We discovered a leak in our basement. They had someone out to our house within an hour. It turned out to be a big project - replacing our main water line. We worked with Chad and Jeremy. They were both great. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly too. The crew that came out was nice too. I liked that the main office always called to confirm days they were coming out and when they were on their way. I'd highly recommend them and plan to call them again whenever I need plumbing services again.

WOW! Just WOW! Jeremy R. was just incredible! He literally left my home about 5min ago (service was performed on 09/11/22) & I couldn’t be more pleased. I was having issues with my garbage disposal & he not only assessed the issue, but gave me multiple options to choose from as far as how to correct said issue. Additionally, he fixed it in a timely manner & even asked if I needed help with anything else too! This was my first time using Done Plumbing and Heating and I was impressed with the service, professionalism, and promptness. Our furnace stopped working over the weekend and I called first thing on Monday morning. I was given an afternoon time range for the technician to arrive, but they called back when an earlier option was available. Jamey arrived promptly, did a diagnosis on the furnace and reported that it needed cleaning and it was it good shape. I used a coupon and they waive the trip fee for AAA members, which is great.

Working with Done Plumbing was the best plumbing experience I’ve had. The plumber who came to our house, Dallas, was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and how much it cost. He also made sure he fixed the problem at it’s core. Their rates are reasonable and staff stay in good contact when a request is made. I would highly recommend them again!

We had a clogged pipe and started looking for someone to fix it, but every company we asked had a driver fee for them to come and couldn't even give you an estimate. We called here on a Friday afternoon and literally had an appointment for Saturday at 10 am. Brian T. got here on time, explained the cost and work. He did everything fairly quickly and it has been working great.

The person on the phone quoted me a $99 main line drain cleaning special they were running. I said yes. The technician came. He quoted me $250 for the drain cleaning, stating he did not have easy access because he had to go to my basement. They never said there was a stipulation of easy access on the phone or even what easy access meant. In their world, easy access is getting access from outside. Bad communication and not being completely truthful. I politely told the technician I would not be needing their services today. I sent them home and went with one of their competitors and will not be calling again.

We have used Done for years and are a part of their membership . We get a free inspection on one item either furnace , AC UNIT OR WATER HEATER & plumbing every year . This year they noticed We didn’t have one of these services so they let me schedule two within months . However, today service was beyond amazing . We returned to town Sat night and woke up the next morning with 62 in the house . We figured the pilot light was blown out with extremely windy day two days prior . The same day my husband felt ill and tested positiveFor Covid . We did not want someone coming out and being exposed so we roughed it a couple days and used the fireplace . I called a couple days later to see what protocol they had . The manager himself came out himself as the techs did not feel comfortable being exposed even tho my husband was confined and I was not testing positive . The manager was so very kind and said that his priority was to get us heat . He found the problem and it wasn’t a pilot light . He gave me an estimate , went out to get the motor to be replaced and installed it on our furnace while wearing a mask as I was too. We sure appreciate him putting us first and seeing our need and making it all happen .

Had a 9 AM appointment and Done called to see if their technician (John Blair) could arrive early which was fine by me. He quickly assessed what he needed to replace the sprinkler shut-off valve that was leaking and completed the job quickly. Very pleasant and informative about what he was doing. We had them come out this time and they came out within an hour and did a quick diagnostic and found that a motor needed replacing. We did have to have a different company install the new Motor this time became of a $1500 price difference in this instance, but will definitely consider them again in the future.

Unfortunately I am updating my review a few weeks after completion due to some issues that have come up. The customer service, reliability and responsiveness were amazing! However, we have had two friends who have done plumbing previously come to our house and both said we over paid by double what it should have cost. Also, we did not pass our city inspection so had to complete the job ourselves. Additionally, the installed machine is so loud! We can hear it in the next room when we never heard our other one. Overall, I was glad the work got done when they said it would but would not use this company again or recommend.

I would like to acknowledge Roscoe for his outstanding work ethic. Scheduled an appointment time for 1-3 pm. Roscoe sent a text at 1:30 to let me know he was on his way. Really appreciated the text message that included his picture and some snippets of his personal info! Arrived promptly at 1:45 and began to assess the issue with the kitchen faucet. Once he determined what the issue was, provided me with a dollar estimate and the length of time to complete the work. Upon completion of his work, he showed what had been done and asked if we were satisfied with the work. Extremely happy with the work he completed. My faucet is working great now! The plumber, Gilbert, was terrific. He was friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up the job site after he was done. However, I was quite shocked with the total price of the bill. It should not cost over $500.00 to install a kitchen faucet that I provided. Also, I booked the appointment through Team Dave Logan and did not receive the $50.00 discount that is stated on the site advertisement. I would recommend you check prices before dealing with this company and do comparison bidding before approving them to do any work.

The basement shower of my condo had been poorly constructed using galvanized pipe that was plugged with rust. Technician Darrell Begay worked tirelessly over 9 hours to rebuild the whole system. Our tech Sean went above and beyond our A/C tuneup! He walked us through future options for when our unit eventually goes out without making us feel like a sales job. He helped us with our new connected thermostat which has been confusing to use. Sent us a YouTube video on options for built in air cleaners because of health reasons. The technician is lack of experience. First, before he came, our pipe was good. But during his check, the pipe was broken. He should tell us the risk before he did anything, instead of telling us the pipe was broken during his check and need $300 to replace. I have no choices but to accept, otherwise my parents cannot use it, and they are 84 yeas old. Then in the end, he just charged me $140. James came out promptly from Done Plumbing, was friendly, helpful, and did a fabulous job! He efficiently repaired our leaky toilet, and as an added bonus, did some checking of our water tank. He found that the air compressor bladder had not properly been filled with air, leading to potentially dangerous pressure problems in our pipes. He fixed that. He also helped my elderly parents re-discover where their water main shut off valve is, which is so important to know in case of flooding. We'll definitely be contacting James at Done Plumbing in the future for any additional plumbing needs.

We could not have had a better experience with Done! Late one night I went downstairs and discovered we had a wet spot in the carpet. I opened up our utility closet and found a tiny little hole in the copper pipe coming out of the hot water heater. First thing the next morning I called Done and told them the issue and when I could be available to be home and they were able to schedule a technician to arrive sometime in their standard 2 hour window. Lucky for me the technician got there right at the start of the window. The technician was Lincoln and he was everything you'd want in a good plumber. He was friendly, clean, put covers over his shoes, and quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted a repair price. Now here's the important part - there's no doubt you could get someone to do this type of work for cheaper, but you have to ask yourself if you really want to skimp on something as vital as the plumbing running through the inside of your house? We elected to pay the fair price quoted and Lincoln immediately got to work and was done in under half an hour, all the while chatting and explaining exactly why he was doing things and why they were so important. By the time he left our house he had repaired the problem AND educated me on many different plumbing issues and techniques. After this experience I absolutely recommend Done for all your plumbing needs!

The good:They showed up! Hard to find anyone that will actually show up these days. Am I right?!The plumber they sent out was friendly, non-creepy, and seemed knowledgeable. Had my leaky sink fixed in no time.The bad: the price. $600 for the leaky sink and that was kinda ok because he replaced the drain assembly, p-trap etc. But I can't help but wonder if it was possible to just tighten up what was loose and put some silicone or putty around it because nothing was actually broken...However I also asked for a quote to replace a little $30 cartridge in a shower that was squealing and it would be nearly $800. What?! And my toilets had a receding water line in the bowl that wasn't really a big deal but I thought I would ask. You don't even want to know what the price would be for that.And to be fair, I thought I'd look around at other reviews to see if I was overreacting. I noticed on Yelp that someone else complained about the prices and the owner replied with how they pay their employees a living wage etc. Which I am all for! But I also write contracts for an aerospace company that offers a 401k, pension, etc. They are very good to us. And we figure that to engage one of our basic teams for an hour it is an overhead wrap rate of about $250. So unless this plumbing company can make my toilets take off like a fighter jet or a rocket, I'm thinking $600-$800 an hour is a bit much.... Again they did a fantastic job but I definitely want to let people know what they're getting into before calling. If you have some kind of emergency you will not have time to get many quotes.

I am very happy with the promptness and professionalism that Jake, the service tech had. Anyone who has had a main line backup knows how frustrating it can be. They arrived at my home within an hour of me calling on a Sunday with no extra charges. He got everything done and cleaned up within about 30-45 minutes and I was back to doing laundry. They got us through the nasty experience of having to dig up and replace our main sewer line two years ago.Austin came out yesterday to clean out our floor drain in the laundry room and to clear a clogged sink in the basement bathroom. The bathroom sink and attending plumbing parts were totally shot, rusted through and leaking already. It needed to be replaced. Austin did an awesome job from start to finish. Dallas was the Done Plumbing tech that provided service at our home. We received multiple calls from him as well as dispatch that he was on his way. He was on time at the very beginning of the window that we had agreed to. He was very easygoing and efficient. I would definitely recommend Done Plumbing. Our plumber, Darrell, showed up right on time and was very polite and friendly. He also explained everything he was going to do before doing it, and when he identified the problem he made sure to show us what was causing the issue (in our case a rubber valve had disintegrated and was clogging up various portions of our faucet). Finally, the person answering the phone was very friendly. She was able to schedule us immediately and followed up with a confirmation email and a phone call reminder the night before our appointment.

Done’s plumber Josh took the time to analyze various aspects of our problem, outlined the possible causes, and finally took apart the pipes until he found the specific problem area. He not only fixed the immediate problem but also put in some new pipe to increase the safety of our system. He was very friendly and an excellent explainer.It can be difficult to find a decent plumber who can come out at short notice. I’m increasingly impressed by Done Plumbing.Update November 2021. Dallas installed a new bathroom sink faucet and completely changed the under-sink plumbing. He might be the best Done plumber yet. From the customer service call to the results of service, I am impressed. They had no additional holiday fees (labor day/weekend and), and we're able to send a tech the next day. The tech, Chad was able to come early. That helped and customer service did call ahead of time to confirm. Chad was polite upon arrival, and didn't flinch at our intrusive yet docile pup. Done was outstanding. They were professional, thorough, and absolutely committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Our technician, Jack Higgins,, was exemplary. He had to replace two furnaces for us. He arranged the electrician, pulled the permits, installed the furnaces perfectly, made sure it was interoperable with the AC and humidifier, brought it up to code (as we hand our furnace for 18 years) answered all of our questions, and spent the entire day making sure it was a perfect installation. Done plumbing is the only company I will use. Not only are they quick they are incredibly knowledgeable. My main line clogged on a Sunday. I called them at noon and by 1pm they had cleaned out my line. Price doesn’t matter to me when the quality is there. They even set me up to have a camera inspection done, for free, for me. I will need to get the main pipe replaced and they are there to walk me through that process. Use DONE plumbing if you want your repairs “done” right the first time.

Clayton had to open remove a pipe coupling to clear a branch line and then cause a permanent drip at the pee trap under the sink. Now my kitchen sink is unusable. I was not advised prior that he wouldn’t be able to restore it to a usable status before he did the work. He also cleaned the mainline but did a good job.They have done good work in the past for me.

My furnace was acting up. Of course it was one of the coldest days so far this year. I gave Done Plumbing & Heating a call. We arranged for a service call for the next day. The techs arrive on scheduled! The furnace had started to run and provide heat just before the techs arrived but because of the previous issues I agreed to their service point check. They quickly found an issue with the exhaust gas blower which explained the previous furnace issues I was experiencing. They recorded the blower in operation and you could easily hear the bearings were shot. They were able to locate a replacement and had it installed within 3 hours. The furnace exhaust gas blower is now super quiet when running. The techs were very professional. The furnace is now running without issue. I highly recommend Done.

I have used Done! Plumping many and do not ever use anyone else this particular visit was as always top notch in every way. DJ did an amazing job of explaining what was wrong and all of my options. He then did a really good job of explaining the pros and cons of each option. He truly heard any and all concerns I had and helped me to work through those concerns. It’s very rare that a tech is available right at the opening of the appointment window. Chad arrived at my house two minutes before I could get there. He was friendly, efficient, and his work was good. Pricing was a bit of a sticker shock, but considering the current environment, and the amount I was able to learn just from observation, it’s not an issue.Done has been out to install a water tank at my place before, it was expensive even then, but the work was quality. I recommend them, but make sure to put some money aside to cover the costs.

I have been meaning to write this review for a bit. I found out about Done when I was at my friend's house where her sewer line was being cleaned out. I was impressed with Chris the technician and told him I planned to have some water faucets replaced at my house, including the old cold water shutoffs. I requested him for that work and everything turned out well. He coordinated with the city I live in to get the main water turned on/off, etc. More recently, Sean came over to do a tune-up on my A/C system outdoors. The twenty-two year old fan was making noise and the breaker and dual capacitor were also replaced. He also checked general function. Both Chris and Sean were professional and no call backs were needed.

They quoted a sink/shower drain line repair of near $1400 for an estimated two hour job. That's $700 per hour and I supplied the parts! It motivated me to go buy a special tool and do it myself. In the end I did the repair with no problems in about 45 minutes at a cost of $79. My advice is to shop around.

First, Rena answered my call and was friendly and professional. She got someone out to look at our swamp cooler WITHIN AN HR of calling! Wow.Our technician, Neil, was prompt, nice, SUPER knowledgeable, and over the top helpful. I called Done Plumbing about a clog in my bathroom sink drain. The technician arrived promptly within the appointment window. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the cost of the work and quickly took care of the problem. He also gave me a price quote on a toilet installation, as I'm planning on putting in 2 of them in the future. In summary, I'm happy with Done Plumbing and will use them again in the future.Updated new review: We had a problem with a leaking water supply valve when we purchased a new refrigerator just before Thanksgiving 2019. Installation of the new fridge was urgent since we had family from out of town coming in just a few days--the extra space was sorely needed.I called Done needing same-day service. The tech showed up within 2 hours (he was even able to move his arrival time up by an hour). He took care of the repair quickly and did his best to limit the cost of the job. He was personable and explained everything, along with what the charges were.I'll repeat what I stated in my earlier review: If you need plumbing repair, Done is a company to consider. Keep in mind that this type of work is expensive; that said, these guys do good work and make sure you understand what you're paying for.

Excellent service. We hired Done to replace a 22 year old water heater. The new one they installed had issues keeping the pilot light lit. John, the technician stayed in touch with us daily and came back out a couple of times to try and correct the problem. After John and another technician came out a couple of times, changing the vent and other possible problems, he and his supervisor, Brian, made the call to replace the water heater with a different make. Apparently we just had a defective machine.Problem solved. Their proactive follow ups was some of the best service we have received from any company. We will definitely call them again with heating and plumbing issues.

We had a very weird situation with a leak in our basement’s ceiling that became emergent quickly. Done Plumbing was very responsive. Roscoe arrived right on time. He was very transparent about the situation and potential costs. Was told by technician Vincent that he had to remove toliet to clean out main drain even though we showed him where the main drain was and was told they had no choice but to remove toliet, which of course costs double the price. The technician broke a bolt off the toliet putting it back together. Stated he fixed the problem, only to have the same issue of every drain backing up when laundry or dishwasher was started or when you took a shower reappear. Called them back and informed them I had same issue, they stated I had 60 warranty and they would send technician back out. He shows up and still insists on going through toliet instead of going through the main drain where I tell him it's backing up from. So again he augers through the toliet. The technician insisted that we needed to get a camera technician out there, another $300. When I told him we didn't have that kind of money, my mom lives on her retirement and pension and I recently lost my job, he stated that he would NOT be coming back out unless we got the camera technician to come out. When he left we still had the same problem. So knowing they wouldn't come back out again and knowing that we needed the drain fixed we called another company who came out and went down through the main drain I told the technician originally to go through. Found the clog and everything is back to normal. Done is a lie and a scheme to get you to spend more and more. I told them we want our money back since it was 60 day warranty and they NEVER fixed the problem and was told no they would cover the cost of a camera technician to come out and that's Pretty all. Of course so they can say we have this damage or we need a new line so they can get more money. Pathetic of a company. Picture to show the drain that I am now being told by Done is not a drain they could have gone down, even though the other company did just that with the same machinery.

Plumbing issues in an older house, my parents were finally able to get someone out to do their plumbing line. They ended up having to replace about 3 feet of pipe total as there was a hole that had corroded through the pipe. I'm not entirely sure what all they did, but one thing they did was seal up a pipe with a rubber glove (pictured). They also didn't scope the whole pipe because just over a year later, the pipe was found to be completely clogged with roots, also pictured. Of course, the work was only guaranteed for 1 year.

I worked with Matt and Dallas on two separate appointments, and they were both great. We had clogs in both the tub and toilet drains in our upstairs guest bathroom, Matt came late on a Tuesday and was able to have everything done in a couple hours, they were also able to recommend a water damage service that arrived promptly after we called. Dallas helped us reset the toilet because we needed put back in after having the flooring removed, he worked quickly to address the gap between the bottom of the toilet and the floor. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves, and was mindful of social distancing. Will definitely be my first call the next time we need a plumber.

I have hired Done Plumbing and Heating a few times in the past. They are fine for simple needs like unclogging drains. I would not have them do anything else because they are very overpriced. They quoted me $1500 yesterday, 10/27/22, to replace my kitchen faucet and the emergency shut offs. When we asked about purchasing a faucet ourselves they said we could do that but they would not be able to warranty the work. They also said disparaging things about the faucets sold by retailers like Home Depot. I purchased a Moen single handle drop down faucet for $230 at Home Depot and Delta Mechanics will install it for $135 and replace the shut offs for $35 each...a grand total of $435. What a scam Done Plumbing! I will never call you again and I told the family and friends I recommended you to in the past about this.

Done Plumbing & Heating was recommended to me by my boyfriend. I had a sewer backup because of blockage. I called Done. They had a plumber at my house within an hour. The plumber, Jake was great. Professional, courteous and thorough. He snaked the line and recommended I have a camera sent into the line to ensure the blockage was all clear as the water flow was not entirely back to normal. Based on his recommendation, Jason came out the next day and found a pretty bad blockage. Had a tech come out to look at an issue with a recently installed Ac unit. The tech found that a breaker was tripped. AC unit is new to me and I never even thought about that possibility and I did not mind paying for my lack of knowledge. Fair price for the work that was done, which included an examination of the system. The issue was the tech then told my wife that there was a part (filter dryer) that was not installed and proceeded to give a quote of about $2000 and told her that the work would need to be done sooner rather than later or it would damage our system and potentially void our warranty. Upon reviewing this I went and took a look. The missing filter dryer is there, factory installed, inside the unit next to the compressor. I feel that the tech tried to use fear tactics to upsell. To me, either the tech had no clue what he was looking at or intentionally misled a customer. Not a fan of either one of these scenarios.

Of three companies proposals, Ben from Done had the best price and was able to start work right then. Although he had to hand the installation off to Aaron, both did an excellent job. I've never had a Done person play 'build the ticket' with me - they will tell you what you need and when they think you might need it. The repair will be done well, and will last. Done came in and ever since has offered us professional, high quality work at a fair price.Our most recent job was replacing a kitchen faucet that broke. My father in law and I attempted to change out the kitchen faucet. When doing so we broke two valves where the water line connects. Jeremy Rich was our plumber and he went above and beyond. Josh went the extra mile!We felt lucky that Josh Tweed was assigned to our clogged kitchen sink. The first guy “fixed” it on Saturday, but when we ran the dishwasher that afternoon, both sinks filled with water again. The problem was somewhere further down.Josh hauled up his video scope, his jet washer, and finally his cable. Still it seemed the clog lay further downstream.He worked hard all over the house, fished out quite a few pieces of blockage, and explained his plan every step of the way. He has a great attitude and had a way with making my family happy and at ease.When it seemed he was out of tools, he pondered for a moment, and said, “wait.” He peered into the depths of his cable and noticed that it had become entangled. He took the whole assembly apart, untangled the cable and gained an extra ten feet of length.He ran it down the line…. again, and “Whoooosh!”Clear! All the water drained out into the main line.He showed us on the video camera how the once caked line was now sparkley, we could see water flowing, and clog free.Ten feet was the “extra mile” our old house needed. I noticed a leak that may be coming from my upstairs shower. I saw water dripping from my awning after a shower was taken. Daniel came out the next day after my call and did some investigating to see if a pipe was leaking under the shower. After finding the piping he found no leaks in the pipe below the shower, above my kitchen. He looked closer at my shower and found some shower tiles loosened enough that the water was running down the shower wall following the joist and that was the dripping I saw. I just needed to get my shower pan either replaced or re-calked and regrout my tile after checking with a mitigation company to make sure there was no mold in the wood/sub floor we could see from the cut he made in dry-wall ceiling. I was happy he didn't mislead by saying there was a plumbing problem. When the mitigation company came out they concurred and also said everything was fine. Daniel gave me phone numbers for tilers, drywall personnel, etc. Anything I may need. I would use this as company again for any plumbing need. I feel I can trust them.

They not only answered the phone (happily) when I called, but sent Dallas the same day in about an hour after I called. Nice knowledgeable guy who got the job done. My only complaint is the price of parts, but that's not their fault.

They installed a whole house filter, electric water softener, and circulating pump. They provided great advice on selecting a proper correction for corroding pipes. There were two plumbers doing the work and they made sure everything was done correctly. They were also very friendly. They even came back to make sure all was working properly. Jonathan came and replaced our outdoor hose bib, water was pouring out through the top. He replaced the faucet & welded a new shut off valve to the existing line in our crawl space. This company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They sent Jonathan the same day and he did a great job. Truly incredible experiences! We have had a few experiences with Done and all of them were extremely positive. I hope that management looks at this, because you're lucky to have these three employees.Aaron helped troubleshoot our furnace and came back for a follow-up, he remained focused on finding a solution despite the tricky issue.Jared was incredible! He surprised us with his initiative and left to ask a neighbor to check their gas flow and called Xcel to explain the situation so we didn't need to -- he deserves loads of recognition.Our final experience was with the plumbing side and Michael quickly found the leak, provided an honest opinion on resolution, and didn't pressure us to an expensive fix. FANTASTIC work! Anthony was as knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, and professional as any plumber I have ever used. I needed a dozen water shutoff valves installed and multiple faucets installed and it all had to be done in a short time window due to my condo association's limits for the water shut off, and Anthony was EXACTLY the professional I needed. He got everything done with no problems or issues he could not handle, and is ability to tackle & figure out all obstacles and explain all procedures was exceptional. Hello.I needed a plumber to fix my kitchen sink clog. Started looking for a plumbing company with a good reviews. Found Done plumbing company and was glad to read good reviews about them. Well, big mistake! Horrible experience! Let's start that the guy was one hour late for his appointment. He looked underneath of my sink, took pipes apart, cleaned them up and didn't put the pipes back together correctly!!!!! Last night when I got home from work and started a dishwasher, the water just started gushing out underneath of my sink and in a matter of couple of minutes my hardwood floor was flooded, the water was in my cabinets, everywhere. I was beyond unhappy. Spent long time cleaning everything and worry now that the water had damaged my hardwood floors and cabinets. Called the company back, talked to the manager about the situation, and was told that there is nothing he can do about it and they would call me tomorrow to see how can they help. Please do yourself a favor do not use this company for your plumbing needs. Very bad experience! Incompetent workers, untrained stuff. No, they don't stand behind they work, guaranteed how they claim on their website. Please don't make the same mistake I made by hiring them! My problem was a smal problem to fix, and they still couldn't do it right. Now thry made it worse because at this point I might need to call a hardwood floor specialist to see if I need to repair some of the floors where the water leaked.. We first used Done Plumbing about 6 months ago. I just picked this company not knowing anything about them and had no referral. Our shower was making bubbling noises when the toilet flushed. The tech was a little puzzled but made his diagnosis and also talked to several other people to confirm his diagnosis. The tech decided that it was easier if we performed the simple task, but did give us an option of having the service done. We opted for doing it ourselves, and he even told us what to do! We were not even charged for a service call. I was very impressed with that first call, that we've used them again for replacing our kitchen sink faucet. They had to reschedule our appointment time and waived the service call fee, AND gave us an additional discount. Both tech's who came to our house are very professional and patient! (I have workers in my house before who have no patience and cuss) I was very impressed with the professional service received and will be calling Done Plumbing for any future plumbing services.

From the day I made the appointment, the confirmation the morning of the appointment and the follow up call after the job was done, the service was excellent. Highly recommend. We had a difficult shower leak that needed to be addressed and our technician not only found the problem in a matter of minutes, but was able to fix it without cutting into the drywall/floors of half the house. Where the one cut was needed, he used a little tarp tent to contain the mess. Not only did Done's technician provide a solution, he was courteous, knowledgeable and communicated well about when he would be here. Overall, exceptional service! Have already contacted them for another issue which was resolved just as perfectly.

Done came out and re-did everything professionally and with a one year parts and labor warranty. I wouldn’t use anyone else but them next time. Our technician, Salem, was great! Very professional and informative. Scheduling with admin was easy, and I received several helpful appointment reminders and a timely call ahead before arrival. There was a “hard to access roof” fee for assessment...but that was absorbed into the total cost of the repair, which was very nice to hear. And now I have a working air conditioner! Overall good experience.

Great experience overall! Called about a clogged drain and they came out the next day. Customer service was friendly on the phone and the tech, Vincent, was so helpful. Our plumber Josh was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us great customer service. He answered all our questions and also made sure we understood what was going on with our kitchen and the repairs he did before he left. Had another great experience with Done last year when our water heater broke all of a sudden and flooded our basement. Dylan was terrific. He arrived after 6 pm on a Friday and was here for several hours. Despite the late hour, he was careful to explain everything to us about what was leaking and what he had to do to fix the problem. His work was thorough and competent. He even went to Home Depot to get necessary parts and then stayed after completing the repair to look at some other plumbing issues and provide an estimate for repair. We’d be very comfortable calling on Dylan again for plumbing repairs.

I needed my back yard drain cleared of some tree roots. Josh was a few minutes early. He was polite, he came in the house with shoe covers so as not to track anything on the floor.He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take as well as explaining the cost. He was professional and friendly. After he finished the job, he checked thoroughly to be sure that the actual problem had been resolved. He left everything cleaned up and anything which was moved to accommodate the equipment was returned to the correct place. I will use Done Plumbing in the future and I will ask for Josh. This is long overdue. I used Done Plumbing earlier this year to install a new AC, furnace, water heater, humidifier, and positemp shower valve. What can I say- they were absolutely incredible. From the quote to the installation, everything was handled professionally and cordially. During the bid process, they spelled out my options clearly and showed me exactly what I could expect. Ben did a tremendous job determining exactly what my house needed to be cooled properly. They thought of everything and were prepared for every curveball that my house had to throw at them. Even their electrician was prepared for a poorly done DIY basement and did an exceptionally clean job running new lines. All the permits were pulled and inspections passed with flying colors and compliments. Keep in mind, this was all completed during the height of COVID. I was sick of dealing with contractors who cut corners and didn't follow through. Done was a breath of fresh air- truly the cadillac of plumbing and HVAC companies, and you get what you pay for- the best. What a good value and investment! My sincere thanks goes to Done for all the work you've completed and will complete for me. This company is run the right way and it shows throughout the entire crew and dispatchers. Thanks again!

If I could rate 10 stars I would. We had a pretty serious situation, where the sewer line from the house to the main had formed a belly and was backing up into the house. Not only was Done! able to get someone out pretty quickly, but they stuck with us throughout the whole ordeal. Tony and Vincent were fantastic, they were very up front about our situation and in outlining our options. We went with Plan A - lower cost and it had a chance of working. After about a week it was clear we would have to go to Plan B, higher cost on plumbing and excavating to the line. To get to the line, there was a cement patio on top of the line, with a couple of beams supporting the roof....so all of this had to be coordinated with Diamond Drilling & Sawing (who were also great). This whole thing took about 3-4 weeks from start to finish, and Tony and Vincent stuck with us the whole way, including a couple of reschedules due to patio removal etc.Ultimately, the patio was sitting on a footing tied into the foundation going down 9ft, and removing it would have been a huge (and expensive) problem. Tony, Vincent and the Done! excavation team came - assessed the situation, and was able to excavate one direction from inside the crawl space, and the opposite direction from outside. Using this approach they were able to SAFELY work in the new pipe without having to go under the concrete footing, saving us the time and expense of removing it. What was uncovered, was a sewer line that was so badly installed from the builder - Richmond - have no idea how it passed inspection. It was pitched toward the house, had a flexible rubber connection buried outside (thus the belly) and had 90 degree angles allowing gunk to collect. So basically, Richmond did an incompetent job of running the sewer line creating a time bomb for the home owner, then laid so much unnecessary concrete on top if it, it was near impossible to reach and fix it.But....Done! was able to overcome all of the elements of this 'perfect storm' and get us up and running - and done the right way this time. Their work is also guaranteed for life. Would highly recommend this team!

I needed an old 75 gallon water heater replaced since it had started to leak. I called Done Plumbing because they were highly recommended by a local plumbing supplier. They are very responsive and had Joe come out quickly to give me a quote. He listened to what I wanted in a new heater - energy efficient, quiet, quick recovery - and suggested a few that would work. Once I approved the work, he came out the next day and installed the water heater. They even called after to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend using Done Plumbing. Their work was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the price was fair. I couldn't ask for anything more.

We had recently installed new counter tops and sinks.The drain locations on the new sinks were not at all conducive to me hooking the plumbing drain lines back up. Jeremy showed up late afternoon on Friday and indicated he didn't have the parts he needed on the truck and his shift was about over.He requested to return on Monday and I agreed. The kitchen sink backed up while the dishwasher was running. I tried a plunger and a liquid drain cleaner that were no help. I then went and got a 25ft snake and that didn't work. I had coupon for a $99 drain cleaning and called for an appointment. I was set for 4-6pm. I got a call about 2:30 that a tech was available early. Shortly after 3:00 Vincent arrived. I showed him the problem and explained everything I tried. He said the clog was probably before that line hit the main drain line and his machine would most likely clear it. He laid out some floor protecting cloth before he brought in the machine. This was a huge, electric, professional, drain cleaning snake. After 20 ft or so he said the water is going down. He ran the snake out to 80 ft to completely clear any obstruction. After that he ran water from a hose to be sure it was clear. He cleaned up and made sure everything was as he found it. He explained everything he did and was respectful of our house. I am very happy with the job, and the work that Vincent did.

The plumber was friendly and found the source of the problem quickly but was apparently not equipped with a special drill, that I’ve seen available, and ran the new pipe outside the wall. In fairness to him I did mention I was going to repipe the house and if he couldn’t run it through the old hole, I’d appreciate it but if he couldn’t, he could run it on the outside of the wall. For 350.00 an hour, I expected a a little more. I would only go with Done again if it was an emergency and I couldn’t get someone else here quickly.

I called Done at 2PM when my water heater ruptured. They got out to me within 45 minutes with a new one and roughed it in that night. The next morning Tristan came back and finished the code upgrades. The work was top notch and the communication was awesome. I had the a great experience with done Pluming. Tony was give me all the information I needed to make the base decision on my issue.I had roto rooter come in a week before and work on one on my lines. Their blade broke in my main line we have a 3 inch pipe and they used a 3 inch blade they said they need to do a excavation in the basement to remove their own blade, they said it was not their fault and I had to pay out of own. My insurance did not cover do to their equipment.Their only to option was to used another snake and push it out or to excavate in the basement to remove their own blade and if one did not work I will be responsible to pay for the 2 if option did not work. Over 5 k to fix their own problem I talk to a manager and area manager and they told me it was my issues.Tony one of the tech from Done plumbing did a free video of the issue they locate the blade where is was and he give me the option to used a jetting option to remove the blade if not we will need to excavate.Their first option work it save me a lot and they did the job with out any damage to my basement.I will recommend Done plumbing and I would think 5 times before you call roto rooter got any issues.Thank you Tony

Update: I like to give credit where it's due, a day after my review I was called by a customer support agent who advised that they would make sure my issue was resolved. They offered to credit me the $1000 and deal with Xcel on their own time which was a perfect resolution for me. I just had to have a tech come check out my system once more (Got to see Jack again, great tech) and fill out another rebate form. I've raise my rating as a result of this quick response. I'm still keeping one star as interest on my rebate ;)-----------I wish I could leave a 5 star, initially I had a really good experience with this company. Last year our AC took it's last breath, I had another company come out and tell me it was dead, then I had Done come out for a second opinion as well as a second quote. I also had one other quote during this time for a full system replacement. They were all pretty close in price, but Done had them beat by just enough since they were doing a rebate of $1000. I'd also like to point out the rep for Done was much better at explaining the systems and benefits. So, 3-4 days of shopping and I settled with Done, about a week later I got my system installed in a single day. Great work, it's working great still. My problem is that it's a year later and I have still yet to receive my $1000 rebate. I've called 6+ times and emailed. Initially I chose to have it credited to my electric bill, and after 4-5 calls was informed they're having issues with Xcel crediting people, so I say No worries, I honestly just want a check at this point I was told they'd have to get the approval of the finance.. or accounting team or some other.. that was several months ago and I've heard nothing, received nothing. At this point I've just accepted a $1000 loss, which ironically was the reason I went with Done in the first place. It feels like a bait and switch, I'm sure it's not malicious but I just don't know how something like that falls through the cracks.

I used Done Plumbing & Heating for the first time this week and was not disappointed!! I called after 7pm and they were able to get a technician out first thing the next morning (2 other companies said they wouldn’t be able to come out for over a week). Great customer service as they called in the morning to confirm my scheduled appointment, gave me an update on the technician’s ETA, and made sure the time still worked with my schedule. They called again to let me know when the technician was 30 minutes away.Tony arrived right on time and was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. Tony was able to diagnose and fix our plumbing problem quickly and easily but wasn’t in a rush. He made sure to test everything throughly, listened and addressed all of my question and concerns, and provided great advice on how to prevent future issues.The office called the next day to follow up and ask how everything went. Great company, great service - will be using Done for all future needs! Ask for Tony ;)

Thought we had a toilet leak which turned out not to be the case.Called for service early evening and had a plumber (Roscoe)at the house the following morning. Roscoe did a thorough inspection of all the pipes in the area, including the adjacent shower, and we concluded water from the shower had splashed on to the floor due to improper closing of shower door by great-grandson. No repair needed.Roscoe noted a buildup of algae in the toilet tank and in the other toilet tanks in the house. Bottom line, the water softener/filter system was no longer working. Roscoe quoted me a fair price for a replacement system (Halo-5) and was able to install it within 5 days. Very happy with the work and the timeliness of everything from the first service call to the final installation.Very professional and efficient service by all Done employees included in this process.Highly recommend Done Plumbing and Heating for all related needs!

Overall I had a good experience with this company. I was impressed with their customer service and with my Service Pro Conner that came out to my house did a great job! They send you his profile ahead of time which is comforting. Bottom line is if your able to say that you had a positive experience after putting your own hard earned money into small room you rent on a monthly basis, and only to go #2 in! Paid over $700 to replace a ball value and the person was here for less than 30 minutes, including the time I explained the issue. Call the company to ask about the price and I quote, “that’s our price, sometimes it would out for us sometimes it would out for you.” Have since received two quotes for $150 and $200 to do the same job. This is highway robbery. Will never be able to justify using this company again.

The tech arrived very quickly. I had only called 45 minutes prior, and the customer service rep said they could have someone there within the hour. He was personable sand professional. He explained given there was no access to the drain for the toilet other than through the toilet, it would have to be removed. This raised the priced considerably, nearly 4 times what it would been without it having to be removed. I don't think this was out of line with the industry standards, I just think the industry standards are a bit out of line. He put the toilet back in place and cleaned up after himself. The tech performed his job very well, I only wish it hadn't cost nearly $400.

Although there was a delay in the time of my appointment, the office service staff was reassuring and kept me apprised of status and timing. The Plumber, Daniel Hopkins, was courteous and very efficient as he diagnosed the problem with the sewer drain and skillfully fixed it. Daniel then explained all that had occurred, what he did to repair it, and then gave me very good pointers on how to avoid future recurrences. I also was given a referral to a restoration company to complete the cleanup work. In December, my furnaces gave out just before the holidays. Although a tight window, Done was able to install 2 new furnaces before my guests arrived. This was our first experience using Done, and I couldn't be more pleased. Our technician, Darrell, was prompt, considerate (seeing carpet, he immediately pulled out shoe covers - likely would do the same for hardwood floors,) and most professional. He presented the estimate of the cost before jumping into the requested work (we had a plugged bathroom drain.) Quickly found the clog - deep in the wall and didn't stop there. Continued cleaning deeper to make sure he got it all. He kept his work area immaculate and went so far as to clean the sink where we had used a plunger. Darrell carefully explained every step, and even presented and provided discounts on other services Done provides before he left. I believe their charges are well in line with previous service providers, if not less. Frankly, I knew we had made a good decision when he put on shoe covers and it only got better from that point on. I recommend Darrell and Done without hesitation!

Yesterday Lincoln from Done! came to take care of a broken outdoor faucet and we couldn't be happier with his work. Not only did he arrive exactly when expected, he was conscious about putting booties on his boots every time he went in and out of the house, he kept me informed of every step of the process, provided a thorough explanation of the repairs, and he was VERY pleasant to deal with. This is the third time we've used Done! and every time has been a very good experience. If Done! continues to operate like this, they'll be the only plumbing company we will ever use! Done Plumbing is not my regular plumber. He was not available, and our bathroom was clogged. So I called out of the blue and the service was EXCELLENT. Courteous on the phone, they sent follow up email to confirm the appointment. They were able to come earlier than I expected, but called first to see if that was okay. The techs (Tony/John) were professional and pleasant. They got right to work, and dealt with the clogged line in very short order. The invoice was incredibly detailed. I appreciate the level of professionalism. The service was not cheap, but when you need the help, you pay the cost. And then you hope it's worth it. I'd recommend Done Plumbing very highly.

Clyde was assigned to my house. We had a leak in a shut off valve that went out to a sprinkler system (that we aren’t using). Clyde replaced the valve quickly and answered several of my questions. After a few days we spotted some more minor leaks, and I called back and was able to talk directly to Clyde to troubleshoot and avoided another visit which would have been unnecessary. The repair wasn’t cheap, but it seemed reasonable based on other online estimates. After getting burned with some expensive and not helpful service from a different plumbing company several months ago, I really appreciated Clyde’s willingness to communicate with us, and the fact that every time I’ve called Done’s someone has answered the phone.

So initially I was very impressed by the responsiveness of their administrative staff and the ease of setting up appointments but after I had had them come out once to clear a drain which by the way they did an okay job on. I ended up realizing that I was going to probably have to replace a sewer line and on top of that randomly a pipe broke in the house and started leaking. I had them quote me on replacing the full sewer line and on replacing the pipe that was broken the sewer line I was quoted $5,000 more than a dedicated sewer line place that did a much better job of explaining what was going on and why and on the main line I was quoted more than twice as much and when the guy came out from Done he quoted me $400 just to take off a small piece of drywall that took me 4 minutes to cut through with a knife and look at the actual repair that was needed ultimately I would definitely shop around before using them again. The other thing that irks me about the quote was the plumber said he would have to remove my whole water heater which would cost $1,800 to take it out and put it back just so he could replace the pipe and that was on top of the $400 for the drywall and the other plumber didn't have to do any of that didn't have to touch the water heater and was perfectly able to fix the pipe in two hours..not the full day i was quoted.

Update: I called Done Plumbing to replace a broken shower handle and the technician, Roscoe, was exactly the kind of technician I was hoping to meet. He explained all the different options I could follow through with, and even though no work happened that day he left with me understanding much more about how a simple change to the faucet brand makes the install far easier.Original review: My family has never been let down by Done Plumbing and Heating. Their technicians are always friendly and willing to educate, and do not push any products or services you do not need. This past weekend I called Done plumbing when we noticed water damage in our kitchen. They sent a plumber out same day and the plumber was great. He quickly diagnosed the issue which was 2 small screw holes in a 3 drain pipe.He quoted me $498 to fix it. Not being a plumber I assumed more would be involved in this repair than what actually was. In 10 minutes he was done. This does not factor in his travel time and time diagnosing the job. All in all I would say it was about a 2 hour job from port to port.I agreed to move forward at this cost because I had a water leak in my home that NEEDED to be repaired. I called to talk to a manager to confirm this pricing was accurate and he confirmed that it was.Bottom line, they did a decent job on a super easy task and charged an unreasonable amount for it. I will not use their service again as a personal choice unless I had not other choice.

I cannot in good faith recommend this company. It is unfortunate because they have been helpful with HVAC repairs in the past. Our air conditioning unit was having issues. We have used DONE for other HVAC issues and have been satisfied. The first tech told us that they may be able to repair our AC (which is only 6 years old), but the cost would be upwards of $2000 and if they were unable to repair it we would then be stuck with the cost of replacing the system. They scheduled an appointment to have a sales person provide a quote for a new AC. The sales person looked at our unit again and recommended we start with a repair; he guaranteed that if the repair was unsuccessful, they would credit the $2000 we paid for the repair towards a new unit. He replaced the coil and it appeared to be working.Shortly after he left, our AC was not cooling. We called DONE to schedule another visit. The same person that completed the repair arrived and told us that the unit was freezing; he was not sure the cause (he said too much freon may have been added), and he said the compressor needed to be replaced. The cost of replacing the compressor was not much less than replacing the unit so we opted to purchase a new AC. He honored his original agreement to credit the $2000 we paid for the repair toward a new AC, so in total we spent a little over $7000. The install of the new unit went well, but after a couple of days we noticed that our upstairs would never get below 77 degrees even though we had it set to 74. We scheduled the inspection of the new AC with the city and the unit did not pass inspection; he noted that the insulation was insufficient, and you could see ice forming; when looking at the compressor, you could see a huge chunk of ice forming as well which he stated he had never seen happen. We contacted DONE to let them know the unit did not pass inspection and they scheduled a time for a tech to come out to resolve the issue. On August 20, it was clear the unit was not working at all as our upstairs temperature was 80 degrees when it was set to 74. We called DONE again to let them know we could not wait another 3 days for someone to come out. They scheduled a technician to come to our home on August 21. The tech arrived - the same one that completed the first repair and sold us the new AC. Because the unit was frozen solid, he indicated there was really nothing he could do until it thawed which would take at least 6 hours. He noted that when we called to schedule the appointment we should have been told to turn off the unit so that it would thaw; we made the unfortunate assumption that the tech would need to see what was happening and in turn now have to wait another 2 days before they can figure out next steps. He was very perplexed and not sure why the unit would be freezing (which happens to be the very same issue we were having before they installed a new AC, so perhaps had they resolved the issue originally we could have saved ourselves from spending an additional $5000 on a new AC), but he could not run any tests because the unit was frozen solid. He noted it could have something to do with insufficient insulation during installation or the fan on our furnace, and noted that DONE would take care of that if that was the case (to which I responded they need to take care of whatever the issue is considering we spent over $7000 on August 9 and have a 10 year warranty on parts and a 2 year warranty on labor). DONE does not have anyone that works after hours or on Sundays even when a customer has paid them more than $7000 for a new AC that has not worked properly since the day it was installed. While it is highly inconvenient for us to have someone stay home yet again on Monday, that is our only option at this point. As I noted, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. I would encourage anyone needing assistance with their AC to find a different company.

I am excited to tell everyone about how important my mention of Done and it's professional staff is to me...it's literally a matter of life and death! No kidding! An elderly woman friend of ours had roofers do repairs at her house recently and she noticed something amiss in her garage HVAC exhaust piping. I looked at it late last night and was a bit alarmed. The roofers had dislodged the PVC induced exhaust pipe and it was allowing carbon monoxide and carbonic acid vapor emissions in the garage. Had this been an interior unit, there's a likelihood our friend would have already expired regardless of a CO detector alarm. Done dispatched Justin immediately to fix it. Justin was experienced, well spoken, and attentive. I could not be present to fix the pipe myself and my reliance on Justin gives me confidence about what I wanted to believe America still stands for. Justin was kind, genuine, and technically adept at his trade and took me input seriously and wasn't dismissive either. Justin represents Done at the highest standards possible and he has convinced me perhaps I should use done at our place too for future work. Holy Cow was this the best experience. Our water tank begin leaking about a week ago (we think) and we just noticed it a couple of days ago. We had A/C problems. The Trane Unit that Done had installed 13 years ago had lost most all of the Freon. The Technician filled it with Freon to get it working again in this extremely hot temperature. Justin told us about the new Carrier A/C and furnaces they had available. He gave us a price for the units and installation. We decided to go with the new. They worked here for two days. All the technicians were great in their knowledge of the units and they all worked diligently. They were friendly and polite as we have experienced in past years dealing with the Done Company. I highly recommend this Company for any work they are able to do. I will continue to call them when there is a need.

I reached out to Done! Plumbing at 1200 on a Friday, fully expecting them to schedule me for the following week. To my pleasant surprise, they told me they had a technician ready for the same afternoon. They scheduled the service, and then called back 30 min before hand to make sure it was still a good time and confirm someone would be there. Vincent showed up at the beginning of the arrival window (I know this has a lot of factors and can vary, but I was still impressed) and was very professional and efficient. In less than 45 minutes he had resolved my issue and explained to me what he thought caused it. I highly recommend this company, the accountability is through the roof and Vincent’s service was excellent.

I would like to share my experience with this company, specifically the manager I spoke with today. I have used Done Plumbing & Heating in the past on multiple occasions and have been very satisfied with both the technicians and workmanship. We had a bit of an issue come up after a repair this time and were told we would be contacted by a manager first thing in the morning. I finally received a call from the manager around 9am, mind you we had no hot water due to the issue. The manager instantly took an aggressive approach with me. I explained to him that I wanted to find a mutually satisfactory resolution to the issue. He told me that I could find another company and he was not willing to work with me in any way. I just want to warn others, that if something does go wrong, beware of the customer service manager. He said some pretty nasty things to me, was aggressive, and unprofessional. It is my hope upper management will see my review and have someone else handle customer concerns in the future, however if you look at other negative reviews it seems to be a common theme with this company. They did send a technician out to resolve a warranted issue, but not my other resultant problem.

I had a washer hose burst during a winter cold snap that was leaking for days while I was away from the property, was worried about all kinds of additional problems like pipe bursts and water heater damage that likely would have cost 1,000-2,000.Called DONE plumbing, Clyde comes out, taught me about my property's water-flow and navigated the issues (like a pad-locked release valve we had to call the city for) with patients, the whole thing got fixed the same day for under 450$ and now I have running water again and money left to pay for days of leakage 😂

I had a very small hole in a copper pipe in my basement that two other plumbing service providers failed to locate and had misdiagnosed as a leak in the main water line coming into the home. The repairs they quoted would've cost thousands of dollars. Austin, the Done technician that came to my home, was so thorough in his attempts to identify the source of the water leaking into the basement that he was the only one who correctly identified the issue. He was also able to complete the repair (cutting and replacing the damaged portion of the pipe) during the same service call. His professionalism and persistence saved me thousands of dollars. Originally, the builder called the plumbing company out that placed the original plumbing and after 3 visits from them, there was no progress made. Overall, a great job by Done plumbing.We had to have our sewer line branch torn out and replaced due to a belly in our line. Done! was super responsive although a bit more money than another quote we had. The big selling point was that they offered me a lifetime warranty on the labor and materials!They were able to schedule us the next day, did a thorough job and cleaned up nicely.It's not something I'd want to go through again considering it was inside our home. I've used Done P&H several times, and each time has been a great experience. However, our last visit from one of their plumbers that we had not had before was less than stellar. Unlike the past plumbers we had into our home, he wasn't friendly, spoke condescendingly to my wife, and didn't clean up after himself. My wife was so surprised she called me at work - neither of us could believe this guy was so different than the others we had. Disappointing.

Put my house on the market and it went under contract. The buyer had done a sewer scope. They took a 30 seconds video and told the buyer, that they would suggest an entire pipe replacement out to the main, costing $27,000 dollars. Of course, I got a second and third opinion of which I told them nothing of what Done said or quoted. They both came back with the same answer, that no repairs were needed and that they suggest a cleaning for minor route intrusion in 12 to 16 month. Needless to say the buyer backed out of the contract. These people are scam artists just trying to make a commission. I would highly suggest not trusting them like she did.

Nobody is thrilled spending the kind of money I did for sewer line repair but the professionalism and customer service was outstanding. I was in awe of the team that replaced sewer line. All he had to do was run his power snake for about 4 to 5 minutes. How do you tax labor!! I have used Done Plumbing for years. I have always been very satisfied with the work and the cost. But I will never use them again!! I believe I paid double what I should have been charged. Not a good way to run a business!!

I don’t usually leave reviews. But I think other people need to know what they’re getting into. I really wanted Done to do a great job. They guy they sent was friendly and pleasant. Great. EXCEPT … after taking a look at a potential gas leak, they wanted me to sign an approval for $600 cost for them to open up my tankless water heater. He said that that amount will go away if after they open it, nothing is wrong with it. Gas leak is a serious issue, but when I asked why the price is so high, he had no answer except that just in case it’s more serious than we think. Fine. So he worked on it for an hour—and then when I asked him what was wrong with it, he said: oh one of the pipes that lead INTO the tankless water heater was loose. (Meaning the pipes OUTSIDE the tank itself). So I asked: so is there anything wrong with the water heater itself? He confidently said: nope. What bothers me was that: when he presented the bill afterwards … it was STILL $600. My suspicion was that he knew what was wrong even BEFORE he opened the tank. And he already saw that the loose pipe was outside of the tank. And whatever happened to the $600 that he said will “disappear” if nothing was wrong with the water heater?He decided to STILL charge us $600. Don’t be fooled by their pleasantries, guys. They’re not looking out for your best interest. They just SEEM like it. Don’t sign anything either. They don’t care about you. They just want to get paid. Then the guy asked for a review because they’ll win a trip or something in their office. Sounds fun for them. But you might want to think about being honest first and give me back my $600 before selfishly putting your needs above your customer’s. At $600 an hour, I’m pretty sure you can take my money and go afford your own trip today. Worse—after a few days, I noticed that they had put their marketing sticker on my water heater. It’s a pet peeve of mine. I don’t want anything on my mechanicals. Before you put your name on my property—you might want to ask our permission first! Isn’t that considered vandalism? You can give me the sticker and then I get to decide whether to put it on or not. NOT the other way around. They’re not even easily removable stickers! They’re those cheap ones that don’t come off! What a waste of time. It’s not good enough to be “pleasant”, guys! You need to show integrity and honesty first.

Done has done it again. I am sure that phrase has been used numerous times. But, we wish to compliment DJ for his outstanding fix to our plugged main sewer line problem. He quickly found the problem, then explained our alternatives in lay-language. His timely and professional clearing of stoppage was greatly appreciated. When he finished, he further explained what he did and what was found. His attention to detail all along the way was greatly appreciated, especially for our Senior household. The job was completed to our satisfaction, and our sewer system is back in full operation. DJ was fully versed in the company policies and warranty services which he explained with clarity. Thanks DJ. May I add, that the office staff at Done P&H, is sldo thanked for their professionalism. They kept us informed all during the coordination of getting DJ to us in a timely manner. We had a communication outage in Aurora, but the Team made it all come together.

They were able to schedule me in two days but they called the next day with a cancelled time slot and James was there within a half hour. Ever since our main cast-iron sewer line gave out in 2019, we have had a *lot* of work done through Done! Plumbing. They have always been clear and professional in assessing and solving each situation. The quality and workmanship has been top-notch for everything they’ve done, including: sewer line repair & pipe bursting / replacement, to HVAC & water heater installation, to pipe and valve repairs, and re-installation of sinks & toilets.This time we needed a toilet re-seated to ready for final inspections after this 3-year long repair process started in 2019, and postponed in 2020-2021 due to the pandemic. Darrell was great and helped explain to us a couple situations caused by tile.& drywallers that changed the toilet rough-in measurements. We ordered a new 10-inch rough-in porcelain seat & tank, and he was able to come back again this time to install it so it fit into the newly renovated space. He also pointed out some things to watch out for such as needing grout sealing & caulking in certain areas. We have had Darrell out multiple times for various parts of this project, and he has always been exceptionally spectacular!

Similar to other reviews I read, unfortunately after the fact, I would not trust this group to do your work. I overpayed but that’s my fault as I was in need of the repair and didn’t have the time to get additional quotes. More importantly, from my experience with them, their objective isn’t to fix your issue but to find additional services and charges they can bill you for. I had them replace an old hot water heater that needed to be replaced. I had a second unit that was operating 100% fine with no issues at all and while on site they encouraged me to replace the second unit( which had zero issues and was working just fine) and I declined. They offered me a big discount on the 2nd unit but I saw no reason to replace a perfectly good unit. They then recommended that I place the 2nd unit in a pan which I agreed to do with, of course, an extra expense to drain the unit and install the pan. Within 24 hours of replacing the old water heater and putting the good water heater in a pan the good water heater begin to leak. When we tried to get the tech that did the original service work back out they canceled twice and then on the third appointment told us the original technician was “out indefinitely” and they would have to send somebody different. The new tech picked up right where the original tech left off and had no interest in discussing why the good water heater was suddenly leaking or owning up to the fact it didn’t leak until they handled it and instead went straight to quoting a high price to replacing a pressure valve and putting a great deal of salesmanship into trying to get us to replace the 2nd water heater at a high expense. I was foolishly optimistic that they would recognize their role in damaging the second unit and correct the issue. I would not recommend this group to do work at your home.

The work was done satisfactorily although I’m not entirely convinced that a major toilet rebuild was necessary. Also, when I was quoted the amount for the job on a Friday, I asked if that was the bottom line entire amount that I would be paying and the technician said Yes. However , when he came back on Monday to actually do the job, he told me a different amount that apparently included the taxes of the part needed , which he failed to mention on Friday. If Done Plumbing and Heating was interested in maintaining good customer service , then the technician should have honored the total “all-in” price that he gave me on Friday instead of making us wait 2 days over a weekend without a toilet, and then quote us a different price on Monday . As it stands , I will not be using Done Plumbing and Heating again.

Nov 2017 - Once again we called Done for help. Thanks so much for the 3 crews that worked on our plumbing and heating problems. They were prompt, courteous, professional and worked hard on all the issues, advising what was going on each step of the way. They were a pleasure to work with. Gavin and Jacob came initially for preventive maintenance on our corroded kitchen pipes and to fix a leaking bathroom faucet. They also assessed a sewer problem and spotted a leak coming from the furnace. Jason and Jacob corrected the sewer line problem the next day. We appreciated Jason’s work attitude and ethic (so sincere) as well as his sense of humor. Thomas fixed the leak in the furnace and prevented a major problem down the road.We discovered our backed up drain on 12/30/16. Lincoln came the next morning, determined the problem and fixed it so we could get the rest of it cleaned up. He was professional and personable, knew what he was doing. What a way to start a new year, but we were glad Done came to our rescue.December 2, 2022 - Vincent came out and was done in about an hour to clear out sewer lines for preventive maintenance. He inspected 4 toilets and found the access to the sewer line in the furnace room. He removed and then replaced tables, chairs and other items that were blocking the access. After he was done, he moved everything back into place. He was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Have nothing but good to say about the company and their representative Charlie. He was knowledgeable, experienced, experienced in his field and professional.He walked me through my options. Talking the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. Never felt pressured to do more than what I thought was best for my household. He found crack on the main pressure valve that had started to pool water. Probably caused by the cold snap. He was able to address the issue right there. I avoided a water disaster in my home. He replaced the valve and the water heater. The work went quickly and cleanly. At final inspection, my questions were clearly answered and the bill fully explained. The cost was reasonable.. For what had stared as an inconvenience and could have been a flooding issue; it was all resolved with minimum fuss. Am grateful and would call for all my plumbing, heating and AC needs.

I just had a capacitor replacement in my AC unit and it cost $540, but the part is available on Amazon for under $20. That’s a little exorbitant and so I will be shopping around for better pricing in the future. Otherwise, the technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable !

Done was able to replace all three on the same day, while leaving us access to at least one at any given time. They are no longer running all day, and they look really nice. Done Plumbing to the rescue! What should have been an easy washer/dryer install by Best Buy turned in to a seven hour day. The cold water shutoff had been leaking so had to be fixed before it could be tested. Also the Best Buy installer was unable to hook up the flex vent so couldn't test the dryer as well. The message was get these things fixed and we will come back to install. The vent connection was not a big deal, something we could do but the leak had to be addressed. We have used Done in the past so gave them a call. I was hoping to have it done that day and was surprised to hear that they could send someone out in a few hours. OK that works. Got a call back saying someone was available shortly. Yay! Neil, the very pleasant technician, fixed the leak and hooked up the dryer vent, (not his problem ). We purchased a new house four years ago and have had a strong sewer smell in our laundry room on and off ever since day one. Our new home warranty through Lennar/CalAtlantic sent their plumber out several times over the course of two years trying to diagnose the issue. When they were unable to find out what the problem was, they eventually gave up on us and we were forced to find other plumbers. We had three or four different plumbing companies out who also could not find the problem and made no real effort to stick with it through resolution.I contacted Done Plumbing a couple of weeks ago and John came out to inspect and discuss with me. He was extremely empathetic and listened very closely to my long story about what was previously done, what we were experiencing, etc. I can't even begin to express how much it meant to me to feel validated that this was indeed a serious problem and to be reassured that he would get to the bottom of it no matter how long it took. Another gentleman, James, was also brought in to help with a series of more complex diagnosing (smoke test, attic and roof access and inspection, and much more).John gave me his personal number and kept me updated all along the way. They were very transparent about the price and never went above what was agreed upon even in such an unknown situation. They were very thorough and located the problem, along with another unrelated issue, and resolved a four year battle that made me want to move out of my home! There ended up being a completely open pipe in our drywall that was emitting sewer gas (never capped).I appreciate these two men so much and will not even consider another plumber again. Their professionalism, communication and customer service was absolutely exemplary. I am so grateful to them and their company. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber! Give these two men a raise immediately!

We had a leak that was preventing us from using kitchen sink, so I called around to a few places and Done Plumbing was by far the quickest on schedulingRoscoe was my technician and was excellent. He quickly identified where he would need to cut into the drywall and got it taken care of with no unnecessary damage, especially once it became more unclear where the leak was coming from. I had the exterior water line to my house replaced. The water line enters the house through the basement wall, behind the hot water heater and is not accessible. I needed to have the hot water heater drained, unhooked and moved about 4 feet so that access to the wall where the water line entered the house would be available. After the new water line was installed, I needed the hot water heater reinstalled in its original position. This all happened in the same day. The plumber that did the work was professional and I believe he did good work, but Done charged me $2015 for this service. You read that right...TWO THOUSAND AND FIFTEEN DOLLARS! It took longer for the hot water heater to drain than it did for him to move it. Including the disconnect and reconnect, the plumber was probably at my house a maximum of 2 hours. Just outrageous. He also tried to sell me a new hot water heater for somewhere around $5500. When I asked him why so expensive when I see online the most expensive one I could find was about half that, he gave me some story about how the big box stores get the low quality water heaters off the production line but the heaters his company sells are top notch.I would not recommend Done Heating and Plumbing unless you simply dont care about price. I will not be using their services again.

Clyde did a great job replacing our water heaters. He's knowledgeable, personable and answered all of our questions. Paul did several electrical jobs while he was at our home. He too was very helpful answering pur many questions. We are very pleased with his work as well.

I asked DONE plumbing to come out and give me an estimate for a faucet installation. I provided the faucet. The installer just put it in the faucet and was there less than 30 minutes and did not give me the opportunity to review an estimate before the work was started. He then charged me $533.00! When I complained to the main office, VERN (plumbing manager) told me that they have a lot of overhead and that was how much they need to charge to cover their expenses. Very unprofessional experience and to say the least way overpriced. Do NOT RECOMMEND

Josh was on time, prepared, knowledgeable and professional. He outlined the possibilities and the steps that would be taken depending on what was found as he went through the steps. He resolved the sewer clog and didn't do unnecessary work. He was very helpful in discussing his observations of non-urgent work. Then later provided estimates for that work should we decide to go forward at a later date.

Had a back up in a drain which resulted in minor flooding on basement floor. They scheduled a provider to come out within hours of my call. They were transparent about the cost and when all was said and done it was exactly what they said they would charge. No pressure for an upsell. The service provider was delayed on a job prior (not his fault) and they called several times to keep me apprised and updated for the estimated time of arrival. Provider was friendly knowledgeable and worked quickly to resolve the problem. Will definitely use them again!

Brian helped us when we got a clog in our shop. He is super friendly, arrived in the window of time he was booked, gave a thorough explanation of issues, options for portions we could do to work on with our budget, provided preventative solutions for future issues and was very honest. My sister had a frozen pipe that turned out to be a burst pipe when it thawed. Done was there in a day, fixed the pipe, replaced some insulation, and plugged in the heat tape that would have prevented the freeze in the first place.James, the Master Plumber, explained it really well for my sister and kept me in the loop throughout the process.For some mysterious reason, I did not get the estimate to approve before I got the receipt from when I gave billing information over the phone. Other than that, it was a perfect experience.

Roscoe did a total overhaul of our kitchen sink plumbing including a dishwasher line and a new faucet. He was on time, worked quickly, and kept us informed of what he was doing. What an excellent job!! That is why we use DONE for all of our plumbing needs. We will ask for Roscoe the next time we need repairs.

My technician was very considerate and professional. He fixed the leaky pipe and we have had no issues with leaking since then. I would have given 5 stars but was very disappointed that all communications and references from the company were directed to my husband, even though I scheduled the repair, gave my contact info and even paid the bill. I would have appreciated being acknowledged as the customer.
