NextGen Plumbing came and installed a water softner, whole house filter, and ran a gas line out to our deck for our grill. They were extremely professional and provided a quote right away. They offered helpful suggestions and provided advice without being pushy and didn’t try and upsell me like many other companies did. They scheduled the install date and were responsive when I had questions. The day of they showed up on time, worked hard and finished the project in estimated time window. I would recommend them for any and all plumbing needs!

Marc quickly repaired my gas fireplace and explained everything to me. I will call him for anything else that needs repairing around my home. Nice guy.

Marc came out twice and installed reverse osmosis water filter and water heater. On time, quoted my costs up front and was very professional. I am very please with my water heater closet, reconfigured everything and now I even how a storage area in that closet. Good work!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We had a botched plumbing in our kitchen done by another company and Marc and his team did an incredible job getting everything straightened out. We are looking forward to them assisting with our bathroom renovation as well.

I contacted Marc via Thumbtack and he responded quickly and was able to get to us the same day. He quoted us the same price as another small business who said they were the cheapest I would find. Plumbing work is never cheap, but I feel it was a very fair, competitive price. Marc was very knowledgeable and professional, and I would highly recommend him. Marc did a great job. I had a new hot water heater installed, a shut off value put in behind my fridge and some valves under my sink replaced. Everything is working great!

I'm not sure where to start. I did a complete bathroom remodel being my own general contractor. I was pretty clueless, but I did due diligence getting estimates and asking questions. I immediately knew NextGen plumbing was the right choice. From start to finish, Marc and Alex showed up when they said they would, and even times I didn't realize I would need them, they came over late and stayed and completed disconnecting work so my tiler could keep going the next day. The work included plumbing for new sinks, shower, tub install and tub faucet. There's nothing plumbing related they can't do!! I felt totally comfortable with them in my house even if I wasn't home. Marc explained everything, usually more than once cuz I'm a little slow ;).
My new drop in tub is perfect, no soft spots when you step in. All the new faucets work great! I bothered him several times asking if particular faucets that I wanted would work. He patiently answered all of my questions that I texted him. They worked with my crazy schedule of all the different services that relied on each other before something else could be completed. I knew I could count on them! They had to come over several different times because of it, and he didn't charge me more because of that. Wow! Truly a master plumber and also so kind! I'm so happy I have finally found a good plumber (living here for 25 years) that I know I can call if ever I have plumbing problems. And super cool they work on gas fireplaces, i didn't even know that! I'd recommend them to anyone! 10 stars!!

Marc is NOT your average, everyday small business owner! He's one in a thousand, fair prices, GREAT work and just a great person to deal with. He and his helper installed a gas line for my new BBQ grill and it was just perfect. I'd use him again for ANY plumbing job, I am now done looking around to find someone honest and reliable!

Marc R has done nearly everything in our house for Pluming since we moved in 6 years ago. He came out for a leak we had in our basement ceiling. Turned out he had to replace the garbage disposal as it had a 4 inch crack on it. Since then we have had Marc back to install a Halo 5 Water Filtration System, and even had to redo many pipes to install the Halo 5, and it looks amazing. He has also installed a new toilet in our basement. He has changed all the Hot & Cold on/off switches in the entire house. He has installed a new shower in master bath. He has repaired our sprinkler system pipes outside. Marc has over 20 yrs experience, and it shows. He is definitely a MASTER PLUMBER. Marc Rachal and his NextGen Plumbing company did outstanding work for us. They installed a new shower fixture, and four vanity sinks with new faucet fixtures. They did all of this on time and budget. They were very organized and left a clean worksite at completion. We recommend NextGen Plumbing.

We had a burst pipe in the crawl space of our basement. Small space, couldn't turn off the water to the house, extremely limited access to the pipe to fix. Mark came in and within an hour and a half had replaced the main shut off valve, repaired the pipe, and really saved the day. Very professional, very quick, reasonable prices. Would highly recommend!

I needed my new natural gas grill hooked up to my gas line. They responded immediately to my inquiry and came out the next morning and got everything hooked up quickly and put everything back the way they found it.
