I cannot speak highly enough for this company! We had a leak in a shower faucet that was causing drywall damage with very old (1940s) antique plumbing and fixtures. We had 2 other plumbing companies come out before them, the first quoted us at nearly $3000 for the repair, the second (who started some work but we found that he did not seem to know what he was doing so we called Professional Plumbers Denver instead) quoted us at about $1500 and told us he wanted to go through our shower tile instead of our drywall which would have been a pain and very expensive to restore. We called Professional Plumbers Denver on a Saturday and they promptly sent out Lance the next day. Lance did an amazing job and has a great eye for detail. He fixed everything the way that would stand the test of time (soldering pipes instead of just placing Sharkbite fittings). He even offered to rebuild our antique shower fixture if we wanted (we declined and modernized). On top of everything, he fixed our broken/sticky storm door for free. The whole thing cost us $600, saving us not just for the plumbing work but also the potential tile damage the other guy wanted to cause. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone. Stick with small local companies, we learned the hard way to not contact the large ones.

Michael Bitton is the most professional plumber I have had the pleasure to work with in the Denver area. I have been managing rental properties for many years and used over a half-dozen different services, but my first call from now on will be to Michael. He replaced my entire sewer line to the main stem, underneath a horribly placed tree and retaining wall, in a single day. And came in under budget. Thank you Michael!

#1 thing to say he is HONEST. I called on a Sunday and he squeezed me in without any of the crazy fees usually charged by other plumbers. He identified the problem, fixed it, cleaned and charged a fair price. He inspected the rest of the pipes and stated they were all in good condition and nothing else needed repair. Above all he is HONEST and kind.

We were unfortunate to have a leak in our water service line in our new build home just a few years after we purchased it.

We received estimates from other businesses that included extraneous costs related to flagging crews to direct traffic around machinery, jackhammers in our home, and other nonsense. Michael and his crew at Professional Plumbers Denver came in and even their worst case scenario estimate would have been less disruptive to my family and my neighbors.

The work crew that came in were professional, courteous, and efficient. The disruptions from the work done were minimal to my family and to my neighbors. No machinery blocking traffic, no busted up sidewalk, and no jackhammers in my living room.

I cannot recommend this company enough, as the rating system only allows for 5 stars. If you find yourself I a situation like I did, do yourself a favor and get ahold of Professional Plumbers Denver.

I got to work with Michael and he was great! He was very friendly and considerate. He helped fix a leaky washing machine hose the same day that I called him when no other plumbing companies were available. I will absolutely be calling them for my next plumbing issue!

15/10 would call again. Lance from Professional Plumbers came by to fix my kitchen drain that had back flows. He was professional and provided great service snaking and jetting for a reasonable price.

Michael was great. Replaced the pipes underneath my bathroom sink with no issues. Showed me how to do it.

I was in a bind when another plumber cancelled on me one hour before he was due to arrive. I needed the work done that day. When I told Mike my situation he managed to squeeze me in. His fee was very reasonable and even saved my money by telling me he could use some of my old parts instead of new ones I had on hand for the project.

Mike was super quick to respond. He fitted around my schedule and was promptly on-time. I really appreciate his guidance on how to handle the PStops. He is now our business' first point of contact for any issues.

I had a running tub faucet and when we called them, they were very professional on the phone and were transparent about the process. They did a great job on the tub and replaced the faucets and pipes (they were very old) that needed to be replaced. I am very happy with how they treated my family and myself. They had the best prices and they took great care of us!

Professional Plumbers have responded to 3-4 urgent plumbing leaks in about two week's time for properties I manage and they've been able to respond within hours where others were scheduling a few to several days out. Impressive!

I called on a whim today and the owner Mike walked my though a DIY project, that admittedly, I completely messed up. He took the time to help my over the phone and referred me to someone who can come out and help me reverse my mistake. Furthermore, he’s also offered to help me in the future once it’s time to actually install the drain. It’s hard to find people willing to help you out when they are trying to run a business. I offered to pay him for his time and he declined. I will be calling

Finally! - I have found a *great* plumbing business. They are knowledgeable, honest, reasonably priced and dependable. Both times I used them I was very pleased with the work (and they are friendly, too!). I highly recommend.

Absolutely pathetic responsiveness and attitude! My appointment window was from 8-9AM... Didn't receive a call from the technician until 9:30AM and was told the technician would be out at noon- THREE HOURS LATER THAN SCHEDULED! Worst part, Professional Plumbers was unwilling to even take $50 off my bill or work with me in any way and were absolutely terrible to deal with. I work in a service industry and was utterly disappointed with Professional Plumbers. I would never use them again and highly recommend you don't either!

Great Service! Michael came by Sunday afternoon to take a look and then came the following day to repair the drainage pipe inside the kitchen island. The pipe was replaced and the issue was resolved within a few hours. Reasonably priced, very responsive, I will certainly call on him again if other plumbing issues arise. I had a bit of a plumbing emergency today and my line was backed up causing my toilet to overflow and it was overall just unpleasant. The first place I called (from a coupon I had) gave me an appointment from 3-5 and at 3:30 called me to cancel. I was scrambling to find something else and luckily came across these guys. Tony was there in under an hour after my plea for help and was wonderful. I don’t know anything about my house apparently and he was very patient while trying to find what he needed with little help from me. He was able to clear everything up and find the source of my problem, I had roots growing into my plumb line that will need to be taken care of annually and I will call them every time from here on out. Thank you!

LCM HOA called10/7 main line clogged and anyone on that line uses water it comes into my unit including dirty toilet water. 10/13 still not fixed

Michael was quick to organize his crew to perform an emergency replacement of the main sewer line section. His quote was the best and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. When the city delayed the inspection, Michael hounded them so we could stay at the front of the line. Despite the large amount of work, the whole process was very low stress. I am entirely satisfied with the work and will definitely use Michael for future plumbing needs.

These guys are awesome! Day before Thanksgiving and I had a pipe leaking under the sink in my rental property. Mike got on the phone with me right away and had someone (Lance) out within hours.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his crew. We were in an emergency situation and they 100% came through for us. Short version of the story: we are under contract to sell our house and the scope found a hole in our sewer line under our basement. I panicked and called Mike at Professional Plumbers (per someone's recommendation).

I was in a state of high anxiety as the stakes of our deal could fall through with this unexpected problem. Mike responded immediately and told me everything would be taken care of, that he had experience with this problem and he would take care of it that day.

He drove out and was at my house within an hour. He assessed the problem, called me, and told me he would be back by 6 with his guys to fix it. He called me at 6:15 to say the job they were on was bigger than expected and he would take care of us within 2 days. I expressed concern that the buyer would back out if I couldn't report it fixed by the next day. He put me on hold, talked to his crew, and said he could come that night if we didn't mind him being there late. He gave me a quote (which was below what I found online).

When they got there and removed the bad pipe, they discovered a more extensive problem. The entire time Mike was showing me the holes and assuring me it would all work out. He had to cut more pipe and drill a larger hold in my basement. When they finished at 10:30 p.m., I went to settle up with the expected larger bill. He only charged $200 more for 2 hours of extra labor and late at night! Not only did he do good work, he was professional, reassuring, responsive to my anxiety, thorough with explaining things to me, they cleaned up the site very well, and their pricing was more than fair. AND he called the next morning to make sure everything was ok.

These days it is hard to find trustworthy contractors. I would do commercials for Mike if I could. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Took me through how and where the water got into the basement and gave me tips for preventing future leaks. Even helped with my finicky toilet without extra charge. Highly recommend!!!

Michael and his team were very professional. He was honest with us in what he recommended, and didn’t try to oversell us. We required our old cast iron drains (under our basement floor) to be replaced. They took care of it quickly, and tried to let me know when they found something different than what they were expecting. Will definitely use them again (but hopefully I won’t have to soon lol).

I had a very bad clog in the basement and everything came out of the toilet from the washer. It was a mess. This is the first home I owned so I got a little scared. I called Profesional Plumbers Denver and they sent Lance. He was amazing. He arrived at 6:30pm and left at 1:45am. He had a lot of work to do and he never gave up on getting it unplugged. It took longer but because he didn't give up. He cared enough to stay and get the job done properly. I really appreciate Lance. Michael came out on extremely short notice to remove a new lake from our backyard. He was very responsive and professional from the beginning. By afternoon our backyard was dry(ish) and running water was restored to the house. He also provided some tips so I can hopefully tackle the job myself next time which was greatly appreciated. First of all, let me say that I am here in Denver visiting a family member who is having the work performed by professional plumbers Denver, Michael Bitton and crew.

I own rental properties in Arizona and I'm always getting work done, especially plumbing. Although I'm not a plumber myself, I have a background in the trades and I know good work when I see it. As well. I know bad work when I see it.

These guys hit on all cylinders, fast work, great price, and excellent quality work. Normally you only get two of the above as the saying goes fast, good, cheap. Pick two and take the inverse of the other.

I was especially impressed with how well they did the work and even more so how well they put everything back together after it was done. When Michael and his crew were finished, you would never have known that there was a 6 ft hole 10 to 15 ft long in my family members backyard.

In addition to the work ethic and the quality of work, Michael and his crew are a pleasure to be around and interact with.

I can't recommend these guys enough and what I really wish is that they were in Arizona where I live because I would use them for all future plumbing problems in my rental properties.

Solid guy, did not attempt coercion or fear selling or any of that other stuff that comes with emergency plumbing services. Told me what it would take and what it would cost to get the job done, and was more than happy to advise me on what I could do to save myself some money, and him some time, if you get me. Kept in constant contact when I needed. I highly recommend this guy if you more or less just need someone to tell you what to do, and who isn't gonna show up and immediately demand 1200$ from you. I suppose that also depends on the level of service you require, but TLDR; he quoted me 3k$ for a sprinkler leak job that instead, given his advice, I was able to save roughly 90% of the cost on. Michael is the owner and was AMAZING. I first spoke with Christian on the phone and he provided incredible customer service by answering my questions and demonstrating patience + knowledge.
