asset to Bell Plumbing and Heating.Mom and dad had a plumbing emergency with a leak coming from a hot water line that went into a recessed can light and then down onto the carpet. Problem 1: It's Sunday. Problem 2: Dad had to go in for a procedure Monday. Problem 3: We have no idea how to fix leaking pipes. I cannot make this up- I contacted nine (9) 24-hour plumbing companies, mom contacted two (2) more companies including a company she has a 'exclusive' warranty with. Who came out just two (2) hours after calling? Bell Home Solutions. Jim Womack, who has 35 years of experience came to the house and not only fixed the leak, cleaned up the mess, but also showed me what he did, explained how he fixed the leak and what I could do in the future to fix leaks if I am so brave. Jim did a wonderful job and his customer service skills are a flight above the rest.

Rustin J. from Bell Plumbing & Heating performed an exemplary installation of our new water heater on short notice (and on a Saturday!). He showed up about an hour after I contacted Bell about our 2008 era water heater that stopped working. Rustin examined it, restarted the pilot light and explained that it could fail again as the heater was the end of its design life. He provided a very competitive estimate for a replacement and was able to remove the old one and install the new one within three hours ! He was also very professional. Rustin patiently explained in detail what the installation would involve and he clearly knew what he was doing. We have tremendous peace of mind now that the new water heater is up and running. I’m kind of patting myself in the back that I contacted Bell Plumbing and Heating this morning on the chance that they could send someone out to look at it let alone replace it on a weekend. This standard of service is all too rare these days.

Service has been great. Work crew was very polite and friendly. Bell did a fantastic job with the installation of the evaporative cooler. My only complaint was they’re a little pricey but I guess that’s what you pay for great work and great product warranties!

Jon Watson did a fabulous job servicing my two furnace units. He explained how he serviced the various parts and let me know how they were functioning. He advised me that my units were 15 years old and that I should consider changing them out within the next 2-5 years. He was friendly and on time.

Furnace Cleaning and installation of HALO unit in return air duct.
HALO light indicator seems to be on all the time. The tech explained to me it should be on only when the furnace fan is on. Need some clarification on that. Work was completed in a timely and professional manner.

I discovered my boiler had stopped working during the night. I called Bell in the morning and a technician arrived at my house within a few hours. After about 15 minutes Chris had diagnosed the problem and identified the solution. The work was completed within an hour and my heat was back up and running. Chris was extremely courteous, friendly, and patient. He answered all my questions and explained all the technical details at a level I could easily understand. Overall I was very impressed with his level of professionalism and competence and would certainly call Bell again when problems arise.

Bell installed an air conditioner unit for us and did a great job. Fred and his co-worker were professional and helpful. They had a great sense of humor too. We would recommend them and plan to use Bell again when the need arises.

I scheduled a tuneup, which I thought would include basic things like cleaning the vents.. Instead I paid almost $400 for an inspection so they could tell me what they could do to make my ac work better. Now I’m paying over $1,000 dollars for a cleaning to improve the airflow. I thought that would be included in “tuneup.’ Bell always does good work, but they charge A Lot, at least that’s how it seems to me.

Bell plumbing was professional, informative, and scheduled the service at a time to accommodate us. When the technician arrived on time, he quickly analyzed the problem, informed us of what he was advising and the charges. When we agreed, he did the repair quickly, and kept us informed throughout the service. Although the service was pricey, you get what you pay for. We’re satisfied, and will continue to use Bell for our plumbing needs.

We had our Breezair evaporative cooler installed from Bell. We also signed up for a package that would allow for one year of coverage for starting up and shutting down the cooler, as well as other perks. I called to have our cooler shut down and suddenly their plan changed “last week” and that in the contract it says they can “change the terms of the contract at any time.” Incredibly shady, I would not trust them with any future work.

We had buildup in our tankless water heater. They descscaled the tank and found a broken flow. They took the time to explain what happened and ordered the part. They also checked other sources for our part. Unfortunately the part took a few days to arrive. They came to our home 8am to make sure we had our hot water.

Brandon Stream and Jazper from Bell Plumbing and Heating installed a tankless water heater for my mom. They immediately put an 89 year old, who respects hard work, at ease. Throughout the installation, they were super polite and considerate. The new unit works great, a huge improvement!

The siding company accidentally broke the outside faucet, after them trying for hours to fix it, they told us to call a plumber. We tried a couple of other places but they couldn't get here until the next day. We called Bell and they were very helpful. Jim arrived when they said he would and knew exactly what type of faucet it was and proceeded to fix it in the cold and dark. They had taken the outside light off the house. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. We have always had very good experiences with Bell Home Solutions.

Tony did a fantastic job of repairing my clogged kitchen sink drain. He gave me all three options regarding fixing the problem and they were displayed on a tablet which made it easy for me to actually see the cost and understand the steps to unclog the sink. I would definitely recommend Bell Plumbing and Hearting. I’ll be calling them soon to perform yearly maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning.

Tech was inexperienced with older model boilers. Instead of trying to figure out the issue just said we needed to replace the entire boiler for $15K... Then followed up with a salesman that was trying to sell us a new boiler. Thank goodness we got another opinion from an experienced tech because he replaced one part for $600 and we were back up and running in an hour. Bell plumbing is a complete joke and a marketing ploy rather than experts that you can trust. Do not go with Bell!

Peter Marks at Bell Plumbing replaced our very old washer valves, ice cube maker valve, sprinkler valve, water main shut off and various pipes. He did this in record time and explained all of his work so we knew what he was doing. We recommend him!

Rustin came in and replaced my hose bib with little disruption. He was timely, efficient, and took care of an issue I have had for over 20 years. I hired handy people before to replace this hose bib, but today I’m glad I left it to a professional. You get what you pay for!

We had a split elbow pipe in the garage area. Nick came out, and immediately went to work repairing our pipe. He was very polite, customer friendly and highly knowledgeable!!

The tech went to the sight and looked at the job and called to give me the bid before he did the work!HOME OWNERS! STOP! I will pay for services, as I believe in good quality and good companies! I just feel bad for all the people who do not know any better and over pay Bell for their services! We are hard working home owners for our money! DO NOT OVER PAY! Called Bell to fix a leaking shower. I was pretty sure that we just needed a new Cartridge. Tyler called and quoted the job at $623. I let him know that I was astonished with his price point and didn’t budget $623 for a cartridge. I asked why it was so high and he said it covers any warranties for a year and the maintenance on their trucks! I let Tyler know the price of a cartridge is $50 plus labor of $200 or even $300 was a normal budget! He didn’t respond. I ended up paying Bell their $50 fee. I hired another reputable plumbing company (Christophers Plumbing)! and was quoted $150 parts and labor and gave him a $100 tip. Unbelievable Bell, I was still ahead even with your $50 fee.

This company takes advantage of people, including my wife. She could not get the ac to work and they charged her over 2k to replace the fan motor. This should have cost less than half. I was out of town and my wife was taken advantage of by Bell plumbing and their sales technicians. Avoid this company.

Chris, our Bell technician, did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was able to finish the job ahead of schedule and meet our deadline. He was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with us. He definitely went above and beyond for us.

Needed gas line run to dryer, 15' maximum away from existing source, easy access, quoted $2000! do the math, $300 max for materials, $150 an hour (I'm being generous) - they're trying to charge me for more than 11 hours labor! I'll pass. You get one chance to make a first impression! You lose!

I had Bell plumbing come over to fix a water leak in my basement. Jesse was very prompt and performed the needed work. Very good job and hats off to Jesse.

We have been a customer of Bell since 1975. After 29 years, we replaced our furnace and AC units. We called on Thursday. They sent a five-man crew on Friday and the work was completed. They are an excellent company with excellent technicians. They do the job right and on time.

A/C had stopped working. Jacob Morgan came out within 30 minutes of my call - that was superior service I think! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative! He showed me where the earwig crawled into the terminals and caused the unit not to turn on! I also had him do an a/c check on the system and he thoroughly explained the good and bad things about how our a/c unit is working! I now have the knowledge to make a decision of upgrading, or repairing. I will certainly use Bell and Jacob again!

I had a water leak in roof swamp cooler and Shaun was my worker. Then a couple weeks later, another issue was of concern and I specifically asked for Shaun again. He is somewhat young but a very informative professional, who is explanatory to the (layperson) and doesn't talk at you or in a condescending way. He immediately ascertained what was the issue(s) both times and remedied them either by running to the store to get parts or having them available in the truck. Shaun is a great representative for the company but also takes personal accountability in how well he performs and details what he is going to do & then what he did, so I understand what happened, receiving a copy of the job done & what to expect. Bell has a great warranty program that didn't make me feel like I wasn't going to get follow-ups to my dilemma.

Shaun was on time, professional and seemed to know the intricacies of my furnace for its annual servicing. I wish that he or I knew more about setting and programming the thermostat. I can always count on Bell for good work and honesty. I also appreciated the fact that Shaun did not try to sell me some expensive repair or item for my system.

A friend recommended Bell Plumbing and Heating when my furnace wouldn’t turn on this fall. The issue was anything but straightforward and ultimately required coordination with the gas company for the furnace to function properly. I am grateful to all of the professionals at Bell who trouble-shot and ruled out potential issues one at a time, but I’m sending an extra special thank you to Nate for his tenacity in not only identifying the problem, but also ensuring that the furnace was up and running after the gas company had to replace the meter.

Our garbage disposal started leaking after 10+ years so we called Bell - we have used them many years in the past for a variety of things both plumbing and electrical due to their reliability and competence. We called 12/26 and were able to get an appointment that day with Todd. He had an excellent disposal on the truck and quickly installed it, problem solved.

Recently I needed some electrical trouble-shooting and repair. I got an appointment right away and Randy Walz (a Master Electrician) arrived promptly and fixed everything quickly and efficiently.About a week later I wanted my furnace cleaned and inspected and an outlet moved, again very fast and efficient work done by Mario and Jake and the scheduling person (Karen) had them arrive in the same time window so I should get a better rate!Very impressed with this company and their professional employees!

I called Bell to help me with 2 water heaters at my home that were not working. The only reason they are getting 2 stars and not 1 is because they were the quickest of all the companies I called to send out a service technician. This was the only positive.When the technician arrived, he quickly told me that the only option was to replace both water heaters. My home is new and the water heaters are only 3 years old. I told him this and he then replied that he might be able to find parts but it would be pretty hard. I told him he could go and that I wanted to look into other options.A few days later, I was able to get another company to come look at my water heaters. One of the two water heaters was just fine, the only problem was the pump that was meant to push the hot water through the house was un-plugged so hot water could not move through the house. Problem 1 fixed! And the bell technician told me I needed to replace the perfectly fine water heater!!!A part on the 2nd water heater had gone bad but fortunately the second company I had come out was able to diagnose the part within 10 minutes and said the part was very readily available everywhere. He ran to the store, came back same day and had the 2nd water heater working in no time!Do not hire Bell Plumbing!!!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend Bell Plumbing and Heating. After scheduling a preventative maintenance service for our boiler 30 days in advance, they were a no show twice. One time I can understand - maybe. The second time, after their 4 hour service window had passed, I finally got a call to reschedule again 3 hours later. If they can't even handle their scheduling on the front end, how can I trust them to do quality work.

Tyler was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lydia at the office is always super polite. They do a professional job every time they have come out. Fantastic team!!! I highly recommend using them.

Our furnace circuit board was going out and the furnace wouldn’t turn on below 66 degrees. Of course the first time Justin came out it was fine but it continued and when he came back the second time he was able to swap the board and get the heat back on making the 3 women in the house very happy. He also advised me on the age of the furnace and what to do to start planning to replace it and the ac in the next few years. Justin is a great technician, he is really there for the customers!

Richard came today to fix a problem with our toilet. He was incredibly nice and fixed the problem in no time at all. He also shared a lot of great information about his profession (I asked), which he is very enthusiastic about. It was a pleasure having him come help us and I would use Bell again.

We had a minor sewer backup that we wanted to get taken care of before it became major (yes, we’ve had those too!) Called Bell at 9:30, Jim came at 10, investigated thoroughly and found a clog in the drain line, and all was done by 11:30! Fantastic service and they had a special too.

My AC wasn't working due to blower motor issue. Justin diagnosed quickly, chased down new motor, and got us back running that hot afternoon! I called many companies but couldn't get a near term appointment. The key for me was the Bell HVAC techs are not on commission, other companies techs are which would have likey had me spending big bucks for a full replacement versus a repair. I also signed up for their membership plan due to Justin's great service.

I contracted Bell Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical to intall a charger for an electric car in my garage. They were the third bid and the lowest with their 20% club member discount. The work was done well and quickly. When he finished the technician went over the installation of the electrical service and operation of my new charger which I had supplied. They scheduled quickly and were very responsive to phone, email, and text communications. I would recommend them for any electrical service needs you have.

Jon Harris came out and did a great job cleaning our kitchen and our washing machine lines. He was great! Very professional. A few days earlier we had a different plumber come in and could not get the job done. Blamed the pipe configuration (75 year old pipes) for not being able to snake the lines very well. Said we would probably have to tear up a cement floor and run new lines. The next day the lines were clogged again. Thats when Jon and Bell came to the rescue. Jon had no trouble getting the job done. He gave me very good tips to keep the drains clear in the future.. He very much acted like a professional and had the experience to do a great job. called Bell to replace a valve on a water heater that installed last summer. Jay was great! He explained what was going on with my water heater -- lots of detail, and replaced a valve. Also, he was able to come hours earlier than originally scheduled -- nice!! All good--glad I bought my water heater at Bell and have their warranty.

We had our first maintenance appointment since we bought our heater and air conditioner from Bell. The service person, Jon Watson, was excellent. He went thru each of our units. He did all the tests and cleaned everything so that our equipment would work like a champ. He was also a very nice young man. Sean finished installing and setting up my new swamp cooler. He was great!I was very upset prior to his visit with Bell because they cancelled my prior scheduled appt that was for Monday June 7th. Monday ,when I received the message from Bell about my appointment I called them right back (2 minutes later) and was placed on hold for a good 15 minutes-the extension I was told to called back on just rolled me over to on hold message. By the time I got a person to talk to they said they had to cancel my appointment!!! My appointment was scheduled for between 10AM and 12PM-and I called back around 9:40AM!!! I was very upset because I scheduled this appointment over a month ago and arranged to miss work!!! Now, I have to reschedule and miss work again! Sean restored my faith in Bell today. I had my furnace and swamp cooler replaced by Bell last fall so invested a lot of money and was angry with what happed on Monday. Today ,Sean turned that around and he was wonderful. Bell should reward him for his good service and customer service. So Bell needs to get their phone system worked out and work on their problem of not answering the phones! All the installation work is wonderful-answering and returning calls-not so good.

My parent's water heater was beeping and they called Bell since Bell installed the water heater. Tiffany Ryan came out to help and she was very helpful to my parents who are not mechanically inclined. She told them that the slow beep was telling them that the batteries on the water leaking detection system were low. She replaced the batteries and then helped them do some yearly maintenance including draining the water heater. She went above and beyond helping! I sure wish all service providers that helped my parents were this helpful.

On September 25, 2019 Jonathan Watson came to our home to inspect our furnace going into the colder weather ahead. Beyond the routine inspection normally conducted, he made several recommendations including our humidifier and the installation of a gas shutoff valve. My wife was very impressed with not only his professionalism and product knowledge, but also his cheerful, positive attitude which made him welcome in our home. Our project was to install grab bars in three bathrooms. Jim was pleasant, arrived on time and took time to listen to me and make sure the grab bars would fit my height. He did an excellent job of installing the grab bars . We did think the price of the grab bars and the installation of them was high at about $425+ per bar and Jim took the time to explain how Bell determines their prices. While it was informative to know how Bell determines their prices, $425 for a grab bar and the installation seems excessive. As always Bell does an excellent job and Jim was an outstanding and very professional installer.

Hard to find a business so ethical and compassionate as Bell Home Solutions. They have done several projects for me over the past three years and I continue to praise their business practice.In this last case, they worked diligently to handle my furnace replacement. Lance provided great guidance when selecting my new furnace – he was patient, listened to my needs and never tried to oversell me anything beyond my needs and desires.Fred and Josh installed the unit efficiently and worked diligently to ensure everything was managed. Please understand, this was a tricky and difficult install. They went above and beyond to get my unit installed. Think about stuffing an elephant into a tissue box!!Lance, Fred and Josh were faced with hurdles all worked hard to problem solve the issues to make sure I was served and happy. They never flaunted this, but I know they incurred additional cost on their end to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Bell is a humble and fine business. Normally I don't write reviews. The service call for an A/C tune up done by Vuk was a good experience for me. I sincerely appreciate how Vuk was able to explain to me how my A/C system works and how I can make some minor adjustments to how I operate my A/C system so I can evenly cool my home. This was a great experience for me working with Bell plumbing!

We replaced a 19 yo water heater that had finally given up. Tomas was very professional. Great personality.knew what he was doing. Cleaned up after the job, there was nothing that we had to clean up after.

I convinced my client to call Bell to replace three kitchen on and off valves because we heard good things about them. She was charged $800 for this service. Yes, she got an estimate, doesn't matter it's still felt too high. And I would think the round plates that go against the wall would be included or at least a conversation about them. Disappointed.

Our tech, Josh, was excellent!!! He has come to our house before to work on our A/C. he does a great job, explains everything, doesn't over sell, no pressure, and he's fast and efficient. My only gripe is that Bell is extremely expensive. I realize you get what you pay for but, they are at the top of the premium range.

I been a carpenter in the Denver area for more than 20 years, and I recently accidentally shot a nail into a water pipe that was behind the drywall. the homeowner heard the pipe leaking and called Bell at 8:30 am. They waited till after hours to respond so they could charge emergency hours! The homeowner said he would not have forwarded the cost to me, but he was so shocked at how much it cost he had to pass the invoice on to me. I'm a carpenter, it would have taken me 3 hours max to fix this little pipe. They charged the homeowner 6 hours and 25 minutes! $894 to fix a little half inch pipe! Thanks Bell! This is criminal. I will make sure to tell any homeowner I work for not to call Bell. As well as any general contractor or other tradesmen in the Denver area. Stay far away from these Crooks!

Justin was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so that I could understand. He was very professional and respectful.

Furnace not running. Young tech sent who was on the phone with his boss.No repair completed and wanted $3000+to replace an electrical panel. Another company tech said not to do, and got the furnace running after the Bell tech left.I was charged $285 by Bell for coming out.

Disappointed. Trust and their book left me thinking they are not above board!Bell in the past has come out, delivered and kept a reasonable pricing structure.They came out in February 18, 2015 and completed 2-3 maintenance items and requested we join their CLUB so we could get a discount + better warranty. They are not COSTCO - they are plumbers, why do you have a CLUB - why don't you just give me a great price....? no real answer for that ----I wasn't thrilled about the club but moved past that to get the project completed and warranties.We had 3 follow-up items that were to be scheduled the following week. Bell promised to return but they never called to schedule those items. I had to call them back.After an extensive scheduling phone call about my goals for the visit and the services that needed to be performed and that were still outstanding and what my expectations were they sent a tech out today.Not only was he not prepared he told me they didn't offer 1 of the 3 services and the new quote was 5x's the quote of the previous technician for the first item. Needless to say we didn't get to the other items on the list at asked him a few questions and then politely asked him to leave.Incompetence and not 100% understanding the message was something I could have lived with but the 5x quote became an issue back to the club are they really doing something to help their clients or just line their pockets. I don't be grudge Bell for making a living but I would ASK QUESTIONS from the team and get it ALL in writing as they didn't seem to be above board and blamed the situation an employee that was the first technician leaving.BEWARE

Levi came out and quickly knew the ins and outs of the semi-uncommon humidifier that was installed in my house. He was able to diagnose that it was wired up, incorrectly, to my cooling unit instead of my furnace and that the solenoid was shot. He was careful and considerate of my property and was very good at explaining what he was doing, and why, so that I never felt like needless work was being done. I would give 6 stars if I could.

I live in a county where we have few if any plumbing repair folks so I went to Bell Plumbing, which has served friends of mine very well. The plumber arrived on the dot of 2:00 as expected and fixed the problem in an acceptable amount of time. All down successfully and quickly.

I was referred to this company by Lutron themselves after my front porch light stopped working. I have interacted with different employees and all my experiences have been pleasant. My service today was on time, informative, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend and plan on using them for my applicable needs in the future.

Bell did a great job of getting someone out to help my mom quickly, and the technician, Ben, really knew what he was doing. He was very personable and let me know what he was doing at every step. We are pleased with the results!

We gave a 2 star rating because we felt the business was not transparent about pricing. When I called to schedule I described the issue and asked for a ballpark quote on what it would cost.The woman on the phone let me know that pricing would be disclosed in the field. I insisted several times that she at least give me a ballpark price and she told me she could not and it had to be done in the field.Once the plumber arrived he informed me they have a minimum charge of $220 on top of the $49 trip charge. This is easily something they could have been disclosed during the appointment, which they chose not to do.When he went to give me a quote he quickly pulled pricing up on an iPad. This further showed they have centralized pricing accessible by any internet connected device.I can only assume it was a conscious choice by the business to not disclose pricing before a technician gets there in the hope that somebody will just bite the bullet and pay the cost.We also compared their quote to quotes we have gotten in the past and it was much more expensive.The plumber who came was very professional and we enjoyed him. Unfortunately we will not do business with this company due to the lack of transparency.

I have had Bell do work on my home for a few years, and they have always done quality work and have been easy and kind to work with. Every technician that has come to our house has been thorough and thoughtful in their problem-solving.

Start to finish a great job. On 11/19/18 Mark and Karra installed a new furnace which included some duct work. The result is very neat, tidy, professional, and they left the furnace area cleaner than they found it. Two knowledgeable pros, efficient, courteous, a credit to the company. The same is true for the electrician who took part in this job but I didn't get his name.**********************************************************************9/17-30/2020Adam and Holly did a big re-piping job to replace my old, failing polybutylene plumbing. It was a huge project, with lots of hidden pipe, and their effort and expertise led to a great result. The work was neat, the cleanup left nothing undone. They knew their jobs and were efficient, professional and nice people to deal with.

To begin with, Mr. Womack was punctual. He was very pleasant and kind. He listened intently as I described the problems. After seeing what needed to be done, he gave us the cost of the job before starting the work. He is very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was needed to be done. He made sure we understood everything he did and that we were satisfied. Richard was amazing! Woke up to two leaky sinks that we couldn't fix on our own, and he was here on a Sunday in 30 minutes after we called. Up front and honest about cost and what to expect, and fixed the leaks faster than we expected. Highly suggest using Bell!!

These folks were amazing. They were so kind and patient while I was trying to explain the leak (poorly) over the phone with poor reception. They came out same day, asap, texted me with location updates, and were just generally fast and efficient. We had an amazing plumber and she did a wonderful and thorough job finding the leak and had it fixed in 20 minutes tops. She was knowledgeable and gave us advice for how to deal with some of the water damage to the carpet. Thank you all for coming out and saving the day!

Bell recently installed our new water heater and serviced our furnace. Both their techs were extremely professional. They were on-time, communicated well, and worked efficiently. I believe their prices are fair for the high-quality of work they provide.

I called on a Sunday and was assisted by Lydia. She was very helpful and told me what the after hours charge would be and when someone would be able to come to my home and check out my furnace issue. When Chris M. arrived he introduced himself, put covers on his shoes, asked me questions about the furnace, and then proceeded to run some tests. Chris was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. He spotted the problem within minutes and fixed it in a very professional manner.

He was respectful and courteous, explained things clearly, and the systems for the downstairs of my home are now working beautifully. The staff from Bell Plumbing was very polite throughout the entire conversation. However, the quote resulting from the software on his iPad ended up being ridiculous as more than one thousand dollars for the replacement of a Watts' (3/4-inch valve) water pressure valve (i.e., $125 - $160 as part). The valve location was wide open for an easy and quick access (see the photo). The average cost for such a job is supposed to between $175 and $350. The trip charge is also too damned pricy at $49. The whole thing is kind of rip-off business! I'll never use Bell Plumbing and Heating anymore!

Reliable & trustworthy!Ryan arrived exactly as scheduled & had my AC issue assessed & repaired quickly. He explained & showed me the problem.I never have to wonder if Bell's service technicians are shooting me straight. I appreciate the honesty of their technicians which helps me to not even have to shop around. If there's an issue that I can't repair myself, I call Bell.

We had scheduled the service window between 8 AM and 12 Noon. We received a text that Peter was available earlier than scheduled and we were told that he would arrive in 30 minutes. Peter arrived before the 30 minutes was up!We told Peter what had happened with the water heater heater. Because of the age of the heater it was suggested that replacement was best. He explained clearly the options that were available to us. Peter’s work was meticulous. He cleaned his tools and the work area as he removed the old heater and placed the new heater in service. He was respectful of our property as he and his partner took the old heater out of the house and brought the new one in to the house.Peter was very personable and he performed triple checks at every stage to ensure everything was up to code. He cleaned the area thoroughly before he left.We used Bell Plumbing and Heating before to replace a water heater and Peter’s excellence has proven again why we continue to use them for our plumbing services.

Bell did a great job staying in contact when rescheduling was needed, then provided reminders of the appointment, and showed up on time. The technician seemed knowledgeable, was patient with my crazy dogs, and got my AC back up and running correctly in no time.

Would not give estimate over the phone. “Said there would be $49 service charge (that would be deducted if they did work)for coming out to look at garbage disposal removal & replacement. Said it would be $505.00 to install as I had already purchased replacement. What a rip off! Sent him on his way with a $49 check!!!!!!!!!!!!Do not recommend as 3-4 times higher than other estimates that I have now secured! He had pricing chart on his iPad that showed the charges so why couldn’t they have shared that over the phone when I asked for it? Guess they would prefer to rip off customers.

Josh and Mark installed my new AC unit yesterday July 20, 2021. I found them to courteous, friendly and professional. After the work was completed they explained what had been done inside the house. They took me outside and explained what had been done to hook up the AC unit to the house. I am very appreciative for Lance, Josh and Mark for doing a great job.I am enjoying my AC.

The work was good, he had problem and had to cut a hole in adjacent bathroom, but the hole was not repaired. I will now have to hire a drywaller and a painter and paint. Not what we had hoped for!

Had these guys come out a few times to fix various plumbing issues. Each time they did a great job. Only negative thing that I can say is that I believe I was over charged on my last visit because the plumber wrote up the ticket as a water main valve repair instead of an external irrigation valve repair.*EDIT* Bell was able to look into the charges and said that they believe the charges were correct while admitting the verbiage used on the invoice was confusing at best. They said they will take steps in the future to ensure the verbiage is more concise. I am happy that they took initiative in looking into my concerns. They really do have a high level of professionalism.

Josh is an outstanding expert. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our relatively new A/C and made the repairs with recommendations for future maintenance. We will request him by name in the fall for a furnace tune up.

Unfortunately overpriced. Needed two small pieces replaced in my toilet tank, paid over 300 dollars. That was after the 99 dollar service fee was waived, AND 20% off for a veteran. The job took maybe an hour, the Service person was professional and did a good job. I just can't recommend Bells based on the price.

Received a call the day of my appointment, which had been scheduled a month in advance, that they would not be able to provide the service due to the slope of my roof. There was no proactive measure taken ahead of the appointment to confirm the roof information, which we would have been able to provide any not waste a month's time waiting.

Travis came out and thought he MIGHT gave diagnosed a leak from an upstairs toilet by replacing an old degenerating wax seal . After resetting , he wisely went downstairs, asked us to flush, and saw that the leak remained. He stayed for the next 3&1/2 hours ,cut a hole in the ceiling and found the source and we got a 100 % fix!! Several flushes confirmed total success. Then thoroughly cleaned up. Reasonable price for such thorough, skilled and relentlessness until problem solved. As expected, ceiling repair will be on us and we knew all this before agreeing to the prequoted work and price.

The Bell P&H team (Fred, Josh, Dado, Jordan, TJ, and Matt) installed a new evaporative cooler (aka swamp cooler) at my house. They were quick, efficient, courteous, professional, on-time, and willing and able to explain installation and maintenance details. They further went above and beyond the basic installation job-- one team member returned our emptied trash can from the curb (it just happened to be trash collection day during the installation), and everyone was careful that our pet dog was kept safe inside as they entered and left the property throughout the day. The new cooler works really well and I could not ask for better service.

Another terrific service from Bell. Our drain from the kitchen area had issues (backing up). The camera showed an issue starting 1 foot in. The team of Adam, Josh, and Dylan cut through the foundation, found the break and identified the best way to fix the line. A neat job professionally done. Passed city/county inspection and repaired concrete. I’m a customer for life. Good employees = good service.

Drain Technician team explain the what and why of the problem with my drain. It is to bad that based on union rules they could only work on my drain issue and had refer me to another department for the repairs that need to be completed.

Purchased a platinum plan for several hundred dollars earlier this year. Was supposed to include free HVAC inspection for spring/fall preparedness.Tried to schedule something today and was told: (1) the plans have been discontinued and that I would receive a coupon for service and (2) that they are only scheduling for this service 3 months out.. in January.A couple weeks, cool.3 months - in the middle of winter - before anyone will come out? Unacceptable.and having the only refund for a service that was supposed to take care of this, that I paid cash for , is a coupon on a service that will take 3 months for anyone to show up? I’m just going to walk away and never do business with these people again.

Hot water heating system boiler was not working properly. Technician diagnosed faulty eclectic ignition control system and replaced the panel and accompanying gas control sensor to restore heat and system to normal function.

Tom in the parts department saved the day!! Our furnace broke down and my husband determined we needed this small electric part on the motor control board. We called several HVAC part stores and were told by each one that they didn't know what the part was. When I called Bell, Tom said if I sent him a picture he would try to find it. Two hours later he called to let me know that he had found the part at one of their distributors and that we could come pick it up that day. This was a small inexpensive part but he still went out of his way to find it. If he hadn't found it, we would have been without heat (New Years week) until the part arrived from Amazon 3 days later or would have been faced with a large repair bill. It is so refreshing to find great customer service these days. You now have a loyal customer that will recommend your company to anyone who asks. We will also be back when we have to replace our old furnace! Thank you!!

Worked with Bell Plumbing for two shower installs. Jeff Scott worked on the first shower. He was very skillful, friendly, and kept me updated on what he was doing and when he would return and the next steps. Wonderful representative for Bell Plumbing, we love our new shower! We are working on the next shower and will update a review after that is completed. Jeff did a great job! Unfortunately the second shower did not go well. The base was not level and tile work was unsatisfactory. From our order in August, it took until February until we had both showers complete. I wish we had Jeff to work on the second shower. We were disappointed.

They were very conscientious about ensuring that my home was treated very well. The craftmanship of the of the installed water heater is exceptional. After the install Jesse took the time to walk me through the details about my new water heater. They cleaned up all work areas very well. Very professional company and staff were great to work with. I am always willing to pay extra for such as I own my own small home based company and appreciate value in all aspects of a job. That said, $500 for a 35-45 min max job (including load in/out) to rooter my main sewer line is bordering on extreme in my opinion when the clog wasn't that bad. When the technician showed up, he did quote me the price before he did any work so there was no shady business in that regards and everything was up front. I probably would have politely declined and paid the trip charge if it wasn't for the fact I had to have the line cleared that day due to the needs of my business. Besides price, everything else about the experience was top notch.

I have not used this service nor will I ever as their drivers will attempt to run you off the road while going 20- 25mph over the speed limit in a box truck - extremely intimidating & gross behavior, authorities have been notified

Justin performed our annual A/C maintenance. He found a few items that needed to be done, explained them them thoroughly along with an estimate, and completed them the same day. We have used Bell Plumbing for all our plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs for more years than I can remember, and we're always happy with their service.

We lost hot water. Ugh!We called numerous close plumbers, no luck. As I extended my search I landed on Bell Plumbing & Heating. They answered the phone! (Unlike others). The woman took my info and checked who was available. She had a plumber, and gave me a window of arrival. I received a text with our plumbers name and photo. (Very professional). Ryan arrived. Troubleshot the issue. Showed me some trouble areas and I decided after that to replace the water heater. They had one in stock, and it was delivered to the house within a half hour. Ryan got the new one in and operational. He was courteous, professional and got things done in a timely matter. Bell is my first call from now on for my plumbing needs.

We are in the process of buying a home and ran into some plumbing problems. We called Bell Plumbing and another company for estimates. The other company wanted more work done than was necessary. Mark and Fred just installed brand new furnace and central AC in my home. Doug Beck did a fine job helping me pick out what he thought would be a good fit for us.Mark and Fred went above and beyond making sure the installation was done right.They were on time, proffessional and meticulous. They came at the right time and strived to get my plumbing problem solved, when chris wasn't sure what to do he reached out to his team and jim pulled through and we were able to fix my showere without having to cut my walls open. The service was great the team was friendly but the $$$$ hurt a little.

Doddo did a fantastic job for us. on time, took responsibility when there was a problem from the office in getting the parts and just did a great job in getting an old fixture restored and replaced an old outlet. nice personality as well. definitely will call him back for other work when we need it. Is our first choice.

Shaun Reynolds and Brandon repaired our 36-year-old Peerless Boiler this past week. They were professional & courteous while performing this time-consuming job. They took extra time to make sure that all of our questions were answered before they left. The boiler is working perfectly now!

Todd came out to replace my garbage disposal and check a couple of other plumbing issues. He was knowledgeable, honest and did a wonderful job with the installation. I always have a high level of confidence when I use Bell and was so lucky that Todd was the person who came out.Another great experience. Ben replaces the parts in the toilet tank. Very professional and completely competent. This is why I’ve used Bell for so many years. I highly recommend this company and their employees.

So impressed! We’ve had some bad lucky lately with home repairs and Corey with Bell saved the day. He was on time, polite and honest. We knew our air conditioner was on its last leg, but he was able to get it up and running again for much less than we expected. Highly recommend!! Will absolutely use them in the future.

Our furnace stopped working correctly. With the help of Karen and Dori, we had Paul inside our home fixing the issue within an hour. Very quick, courteous and professional. My wife and I highly recommend Bell and their people.

Bell helped us with our laundry room relocation. They Installed new dryer venting, new plumbing and electrical. They were professional, efficient, answered all questions. We would highly recommend them.

Repair involved nothing more than replacing and tightening some clamps around the PVC pipe running from a sump pump—over $200. I think it took over an hour. Technician also couldn’t answer other plumbing questions—said he had to call “a plumber”. He said he was an HVAC tech, not a plumber.

Justin was very professional, and he diagnosed the problem immediately. Our A/C was not blowing cool air. The issue was fixed within one hour. I highly recommend bell plumming—trustworthy and great value.
