The good: once we finally got a technician to our home, he was fantastic - cheerful, helpful, did good work.The bad: They cancelled the appointment 3 times and finally showed up by duress for the 4th appointment. One of the 3 'cancellations' they called ahead. The other two they just didn't show up. Each time we called, they answered the phone with 'how can we make you smile' but when we told them how they could make us smile - by honoring their commitment, they assured us that they have to prioritize their 'customers of 30 years' over their 'new customers.'I prefer a company that simply honors their word and when they cannot keep their word, they apologize and make up for it.My wife called the owner to complain after 1 cancel and 2 no shows and he called back and left an incredibly gruff and rude message for her. I called him telling him I didn't appreciate his approach and he doubled down on how little we mean to him and how he must 'prioritize his 30 year customers over us' as if he has SO many 30 year customers. Come on. It isn't a dichotomy between those two populations.So, 1 star.If they had apologized each time they cancelled/no showed, it would be 3 or even 4 stars. I have no problem with a business simply calling and saying, 'we're so sorry, we're overbooked' or 'we're very sorry, other customers had emergencies, we'll make it up to you.' But to cancel or ignore appointments and then double down against a customer? Not good.

this company charges a $49 service fee and told me that both 5 star plumbing and plumbline services both lied to me and both charge fees to get an estimate. estimates are free with the other two companies, but during the phone call she told me they are all lying. then proceeded to tell me that they cannot tell me how much it would cost to do a new water heater and the only way they can tell me is if i pay $49 to them first for them to show up to tell me how much it will cost so they can leave again then come back and charge another $49 plus the install plus the product fees to install. horrible horrible customer service on the phone calls from the woman i just spoke to. not only is she lying about other companies but she told me i was wrong when i told her the 3 other companies i spoke to offered free estimates. shady business.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Bell offered me excellent service. I had a furnace and water heater installed. From the beginning with the estimator and the installers the transaction was seamless and professional. The estimator Doug educated me on the furnace, and Joe did a great job explaining the water heater and furnace issues. Jim too did a great job explaining the different types of water heaters so I could make an educated decision. The installers were quick, experienced, and professional. I would recommend Bell to anyone.

Absolutely satisfied with everything from calling Michael and his immediate response to the stellar work that Celina did. I have another repair that needs to be done, and I will be requesting Celina.

I had an emergency - a gas leak was reported at my home while I was out of state. Xcel shut the gas off and would not turn it back on until the leak was found and repaired. In fact they almost locked out the gas service without my knowledge, which would have left the furnace off and house cold during freezing temperatures. I called Royalty Plumbing and Leon was very clear about my options. In short I took his advice and Leon had the leak fixed and furnace burning within a few hours of my call on a Friday afternoon! I highly recommend Royalty Plumbing!

I had a very bad clog on my kitchen sink. I don’t have much knowledge with plumbing stuff, and was at least smart enough to know that I needed help. I called and spoke with Sharone and he gave me a good time for his services. He showed up when he told me. He was professional courteous and got the job done. He also observed that I needed other smaller items fixed that would potentially cause me trouble later. I saw the ad that mentioned that Sharone was a master plumber, and after he finished, I believe he spoke the truth. Thank you very much

My experience with Pipe It Up was exactly what I wanted from a plumbing company. I couldn't be more happy with Chris and TJ the installers. They made me feel comfortable and kept me up to speed on what they were completing in my home. All around the best value I could find after receiving multiple estimates. I had a water leak in my well system that was flooding my basement and needed quick repair so that my household could have water. When other companies told me it would be a week to come out, Luckenbuilt came out the same day and diagnosed the issue. The next morning they came back with parts and corrected the problem quickly and affordably for me when money has been very tight due to the pandemic. I really appreciated the service!

Was great at explaining what we needed, the water heater was original so several code updates from when it was installed. Overall excellent experience! Would definitely recommend.

Tony was awesome. One of the best experiences I have ever had. My heater was out on a cold day and he came out right away.

He spent several hours making sure everything was fixed and fixed completely. He even checked the carbon monoxide levels after everything was done. His price was reasonable and fair.
