We hired Drain right for a emergency service to clean a backed up line. They quoted $189 over the phone to clean the line. The technician came,cleaned the line with the snake ,tried to charge 250,when I reminded him of the over the phone quote he wrote me the invoice for 189,I paid and he left. Two days later the line is clogged again and they want to charge 189/hr by 10 minute increments.They do not stand behind their work. Be aware

I had a hopelessly clogged kitchen sink the night before I had to leave for a 2week business trip in Canada.
When I returned I was desperate. I found Drain Right on Angie’s List & called because of the glowing reviews. I talked with owner Michael & everything went right from that point. Super awesome, quick & really reasonable on price. Cannot recommend them enough. They are my go to guys from here on out! Thanks for coming to my rescue!

If it would take ZERO stars that's how I'd rate this company! They advertise 24/7 service, however when I contacted them Sunday 8/9 for a hot water heating issue they said no they would not be out today and can't do anything until Wednesday. This is NOT 24/7 service and the person on the phone was not nice responding when I asked isn't it 24/7 service? Would NOT recommend this place!!!

Honest dependable and friendly. Mike came out quickly since we were in desperate need after being told we have numerous sewer line areas if concern by another company. Mike took the time to show me the camera footage and explained everything as we went along. He was able to decipher that the other company was not accurate in their diagnosis and what we needed at the moment was much less expensive than that of the competition. Finally, an honest person with Integrity who isn't trying to con thousands of dollars out of us and is there to diagnose and fix the real problem. Thank goodness for Drain Right.

These days customer service skills r at lost. I still believe in good customer service and drain right provided great customer service. Not only that they did a good job in doing my plumbing installation for my new bath room.

Quick, efficient and reasonably priced
I received a call from Drain Right after looking for a plumber on Angie's list. I needed an silcox installed. The technician caleb came to my house in an unlabeled van, no uniform or identification from Drain Right. When I asked for proof he worked for Drain Right, he told me no one ever asked him that. After looking through my home, we agreed that he could do the job for $500 dollars - $200 dollars parts $300 dollars labor as indicated on my invoice and he would return next week for the job. I asked for an itemized bill so I could understand what I was paying for. He said I would have to call and ask mike. I told him I would not approve the job if I did not have an ITEMIZED BILL. So, I called Mike. He gave me somewhat of a hard time, as if asking for a bill to explain what I am paying for was a crime or that I was being too demanding.
Caleb arrives about 10-15 minutes behind schedule for the appointment 1 week later. He did not have an itemized invoice, so I asked again. The technician went to his vehicle and brought back an invoice that said $93 dollars in parts. I asked where the other $100 ish dollars were going, as labor was $300 dollars. He was somewhat agape with my question. I again added the cost of parts out loud which was $93 dollars, repeated i was quoted $300 dollars for labor, and asked what was the other $100 dollars for? The technician seemed confused and said he would be right back. He went back out to his van, scribbled all over the invoice and all of a sudden labor was $407 dollars. When I asked why all of a sudden in 20 minutes time labor went to $407 dollars he said he was going to leave. I then asked him to leave. Mike then called me upset. I hung up on him because it's asinine to think you can run a business like that. Caleb was also rude and made inappropriate judgements in reference to my military service because he startled me. HAVE INTEGRITY IN YOUR BUSINESS, VALIDATE YOUR WORK, AND BE RESPECTFUL. I THINK IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

Terrific, professional and friendly. Highly recommend! I had roots in my main drain. They came out very quickly gave me a rundown of what to expect and fixed the problem with no issues. After a frustrating experience with another company I used Angi’s list and found Drain Right. They called immediately and had time same day to come out and do a complete replacement of our toilet. Scheduled appt for them to come out to check the tub. When the tech arrived, I told him that I thought it might have an underlying issue because we've had to have it snaked twice over the course of one year since moving in. He snaked it and said it seemed fine. Again I asked if anything else seemed wrong just to be sure that we wouldn't have anymore problems. He said it should be fine, just to make sure that we got a hair catcher to cover the drain. 4 days later it seemed like it was draining a little slower even though we had added a hair catcher right after he left. I didn't realize just how slow it was draining until I took my first bath a week later which took 20 min to drain. When we called to see if they could come back out, they said it had been too long (13 days) and they wanted to charge full price to come back out. They were very friendly and timely and had they tried to make things right, it would have been a good experience. Instead I paid $150 for 3 days of clear draining. Horrible value. ***ADDITION In response to comment by Drain Right: First off, as I said before it has been 13 days, so I think you may have me confused with someone else. The tech came out on the 3rd of Nov, today is the 16th which is not over two weeks. Secondly I asked initially for an evaluation about additional work because I thought there was an underlying issue, I was told that snaking was sufficient after asking TWICE during the visit. I didn’t realize I needed to take a bath to double check the work after paying $150 to have a professional inspect and snake the tub. Third, why on earth would I want you to come back and snake the drain? It was done less than 2 weeks ago! That was never part of the conversation. We asked if you would be willing to come back since the issue was not resolved. When you said that it would be full price for you to come back we politely declined, you were thanked for your time and exchanged goodbyes. You were not hung up on.
The service was fast, friendly, and very affordable and the work was done well. I will definitely use them again.
We were very pleased with the work and how quickly the technician assembled the laundry cabinet and installed the stainless-steel sink. Without any issues, he easily repaired the wall pipe and connected the laundry sink/cabinet, no leaks. He did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. We would consider using them for future jobs.
Quick, professional and knew what I was trying to describe over the phone before seeing the problem. Would highly recommend and use again.

I love the Drain Right Plumbing Co! I have used them several times for my personal home & for my rental properties. Always available, excellent speedy work & absolutely THE BEST VALUE in Denver. I tried ANOTHER very well known plumbing company once for an emergency. Granted they did do a good professional job, but the cost was ridiculous! Never again. Call Mike @ Drain Right Plumbing!

Tyler from DrainRight had been called in by a general contractor to perform some work in my home. Not only did he complete that task quickly, but he also pointed out a potential issue with something one of the other sub-contractors had done, and had a good suggestion for a temporary fix. I was so impressed, that I had him take a look at another plumbing problem that I had been procrastinating for months. He immediately saw what needed to be done, gave me a very reasonable ballpark estimate of cost, and made an appointment to do the work. He returned a few days later, did the work, and exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with my DrainRight experience.

I highly recommend this business and its services. I have used Mike's services for nearly 7 years and will continue to use the company for all our plumbing and drain issues/maintenance. Whether it's an issue in my residence or at one of our rental properties, Mike is available to offer his services in no time and at a very competitive price. He always has a positive attitude and suggests the best way (and most economical) to get the job done.

Don't use this company! I had Angies List send me a list of plumbers and this company was on the list as a preferred company to use. They called me shortly after I submitted for a quote and ended up coming to my home the same day. After writing up my quote they tried to charge me $50 for a free estimate. I called to speak with someone at the office and the man that answered the phone was very rude, telling me that it was a waste of their time and wanting me to pay for the gas and their time. This is poor business and I definitely wont be using them for my plumbing needs.

Mike was on time. Finished the job completely. Due to some previously installed mounting the job was more difficult than expected, but Mike made sure everything was installed properly and working as designed. Even though the job was more difficult he did not change his price from his original quote.

After a bad experience with another plumbing company quoting me up to $1700 for my toilet repair, I was contacted by Drain Right through Home Advisor. They gave me a fair quote, with no estimate fee, came out and completed the repair at a much better price. Their plumber was friendly and did not try to up sell me. A quick and quality repair! Very satisfied and will use them again.
Tyler (yes same name as me) did a great job! He came out on time, assessed the situation quickly, performed the work quickly, and did it within the estimate I was quoted. No real complaints and I will probably call them again if we have another issue!

We had a problem with the first sprinkler pipe/valve on the side of the house and also a pressure regulator in the basement.
The plumber (Caleb) arrived as scheduled (he called ahead of time to let us know he was on the way, with an ETA) and I showed him our problems. He was honest with his assessment and he conferred with his office on price quotes. I felt the prices were reasonable and fair. He went and bought parts, kept us posted on the status, and completed the work in a timely manner. It’s been several days now and everything works great.
They’ll be my first call if I need a plumber going forward.

The experience from start to finish was smooth. I submitted a request for a clogged drain through home advisor. I was contacted via email immediately and then followed up with a live person the following day. Scheduled a service time that allowed me to come from work and meet the plumber at my residence. Mike showed up on time, explained what was going on, and gave a couple of options that may need to be done. First and cheapest option worked the first time!

If a phone call is representative of what your company is like, I will never use your company. I called for my client and must have had a bad connection and Mike was very very rude to me and my client. Mike even made a comment You two need to make up your mind you're tying up my phone. I sell real estate and need a reliable vendor for sewer cleaning will scratch your company off of my list.
Drain right responded right away and sent someone the next day to fix our broken pipe. Their rep, Mike, was attentive, quick, and personable. He replaced our pipe and the cost was much lower than we anticipated.

I used to work for a national plumbing organization for about 7 years on the office side and have a good understanding of how the business works, pitfalls as a consumer, and what to be on the lookout for. Mike is courteous, willing to work hard, and above all honest (which is tough to come by in the service industry). We had Mike do quite a few jobs around the house for about 2 days and skated out about 400$ less than a major plumbing vendor in town. The work was clean and affordable. I would recommend Mikes work to anyone with plumbing needs in the Denver area.

I happened to have a a plumbing emergency on the coldest day of the month and no one was a available to help. I called Drain Right Drain Cleaning & Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. He was able to unclog my Drain quickly and did a fantastic job with the clean up! Last month, I had a water pipe burst in my ceiling from an extreme cold snap we had in Denver. I called Drain Right and the owner Mike returned my phone call within mind utes on what must have been a very busy day for plumbers around the city, and he was over to my house to give me an estimate within an hour. Mike is a very calm and collected guy and his confidence helped me relax as he investigated the situation. While I was thinking that we were looking at thousands in damage, Mike found the section of pipe that burst and replaced it within minutes for around only $100! I cannot remember dealing with a better plumber. While most plumbers are oozing scumbag and talking up how expensive the job is gonna be once they arrive, Drain Right is very straightforward, professional and one of the good guys in the industry.

Talked to Mike last night and explained our toilet in the basement was clogged. We set up an appt for the following day at noon. He called me at 11:15am to let me know he could be at our house sooner if we liked. He arrived, did a quick assessment, walked us through what he was going to do to troubleshoot. Within 15 minutes he cleaned out the line and removed the clog. He also ran his equipment from our house to the main sewer line. Very easy transaction. He is knowledgeable and reliable. I would use his services again and recommend him to others.

Tyler did exemplary work replacing our bathtub fixtures. Finally after 4 years, the drip is completely gone! He was friendly, efficient, capable and explained everything in detail. He even had the patience to talk to our 3-year-old granddaughter.
Mike's communication was excellent. He was able to schedule our job the next morning at a very reasonable price. We were happy to find a Drainright to replace our retired plumber.

very bad attitude & can't keep their timing right. I was told they will be here between 11 to 3. I didn't get any call saying they would until 3:10. Spoke with Mike who said they will be here in about an hr. and the guy who's name was Tyler who called at 3:41pm told my sister he will be there in an hour. So my sister started waiting for him, and got another call from him around 4:20 saying it will be another hour--and he will TRY HIS BEST TO MAKE IT! And when he spoke to me, he even threatened that he would even come over to fix it if I keep hanging up on him because of how upset I am about their service! I don't know how they are doing on their actual service, but for me if a business can't keep their promise, it's a failure right there & they will lose the trust from their customers sooner or later!

These guys were so easy to work with and on top of our problems. All of our inquiries were answered within an hour, and they went above and beyond to make sure to get the work done while keeping us updated on what they were doing and what it would cost. Will be using them again in the future!
Cancelled first appointment an hour before and rescheduled for the next day. Came out, assessed the problem, gave an estimate and said he would need to find the part. Never heard from him again. Had to find someone else.

I recommend Mike from DrainRight, he was professional, up front about his pricing which was affordable and he was friendly as well. Mike was great, he came only 30 minutes after I called him and fixed my clogged kitchen sink in no time at all. I will definitely be using Mike at DrainRight for any future plumbing needs.

Initially had some issues with scheduling and communication, but Mike took care of it and rescheduled while seeming genuinely apologetic so that was appreciated. Tyler came out within 24 hrs of the original scheduled visit and did great work in little time for much less than what I was getting quoted from other places.

I have never worked with someone so rude and unprofessional. They give you a two hour window, do not make that window OR CALL and when you call them to find out when they will be there and why they were late, the OWNER OF THE COMPANY HANGS UP ON YOU... I selected this company based on other positive reviews I had read on here and I was not disappointed. They kept their time window. The tech was very respectful and transparent as to what he was doing and how much it would cost. He did not presssure or encourage any unnecessary repairs. Will use again. Thank you.
This was a classic example of one hand not knowing what the other hand was doing. Office person Mike scheduled his person Tyler to come out. Tyler was awesome. Knew exactly what needed to be done. And said a quote would follow as we are finishing our basement. A couple hours after Tyler left, I get a call from mike who wants me to explain the work to him. I tell him Tyler wrote it all up and that he needs to sync with his own person. Then, mike gives me a quote of $1800, which seems high given what Tyler said needed to happen. The next day Tyler leaves my husband a message with a $1200 quote, which seemed a lot more reasonable. As you can see, I now have 2 different quotes from the same company! My husband calls Tyler to explain we already received a higher quote from mike. Tyler tells us he will speak to mike, who is his BOSS and get it straighten out. Never heard from mike, so... can’t really move forward with a disparity either! I do hope Tyler didn’t get in trouble over this since it was very clearly that mike had no clue what was going on. I’m not sure I see his value, at all....

I had concern that my sump pump was not working right and would not keep up with the amount of moisture we were experiencing. Mike was able to respond quickly and put my fears to rest. The sump pump was working just as it should. The modest fee we paid for the trip charge and equipment inspection was well worth it. Drain Right is my new go to plumber.

Prompt, same day service with no penalty or additional charges. Installer was polite, knowledgeable, and even though things got messy, as you might expect from installing a new water heater, he assisted in the cleanup and walked me through the new install. It's the wild west out there as far as plumbers go, but I was definitely satisfied with the service and product. My only recommendation is that Drain Right get at least a sticker logo on their vans. A plain white dented van rolling up to your crib is a little sketchy lol. But, if the work is done right, not a huge deal of course. I understand that there's a lot of competition out there, and I get that expenses need to be allocated to the appropriate resources. Also, I'd recommend that the installer lay tarps around the work area and path to the front door going forward. At least when they're dealing with an old leaky water heater like mine. 😊 Otherwise, thumbs up, and thank you! 👍
Tyler was awesome and very knowledgeable! It took him less than two hours to complete the job and he was very professional! I bet he'll own his own company one day!!

The final result was very good...no more leaking toilets!.
They didn't have parts on truck, so had to reschedule and then had delays for both ordering issues as well as being seemingly surprised by morning traffic.
I do recommend their work, just be flexible with your own schedule as they struggled with theirs.
DrainRight was timely and did a great job. Would hire them again!

I have used them previously to repair a clogged toilet which was steep in price. They had to come back for the same toilet and wanted to charge $350 to unclog the drain. they said they would come after their job so i waited all day and they never showed or called. then the next day my window was from 12-3 and at 3 they said they would be on their way. 4 pm I get a call that they are not showing until the next morning and I am a priority 8 am appt. they called and said they would be here within the hour, they were late yet again. In the mean time i called and made an appointment at another place that was a third of the price $90. when i told them i was going with the other people they said they have to charge me a $45 trip charge. seems pretty steep considering they made me wait 2 days without any work done. Thing happen, I get it, the first night we didn't even receive a call that they weren't coming, nothing like waiting around for nothing.
Avoid. Lies and always behind schedule. Left me 5 days without kitchen sink and asked me to cook for my 5 children in the bathroom. Missed the schedule many times Very expensive Does not call at all. Can not complete the task Very very unpolite
Mike and Caleb were great. Caleb replaced a toilet. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt. The cost was reasonable. I would definitely use their services when needed.
Responded promptly. Quoted a fair price. Did good work. Stuck to the quote.
