Never had any issues with my utilities, but sold my house and needed the furnace serviced and certified.
APCs technician came and went. That night, for the first time the heating in my home went out. I got up at 2 am, like a good father, to dig a space heater out of the garage to keep my children warm. One was sick, the other an infant.
Today my hot water went out. Strange.... Seems unlikely these problems should arise after a brief visit by the repairman, especially when there were never any problems to begin with. Were my utilities sabotaged?
I would totally recommend Aurora Plumbing Company! Steve was super professional. They came first thing in the morning after I waited all day the previous day to be stood up by another company, and waived the trip charge because of the other (awful) company! Hopefully I don’t need a plumber any time soon but I will call them for sure!
My water heater broke down on a Sunday and they were here within a couple hours with a replacement at a fair price. In and out within an hour. Props to Steve Lawrence Sr. for his great and timely service!
I needed a gas line for a new gas range and a water line for a new fridge. MARTY came out and gave me an estimate. When I called to make an appointment, APC had availability the next day. MARTY returned and did a Super Job! I had called other plumbers and either I didn't get a call back or they acted like it was a huge job and that running a gas line was difficult. Marty Never acted like it was going to be a problem. He was great and I am so excited for my new appliances. I highly recommend APC because they are VERY Professional.

Tech was told before coming that pads in the swamp cooler needed replacement. Was told again twice when he got here I'll work on it was the answer. Waste of time. If your tech doesn't know the difference between fake brillo pads and aspen pads, nor carries anything on the truck, you're in the wrong business.
My reply to your comment below is 1. Your tech was out 3 weeks ago, you telling me everything got plugged up in 3 weeks of him saying everything is good $800 later? 2. Your tech stated they have done a lot of work over the years on this cooler, so you knew the pad size before leaving the office and still couldn't get it right. 3. You didn't fix anything, I was up there before the tech came and water WAS getting to the pads, all 4 sides, and You didn't resolve anything, I went and got my own aspen pads instead if the blue ones, temperature dropped 10° within an hour. Save you bull-ish for the next guy.
It was fast to get in . Such very nice people helping to keep us safe. My grandson loves it there , i enjoy haveing snacks and drinks also. Benjamin and Carlos installed two new drains and sink hook-ups for our kitchen renovation. They were both exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. They were sensitive to the fact that we were living out of the basement during the renovation with two toddlers and found a way to access the space they needed to with as little disruption to our living space as possible. They also left the area cleaner than it was upon their arrival! I would welcome both of them back with no hesitation.
Caleb installed a new vent for our range hood in record time. He was also exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and responded to my questions with honest and knowledgeable answers. Caleb worked so efficiently and discreetly that I barely knew he was here (I work from home). I would highly recommend Caleb and will use him for any future projects.

My Mother, who is a senior citizen, had a gentleman come out on a Sunday to fix a leak from a drain on an old shower/bathtub... he did 20 minutes of work, used plastic only, and charged her almost $1000.00. I feel she was very much taken advantage of, and I think it was very shameful of APC.

We hired Aurora plumbing to check for a natural gas leak. On the plus side, they had availability the next day and showed up on time. The downside is that after testing and finding that we were just missing an inexpensive cap, we were charged $500. For about 30 min of work. Can't figure out if the labor is worth $1000 an hour or if we have the world's most valuable cap....
It is with great pleasure that I tell the world that Ben with APC Plumbing was absolutely the best in getting my house ready for sale. I had a punch list to get completed and had hired another plumber and he did not complete the job. Malcom found all the problems we'd had with our evaporative cooler (including a complete bird nest that he needed to clean out). He fixed everything so that it runs better than it ever has in the past. He took pictures of the work and informed me about things that will need attention in the future. Steve came the same day I called - within an hour, actually! He was able to pinpoint the cause of a frozen pipe (a valve inside that wasn't functioning properly) and repair it within a couple hours. Furnace went out in the middle of the night and they were out here before 8am. Dustin was incredibly helpful and friendly. Answered all of our questions and didn't try to up sell us. Will absolutely be using their services again. Prices were reasonable as well.

Had a myriad of water problems and leaks. I had called about every plumbing company I could find but none could seem to help in a timely manner. Luckily I found these guys! From the guy named Mike who answered the phone and got me scheduled, to the plumber, Dustin, that came out THE SAME DAY and fixed everything right up.. they helped make a “cruddy” situation, manageable!

Pictured with this review is some work they did to move my main shutoff to a location which is easier to access and also install Phyn which I purchased myself. On each job, they've given me a quote before starting which was exactly what I paid, and they warrantee all work done for a year. They are quick to come back out if there is anything I need adjusted with their work.

A very honest company that goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is aware of whats happening and doing right by them. Our tech was great and we will use them again if we need anything in the future.
The plumber that was sent to my house, Don if I'm not mistaken, was a very nice guy, listened to all the details of my problem and discussed possible fixes with me. He was then able to fix the problem quickly and inexpensively. I WILL use this company again.

Steve was wonderful! Came to our business on a Sunday morning, identified the problem and quickly repaired it. He even replaced a lightbulb for us. He was polite and respectful. I would highly recommend using him and this company again!
Steve was great! He fixed the leak under my bathroom sink and replaced the old faucet and he also was able to change out the faucet in my kitchen. There were not shut off valves under my kitchen sink. He added to as asceell. He made time to do that for me. I have used them in before and my experience has been positive. My furnace quit and I called APC. The came out that same day and fixed the problem and changed my filters while there were on the ladder. Malcom is the best! I have used APC for my plumbing and heating repairs for 20 years at least. First in my townhouse, and then when I bought a new house. They have installed hot water heaters, fixed leaks, and now taken care of my furnace. Their techs are always friendly, explain everything they are doing and answer all my questions. When it's time to replace the HVAC, I know I'll call APC!

Highly recommend. Needed two hot water heaters. A large company quoted an absurdly high price. APC installed the exact same equipment with awesome service for 40% of the cost. Steve L. provided awesome service to my family. He was professional, courteous, friendly and very helpful. After Steve replaced the hot water heaters, we later discovered that I also needed a new recirculation pump. The entire company seemed to rally around my family to make sure that the problem was addressed ASAP and that we had hot water. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service for us. For anybody looking for their plumbing and/or HVAC guy, you just found it. The folks at APC Plumbing Company are exceptional.. It cost me $247 for the plumber to be in my house for 32 minutes. He changed one showerhead and unilaterally decided to remove the flow regulator (so now it's wasting water) and he did not find what was wrong with me water heater.
I called APC Plumbing to hire their services based on the recommendation of my insurance company on the issue of a water heater leakage in my home and they sent out a rep (I believe it was Jerry) to come analyze and fix the issue which I paid for. The insurance coy denied my claim after my entire property was ripped apart because they claimed the APC rep that came to do the repair said the issue had been ongoing even though I made the call the 1st time I saw the issue which could not have been what he described. Unfortunately for me, the entire area had been torn apart & the platform destroyed during mitigation so I couldn’t get an expert opinion to do the review. Ive been stuck with a huge repair bill of almost $14k because of his statement. I’m a single mom of a teenager with an elderly mum in the home. We were out of water on our upper level for almost a month, and lived in an unlivable unit from June till august. This has been my worse experience with any company.
I have a bathroom above a pantry and would notice leaking stains on the ceiling drywall overhead. Applewood Plumbing charged me $100 for a diagnosis, where the tech informed me the issue was a deteriorated gasket around the P-trap for the shower drain. Applewood wanted $1,400 for the repair and I invited him to leave after he told me that it would be about 1 to 1.5 hours of labor to repair. Parts were less than $30.
I called around and found APC Plumbing. Jerry came out promptly and performed the repair for the problem Applewood diagnosed in about 1.5 hours for $350, which is a little more than 25% as much as Applewood wanted.
According to Applewood, they charge a flat rate for their work, whatever that means.
Jerry was courteous, honest, did excellent work, and good conversation too. Highly recommended.

Called APC with a leaking Washing Machine, Jerry the technician was at my door within 3 hours. Quickly identified and fixed the issue. Hard to find a good company with great response times and with great people. Jerry represents his company very well.
I made an appointment via email. AP was quick to respond. They had availability the next day. Steve showed up at the time he said he would. Very professional, put on protective booties before entering. He inspected the situation, quoted me a price whiched seemed reasonable. Even though it didn't take him much time to fix. Thank you Steve for your help. And thank you Aurora Plumbing for great professional employees.

Last week our boiler decided to go out. We are so grateful for APC . They sent out sometime right way to inspect it. When we realized we needed a new boiler they went to work to get us takecn are of before our next snow storm.

Called a week ahead of time and made an appointment to replace a bad shut off valve in a rental condo. Had Aurora Water turn off water to 80 other condos to get this done. Technician was 2 and a half hours late and did not show up with parts. Claimed he was not told what they were going to do at the property even though I confirmed with the appointment desk TWICE what need to be done. I won't be using them again.....
Steve came to my condo on Sunday, February 12 in the morning. I was going to be late for church so he did his very best to fix our clogged bathroom. We only had one and every other company wanted us to wait until the next day. When I told APC about my emergency, one bathroom, didn't want to be late for church, they not only did their very best, he finished up on time before church started. Steve was friendly, efficient, professional, and I highly recommend APC Plumbing. Also, thank you for the military discount, price was good and the timing couldn't have been better.

Had a problem with my HVAC unit, specifically the heater was not functioning. They sent a technician within three hours (surprised me!) And he diagnosed the problem, found the cause, and had it running within twenty minutes. That, and he only charged for the basic diagnosis.
This is quite surprising considering the last plumber / HVAC business I called for a minor issue found several major problems and handed me an estimate well over $3000 for a system that was only five years old! Needless to say I told him what he could do with that estimate!
You will not be disappointed with Aurora Plumbing.
Jose' is the very best plumber anyone can hire and a total gentleman. He has helped us through water damage, frozen sprinkler valves and two other plumbing emergencies. He is the definition of the overused phrase old School because his repairs are meant to last. Ask for Jose' you'll be pleased.

APC was very responsive, they were able to dispatch someone the same day I called for what I thought was a leaky kitchen sink. When Steve arrived he was very professional, I especially liked that he gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. He quickly took stock of the situation and explained clearly to me that the problem was a leaking sewer line. The remediation company Steve referred me to was also able to arrive that same evening and removed the sewage so that Steve could return the next day for repairs. Steve was great about explaining things throughout the process and I feel confident the work he has done has resolved the problem.

I'm selling my home and needed a plumber to come out and fix a gas leak at my water heater that the home inspection uncovered. I was very pleased that APC could come out the next day to take care of it for me. Steve from APC arrived within the agreed upon window and got right to work. He had my problem fixed within an hour and was very kind and courteous throughout the service call. Would gladly have Steve come back out and help with any future issues I might have. Thanks!

Aurora Plumbing showed up to my site without the proper equipment to fix the problem I had reported when booking the appointment. He waited around for his boss to drop off the correct tool and billed me for an additional hour while he waited. He cut a big hole in the wall of another unit (rather than fishing the rooter down through the hole from the pulled toilet or roof vent), leaving me a huge mess. Then he reported he could only get their rooter 20 feet and didn't know if there was blockage beyond that, since he couldn't get any further. When it was all said and done, I still had to hire a second company to come out to scope the sewer beyond 20 feet to check for blockage, I had a ton of cleanup, and I got charged $786.85 for something they said would probably be between $200-300.

I recently moved into a house with a swamp cooler/evaporative cooler, and called APC to get it checked out and hooked up for the summer. Was able to get an appointment the very next business day. Malcolm was a great help, he got the system set up and then very kindly explained the system to me and walked me through how the process works and things to have in mind when using, as its the first time I've owned a swamp cooler. Very helpful, great customer service, thank you Malcolm!

Have had this company do a few projects in my house for me. Just today I had Dan do a shower valve setup for my new bathroom downstairs along with a feed valve for the toilet. Awesome job as usual, thanks again guys for the great work. Definitely recommend this company, and for Dan to do your work really Awesome guy.
Our technician was Malcom, and this was our first time using APC. My husband and I were so impressed with Malcom! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and took time to answer all our questions. We will definitely be using APC in the future.
Steve was terrific! On a Sunday, he spent hours cleaning out my plumbing and identifying the culprit. He came back two days later and confirmed, with pictures, the cause of the blockage, and did some remaining work on my water softener. Steve was always early, was efficient, explained everything he was doing, and was very professional and courteous. I will use them again.

We have used for furnace replacement, air conditioning repair, gas fireplace service. All employees very knowledgeable and professional. Services have been handled in a timely manner and prices are reasonable and fair. Would definitely recommend this company.

Would've given five stars, but they scheduled a time to come out and then never showed up, and we ended up having to wait two extra days. Had a leak in the basement coming from the toilet on the main level. (Eventually) They got here and fixed the problem quickly and for a very fair price. I'll call them again for any plumbing needs. 🪠😃

Steve is a wonderful technician; always curtious and extremely helpful when odd issues pop up. We have faithfully used APC Plumbing for over 5 years, twice a year to service our swamp cooler and we are always delighted to see Steve.

Steve came out today to replace a faulty faucet valve. He is always personable, competent and knowledgeable. I will continue to use APC plumbing. My experience is that the company is well managed as well and has helpful people answering the phone.

This is the second time I've used APC's service and I'm very happy with the service they provide. I requested Kaleb since I dealt with him before to fix our furnace. His customer service was excellent then and still now. He did a great job. Definitely would recommend them, ask for Kaleb, you won't be disappointed =)

*Knock wood* We seem to be at at least a pausing point in all the work these guys need to do for this house, so I finally feel comfortable writing up a review.
We bought a house back in December that of course had way more work needed than we anticipated, and we've brought these guys out probably almost ten times at this point. They have:
-Fixed a variety of random leaks and brought some items up to code
-Replaced the water heater and brought that entire set up up to code
-Moved our laundry lines so that that would be up to code
-Repaired a drain line leak
-Replaced all of the ducting in our crawlspace following asbestos abatement work down there and did seasonal check-ups on our furnace and A/C while they were at it
They've been fantastic about all of it with fair prices and warrantied work (they've already been out to adjust the fix they made on the drain line leak). We've worked most with Jerry and Malcolm, and both of those guys have been amazing explaining everything that they were doing and the why, though everyone else that's been on site has been great as well.
Definitely use these guys if you have any plumbing/HVAC concerns.

We needed a plumber at work. I called APC Plumbing because I liked that they are a father / daughter owned business. We have been extremely happy with the service APC has provided.
Our plumber, Dallas is excellent. He really knows what he is doing, and he will also make you laugh. Our office cat likes him too.
Each time I have called APC, the staff is really nice, professional and very helpful. If you need a plumber, here they are!!
We called APC for routine maintenance on our water heater. After completing the work our technician, Malcom, noticed that our water pressure was lower than it should be. He found a valve that needed adjustment and fixed the problem immediately. It had been that way since the house was built and we hadn't realized it. He caught it because of doing a very thorough job. Definitely 5 stars!

Annual service call for A/C summer prep, technician, Malcolm, was so terrific, did an outstanding job and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. Thank you, APC, for such a fine young man !
My technician Steven was on time, polite, informative and knowledgeable.
He was able to answer all my questions and concerns.
He and Jerry both came to help after our small repair ended up being larger than expected.
They were able to do the work in the same day and it made all the difference on a Friday afternoon.
I will use APC again and I highly recommend!
Moved in to a new build home on a Wednesday in the middle of July. Saw that Saturday around 9:00pm in the mechanical room the floor drain was overflowing and water was all over the floor and dripping heavily in to the crawl space beneath the house. Called the first 24 hour plumber that I found online as I was not trying to have ANY issues with my brand new home especially not water issues. They told me they would be out and would call 45 minutes before arriving. 2:45am Sunday morning I fell asleep and never got a call. I should have called APC Plumbing first because when I did, at around 7am Sunday morning Patrick who answered the phone was very polite and understanding about my situation. He told me he could have some to my house by 10am and that Steve, the plumber, would call me 20 minutes before coming. Well I get a call from Steve shortly after 8am asking if he could come by early by 9am. I was like, does a bear poo in the woods??? Come on over Steve:) Steve gets here, is very polite, put on booties for my new floors w/o me even asking. Tells me the cost upfront of what it could be if it took a while but he had an idea of what the issue was just looking at the floor drain. Come to find out, the builder left a test plug in the drain and with the A/C going for the past few weeks as they finished the inside the drain just filled up with run off water. Steve fixed the issue in less time then it took him to write up the charges. He was kind and polite in completing the work. I was so pleased with APC Plumbing I used them again 2 weeks later for certifying my furnace and water heater for the house I was selling to pay for my new one. Again, great job and I was very pleased with the communication, professionalism, expertise, and kindness by ALL whom I interacted with at APC Plumbing. I won't go to another plumber or recommend another one after these experiences. Thanks APC!
I have used Aurora plumbing company for 3 years now for all of our plumbing & boiler needs. Malcom & Eric came out today to fix our boiler . I’m always impressed with their work & professionalism. I’m happy to have a go to plumber we can call who is so responsive .
