I thought I had a leak. I called and they came out. I loved how quickly they came by to find out what was going on.
While others were quoting me $75 just to come out and see what is going on, these guys did not charge me for the consult. If they were nice enough to not charge me for a consult, I am convinced that they are fair on their prices.
I will have them on speed dial.
I had a problem with my toilets and called Lukenbuilt Plumbing and Heating. The technicians showed up on time and did an excellent job. They were very professional, polite and efficient. The price was reasonable. Highly recommended!

Robert is outstanding. We had an emergency gas leak and not only did he fix it immediately, he talked to the gas company and got them to turn everything on promptly. He also installed a water heater quickly and gave us a great price. The quality of his work and his prices are outstanding, but the biggest difference is how much he cares about his customers. We will definitely go to him with all our plumbing needs going forward.

Great service!!! Very nice and knowledgeable and easy to work with. He didn't charge me to look at my PT relief valve on my hot water heater after it had leaked a bit. He just adjusted a setting and it was good to go! Highly recommend for plumbing needs!!!

I had a water leak in my well system that was flooding my basement and needed quick repair so that my household could have water. When other companies told me it would be a week to come out, Luckenbuilt came out the same day and diagnosed the issue. The next morning they came back with parts and corrected the problem quickly and affordably for me when money has been very tight due to the pandemic. I really appreciated the service!
I just had Robert to my place to snake out a drain. He was on time, he was efficient, he was more than reasonable for cost and he was good to my dog. And I will be referring him to my sister and brother in law.

I have always been extremely pleased with the services provided. They are always courteous, professional, and do an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company!
I had a great experience with these guys. I called them out to look at my backflow preventer on my sprinkler system after receiving a high quote from another plumber. They showed up for a next day appointment and showed me that the other estimate was more work than was necessary. They completed the job for half the price.
Robert installed a Rannai Tankless Water Heater for me, the city inspector said it was one of the best installs he had seen.

Last year my wife and I bought a house that was in pretty bad shape, with plans to completely remodel it and make it our own. After doing my research, I called Rob with Lukenbuilt Plumbing. He showed up promptly and was surprised at the rebuild we were about to take on. We were going to tear everything out and start all over. Rob was on board and willing to completely re plumb our entire 3 bed, 2.5 bath house. I had mentioned I wanted to instal in floor radiant heat throughout the house, and found out Rob had plenty of experience installing them, so he designed our entire water furnace to incorporate our in floor heat. Rob was very accommodating when it came to allowing me to do as much of the work I could for him to bring the price down on. 9 months later we are finally finished, everything works flawlessly, our heat for the house is amazing!! For those of you that think Lukenbuilt is limited to just fixing leaky sinks and replacing water heaters, I'm here to tell you he can do it all, especially in floor radiant heating systems!! Although in floor heat is not a cheap, Rob came in considerably lower in price than all the other companies we had looked into for getting it installed! Even the county housing inspector was impressed with his work! Great job Rob! Thanks for all you hard work!

Robert worked at my home today and took care of a shower and tub issue. Nice guy, knows what he is doing and did a great job!!
Robert came out to answer my call next day. Everyone else I called was 5 days out. He checked a leak associated with an AC draining pipe and was able to quickly get out a clog by basically banging on the pipes. He said it was a common issue and it fixed the problem, and I've had no other issues. He didn't even charge because it was such an easy fix. He's definitely my guy to call next time I have any problem with AC or plumbing.
Recently we had Robert install a new furnace for our base-board heating system.
From our first discussion with Robert on the phone, followed by his visit to our house, we knew we’d picked the right person for this job.
He arrives ON TIME for his appointments—no “windows” of 2 hours or more like other contractors. His recommendations were straight forward and honest, his price for the project very reasonable. He is helpful, open to suggestions from customers, answers all questions in a way that is understandable to non-technical people. His workmanship is nothing short of something to be admired. Robert’s personality and sense of humor will put anyone at ease.
He is this rare category of contractor who takes REAL PRIDE in his work and truly wants his customers to be satisfied with their decisions and the final product. He checks with them in later days after the work is completed to make sure they’re completely satisfied and is ready to address any concerns they may have right away, even the same day or evening!!!
Robert’s timely response to emails, texts or calls sets him apart from others in his line of work.

Robert showed up right on time and helped me do a thorough inspection of the problem. I thought my water pressure was too high but he assured me it was just normal and did not charge me anything at all. These days people charge you a bunch for just coming to your house and look at things while Robert did not do that. Excellent customer service and very friendly to talk to. We just had Robert install a new Hot Water Heater. He was very informative and helpful while we made a decision on which size to get. He even went and got a drain pan during the job and installed it at a very fair price. He also worked on our drain pipe for our kitchen because we were having issues. I definitely have found the plumber I will always call when I have any issues.
Called for a shower manifold that needed to be piped in for remodeled bathroom. Showed up on time and did a great job on finishing the shower. Friendly service and not overpriced. Definitely would call again
These guys cannot be anymore highly recommended. Great service is obviously the foundation of this local small business. The service was prompt, professional, and just all around great. I made a call about a leaking pipe in my kitchen and got a call right away. Great communication. The repair was fast. I even asked about an issue I was having with my sprinkler system shut off valve and they got on that right away. It is nice to know you can have a local plumber you can trust. Competitive prices also. Will use these guys again if needed.

Robert and Dirk repaired a leaking jetted bathtub. Both were polite and professional; excellent crafsmanship and reasonable prices. They even fixed a vibrating furnace exhaust for free. No need to search for another plumber in the Parker area!
They are, by far, the BEST company. I was desperately searching for a plumber as I had a leaking toilet causing damage to my ceiling. After begging 14 other companies to come help, Lukenbuilt was there the same day and fixed the issue! I will always highly recommend this wonderful company! Thanks for everything guys!!!

Robert was very conscious of the fact that I could not live in my house til the pipe split was fixed. He altered his schedule to get hear as soon as possible and got the job done in a way where it will not split again. He also fixed a couple of other issues that would have been separate calls.

I called on a weekend; my water heater had gone out. I called a larger company first were going to charge $90 to show up and couldn't guarantee the same day. Lukenbuilt showed up within a couple hours and fixed my issue in minutes. I won't hesitate to call this company again!
True service professional. On the morning of our scheduled appointment, Robert called to inform me he'd be late for our appointment due to not feeling well. I called and explained my issue. Was told that they could come out to look at my issue the next day. Asked if I would text my address - which I did immediately. I didn’t get a response. I sent another text the morning of scheduled work asking for an approximate time - never heard a peep.
Robert did an excellent job installing parts for our water heater. Professional , easy to talk to, and provided an electronic invoice. Very reasonable pricing.

My hot water heater sprung a leak on Easter morning. I called Rob at 8:15 on Monday...he was at my house in a hour and had a new hot water heater in by noon. He also installed a kitchen faucet that I was having problems doing myself. The price was great, service was excellent. I highly recommend Lukenbuilt for any of your plumbing needs.
Highly recommend Lukenbuilt Plumbing. My dishwasher was leaking water into my basement. They came the next morning and in 10 minutes had identified the issue and let me know what the problem was (dishwasher needed repaired or replaced). He even came upstairs to our master bathroom to answer a question about our shower not being as hot as it could be. All done quickly with no charge. Any other place would be a $100+ minimum house call charge. Lukenbuilt is now my first call for any future plumbing needs and I recommend them to anyone.

Wowzer Bowzer! Robert did a fantastical job of repairing a leaking pipe over our hot water heater. He is really skilled at his trade & replaced a copper fitting that was needed to do the job correctly.
I was a household appliance tech. for over 40 years & am now retired. It was nice to find a plumber that takes pride in his workmanship as I did with my appliance repair business.
We will be giving Robert a call when our hot water heater replacement time comes, or any other needed plumbing repairs.

Fast service, great price, and outstanding customer service that you just don't see anymore. Replaced both our water heaters adding a custom drainage system to mitigate any future leaks; worked with our landscaper and adjusted our pressure for the sprinklers; fixed our shower temp; and replaced a broken toilet floor flange. Added Robert to our speed dial for any future needs and remodels!

Robert was knowledgeable, prompt and personable, replacing our broken water heater in March 2016. He came to assess our old one, fixed what he could until our new one came in. The water heater came in 2 days later (late evening) and he called up to fit us in early the next morning so we wouldn't have to go another day without hot water. He had to spend more time than expected to install it, as our property/setup made it difficult to do so but kept to the price quoted (very reasonable). He also walked us through/showed us the issues with our old water heater, possible solutions, and how he setup our new heater. If I ever need anything regarding plumbing or heating again or a house inspection for these, we'll call Robert.
