Gordon and his guys did a great job on our water line replacement. They gave us a very competitive quote based on pulling the line or trenching. In the end they had to trench the yard to lay the line (60 ft). They pulled all required permits and the city passed their work no problem. With the extreme winter weather conditions and timing of the project they did a great job getting it done. Gordon was an excellent communicator and kept us at ease the entire process. They left our home even better than when they started as we now have a non-leaking water line and even replaced a bad outdoor faucet for us during the job. They left our yard just as it was before the work. We would definitely do business with them again!

Had a backup about a month ago and had these guys come out and take care of it. When it happened again recently I knew I had larger issues to deal with. The same tech came back out and did main-line maintenance as well as jet flush the system. Best part - my first visit was still under warranty so the full cost of that bill got credited to the second visit. Highly recommend these guys.

We knew what the problem was and wanted to be sure that we had an honest plumber come out to help us with our issue. We looked into quite a few companies and narrowed it down to family owned businesses. Rooter Guy LLC was amazing. When I spoke to Nicole over the phone, she was professional, polite, thorough and patiently answered my questions. I really appreciated this Nicole. Thank you! The next morning, we met Steve at our door. He came in with a mask on, and immediately put booties on to keep our house clean. He diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate and once we accepted, he went to work. The great thing was, he wasn't pushy at all and didn't try to up-sell on anything. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and patiently. He didn't rush through his work and even taught us, as he went along. Before bringing in ALL equipment, he thoroughly sanitized EVERYTHING. He kept his mask on, even though the work he was doing was laborious. Steve was professional, delivered EXCELLENT customer service, was easy to talk to, patient and thorough. Came home on a Friday afternoon to water in my basement, not even 24 hours later I was back up and running with a brand new water heater. Called around to multiple places and Rooter Guy was the most reasonably priced and was ready to come out right away. Ross from Rooter Guy did a great job. Was right on time and completed quicker than expected. He even did a full inspection of plumbing throughout the house to identify any areas that may be problematic in the future. He explained In detail every item he listed, which wasn’t many so did not feel like he was up selling me. Great company and will definitely use again for all of my plumbing needs.

I am so pleased with the work done by RooterGuy team. They replaced my sewer pipe from my unit to the main city sewer. They did a great job, cutting and replacing cement, asphalt, piping and cleanup.

Just had Jacob out to my house. It turns out my pipe hammering was happening because my faucet supply valve was not fully open. As simple a fix as can be. 1/11/2019 So I put the one star yesterday because I kept getting an email to leave feedback. I ignored the first 3, because I didn't want to leave a negative review. But after the 4th one. I finally just did. So I put the 1 star. Then yesterday as well I get a call from a man that says he's the owner. I explained how the guy that came was nice. But not prepared, he was taking a long while just starting. Then he ends up making one hole that he didn't measure before making. Then he makes another hole, didn't say anything, I just happened to go in to see if he was doing alright and saw the extra hole. When I asked about it. He tells me that he would put something in the hole, and it will be alright. Then he didn't have all the materials so he takes off, and takes almost an hour before coming back. The work is good, the extra hole not good. So after talking to the owner he said he would look at the invoice and said he would call me back today, he didn't. So instead of leaving it with just one star and blank, I figured I would write what happened, and I guess he can read it from here

I had a new countertop, sink and gas cooktop installed that needed some professional plumbing help to clean-up the assembly of the gas line and the p-trap/drain. It took a fair amount of creativity to fix both of those things and Jake was perfect for the job. I am thrilled with how functional both under cabinet spaces are now! Rooter Guy was all-around amazing.

I called a few plumbers for some minor projects that I have been wanting to do in my house. Rooter Guy had fantastic service from the moment I called, to the completion of the project. They came out to provide a free estimate for the work, which I appreciated since I was requesting quotes from a few companies. Brent came to my house mere days after calling the office and provided a quote to switch our garbage disposal and snake a clogged basement bathroom drain. The quote was completely fair and Brent was very nice to deal with. We called back two or three days later to schedule the work and then Brent came back out on a snowy Tuesday to complete the work. I couldn't have been any happier with my Rooter Guy experience and will go right to them next time I need plumbing work done.

My rental property had a leak in the kitchen sink. The management company for the property called RooterGuy to service the problem. We provided the replacement faucet and were charged $486.70. Apparently if they don't have the right tool for the job you get to pay for the tool. Seriously!!!

I've used Rooterguy for my plumbing at my rental properties for almost 10 years. They always do an excellent job the first time. For me, that's critical. I don't like late night phone calls over some plumbing problem. Plumbing is important to do right the first time.They are not the cheapest plumber, nor the most expensive, they are right in the middle. But do you really want a cheap plumbing job?

I was having water in the floor baseman on Saturday. I called a few plumbers, and they said. We don't work on the weekend. Please, call us back on Monday. I called Rooderguy llc. I had a technician, Laith Mansour, in my house in one Hour. He was professional, I was impress with the company policy. “They won't charge you if they can't fix it” He got the job done in less than an hour. He installed the toilet back and had every thing clean in no time. I was happy with the charge. Take for a man that only write a review to COMPLAIN.

I was very pleased with the second opinion and sewer line scoping services provided by Kyle R. In fact, I hired Kyle for a third party scoping after my new line was installed. I can't say enough good things about this company and Reuben. Our water heater was shot - 13 years old - had a good life. After getting quotes from a couple of the big name companies I was disgusted and ready to fly my brother out from FL to help me DIY. After contacting this company, Reuben came out for a no pressure, no obligation, FREE quote - same day. He beat the competitors out by several THOUSAND's of dollars - for the SAME product! UPDATE 7/5/22: two years in and no issues with the plumbing backing-up.

From a few previous back-ups, I knew that my sewer line had a dip whereby sewage would build up and could not pass by. After some guests staying in our basement reported that the the basement toilet is gurgling I'd had enough and wanted peace of mind that it wouldn't back up again more than money in my bank account.

I used HomeAdvisor to find a plumber to repair the line. All 3 responded quickly and all 3 came out, but only Keith from Rooterguy took the time to run his camera and figure out where the dip in the line was. Outside the house, he used an instrument to determine (roughly) where the dip was. All of this was free. The other two companies wanted to charge me $250 for the camera and didn't bother to use their instruments to determine where the sewer line is located. In addition to that, Keith's estimate for the work was less than the others, and he wanted to only dig what was necessary as opposed to automatically digging up the entire line from house to street.

His estimate included repairing sprinkler lines (standard) and replacing sod (unique to his bid). His estimate also included jetting a secondary line from the basement bathroom to the mainline.

Due to circumstances beyond Keith's control the digging crew was delayed by two days and due to some difficulty with the fall from the house to the street it took an extra two days to finish the job. But they finished and everything is working well.

Due to Keith's responsiveness (always quick to text me back with updates), thoroughness and overall reliability, I would recommend him and Rooterguy again.

I would highly recommend this company. Brent came out the day after I had called them, gave me a quote and he was able to install my toilet right then.

Good service from the techs. Office staff is not very good. First had problems with getting them to return my calls. They never did reply to my on line request on their website so don't bother. Was told the tech I wanted wasn't available except every other Saturday so opted to wait two weeks. Gal on phone said she set it up, but when the day came, she sent someone else. If you say you're going to do something do it. Still recommend the company. They do a good job and don't overcharge.

This company tried to over charge for a simple plumbing job. Rooter Guy estimate $800.00. My honest plumber final bill $ 200.00. When I asked the technician why so much, he said it was because he was a master plumber and you have to pay for his knowledge.

These guys did awesome! Had 2 other horrible companies out to snake the main sewer MasRtr & Rtr Twn and they just wanted to RIP up the yard to replace claiming the pipe collapsed. Don from Rooterguy came out determined to unclog it, he wasn't going to give up and did. They reaffirmed with the camera, found a crack in the clay pipe (not part of the clog) and the area where the roots invaded. The pipe needs to be replaced and will be, however it is no longer an emergency situation. Their bid to replace was also way better than the first two.
This company goes above and beyond to do what you hired them to and takes care of the customer. As a contractor myself, I would highly recommend them again and again.

Brent came to find a leak which he did. He was honest through the process, including when he cut the copper line accidentally with his saw which I didn't witness.
Because of this, he kept the price locked regardless of what he would find.

Chauncy and team did an outstanding job. We have a concrete path atop the sewer line and in order to save it, they dug tunnels under it and under the sidewalk. The whole sewer replacement took 11.5 hours and the cost was what was quoted. These guys did not stop working under very cold conditions, we were impressed! We highly recommend RooterGuy

Hard to pick a place to start, but this company employs aggressive and abusive plumbers who treat women poorly. Kieth gave an estimate to replumb the home I was buying in December 2020. Obviously, this quote was part of the home purchase negotiations. I called him before closing on the home to ensure we were on the same page with what needed to be done and to ask how long the quote was good for. He told me one year. When I had them out April 2021 to complete the work, he argued about the scope (loudly yelling at me in my own home and saying I misunderstood and that he never spoke with me). I ended up asking him to leave my property and requested a call from the manager. The manager was kind and apologetic, and completed everything himself. As of today, I have had to replace multiple parts of this job with another plumber, including the exterior hose bibs that were installed backwards, and held water into the winter, eventually exploding. Today, the water heater they installed started falling apart. So, overall, a pretty awful company. I highly advise using literally anyone else if you're looking for help, especially if you're a woman or someone who does not wish to be screamed at in their home.

This is my second time using Rooter Guys and they are now my go-to plumbers. The service is professional, prompt and the plumbers are polite and knowledgeable. Compared to other plumbers, their prices are very reasonable. It's good to have a plumber you can trust. Laith, the plumber who came last time, was excellent and very helpful.

Woman, Toni, called 4 times in a row and when I answered (while at work) I told her that I was able to find another provider that could come today she said well if we could get in touch with you sooner, we could have offered you another time then hung up on me.

I choose RooterGuy Plumbing to replace my hot water heater. I requested information using Home Advisor and Sarah called me right away to schedule a next-day appointment - the current water heater did not require an immediate replacement.
Ross called a few minutes before he arrived right on time. This guy is great, loves his work, and explained what was needed, including bringing the current installation up to code. A lot of the installation cost included the rework of the ventilation, flexible gas line, water line, etc. RooterGuy’s service includes an inspection and replacement of the anode rod every three years for the life of the warranty. He also inspected the plumbing in the townhouse and he will be returning to replace the main water valve very soon.
Ross quoted a four-hour installation but completed the entire job in just three hours. The result is a very neat, professional installation and it is great to have a new 50 gallon heater. I highly recommend him and his work.
BTW ... Ross looks like a young Dean Martin!

He was there within 2 hours and had to dig a long trench and replace the entire sewer line out to the street.

Jacob and Matthew came to fix a broken handle on my master shower. By using some ingenuity, they saved me $1000. They took the same handle from the tub and put it on the shower, with a new cartridge that I couldn't get out myself. Overall, my shower is fixed (after 3 years!) and my wife is happy. I just need to buy a cheap handle for the tub. Overall, I'm very happy with the cost and work done. I will ask for them by name next time.

Eric was prompt, professional, and prepared. He listened carefully and diagnosed the issue and gave us a quote. The quote was reasonable and so we accepted it. Eric carefully gathered everything he needed from his vehicle. He brought in a pressure reduction valve along with all of the other tools as needed to install the valve. He did an excellent job, making sure to bleed the air out of our pipes. He showed us how the valve tightens and operates. We noticed what a great job he did welding the pipes and installing that gage, it even looks pretty. He made sure that the overall water pressure came down to the correct level. He also advised that we should change out some of our connecting hoses at least every five years. He was pleasant and calm. He was very respectful. He wore covers over his already spotless boots. Gordon Jr. came to our house to repair the garbage disposal. As it turned out, a screw was lodged in it that was almost impossible to remove. We had a sudden leak in our kitchen faucet and called and they had someone come out same day, which was great! We worked with Kris, who is amazing! He is professional and you can tell he loves his job. He was very generous and offered to pick up the new kitchen faucet we picked out at Lowe's and come back to install right away. I have used rooter guy multiple times and they have just done a superb job. From water line replacement, backed up sewer line, bathroom and kitchen hardware replacement, water filter install, leak repair, etc. They were recommended by a friend who manages multiple properties and I've never looked back. They treat me like family as they treat each other like family. They are competitively priced and stand by their work. I don't know any other company that is this trustworthy. They set the bar for all other companies I hire for other things.

So I called because my sprayer on the sink was leaking. I could see there was a crack in the sprayer. They gave me an estimate of 450.00 approximately. 1st they wanted me to replace the faucet which I would love to do except for the fact the sink is a avacado green. I m not putting a new faucet in a 40 year+ sink. I fixed the sprayer for 6.97 from Amazon. Stay clear!!! They will try and rip you off.

On time worked fast.

Chauncy was prompt, professional, and onsite to help diagnose a sewer problem within hours of us contacting him. One of the well-known local companies had mis-diagnosed our issue and charged us extra to run a camera scope after paying for an expensive repair (that hadn't actually fixed the issue). Chauncy did a camera scope free of charge and accurately diagnosed our problem. Ultimately, the source of the problem was discovered to be under a neighbor's property, and our neighbor worked with their guy to fix it, but I would not hesitate to call Chauncy again any time I have a plumbing need! Chauncy provided higher quality and more cost effective services than the big-name company we originally hired.

Came home to a flooded kitchen and called Rooter Guys! They sent out Ross and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer for efficient guy! Kris Grimes came out to give us a quote for replacing our water heater. He was so thorough giving us quotes for both a tank and tankless system. We decided to go with tank and he replaced it for us that day! He also repaired some pipes above the heater. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. We feel very fortunate to know a reliable plumber.

First I had Laith and then I had Chris. Both of them were very professional and easy to talk to. They both helped me get the best deal I could. Laith was right on time and Chris was early. Neither time took very long. Very quick and precise. Let me know what was going on as they were working. I will definitely call RooterGuy again if anything else comes up (or my son flushes something down the toilet again😉).

Thomas came out and answered our call on a same day deal. He was very professional and helped us come up with a customized solution that worked for our home. We got a new first and we were having trouble securing the new water line to the fridge from the saddle valve and Thomas knew just what to do. He was able to help us with the issue as well as walk us through the process to make sure we understood everything along the way. We will be using them/him again for sure.

I needed my elderly parents water line replaced on their swamp cooler. Rooter Guy responded quickly to my request and gave me a very fair quote.

Home town experience with a professional caring service

The quality of the work I had done was good, but I did not like the way the price for my service was significantly different from the initial quote. As the plumber worked and found he had to do additional things to solve my leak he did not give me the option of stopping the work by telling me the price would increase. After starting with a quote around $300 about 2 hrs later I was told the work came me to over $700 and that he had taken $300 off what the price should have been, but throughout the time he was there, I was never told the price would increase due to the work he was finding needed to be done. I will not use this company again.

Called yesterday with an emergency...sewer line backed up and our downstairs shower was a horrible mess. Receptionist was able to schedule someone to come out within just 2 hours and apologized for the delay! She called back to report that the plumber was within an hour of arrival, right on time.
Gary did an AMAZING job, he spent almost four hours at our home. He explained the steps needed to make repairs, gave us an accurate estimate and treated our home with respect.
I will not hesitate to recommend Rooter Guy to my friends and colleagues. THANK YOU to the entire team for a job well done!

Honest guys, great value, came same day!
I dropped skincare in my toilet and thought I got it all out but apparently one tube slipped down into the pipes. Our ceiling was leaking into the basement and Rooterguy was probably my 4th or 5th call but they were the only ones that could come same day! They came within 1 hour. They let me know the price ahead of time and even though it was a bigger job than they had expected, had to bring in someone else to help, the price stayed the same.
You can rest assured that you're getting a great service by honest guys here.

Rotorguy is the BEST! Inlaws in town and the water tank blew up! Rotorguy came at 11pm and finished at 230am! Mother in law got a hot shower! Cant go wrong with this company... very professional and the best they dont have to come back because of any leaks or something not working! They did it right the first time! They came back and finished a tub an sink island in bath remodel! The Best in colorado!!!

Started out great. Quick response to my request for a Back Flow install estimate. Kris was very professional and turned around the estimate quickly. Then it went down hill from there when the owner became involved. I called to schedule the work and the owner said he could not honor the estimate. He promised that he would call me back the next day to give me a new estimate, but I am still awaiting that call back. I understand the estimate may have needed to be adjusted, but follow through is key to me as a consumer.

Quick response time. Quote of almost 5k to replace a water heater. Home Depot did the job for 2k cheaper. Rooter guy put a shut off valve in for me. Cut out 4 inches of pipe and installed a shut off valve for almost $500 way overpriced and not afraid to take advantage of a bad situation for the consumer. I would recommend getting more than one estimate before using these guys. Charged extra for limited access. I HAD ALL DOORS OFF FOR HIM TO HAVE DIRECT ACCESS. Charged extra for having to go get the ball valve. YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE RUST ON THE VALVE HANDLE AND NUT!!!!

This is to tell you what an great experience it was to have Laith fix my main sewer line. He was professional, personable, clean, and energetic. He worked quickly, walked me through what he was doing and told me what i needed to know about the state of my pipes. He didn't try to upsell me, as another plumber had the day before. I'm so glad I waited and was able to have your company help me out. I'd hire your company again in a heartbeat. His quote was $160 less than the previous plumbers.

Gary Johnson, a master plumber from Rooter Guy, replaced my water heater, and hauled away my old heater. He provided prices for several options. I had already received three estimates and this one was very competitive, being way below two other big companies with big advertising and the Dave Logan endorsement. It was about the same as one of the big box store quotes. I had an appointment for one more quote, but cancelled it, as it was a no-brainer that Rooter Guy was the way to go. Got it installed the same day. A nice install and good cleanup. Protected the house with floor coverings. Gary had time to take care of an additional plumbing issue in the house, at a good price, too. I'd definitely use Rooter Guy again.

When my parents were alive, they were told that their main sewer line was damaged and needed to be replaced. They were quoted over $10,000 to have the line replaced. Fortunately, they never did get it replaced. Since then, I have moved in to their home and recently decided to look into seeing if it could be repaired instead of replaced. Rooterguy responded to a request from Home Advisor and came out on the scheduled day and time. Keith was the technician assigned to my request and I had explained to him that at this time, I was looking to get a quote to have the line scoped, determine where there was a fault in the line, and if it could be repaired instead of having it replaced and how much it would cost. Keith said he would contact his office and get that information for me. To my surprise, Keith had scoped out the line while I was waiting and had told me to come and see what he had found. When I got there, he had the scope all the way to the city line, about 150'. He said he encountered an area where there was a minor backup about 20' from the clean out. As he was retrieving the scope, he showed me the entire length of the line. He noted that there was no damage in the line at all. We also saw that the minor backup had kind of cleared itself out when he pushed the scope through. Keith said that all that would be needed would be a high pressure flush of the line and that no repair would be needed. I was really grateful that he had taken the time to scope it out and to show me the actual condition of the line and that there was no damage to the line. He explained to me how a power flush of the line would work and how it would prevent that build up. Since I am considering selling the property, Keith had recommended that I do the power flush just before I sell the house. Keith was amazingly professional and I am grateful for his honesty, taking the initiative to scope the line and to show me the actual condition of the line. My experience with the Rooterguy has been very positive and I would recommend that you give them the opportunity to assess your plumbing needs.

The service man, Manny, came out for a toilet that my husband, who recently had a stroke, insisted was leaking. Manny inspected the crawl space along with the other pipes where the toilet would have drained, and the other toilets in the house, as well. He ascertained there was no leak, and tried very hard to explain to my husband and me what could have caused us to think there was. He was patient and kind and didn't charge us for the call. Exceptional service. I'll keep Rooterguy's number for our future use and will be referring them to all our friends, too. Thanks very much.

Christopher did a great job replacing an old, faulty valve for us. I asked him to change the orientation of the handle after it was installed and he made this modification with no problem.
