Huge fan of Jim Needham Plumbing. We had two toilets that needed repair, we had someone come out the next day. Great customer service, wore masks and covers on their shoes. No upselling. Simply asked what the issues were and worked quickly to resolve. Jim did come out personally when the issue wasn't fully resolved and even fixed the shower head and water pressure free of charge. Genuine, family owned company. Would recommend them 10x over and will only use them going forward!
Actually fixed the leaky shower head myself but had them come over to get professional opinion. Gentlemen that came was on time, nice and professional. Would use them in the future..also no charge for the visit..can't beat that.

Ross at Jim Needham is one of the best plumbers I’ve worked with.- He was early, they had a cancellation today, the office called me first thing this morning and Ross was here within 30 minutes of the call.- He was thoughtful, we tested a variety of scenarios until we found the problem. I had a different plumbing company to the house yesterday. They showed up, said “looks good to me” and left, which is why I called Needham plumbing to start with.- He did not try and upsell me with anything I didn’t need, or thought I might need.This is going to be my go-to plumbing service going forward.-Naveen

From the moment I called them they were friendly and helpful. I must have called 4 other companies with no return calls before I called Jim Needham Plumbing. They were able to provide service just 3 days later and on a Saturday. The tech who came about was helpful and gave me great information and solved my problem in that I had been putting off for months. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I've worked with Jim Needham Plumbing twice now and called them back the second time because of how good they were the first time. The first time they dispatched Jerid Burgett to come out and address a major shower drain and pipe issue. He was honest, extremely knowledgeable, and gave me a sense of reassurance during a stressful time. The next time I needed a plumber to fix a kitchen drain clog, I specifically requested Jerid and he was here the same day. He gave me all of the possible options for what I might be facing, set the right expectations, walked me through what he planned to do. He fixed my problem with ease. Can't recommend Jerid enough if/when you need your next plumber!

The business was professional and courteous from the business manager scheduling the appointment to the tech assigned to the job. Technician showed up on time and called me to discuss maintenance options. No pressure sales and talked through the best approach to the problem. The company was very aware of covid safety concerns and verified prior to scheduling that no occupants had been recently quarantined. They also wore all required covid PPE. They are amazing!!!
We suggested that the problem was the wax ring, Zolie said “no, you need a vent system.” $2000 later, the problem wasn’t resolved. Then he suggested ANOTHER plumber, and they said it was the wax ring....
Justan came to our home today because our daughters shower wouldn’t produce hot water out of the shower head. Justan worked extremely hard at the issue and was extremely friendly and professional

Jim and Dan were very professional and efficient. The water install was costly but they did an amazing job very happy with my service!
I hired JNP after doing some research online and meeting with other companies for comparison. They are a great company and I will use them in the future. I experienced an issue and they went above and beyond to make it right which was very much appreciated. Can't say enough about JNP, great plumbers, but they are great people as well, top to bottom.

I called early on a Saturday morning when my sump pump failed and water was seeping across the basement floor. Jimmy and his trainee arrived a few hours later and were both very professional and knowledgeable. The price they quoted was reasonable and they had the new pump installed in less than an hour. They didn't waste my time trying to upsell me or otherwise BS me. By far the best experience I've ever had with a plumber!

Had a busted tub/shower, the only one in the house so it was important to get it fixed quickly. Jim (jr and sr) came over to look at the broken pipe and drain. They gave me two quotes depending on what could be wrong with it. They were in and out fast, with the cheaper quote (very fair) and everything works now better than new. This company is great if you want to be up-charged 300% for simple repairs. I will never suggest this company to any friends or family. Their pricing is unreasonable and a scam.

Had a bad main line backup and this company was right there to help the day of the fiasco on Monday July 5th. The name of the plumber escapes me now, so I will just refer to him as Alabama (thats where he is from). He absolutely handled our situation with supreme knowledge and an incredibly positive attitude. I have had my main line cleaned before but never to thorough extent Alabama did. Fantastic company with amazing employees, Alabama was the man for helping my family out in a time of need.
Mike Dolce was excellent in the services he provided. On time arrival and finished the job in time he estimated. Also very professional and cleaned up the area he worked.
The technician was very professional and took the time to explain all options to solve the problem. I am extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely use them again if the need arises. I highly recommend them.
Called a few places, they were the most friendly to pick up and could come same day. Unfortunately was a big job ($$-wise) but they made it easy and did a stellar job, even went out of the way to mitigate further risk for the evening and came back the next day to finish the project. Highly recommend. Nolan and Jimmy did an outstanding job!

Save yourself lots of money and call anyone else that is reputable. Used them twice. Once for a shower leak and once for a leak in laundry room. Shower was around $1000. And laundry room was $600 to replace the smallest pieces on a pipe. oh but he added a discount. Both times they were out here for less than an hour but it was an emergency. So I didn't have time for other options. They left me a quote for changing out a water heater. Damn near $3500. Not sure if I was targeted because I'm a female or they're just ridiculous in pricing.

Very happy with the experience. Was able to get someone out to fix a leaking shower. The internal mechanism of the handle needed to be replaced and the tech was quick, explained everything and we got the fix stopped. Highly recommend.
Tony was EXTREMELY helpful! Not only did he lower the cost of the work (replace/repair bathtub drain/mechanism), he spent a considerable amount of time teaching me how to do some of the work myself (I needed to cut into the drywall to give him access). I highly recommend Jim Needham plumbing, and Tony in particular. The cost came in well under the initial low estimate. And he was really nice to our dog, who would not leave him alone. Thanks again!

I absolutely recommend Jim Needham Plumbing!! I just purchased a home that needed all of the galvanized piping replaced. Jim’s quote was the most competitive (obviously a plus!) but after talking with him I knew he’d be honest, reasonable & do good work (more important, in my book!) I called to have someone come out inspect our sump pump. Abraham came out super polite, professional and knowledgeable. The new pump they installed was way better quality and it only took about 1 1/2 hours. Any plumbing needs I will always call and refer people to Jim Needham.

Needed to get my water pressure regulator replaced and they had someone out here the next day, very quick turnaround. Tyson and Josh were great, very professional, explained what needed to be done and I'm very happy with the finished product. They were also able to fix a couple other issues I had while they were out here working on it, replacing my house water shutoff with a ball valve, and adding my front spigot to the regulator (house built in '76). Would definitely call them back for any future plumbing work I may need.

Great and professional service! A couple weeks ago, we had an unfortunate slab leak in our kitchen caused by old copper pipes beneath our hardwood floors. Within two days, they sent someone out to look at the issue. Jerid was our plumbing tech and he was able to identify the leak pretty quickly, walking us through the diagnosis and our options. Then the actual repair began, which required an intense amount of manual labor (hardwood floor and concrete removal). It was two long days of hard work, but Jerid (and Gage, his assistant on day two) got it done efficiently and quickly, keeping my husband and I posted every step of the way. They took great care in getting the area back to normal and even disposed the leftover debris, sink and dishwasher (both of which were old ... it was not worth the re-installation effort). A repair of this magnitude is never easy to process, but they made the experience much less overwhelming. We would definitely use Jim Needham services again in the future!

I had Ross come out to use a camera in the main sewage line as I was having multiple drain backups. He was professional, friendly and on time. He explained everything thoroughly that was going on as he had the camera in the main line. There were 2 rags that were down there and Ross spent over an hour retrieving them. It was difficult work and he didn’t give up. For the main line repair he gave me different options so financially I could pick the best one. Thanks Ross for the super service!

Had a great experience with Jim Needham Plumbing, My wife and I got several quotes to have our sink, shower, and toilet valves and fixtures replaced and renewed during our bathroom remodel. Jim Needham came in several hundred dollars cheaper than other outrageous quotes we received so we went with them. Brian Busto was our plumber and he was very friendly and professional. There was a delay in having our water shut off in our apartment complex and he was patient enough to wait a bit for it to get turned off, other companies would have either just left or charged an additional hour for the extra wait time. No plumbing nowadays is cheap, happy to have found a decent plumber we can trust. Will use again. Robert-

27JUN23:We received an estimate for HVAC work for a basement refinish in April, and explained that it would be a couple months before the framing would be completed. The estimate was $3,000 to run ductwork to five rooms.In May we approved the estimate and applied a $2,000 credit towards the job. Last week we called and spoke with Andrew to schedule the appointment, for 27JUN23, with arrival between 11:00 and 2:00.At 1:45 I called the business office to inquire about our appointment, as we hadn’t received any of the customary text notifications regarding the employee and expected arrival time.My call was transferred to a manager, who explained that due to the summer weather, all their HVAC crews were busy with other calls.I explained that we have occupants moving in to the new space in September, and had just completed the framing work as originally communicated, and had a $2,000 deposit on the job. He apologized, and said there was nothing he could do.I asked why Andrew had just scheduled the work last week, and then not notified us. We had been waiting four hours today.Although we’ve had excellent experiences to date, dependability and communication are typically areas that differentiate top performers from the rest of the crowd.We will now be scrambling to find a new HVAC company, or hit the YouTube site to get up to speed and do it ourselves.We will likely not use this business in the future.== Prior experience ======Great service and employees. I recently used Jim Needham Plumbing for the first time to look at a few plumbing issues I was having. Darion was our main plumber and I appreciated his friendliness and professionalism; he was able to assess our issues pretty quickly and got a new water heater lined up and installed the same day. He and the team were real champs for getting our old heater out and new heater into our attic. We did have an accident during install that damaged a light fixture, but Jimmy the manager was great about coming up with a plan to fix it, and the replacement and repair happened within a week. Darion also gave us advice on the most cost effective way to address another issue that otherwise they could have handled at greater cost to us. Communications from the office around appointment scheduling was also prompt and proactive. All in all, working with JNP was a breath of fresh air compared to some of my other home and garden vendor experiences over the last couple years.

Jose at Jim Needham was absolutely amazing today. Fixed our ac unit that had been broken for over 14 days in this recent Denver heat wave. Had initially scheduled service with one of the “bigger” hvac company’s in the area. Big mistake. Jim Needham came same day, with excellent service, and quick repair. AMAZING. I called them and they came out the same day and fixed all of my sinks and toilets. So professional and friendly. Just an absolutely amazing experience. Also they went outside to check our water pressure and came back in to let me know they smelled gas by our meter. I called Xcel and sure enough we had a gas leak. Needed a flange installed for a toilet. Also needed new water shutoff for that toilet. Trusted Josh so much that we decided to also have him replace our failing whole house main water shutoff. Josh was super friendly and professional. He really explained what was needed and how it would be done, even presenting different options with different prices. So my kids bath tub started backing up so my husband found this company online and seen they had a $93 offer to clear your drain And they are a private owned business. So I called and made an apt. They where able to get me in that day. Guy showed up looked at the problem fixed the problem in less then 30mins. It was a damn hair clog so he had to snake the drain. When we went to pay he said normally bathtubs are $300. My heart sank(that's alot of money we didn't have) so I was soooooo happy and relieved when he said he would honor the $93. That made day and made me happy. But next time they should tell me that over the phone when I told them it was a bath tub back up. But I was very happy and relieved I didn't have to argue with him. Thank you. Would recommend them. 👌

Jim Needham Plumbing came up big and fast for our family when we needed it most. Although the customer service was great at all turns, the lead tech, Ross, was incredible. His knowledge, work ethic, and empathy made a terrible situation much less so. I now know who I will call for every plumbing need going forward.
The best service and all around great people I have ever done business with. We have had our share of repairs at our home over the last 25 years and usually I feel like I'm being sold or pushed into something that is not needed.From the call to the dispatcher until the job was complete, the communication was over the top. I always knew what and when things were happening. I was having problems with my toilet flushing, called diffrent people who charged me just to come to my home and suggest that my toilet is clogged.. as dumb as that sounds it happens. But then my wife called this company jim needham and Ben Dear born come out on a sunday to come check it out for FREE! He gave me a quote and my wife decided we should go with this deal. He did it within an hour or 2 and double checked everything that was giving us toubles to make sure nothing was messed up. Very professional and very cool dude at the same time! Today I had Jim Needham Plumbing install a backflow prevention device for a sprinkler system that I'm going to build this year. As much as I would have preferred to install this part of the sprinkler system myself to save money, I definitely wasn't sure about sizing the copper pipe that connects the device to the main water and I wasn't sure about which specific type of backflow preventer to use to meet city requirements and I wanted to make sure this part of the system was to code.I am very satisfied with the installation; Jim Needham Plumbing was very professional and did a great job cleaning up. The backflow device looks great and the hole that needed to be drilled through the brick of my house to connect to the main water pipe was caulked up.I recommend Jim Needham Plumbing!

I had two very disappointing services with Jim Needham. First, I had them come look at my air conditioner to make sure it was functioning properly after I had issues with it last year. Nathan came out and told me it wasn't functioning properly and that there was a leak in the system, and it would cost $3,500 to find the leak. I got a second opinion from another company (Tipping Hat) and they diagnosed the issue as the AC only needed a deep clean and a little bit of coolant added, and they fixed it for $1,000 and gave me a two-year warranty on it.My second service failure with Jim Needham was to get the yearly tankless water heater flush. They were twice scheduled to perform that work in the morning on May 24 and they did not come during the three-hour window they gave me. I had to then reschedule for May 26 and they once again failed to show up during their three-hour window. I will find another company to work with.

I called several places to find a soonest available plumber for a waterline leak that was soaking the subfloor on 06/18. To make matters worse, the water was leaking by the shutoff valve as well. Jim Needham said they had someone who could be out between 2-5pm on the same day. I received a text that the plumber was on his way at 3:42pm. As time neared 5pm, I called to see what was going on and was told he was held up on another job and they would need to reschedule for 8-11am on 06/19. I was told the plumber had a 45 min job prior to ours and to expect him at 8:45am.I called at 9am, when nobody arrived by 8:45am. They said his job was taking longer than expected and he would be out shortly. I received a text at 9:23am stating that another plumber was on her way. 11am rolled around and there was still no plumber.I called another company that said they could be out within 30 minutes. So, I called JN to cancel. As I was on the phone with them, their plumber pulled in around 11:30am. I had to tell her we were going with someone else who was already enroute.She was, understandably, mad and said she was called in on her day off. I apologized and said I did not think they were going to show again and that the leak was urgent as it had continued to leak overnight and into the day.

Amazing customer service from the first phone call to completion of the job! We suspected a leak in the master bathroom of our rental home because the kitchen ceiling directly below it had some bubbling. Called and a very friendly person (Dennis) scheduled us right away. They called our tenant right away too to select the time window for the service call. Ross the technician communicated well with me, and our tenant said he was fabulous. My only frustration is the $239 leak detection fee seems a bit steep. But Ross fixed the problem same day and hopefully we are good to go. He also recommended a restoration company to check for mold, which was a nice touch. Overall very pleased.

After calling 3 other plumbing companies I found Jim Needham would come out to Platteville and I made an appointment to have new faucets installed in my kitchen and bathroom. Tony arrived at the appointed time and explained the costs and made an appointment for the next day since he needed a special tool. He arrived on time with a great attitude and ready to install. I had asked for some advice on how to remove and replace tub fixtures which I tried to do. What a mistake I inadvertently unscrewed the shower head which was hooked to the waterline and it ended up falling off. Well now I had water running down the inside wall. However Tony came to the rescue assessed the problem and made a plan. Meanwhile he called the office had any jobs pending routed to other techs and spent the entire day resolving my DIY project. He never complained even having to go buy parts. What an extraordinary experience. I recommend this company and especially Tony to anyone needing plumbing services. He didn't leave until all the work met his standards and finally pulled out at 5 pm. What a trooper he sure saved me from a real mess. And gave me his cell number in case anything happened later on.Thank you Tony.

Was in a pinch and called this company to help out on a job. Move some bath sink supply lines up 2 inches and rough in a laundry box. All the walls were already open. I was a little shocked when the total was over 1400 but i needed it done so we paid. Seemed steep for less than 4 hours work. Just had them come out to bid another remodel we are doing. Quoted almost 5k to rough in some tub lines, shower diverter, set tub/ install tub faucets. All demo and prep done and ready. ezpz. This company's prices are pretty ridiculous. The call center is friendly and courteous, they employees are nice, do good work, but the exorbitant prices are just too much. That's literally half the bath project budget for less than 6 hours work. Could easily be 5 stars if the prices weren't so ridiculous. Was listed as custom. I guess custom means two trips for a few hours. Im in the wrong line of work, should have been a plumber.Edited after after owners reply. Well now you you get 1 star for trying to tell people how to run a business. Your estimate was one of 4, and easily 3xs higher than the rest. Customer has a buget i help them adhere to. Also this particar job i gave no plumbing cost...that was your job, but thanks for the input. I've been a contractor 10 times longer than your company has been in business and know what things cost, even in the current situations. The price was riculous, and so is your reply. Best of luck.

I really had high expectations from this company based on the reviews.Their visit felt more like bait and switch scam!!They came to my house to assess why my DIY multi-zone ductless AC was not blowing cold air. The tech did not do any assessment and charged my wife $130 for taking a few pictures and telling her that to actually do a diagnostics the fee would be $2600.I'm not sure if he was trying to take advantage of my wife's lack of knowledge but that was Not very professional!It would have been better to save time and money and tell me her right a way they don't work on the system and leave. Also the phone administrator should have a filter question to prevent these calls.I suggest you go with Save Home Heat or Mayer Heating and AC

These guys were the fourth plumbers to come try to fix my leak. They were professional and thorough abs got the job done without delay. They explained what they were doing abs why. JBM plumbing was recommended to me for a tub installation. They showed up on time to give a free estimate. They were respectful, clean, timely, and efficient. Their estimate was well-priced. They worked me into their schedule and had the plumbing done for my bathroom within 4 hours which included some added work of moving the shut off for my toilet and raising the shower head.I have already had them back to do some additional work on another area of my house. Jerid came to the house to locate a leak. The diagnostic summary was a bad stop waste valve for the sprinkler system. After quoting the fix for the problem, I proceeded with more quotes.I did receive a call from Jim, the owner, stating the quote I was given was not correct and giving me the correct price. I made an emergency appointment for a leaking drain pipe. They told me they would be at my house between 2 and 5, I made the appointment at 10:30am. They called me around 5:30 and said that they left a voicemail at 2:20 telling me that they couldn't come, but they DIDN'T leave a voice mail, they never called me until after my window had closed, and they contacted me through NONE of the other means that they notified me of my appointment, text and e-mail. Had I known, I would have hired another plumber.
Straight forward service. No surprises. Best repair solutions. Went out of way to adjust tankless water heater temp. Pleasant gentleman all around.
Needed a plumber for a leaky kitchen faucet line after I tried to DIY a water filtration install. Justan stopped by next day and quickly diagnosed the problem (old seals). Bought a new faucet and he was back next morning. Only one previous plumber experience, who was clearly knowledgeable, but was gruff, dismissive of my questions, kind of rude, and probably had been in the business too long to remember there is some level of custom service required. Justan was quick, efficient, on time, personable, answered all my questions. I didn’t get other quotes but invoice felt reasonable for work. I got the sense they weren’t the cheapest nor most expensive, but they reiterated standing by their work with 2 yr warranty. Also, the company is based in Louisville and I like supporting companies in my town. Would use them again for any ad hoc plumbing or HVAC work. Can’t really argue with a 4.9 rating on Google.

Edit: Horrible experience Sept-2022 with an incredibly unprofessional technician who VERY clearly just wanted to secure the most expensive job possible and didn't care about me as a customer or as a person and was indifferent, thoughtless, and rude, and quoted nearly 4x what other professionals had quoted me for a simple maintenance job after flat out stating it was worthless to even attempt maintenance or repairs and to just jump straight to a replacement that would START at around $12,000, minimum. Used these guys several times over the past 3 years and had good experiences, but not good enough to outweigh this bad one, and now I suspect I paid many times what I should have for the calls.(Company we ended up using did recommend repairs after doing maintenance, but the people were MUCH more professional and nice, and total cost for all services was under $5,000, and I feel like they did a very good job.)--------Original: Ben came out with an apprentice whose name I don't recall - they were exactly on time, they were courteous and professional, they were quick to tell me what they were going to need to do to fix the problem, gave me solid, straight information, did the job in a VERY reasonable amount of time, and - to the best of my non-plumber ability to review such things - did a fantastic job with the install.I chose the higher quality, higher power replacement, so the cost was at the higher end of what I was expecting, but still well within what Google said was average.Next time we need a plumber (because, unfortunately, it is a when, not an if), they'll be first on my list to call.

Had a plumber out here beginning of the month for a complimentary water heater cleaning. During this the pressure relief valve broke while he was here (never had a problem before) so a complimentary water heater cleaning turned into me having to pay to get this pressure relief valve fixed, a cost I was not prepared for. Also while he was here my sink in the basement magically quit working, which would end up costing an arm and a leg to fix. Lastly now here we are and my drain valve all of a sudden is now dripping on my water heater. I will not have this company's plumbers back out here, ever! I now have to get another company out here to fix the issues that, they created!

Nolan was extremely helpful and courteous. We had some issues with leaky pipes and he was able to fix our problem thoroughly! We had a very stressful morning after finding a leak in our finished basement. We called around and everybody was pushed out for a few days but thankfully we came across Jim Needham Plumbing. Gerardo came out within 3 hours and he was so professional and treated our house like he would his own. He found the leak and documented that our builder put finishing screws through our water lines that leaked down into our basement. They coordinated the restoration company for us and it took so much stress off of us. Looking through the reviews of upset customers, it seems that people don't understand the cost associated with plumbing. We had a great experience and will use them for any future needs that we have. It also goes along way with me when the owner of the company responds to every review personally and takes it to heart of what the reviews say! Great job and keep it up.

Called a few different plumbers and Jim Needham stood out. Their price for the work was reasonable despite coming out on a Saturday (they were 1/3 of the cost quoted to me by another plumber).The technician that came out, Jerid, was also helpful, friendly, and professional. They answered the phone and I was able to get a quick appointment the next day. Well, they had a same day cancellation so called to see if they could come over. They did, assessed the problem, gave a quote, and fixed it same day. Overall a great experience from a company I’ve never worked with before.
Isaiah was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix all issues quickly and efficiently. I had my tankless water heater replaced last year with Zolle and I didn’t think anyone could be as nice as he was. I was wrong. Jim Needham seems to have a knack for hiring friendly, knowledgeable people. I’ve recommended them to friends in the past and will continue to do so.

I don’t understand how this company is rated so high. I had an hvac employee come to my home to diagnose my ac. I was given a 10k+ invoice to replace my entire unit! Then they tried to get me to refinance the unit for 12% interest since I didn’t have that in cash! I asked three times for a written diagnosis and a detailed itemized invoice so I could do some research on my own. (Still haven’t received this information even though I paid for it). $10,000+ is a huge financial commitment. Why wouldn’t I require this basic information in order to make a final decision?Instead of receiving an detailed itemized invoice and a written diagnostic like I asked for, the sales representative tried to use unethical sales tactics with me by mentioning that it will get “warm soon” and that I should make a decision… as though $10,000 wasn’t a big deal.Most people can’t afford an $10,000+ expense and do not want to place that financial burden on a family member or a friend…. I personally believe they were trying to take advantage of a pregnant woman and didn’t want me to research other alternatives. The lack of transparency was concerning. I do not recommend this company.

We were having issues with an upstairs and downstairs bathroom where the shut off valves kept popping on the cold water side every day, between the two bathrooms. Nolan showed up in less than an hour and was quick, efficient and very personable. I would definitely recommend Jim Needham Plumbing. This is the second time we've used their services and we're very happy we did.

He's a keeper. That's a phrase an employer hopes to say more often about an empoyee than not in today's times. Its usually said about an employee who is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and eager to help with a problem or task needing to be done. We had a visit of such an employee at our home yesterday to replace a leaking water heater. His name was Nolan. He was eager to help us out and did an exceptional job in getting the water heater installed in both speed and quality. He explained in detail the updated plumbing he installed to meet current codes and the cool tools and new fittings he had to make it all work. I could easily tell that he really liked what he did for a living. I actually learned a lot. To his company employers I can only say this with the upmost of certainty......he's a keeper.

Wow, we had a lovely experience with this company! Debbie, Kirsten, and Zolie all made us feel listened to and cared for. When Zolie arrived at our house, he was professional and took the time to walk through the house with us as we discussed our various plumbing problems. He thoroughly inspected our crawlspace for drainage issues and was able to provide an estimate along with references for an electrician. In our downstairs bathroom, he was able to install a beautiful set of shut off valves for our new pedestal sink, and for our toilet, and he did it within 30 minutes. He also fixed our exterior water shut off valve, which had been stuck for years. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. They turned our stressful day into an easy day.
Jim Needham came to our home to offer an estimate to perform a liner on our sewer main line. The work was done on time and with minimal impact to our yard. We had a small cosmetic injury to our awning during the excavation, but the team communicated the damage immediately and fixed the damage with no cost or headache to us. Alebrijes are a spiritual guide meant to lead you on a path. We were in need of a new toilet, and an Alebrije helped to speed up that process (see photo). Good experience - A company with Integrity. I had used Jim Needham Services a few years ago, and was not entirely satisfied with the work products.However, after talking with the office and technical staff, the team at JNS did whatever they could to make it right. We called out the company to fix a clogged kitchen sink. The technician Isaiah was absolutely incredible. Not only did he fix the sink, he also discovered a few other problems that we needed to repair urgently that I hadn’t seen yet. When we had a different problem a few weeks later, Isaiah came back and went above and beyond to solve all of our problems! The whole company was fast, flexible, and incredibly responsive. Money well spent!

I still have a hole in my floor to this day nor will Jim return my phone calls or give me itemized billing for install. Supposedly it came with a lifetime warranty, but how is that going to be warranty without me even having a bill

Had my drain scoped to the sewer by Abram. Abram was a fantastic guy, he had me sitting next to him through the whole process with the camera. He pointed out crucial spots and let me know options that I have. However, they were definitely more EXPENSIVE than other companies. They charged me $385 for the scope process, and when I called other companies such as, Mighty Plumbing and Heating, they only charged $250. On top of that I did get an estimate from both companies to replace some piping and refill the concrete, and Jim Needham Plumbing estimated me $2,000 more than what Might Plumbing and Heating would do it for. I think overall the service is very professional, but when you compare to a different company it's overpriced.

Tech came in a provided a quote to install a new sink. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He came back with his quote and it was over 1400.00 to install a basic sink. That was labor only, the sink and parts were not included. I don’t know any profession that charges over 700.00 an hour. It’s a big no for me. I’m sure they do good work but that quote is stupid.
Richard was prompt and trustworthy and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and went over the entire system. Very satisfied and will make Needham my go to!

We've been homeowners for years and it has always been stressful to find a reliable plumber who does quality work and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Jimmy & Jim are the real deal and we are lucky to have found them! They recently did a great job solving a tricky problem at our son's house. Throughout their work, they communicated exactly what the costs would be, and didn't do any work without our say so. They didn't have a part they needed and they told me how I could get the part for FREE and not have to pay any markup on it. Additionally they charged me $0 for their time and expertise until the job is complete. We then hired them to handle another problem at our house and the experience was exactly the same! WOW! Within about 45 minutes after our hose pipe burst, Nolan was at our place and ready to find the issue. Knowledgeable and Professional are the words I would use to describe my experience with Nolan. Jim Needham Plumbing is very lucky to have someone like Nolan representing thier brand in the market.
I recently called Jim Needham for a hose bib repair for my exterior hose and the technician Darion quoted me $700+ for the repair. When I declined his service due to price, he became hostile and defensive. I felt I was trying to be taken advantage of due to it being a plumbing emergency.I instead contacted a local plumber to get the job done and they completed it for MORE THAN HALF the price ($225).Do your research and get multiple quotes before deciding to use Jim Needham Plumbing.
I highly recommend this plumbing company! Dennis the dispatcher was very communicative and got me an appointment the next day. Isaiah showed up and on time and completed the replacement of a pressure reducer in our home that had worn out. It took him less time than anticipated, but we paid the bill. I felt later the bill was too high for the work done so I called and left an email voicing my concerns. I got a refund from them of a portion of what I paid. That’s amazing customer service! I highly recommend this company!

Company was EXTREMELY responsive, the tech (Nolan) came the same day, listened to my story of woe (possible frozen pipe) and quickly determined that was NOT the issue (thank goodness). We've had quite a bit of plumbing done by Jim Needham over the past year and I'll start off with the positives about this business. They seem very knowledgeable and do good quality work. The guys they have sent to my house have always been respectful and personable and they are always able to send someone out quickly. In particular, Ben was here this week and he was excellent. Zolie was also here 2 weeks ago and was really great too. I've always felt comfortable having their people come to my house.However, they do charge quite a bit more than other plumbers. We had them out to clean out our sewer line this week and they determined it needs to be replaced and quoted us $22k. They said they could not offer a guarantee on the cleanout because the line needed to be replaced. We got a second opinion from someone who specializes in sewer lines and they said the integrity of our line is completely fine, it doesn't need to be replaced, and we just needed the roots cleaned out. The second opinion said twice this week he was called to give a second opinion after Jim Needham determined a sewer line needed to be replaced, and both times the replacement was not actually necessary. He also quoted us $8k-$11k to have our line replaced rather than $22k. We then had to spend $300 more today to get the sewer line cleaned out again by someone who removed the roots. This business was willing to offer us a 90-day guarantee on the clean out.I initially posted a 2-star review after this experience, but Jim called to address it and offered us a refund for the clean out and the inconvenience of having to take additional time off work to get the second opinion and second clean out. I appreciated this gesture, and although our sewer line experience was not good, they've done a significant amount of other indoor plumbing work at our house that has held up very well.

I requested to have my water heater looked at and with in minutes Jim his self called me to set up a appointment. I had a water heater leak and needed it fixed right away. I called them and they scheduled an appointment within 2 hours. The technician was professional and courteous. Fixed all my issues and recommended remediation for the leak. I highly recommended them. A bit on the pricy side, but worth it.

I've used Jim Needham Plumbing for my last two plumbing problems and have twice been beyond impressed with how quick I was able to get a plumber to my place as well as with the crew. Friendly, knowledgeable and affordable!
Chris and Shelby were just great. Very professional. I called 7:45 AM, they came at 8:30 AM. We got under the floor together and he explained a couple options in a way I understood them. So he started cutting the drain pipe to remove a T which we knew needed to be replaced up to that point. Then he showed us why it was clogged. I chose to replace 10 feet on drain pipe in addition to replacing the T junction. All pricing was discussed upfront, AND.... it was 1/3 of the cost of a different plumber who had come the day before and wanted to replace only 4 foot of drain pipe. And they were finished and cleaned up by 11:30 AM.We have lived in this 60 year-old house for over 20 years and have always been dissatisfied with past plumbers for varies reasons. My wife and I are so glad we discovered Jim Needham plumbing and if you reach out to them, I can recommend Chris and Shelby without hesitation. Good people! Great plumbers!

Isaiah was super informative, attentive and honest giving me options of how to solve the problem with my water tank.He explained me how things worked and what he had to do. He wasn’t rushing out of the door and I am so happy with the customer service that I won’t use anybody else. I had another plumber come to my house earlier that was pushing me to buy a tankless water heater than I didn’t even needed. Not only that he wanted to charge me $300 to diagnose the issue when they said was 0 charge fee to come out. If I could give 6 stars I would.Not only was I contacted within 10 minutes of requesting service, the rep I spoke with was incredibly nice and said he would get someone over to me during the first window the next day.Our issue was a clogged main line with lots of backup that flowed up into multiple rooms on the main floor as well as a toilet that we were unable to successfully reset and replace ourselves (without leaking when flushed). The issue got worse overnight and I called back to the office in the morning. The rep, Dennis, told me he would talk with the technicians and do all he could to get someone headed my way soon. Five minutes later I got a call that the tech was on his way. Go Dennis!A great first impression of the company and many props to Dennis in the office. Nolan really helped pull this review up to the 5 stars. He went way past above and beyond. He was a very polite and kind human and very patient in explaining the work he would do, the issues that were found (and he found many). He also patiently waited as I relayed the scope of work to my partner- we go 50/50 on all the work done in the house and I wanted to ensure he was kept fully in the loop while he worked from his company office. Throughout the day Nolan never wavered on his kindness, professionalism and patience - I also asked a lot of questions and he never made me feel rushed, embarrassed or bothersome.Nolan would check in regularly on how things were going, what he was working on and what was up next. The previous homeowners diy’d a lot of the plumbing work and there were many issues. Before doing anything that deviated from a previous discussion regarding scope of work, Nolan would explain the new issue he found, his suggested remedy and he would wait patiently for direction to proceed or not.With all the additional work that was being done, there was reasonable and understandable concern it would affect our total amount due at the end of the project. Professional plumbing work is important and can be very expensive. Nolan and I had discussed an estimate before any work began (and before any of the additional problems had been discovered). At one point, I requested he not do the additional work suggested at the time due to various factors, one being the cost, and at that point we discussed a reduced estimate based on several circumstances. Despite all the additional issues found, time spent on this project and extra tasks, Nolan stuck to that discussed estimate and that was what we paid at the end. We also have a 2 year warranty on the things he fixed which is really awesome and an ease of mind.We were very grateful for that payment piece but mostly all of the incredibly hard work done by Nolan. He did much more work than I’m sure he planned on doing but he did fabulous, stayed ever optimistic and conducted many post-work checks to ensure everything was set before he left.He really did go farther than above and beyond and we couldn’t be more grateful he was our technician for this issue. We will call for him specifically in the future if/when another issue arises that can be fixed by professional plumbing.Nolan has ensured Jim Needham Services has a lifelong customer.

Had an amazing interaction with Jerid! We had a significant leak on a new water heater. The water heater was less than a year old and was installed by a different company. He arrived and looked at the issue and asked if I had a warranty from the other company. After a bit of research we found that the existing system was indeed under warranty. He highly recommended that I reach out to the original company. I did so…and it turns out that I will be getting a new water heater this week.Thank you Jerid for your honesty, integrity, and coaching to resolve my issue!!!

At my mountain home, my propane pipe was damaged, causing all of the propane to leak out, leaving my home with out heat and hot water. Temperatures were dropping and water pipes at risk for freezing. I called Jim Needham Plumbing for emergency service. They quickly came out to give me a quote, rearranged their service schedule, laid 100 feet of pipe under my driveway, and had me ready for gas in 1 day! From the office team to the crew, the Needham team was professional, skilled and did what they said they would do. Heat was restored a day after they completed their work. I would highly recommend their services and thank them for helping get our home heated and safe. Thanks, Needham team!

Jim was at our home today to help with a longtime issue we've had. He was friendly, professional, and on time. They are required to wear a mask, gloves, and booties when they enter your home which was nice to see. A+ we would definiteiy use them again!
After calling six different plumbers, Jim Needham was the only one with a same day appointment. After clogging a kitchen drain, Tony came out and promptly found the problem and fixed it. Fixed a kitchen drain plumbing issue, but now wondering how much we overpaid for it. I think the service for a new drain that was overflowing was $1500…Recently asked them to come out and look at our leaky faucet, quoted us $600 to replace if we provided our own faucet and $850 if they provided the faucet. I was told it would take them 4-6 hours to replace it. This seemed a little outlandish and exaggerated to me so I Got all the materials for under $100 and replaced it myself in an hour. Needless to say, I think they are overcharging for their services and unfortunately won’t use them again. They made it seem like hiring them was the only option so I hope they aren’t manipulating or taking advantage of others like I feel like we have been taken advantage of.
More than another 5 star review.Roy provided the definition of excellent customer service. I had an emergency issue with my boiler and was able to get an appointment same day! The day before snow. Roy was able to quickly assess the issue and fix the problem. He also took the time to explain the issue and answer all my questions. He explained this fix was a bandaid for a bigger problem but did not push the sale. I really, really appreciated that. We discussed a few options for longer term fixes. Still not pushing any sales! Gave me a quote for each option we discussed then let me decide while answering my questions. This is great customer service.I ended up going with the full replacement to have peace of mind for the next 10 to 15 years. He went to the shop to pick up the parts and install. Still on the same day! My boiler was working again with a long term fix on the same day. He worked with my time and budget while answering my questions the entire time.I work in IT and provide customer service every day. Roy provided amazing customer service in all aspects. I've already booked my autumn boiler tune up with them and will recommend them to all my friends. Call them, you will be glad you did.

I have been using Jim Needham plumbing since 2020. They come out, give your three options, never have they tried to upsale, or use scare tactics... If something doesn't need fixed they tell you. Also they make you feel like you're project is important, and you don't feel rushed to get out the door. Isiah was a class act! Explained options, and got to work!
I will not use Jim Needam again or recommend it to any friend or family due to their super expensive/ rip off charges! Technician is professional and did a good and quick job replacing burst pipe and faucet. However, I got charged 500 for the service. I think it is expensive for such a quick work and called other plumbing companies for an estimate. Most came back to be around 200. Good service but it is way way too expensive.
Tyson and Jimmy were really a pleasure to work with, really nice, really considerate and did really good work... I will go nowhere else now for any plumbing needs. The price was fair also.

Jim Needham Services went above and beyond for us in an very urgent project. We were supposed to close on selling our home on a Tuesday and during the final walk through on Monday, a water leak was discovered. The leak had gone into the basement and required a 4 day dryout and drywall repairs. Since we were out of town, Tyson called me to help walk me through the changes that needed to happen in order to fully fix the issues. He came out immediately for an estimate and had the job done the very next day in order for the drywall and mitigation guys to come out and help get the mess cleaned up. We had a handful of plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. Our plumber, Nolan, did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable and explained the issues in an easy to understand way. I had a soft clog in my main drain. They came out the next day and fixed it. Abram was very knowledgeable and professional. They are probably not the cheapest but you get quality work for it, so I would say that's all worth it. Especially considering it was last minute. I'd recommend Jim Needham plumbing for repairs to you system.

My 24 year old water heater blew its top finally. I emailed the Jim Needham Services non-emergently. They called me back first thing this morning and set up the appointment for 8-11. Jerid was here right at 8, took one look at my archaic water heater and gave me advice on replacement options. Jerid was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I had an ongoing issue with my bathroom drain. Other plumbers wouldn’t deal with it because of the location of the pipe connection behind the wall. Jeremy came out and was even earlier than expected which was nice. He was very informative of what he could do to fix the problem. He got the drain cleared replaced the pipe and the plug and got the connection fixed so it is accessible in the future. Great job and so knowledgeable!

Called Saturday morning and scheduled apt for 11-2pm the next day, Sunday. Emphasized we needed fixed as soon as possible, as were going out of town Monday for an extendeed period.Problem: 1 crack in outdoor pipe leading to bell housing for sprinkler system (easy fix- 1 hour of work max.)Phoned Sunday at 1:30pm asking when they were going to show. They told me their technicians were on emergency calls and they weren't going to make it and could come out on Tuesday. I told them I booked with them because they would show on Sunday (they knew the situation) They left me in a complete bind. I ended up scrambling to find another company who could come out immediately.Was very stressful. My initial calls on Saturday to other plumbers had offered appointments that were then on Sunday not available.Not a reliable company.

I hate to leave a less than great review, but I also think its important to provide. My experience with Jim Needham was that it was very expensive and they quoted us more than what was needed. We paid $455 for a cartridge replacement, which broke less than 4h after install. They came again and fixed it the next day for free stating high pressure as the reason. We were quoted over $2000 for a cartridge replacement, pressure regulator replacement, and told we needed an expansion tank. In the end we had another service out for a comparison quote and they confirmed that over $400 for a simple cartridge replacement was very expensive and strange that the new cartridge lasted less than 4h even with high pressure. The other company charged us $300 to change out the bad pressure regulator and that was all that was needed. Just too expensive for the work done and based on the other service they inflated the need. I would not recommend.
Isaiah was a polite and knowledgeable technician. He was able to locate the problem and fix it quickly. Best part was he walked me throgh the repair options. I would get his services again.

Isaiah was awesome! We had a pipe burst late one afternoon. He came out first thing the next morning & was able to fix everything. He went above and beyond to repair parts of the pipe that hadn’t broken yet, but weren’t up to code. He even shoveled our front walkway. He educated me as the homeowner on what he found & how he planned on fixing it. And even though he had to cut into the drywall, he left the area around cleaner than he found it. I recently had Jim Needham plumbing replace the clay sewer line at my home. Ira the project lead was great to work with as he took the time to explain what was wrong and layout my options on how his team would fix it. Due to a large tree that sits above the old sewer line they had to run a new pipe but they took great care to avoid large roots of the tree, plus I think they enjoyed the chance to work in the shade. The team also tunneled under a concrete path leading to the house instead of breaking it out. I would highly recommend Jim Needham and Ira for any plumbing issues.

Only 30 minutes after I put in an online service request, Dennis called me to schedule a consultation and get more information about the problem we were having with our tenant's toilet. He was super nice and pleasant to talk to, and was able to schedule someone to come out the next morning. Jerid arrived the next morning and made sure we were notified 15 minutes before his arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problem and called me to let me know what was going on (needed new toilet), and was able to remove the old toilet, install the new one, and take the old toilet to the dump all in the same day. He also made sure to call afterwards to let me know that the installation was complete and that he made sure everything was functioning properly. Overall a great experience!

After having several plumbers out to diagnose our problem, all of them sent us on different goose chases and never addressed the problem we were having. Jimmy came out and immediately knew it was a sewer issue. He searched the entire sewer system spending a lot of time in a tight crawl space until he found the problem which was broken sewer lines. Jimmy helped us get connected to a remediation team: Colorado Cleaning Systems, which cleaned out the sewage in our crawl space the same day. Jimmy suggested we pull up the subflooring and told us how to do it. He shared this would save us quite a bit of money. From diagnosis on Wednesday to complete fix on Thursday, Jimmy and his dad stayed in contact with us, put us to the top of their priority list, got us all fixed quickly. Pricing was fair and Jim worked with us to get the job done economically. Even helped with our insurance.Thank you Jimmy, Jim, and Jerid. You're our plumbers for life now. You cared about us and treated us like family. You went the extra mile and didn't quit until you diagnosed the problem. We had a sneaky leak coming from the upstairs toilet, called and was able to get a tech for the next day (a sunday)Big thank you to Nolan the tech who came out. Nolan was so awesome. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired a pretty serious hot water heater issue that was causing it to not vent to the outside. He worked in extremely, EXTREMELY, tight quarters for hours on end to redo the venting system and water lines. He was super patient and stayed until the job was completely finished and safe for the gas to be turned back on. I have no idea how the cost compares to other plumbers, since I don't frequently need to call a plumber, so I won't comment on price, except to say that it seemed a fair amount to have somebody come to your home and perform skilled labor.We had a small and very slow leak, detected by our electrician in the ceiling of our basement. On Friday afternoon we called JNP and they had slots for us Sunday or Monday morning so their availability was great (as this was not an emergency). I don't know if they provide emergency services as we didn't ask.Dan showed up, on time, and was extremely professional, courteous, proficient/efficient, and an excellent communicator. He wore booties to protect our floors. He identified the leak, showed us a video of it in action, described what the repair would be and said that he had all the parts he needed on his truck and could fix it right away. He gave us an estimate of the cost and warned us up front that we would need to repair the drywall he would have to cut out in order to perform the repair. He got right to work and fixed the leak in no time. Dan is the model of a good field technician. I immediately felt comfortable having him in our home and trusted him.To the owner: Dan is an exceptional representative of your brand and he deserves kudos. Because of him, you will be the first business we call if we need plumbing services in the future.

I called Jim Needham on the coldest day in years (-24 deg F) right before Christmas as my furnace had stopped working. They showed up a couple hours later got it running and gave me an estimate on a new furnace and A/C unit. Price was reasonable and a few days later, Roy, Shawn and Jose showed up on time and installed a new furnace and A/C. All 3 were very professional, answered all of my questions and got it done in a day ( including new duct work in places and removing unused humidifier). Jose came out to troubleshoot why our AC wasn't cooling. He checked the coil and found that the regulator was lose allowing refrigerant to leak from the system. I am pleased. Darien Sanchez is the knowledgable and skilled technician who rescued me from the major plumbing problem that had plagued my bathroom for nearly two years. Plumbers from two other companies had given up, telling me the problem could not be repaired, the entire system needed to be replaced, and replacement would cost upwards of $5,000.00. Darien trusted his plumber's instinct, located replacement parts in Paris, France, replaced only what no longer worked, and brought the system back to life for $2,400.00. His work was clever, efficient, thorough, and timely. Darien is a great asset to his company and he is the reason I will use Jim Needham for all my future plumbing needs.

This is how a company should operate! Excellent work, cleaned up when they finished and stayed on track with the estimate. Very courteous staff! We needed a back flow valve installed to be up to code and they came in at a much better rate than any of the other estimates we received.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I had a plumbing backup emergency. Not only were they able to get a tech out in about/under 30 minutes, the tech they sent was the absolute best. We had a water heater supply line leaking at a rental, called Needham on Saturday and was able to get them out within a few hours. Unlike many companies there was no minimum service charge for an estimate, which was good. Answering service called to give us a heads up that plumber would be there in half hour. Met the two plumbers that arrived outside and told them I'd stand by for an estimate (meanwhile another Needham truck with 2 more plumbers drove by). About 5 minutes later, lead plumber told me that it would be $450 to fix and that the water heater is 17 years old and needs replaced. The heater is only 11 years old and is otherwise in good condition (I.e. no sediment upon draining). I protested and said Are you serious, for that? To which he responded - Well, there's a lot more to it than it looks like. I said no thanks and decided to tackle it myself. It literally took me 20 minutes to replace the part and another 25 to clean up and make sure the heater was working. So, even with amateur me doing it - the effective rate would have been ~$10/minute. We got another estimate from a licensed master plumber for $140, but they couldn't come out for a few days and we didn't want our tenants to wait that long. Be cautious and get multiple estimates.
Always get multiple estimates. The Jim Needham company wanted to charge me over $16,000 for a new air conditioner for a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo. I ended up finding another amazing, honest, HVAC expert that found the issue and replaced one part and fixed my AC for $255. In April, The Jim Needham Company fixed my toilet, only the parts in the tank needed replaced but the technician suggested I just go ahead and get a new toilet, even though I didn't need an entire new toilet. So, please get multiple estimates. The Jim Needham Company will likely want you to buy a brand new AC, new toilet, new etc, when you actually only need one or two parts replaced.

When a leak persisted he unassembled and reassembled the area of the leak 2 more times and was prepared to replace the part the next morning. Fortunately the leak stopped overnight.

We are so grateful that we found out about Jimmy through a recommendation on Next Door. Our home recently had water leaking into our basement closet anytime the upstairs shower would run. In addition, we also had two sprinkler system leaks outside. Jimmy was quick to troubleshoot the issues and gave us a reasonable quote to start the work right away. He was able to fix all the leaks within the same day. Jimmy is a great communicator and does an outstanding job of explaining the issue and potential ways to fix it. We also appreciated his attention to detail. You can tell he cares about the finished result of his work. Jimmy even connected us to a reputable water damage company to inspect our walls and carpet for mold or other issues. We highly recommend using Jimmy for your plumbing or sprinkler system needs.
This company was very responsive and helpful with our broken pipe that had leaked into our basement. The receptionist was communicative and helpful. They came early in the morning. Last week, we discovered our hot water heater had a leak and was not working. We called several companies, but with it being a Friday afternoon we were not having much luck finding anyone willing to come out any earlier than the middle of the next week. Jim Needham recognized the issue as a priority and was able to get someone to our house that night. Tyson was fantastic. He explained the issue, offered options and ultimately installed a new hot water heater that night. Additionally, he came back the next day to install a recirculator. We had asked previous plumbers about this device, but they all made it sound like it was a huge hassle and not worth the work or the money. Tyson explained the device, installed it and made sure it did exactly what we were looking for. From start to finish, this was a great experience working with Jim Needham. We will definitely recommend their services to people we know.

After having numerous issues, I posted a very critical review of Jim Needham plumbing. The owner called me to personally apologize and we had a good phone conversation. As a small business owner myself, I felt compelled to hear him out. Jimmy seemed very sincere and extremely concerned about the issues that I had.While my experience wasn't great, I know things go sideways sometimes. I've been in situations that I know are way below our normal level of service for reasons outside our control, or simple bad day errors. The end result isn't always about a company getting it right the first time, but their response to mistakes. I know God didn't make any of us perfect. Jimmy came through in a big way, owning his company's mistake and making things right. He not only refunded the amount they charged me but offered to pay the cost of the second plumber who ultimately resolved the issue.Bottom line, my initial experience was far below my expectations, but given Jim Needham's overall rating and my experience with the resolution, I believe Jimmy is a man of high integrity and someone you can trust.

I had a bit of an emergency, trying to replace a faucet. Shutoff valves were old, and no longer working. I had to shut the water off to the house to try to replace those valves, and I couldn't get the old ones off.Needham was abe to send a plumber out the same day, which was great. Nolan was personable and knowledgeable, and did a fine job. He bought a new faucet (Needham won't warranty a faucet installation unless they suply the faucet), and installed it and the needed shut off valves, all within 3 hours. The faucet install included the faucet shutoff valves, but not the dishwasher shutoff valve. Nolan replaced that valve too, no charge. Nolan also did a full house plumbing inspection, and gave me a few things to address down the road.I thought the price was a little high, but not that bad. I needed a plumber the same day, and Needham sent one the same day. That service is worth paying for.I will definitely reach out to Needham the next time I need a plumber.
He was on time, explained everything he was going to do and then went over all the thing that should be updated.

I had a leak from my shower valve and needed it replaced. I called Jim Needham's in the morning and not only did they have a fitter here that day, but it was also fixed same day too! Brady was incredibly professional, on time, knowledgeable, and was great with my dogs while doing work. He went the extra mile trying to get an older cartridge to fit, showing me the cartridge I needed, and I thought he did great work. He consulted me every step of the way, was open to all questions, and organized. I've worked with so many fitters/contractors in general that have been lacking that it was a breath of fresh air to have Brady this time and I hope to again in the future. Their prices aren't the bottom of the barrel, but they're reasonable for the warranty and quality of work performed. I highly recommend Jim Needham's and Brady to anyone needing some work done!

I’ve used this company several times recently and had positive experiences all around. Most recently had a leak in my sprinkler system where it splits off from the house, and Jeremy came out in less than an hour to evaluate the situation. He told me honestly that while he could fix it, he recommended I call a sprinkler guy because it would likely be cheaper that way. While he was here he looked at a few other things and educated us about whole home water filter systems, which we will definitely be doing in the future.To Jeremy’s surprise, I called back a few days later and had him come out to do the repair. my sprinkler guy quoted me nearly triple what JN plumbing quoted for the same work AND was a massive jerk- unlike Jeremy who was polite, respectful, funny, honest, and even considerate of my dog when he was working in our backyard.Moving forward, I’ll always call Jim Needham for plumbing work because they’ve been less expensive, faster, and more pleasant than any other local plumber I’ve encountered.

Very happy with the company. Called them because my kitchen sink had been backed up for days and couldn’t get it unclogged. Josh came out on time and was able to fix problem and was very nice and professional and put on shoe covers which most companies surprisingly don’t do. I also mentioned that I’d be replacing my sink soon and Josh gave me tips on what I should do when I replace it that I didn’t know about before which was helpful. There was a miscommunication about the price from the office but they fixed it right away and I could tell they definitely value there customers. Overall very happy with the service they provided and would recommend them to anyone.

We were in a very rough place as we needed a toilet installed for a 98 year old woman asap. They were so kind and responsive. The job was done well and in our fast time line, the day before Thanksgiving!!! This is a wonderful operation. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for!

Our technician, Jerid, was great! He was right on time (same day appointment!) and fixed our clogged sink and garbage disposal and made other recommendations for improvement. He was terrific at explaining everything and walking through all the fixes and updates.

I needed a mixing valve fixed, not even replaced. They tried to get me to get a new water heater. On top of the fact it's only two years old. Go anywhere else not Jim. Jim was on the phone approving this non sense. It cost me 5 minutes to repair. BEWARE this company is out to take advantage!

Exceptional service. When other plumbers couldn’t solve our problem (but charged $140 for coming out), Jim Needham researched it, spent two hours finding the right water tank, and came directly out to replace the leaking one. His work was beautiful, and he left the work area cleaner than he found it. He and his wife were kind and reassuring, and they came through. Highly recommend them!

We called to have a line put in for our new refrigerator ice maker. It turned out to be a little more complicated however. Tyson was very professional in explaining what was needed plus what was required for a couple of other issues to bring everything up to code on an older home. We were very happy with all the work he did and he cleaned up really well. I would not hesitate to call his company for any further plumbing problems.

I experienced a clog in my kitchen sink. After trying to drain clean with chemicals and plunging for 3 days unsuccessfully, I decided I needed to call for help. I found Jim Needham Plumbing through google but it was really the reviews that pulled me in and I reached out to them on a Friday morning. I received the phone call back within the hour and had an appointment set for the next morning (no urgency needed for my issue). Isaiah arrived at my home within the first hour of my appointment window and was able to walk me through what needed to be done on the drain. Isaiah was not only professional but super friendly and respectful of my home and my family. I appreciate the way he walked me through how things were supposed to work under the sink and showed me what was wrong with the plumbing that had been there for years prior. Isaiah was able to give me the information I needed and I was comfortably able to make a decision on the resolve. He took a complete mess and turned it into a clean and mess free plumbing. He educated me on how to maintain the sink area going forward and gave me some advice on a new faucet. I cannot thank Isaiah enough for making this situation much easier than I originally anticipated. Isaiah deserves a raise and he is an amazing asset to your company. Thank you for everything!

Our water pressure valve (1991, original) left a large pool of water in the storage room. We found it at 11AM and the guys Zolie and Mike were here at 2:30pm. We found Jim Needham had great reviews so we took a chance. Glad we did. Quality work with new ball 1/4 turn master shut off, 1/4 turn refrigerator line, and pressure valve. Thanks guys

I am very impressed with many things about this company. Someone ALWAYS answers the phone & is friendly. It’s easy to schedule & I got same day service for my busted pipe. They send text updates & reminders & a photo of the technician that is arriving. Brilliant!I’m on the fence about the pricing but I don’t really know the average cost of a broken copper pipe. This was $700.The thing that’s a little annoying is the constant up selling from people on phone as well as the technicians. They want to sell you a new water heater, they want to sell you a $49 AC check, which was actually a very good deal, they want to sell you a membership for $249 a year, etc. If it wasn’t for the constant effort to up sell I would give this company 5 stars.

Jim came quick and was nice however the pricing and invoice was a scam. They charged me $400 and made me believe it was going to be a hard job, yet he was done in 20-minutes. After doing research, the part costs $50 (though Jim said it was very expensive) and with 15-minutes of labour, this was a rip-off! Then when you look at the invoice, there is no itemization of the item from the labour, just one cost. Why not be transparent with your customers? Why not just charge a fair price for the work?
I just had an estimate, but Isaiah was well informed and very helpful.

When my ac went out on a steaming hot Sunday this was one of the only companies I could reach and that had the compassion to realize it was important, and the ability to send a tech very quickly. Richard arrived ahead of schedule and addressed our issue professionally . He actually left and had to immediately circle back because it looked like the problem was resolved but it wasn’t, and he was as patient as a person could be diagnosing the problem on a near 100 degree day. I was grateful for the quick turnaround and sense of urgency.

We do realize that these companies are busy and jobs sometimes take longer than expected, but they were very transparent and communicated with us the entire time via email and text. Although we had to reschedule to the next morning they took care of us and put us on the top of the list, which was still earlier than the other plumbing companies had told us! Our plumber, Zolie, showed up a little earlier than scheduled and got right to work, he was very professional, nice and hard working! The job was done quickly, thoroughly and he left it way better than he found it! We will definitely call on their company again with any plumbing issues that may come up! Thank you Jim Needham Plumbing and Zolie for everything!

My husband had Jim come over and took a look at what we thought was leaking pipes. We managed to find the problem and its something simple enough for my husband to fix so we weren't even charged. Friendly people, honest people and will use again when needed.
Nolan was terrific. Explained everything he was going to do in detail. Did a great job and personable as well. Also came out on a Sunday afternoon. Will be happy to use them or refer accordingly.

Worst plumber ever! Misdiagnosed leak in kitchen. Charged me over $1,000.00. Came home to same leak that now ruined my hardwood floors and leaked into basement wall and ceiling. Don’t ever use!
Jerid was AMAZING!!!! He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. When there was some bad news about my warrenty he went above and beyond to help me get my water heater working again. I highly recommend Jerid and Jim Needham services. Thank you again Jerid.

We detected a leak with our hot water tank around 4:00 pm on a late Saturday afternoon. I googled “plumbers near me”, there were several to select from. I chose to call Jim Needham plumbing, because they have 390 5 stars reviews and they were open! (Which is awesome on a weekend) They offered to get a technician to me Sunday morning, with NO diagnostic fee or service call cost. Nolan arrived after a courtesy text to let me know he was on his way at 8 am. He diagnosed the problem, explained the costs and possible costs. They had a a fully stocked truck, so they were able to install a new tank and resolve our issue within 24 hours of us discovering our problem. I would say I won the “plumber lottery”. I feel fortunate to have found such a quality business from a “google search”. If Nolan shows up, you have a competent and nice person to help you. I didn’t have time to shop prices, having water leaking in our basement, but they have earned our future business. Now, I know who to call right away, Jim Needham Plumbing.
Nolan was transparent, friendly, and did the job. We will definitely call and request him if we have any other plumbing issues.
Our pilot assembly broke on the water heater and I couldn't get the right part before going on a business trip. I called JN and told them exactly what the issue was, what needed to be done to solve it, but they refused to give a quote. They sent someone to the house, where they quoted me $800 for 30 minutes installing a $70 part. I have an ivy grad degree, work in finance for a coastal firm, and don't make anything near that hourly! He then told me that if there was additional work, it might be a $1500 bill, but--surprise!!--they could install a new unit for not too much more than that. And they were ready to do so on the spot.Long story short, they are going to try to get you to buy new equipment so they can make $$x10.

My plumbing under my sink was a leaky mess. Jim came out and saw the problem right away, he gave me my estimate (it was a fair quite, he Did not overcharge), and fixed my plumbing under my sink in a matter of minutes. Every step with Jim Needham Plumbing has been awesome, everyone from the scheduler’s to Jim has been a sense of relief. Thank you Jim!!!

Nathan was excellent. His customer service was outstanding. He was on-time (early, actually), professional and knowledgeable. He quickly resolved the issue I was having with a leaking PVC pipe connected to my furnace. He was genuinely concerned with providing quality service and went above and beyond to do so. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
They came out on Saturday no charge to diagnose the problem, and then the technician came Monday. Cody was so great, he answered all my millions of questions, and handled the water heater fix I needed super quick, and then made sure all the plumbing system was safe and functional. He checked the house water pressure and came back the next day to fix another problem that could have been a disaster if it went undetected much longer. I will definitely use this company again! So many companies immediately told me to replace my water heater and wouldn't even look at it, but thanks to the diagnostic guy and his honest opinions, and Cody working on it, now I will have my water heater for at least a couple more years!

Nolan was great and very respectful and professional.
I had a running toilet this morning and contacted Jim Needham Plumbing at around 11. I wasn’t expect to have the problem fixed by this week. But the company sent Mark to my place within two hours and finished replacing the entire toilet this afternoon. It’s a extremely great experience and literally saved our weekend. I highly recommend Mark to everyone. He is a very experienced, very kind and very responsible guy.

We bought an older house that had plumbing from the 50's. and a 26 year old water heater. Ben gave us a quote for the different repair options we had in the house. We decided to get the whole house plumbing updated. Ben and two additional plumbers came out next day (during our 8 inch snow storm) and got the whole house updated.Everything was thoroughly explained to us before work was done, they cleaned up all the work areas, and even did a little snow shoveling for us. Everything is working great and looks better then it did before.Highly recommend!

About a year ago we hired some jabroni plumber in an emergency to fix a leak in our trap piping under our kitchen sink. We had to get under the sink numerous times throughout the past year to re-attach the trap. It was easy to tell the guy did a bandaid job. Jim came out today and cut out old pipe that was too long and installed a great new trap setup. He also fixed my osmosis water system leaks while under the sink. I tried to change the filters myself, bad idea. Jim is a hero and my go to plumber moving forward.
We recently discovered a slow leak coming through a cement wall in the basement. We were able to schedule an appointment right away with Jim. He diagnosed the potential problem, but suggested we contact the water authority to confirm the problem was within the house. The inspector arrived and confirmed the slow leak was ours. He asked what estimate the plumber had given us to repair/replace the copper piping. When we told him, he informed us that we had a great plumber as some others would charge us significantly more just for the heck of it. The repairs were done by Jim and his crew. They were friendly, professional, respectful and trustworthy and within budget. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly. Exceptional!
