We had a complete sump pump failure and ended up with 8-10 inches of water in our crawlspace. Malcom and Sean from Mile High Plumbing came in to handle this emergency-- from pumping out the standing water, to reconfiguring our sump pump system, to ensuring that the drainage was aligned properly, they did it all. They are currently 3 hours late for an appointment I made 6 days ago. They started on an issue for us three weeks ago had to stop for clean up after that was done we made the appointment and even after being with no plumbing for 2 weeks they put us a week out now aren't here for the appointment and are unreachable. If you have a true emergency I would not recommend them.

It was a gas leak but I think I was overcharged for him to put some plumbing tape On two fittings that took him less than an hour to do And charge me 375😟😟

Within twenty minutes Shawn stopped by to turn off water and to give an estimate for repairs. Next morning Shawn and Malcom were here early and ready to replace my unit with a very high quality Bradford White heater . Installation went smooth . Hot water again and feel good about the service. Super professional, did a great job explaining what was wrong, why, and how to keep it from happening again. Fixed my problem 100%. Amazing! These guys were fast and professional. I had a clogged drain in our basement that I tried to fix to no avail. I got a quote from them in less than two minutes of requesting on yelp. I called them up, they dispatched a plumber who arrived within the hour. In less than 10 minutes, the problem was solved and they cleaned the area. All for a reasonable price.

I will definitely hire them again if I run into any plumbing issues, but they told me how to prevent the problem moving forward so that it won't happen again. Highly recommended!

I had an exterior water pipe that broke late night. After calling other companies who wanted to charge extra money to troubleshoot the location of the broken pipe (even though I told them I know where the break was since water was shooting out about 5 feet from the hole in the pipe before turning off the water), I found Mile High Plumbing. Their rates were fair especially for an after hours emergency call.

I called and within an hour Sean came out and fixed it. He was very professional, made sure I understood what was going on, and took time to answer all my questions even though it was 20 degrees outside. Sean did a great job replacing the broken pipe, high quality work!

It's rare these days to find people who care about doing a great job and take pride in their work. Because of my experience with Sean, I will be using them for my future plumbing needs.

7 am toilet issue! Arrived promptly. Fixed the toilet in a snap! Gave me a good quote on my kithchen sink replacement. I needed a new water heater installed and within thirty minutes Sean was at my residence replacing the prior heater! He had great customer service and worked efficiently.

I called at midnight because our water heater was pouring out water. Bo spent 45 minutes on the phone directing me through the process to safely shut off the unit until the morning when he called for us to find out if our water heater was under warranty. Luckily it was!! They were able to go to Boulder to pick up the last available unit and install it before 1 pm that day. They were highly professional and incredibly accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use there service again!

Pete and JT did an excellent job. I called in for some work and they were here in less than an hour. They fully explained everything they were going to do and gave me tips along the way. They had it fixed and wrapped up in less than an hour. They were also very careful and respectful of my house. They also took time to clean up when they were finished. Highly recommend.

I called Mile High at 12:30pm today with a leaky/inoperable hot water heater. Matt was at my house by 1:00pm on a Saturday. He diagnosed the need for a replacement and was off to retrieve the new unti immidiately. He returned with the heater and a helper (Malcom)- both gentlemen were proffesional and efficient. By 5:15pm my new unit was installed and working. The price never changed from qoute to writting the check (very fair) I cross referenced the material cost of the new heater.

I called to have them check why my water isn’t hot at 11am. Sean came over at 12pm and checked out all of the connections and the water heater itself. After educating me on water heaters, I’ve decided to replace my 10 year, 40 gallon, old water heater. I went with a 50 gallon, Rheem water heater with 12yr warranty. He had to disconnect some pipes to get the old one out. He installed the new unit by 4pm. He also did some testing to make sure there were no leaks when he reconnected everything back up.

I had a pinhole leak in my copper pipe located in the basement washroom. Pete came out from Mile High Plumbing Repair to do the job. He was on time and explained to me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He did a great job and I was very satisfied with his work.

These guys are good and very professional. Showed up exactly as planned, did the work within the promised schedule, did the work correctly (solving problems that other had introduced), and handled spur-of-the-moment changes perfectly. Very good communication skills as well.
