I contacted High 5 Plumbing for a quote to install a new hose bib. The location for installing the hose bib was accessible from my crawlspace that has six and half feet of ground to ceiling clearance and full access to existing cold water lines to tap. I was quoted an astonishing $1,819.71-$1,932.07 for parts and labor. The parts for this job would have been in the ball park of $250 and it would not have taken much longer than two hours to complete. That leaves them billing at an hourly rate of $841. Before declining the quote, I took the plumber to my garage where and showed him the worked done by two guys to insulate, drywall, tape/mud, and paint my garage. A job of that magnitude took two and half days to completed and $2,500. The plumber I spoke with was courteous and respectful, so kudos to him and the training he received, but have no idea how High 5 Plumbing is rationalizing charging people such astronomical amounts.EDIT:---------------------------------------------Your technician was at my home for 1 hour and probably spent 1 hour traveling from your office to my home. Most of that 1 hour at my home was spent in the van creating the quote. The multiple quotes I was presented with ranged from $1,819.71-$1,932.07 and I am venturing a guess will be $1,200-$1,300 more than what another plumber is going to charge to complete the work. I hung up on your Service Manager because he was more interested in talking over me and defending what are frankly appalling business practices. I am thankful that I contacted you all for a quote when I did not have an active water or gas leak in my home because I can only imagine the extent of the predatory pricing that would have been done in that scenario.

Showed up to Saturday appointment to take photos of repairs and said they would be back Monday. No show Monday. Waited til Thursday for them to come back to tell me they actually couldn't make the repairs. I guess they couldn't figure that out on the first visit when they took all the photos. Positive new is that I fixed it myself via YouTub and didnt waste my money on C4.

Brendan and Alex came by today and were quite amazing. They were so knowledgeable and kind. They fixed my problem by not taking advantage of someone who knows very little about plumbing!

These company was great! My technician Tyson was super friendly, professional and installed a new garbage disposal for me very quickly with no issues. Plus it didn't break the bank. I will 100% recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I own a semi-commercial property and have had several issues with my boiler. I can’t tell you how many other plumbing companies I tried to come and fix my problem. I was in need of repair of the outer spigot to my garden hose, being the holiday weekend, Rooter Town Plumbing told me their technicians were very busy, first thing Memorial Day morning the technician showed up. Within minutes he had my problem resolved.The technician Mike Reyes was very professional and efficient during the repair.

ARS and the team Bob F was very helpful in helping us make a big purchase in getting out heating and cool system up today and working like it should. bob was very knowledgeable of the products and what it takes to make things right.Tristan and Richard did our install, they did a great job keeping things clean working hard and all day to get the system change out. they even found problems from the old system that was really dangerous and made that right for our safety. very professional very nice and polite

Amazing! These guys were fast and professional. I had a clogged drain in our basement that I tried to fix to no avail. I got a quote from them in less than two minutes of requesting on yelp. I called them up, they dispatched a plumber who arrived within the hour. In less than 10 minutes, the problem was solved and they cleaned the area. All for a reasonable price.

I will definitely hire them again if I run into any plumbing issues, but they told me how to prevent the problem moving forward so that it won't happen again. Highly recommended!
