We had a great experience working with C4 plumbing. They were very helpful and thorough. They identified they issues and communicated the plan to us us in a very professional manner. We will be calling C4 plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

Josh was very helpful unfortunately he wasn’t unable to complete the job due to the problem being under the house. But I have a few other problems going on and I will definitely be using them for the services

Showed up to Saturday appointment to take photos of repairs and said they would be back Monday. No show Monday. Waited til Thursday for them to come back to tell me they actually couldn't make the repairs. I guess they couldn't figure that out on the first visit when they took all the photos. Positive new is that I fixed it myself via YouTub and didnt waste my money on C4.

Our main water feed froze and needed to be cleared. Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend for plumbing issues in the Copperleaf neighborhood!

Marc listened to my puzzle and after suggestion and more radical solution kept trying to find the root cause which he did. It was just finding a shut off vulvae which another person never found. I'd give 5 stars, but he didn't really do any hard work so I can't really review that aspect. But he gave me peace of mind when an outside pipe sprung a leak. And he was real nice.

Freezing temperatures caused a pipe to burst in our laundry room. Called a number of plumbers but C4 were able to get to us in the shortest time frame. Plumber was punctual and gave us an estimate before work was started. Excellent communication and they made sure we understood what was being done to fix the problem as well as mentioning things that could be done to avoid this issue in the future. Work was fast and cleaned up very well. I highly recommend their services

Mark came to repair my steam shower but when he entered our storage room he smelled a slight gas leak. He could tell it was a small leak but told me to call Excel. I did and the gentleman from Excel could not smell it. Even his leak finding device had a hard time finding it. He had to remove the side from the furnace and finally found the leak. Needless to say, both the Excel employee and I were very impressed with Mark! I will be using him for the shower and I’m sure he will do a great job!

I wish I could give 6 stars, but that is not an option. Mark and C4 plumbing are very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly which helped with my situation. My house had high water pressure, 88psi, and caused my dishwasher to leak for an unknown period of time. I called after hours (11pm) and they answered, and set up an appointment for the next day.

Mark showed up on time and shut found the issue, and he cut the water to the dishwasher since my shut off valve was broken as well from the previous owners. He also set me up with the right mitigation company to come dry out the kitchen.

I called Mark back about 2 weeks later to install a PRV valve on my main line. While he was doing that he went above and beyond any plumber I have ever worked with. While he was at the house, he checked more areas where the high pressure could have been an issue and fixed what I didn't know need to be fixed at an EXTREMELY fair price.

After working with C4 twice in the last year I felt it was time to post a review! In March of 2022 our heater went out and it was freezing cold from what I can remember. We called around and C4 was the only company willing and able to send someone out same the same night. They were able to implement an inexpensive fix and had the heater up and running that night, much to our relief. They did warn us that our furnace was original to the home which was built in 2001 and was probably going to need to be replaced sooner than later. Fast forward to last week, we woke up to the furnace struggling and found their number to call again immediately. They were able to schedule us in the next two hours. After evaluating, gave us options on repairs that we decided against as that cost to repair individual parts was going to be about half the cost of the new furnace. They were able to get the furnace replaced, old one removed and the heater back on same day again. My husband worked directly with Josh both times and I’m just so grateful that they have been so reliable and easy to work with. We will continue to contact them for our heating, cooling and plumbing needs and I 10/10 recommend them to anyone!

I called Mark after I had a bad experience with another alleged plumber. Mark was prompt, professional and took one look at my issue and knew exactly what needed to be done. He even took a look at a couple of other potential issues we had and and gave us an idea how we would want to address them. Unbelievable response time in zero degree weather

$1100 for them to swap a 2 knob shower to a single handle and I still have to finish it myself cause they left 3 holes in the wall....

Had a great experience with C4! Had a pretty big leak in my basement and when I called C4 they had someone out there ASAP. Marcus was there within the hour and his professionalism and experience were beyond expected. Unfortunately I was out of town when this initially happened and someone had to meet him. But Marcus was sure to call me and explain everything in detail. He even came back to go over things again when I came home. Would definitely use C4 again and will be requesting Marcus for sure!

The technician that was originally scheduled to do AC and plumbing work was changed last minute to someone who could not do AC work. The replacement technician did not have the part to fix our plumbing issue and told me to call him the next day. It took two days of calling to have him not show up when he said he was going to.

I had to hire another plumbing service to fix my shower.

Absolutely no services were done, and I get a text that services were completed and asking for feedback. Completely unprofessional.

No one showed up for my first appointment. I rescheduled someone came by took pics and they were supposed to get back to me with an estimate. I called twice and still haven’t heard from anyone.

Recently had a shower drain fail and start leaking on our main floor ceiling. Marcus from C4 was incredible from start to finish. Great communication, timely and did a great job! Hopefully we won't have any more plumbing issues, but if we do Marcus and C4 will be our first call!

This company is highly over priced. You can get the same licensed, insured, professional and timely service from other companies. Call around first unlike me, and pay about 60% less for repairs. Contact me and I'll be glad to send you names of companies I found...after the fact.

Josh was fabulous as always. On time, personable and efficient. I had him uncap a water line to my fridge and install a new connector. He is amazing. A few months back, I called C4 to install a new washer and the spigots had to be replaced. They sent Josh and he was amazing. I requested him for the current service as well. I’m sure all the C4 techs are great, but Josh goes the extra mile.

We had a bad water leak in our home late at night. Mark of C4 got to our home in 30 minutes. Everyone else we called said it would take them at least 4 hours (one outfit, after saying 4 hours, called us back and said 6 hours). Mark fixed out situation and even educated us on maintenance and other issues in our home. Even in that bad situation, C4's customer service left us feeling good. Our only regret is that we cannot give 6 stars.

Mark was right on time(+++), and very courteous and knowledgeable.
My garbage disposer was not draining and I assumed it needed replacement.
Mark took a good look and informed me it probably just needed to be unclogged and reset. After he did that he showed me how to do it myself if it happened again. On top of that, he did not charge me for the trip. I will definitely call him again for my plumbing issues.

We woke up one morning with water dripping from our kitchen ceiling. C4 Plumbing was the only company to answer our calls and they were able to come to our house the same day. After assessing the situation and explaining the problem (a valve from our washing machine we were replacing upstairs), they didn’t even charge us for the visit. Mark was kind and professional the whole time. We will be calling them again, and would highly recommend this company!

Mark was very timely and did a great job replacing a kitchen faucet.

Mark was very professional, efficient, competent, and pleasant to work with, being flexible to work around construction workers and to accommodate my schedule. The remodel job entailed cutting out drywall and drilling through studs to reconfigure the plumbing, and the end product was very satisfactory, even to the point of his trimming out the drywall to expose the stud and make the drywall repair much easier and cheaper. His office staff was also courteous, efficient and timely. It was wonderful to be able to trust that Mark would do a good job without my continual supervision.

Hired C4 to put in hookups for a washer, and a gas line for a dryer, with new external vents. Nyzayah did excellent work, and made sure everything was perfect. Would absolutely hire again.

Josh A. came out on a Saturday was able to locate issue within 10 minutes and swapped out my compacitor within 15 minutes and my AC was up and running right away. I was really impressed with him. Thank you guys for helping me out especially on a record hot day!

Mark was fantastic! We’ve had him help with more than one job and he gets it done right! He is very kind and understanding. He interacted with my 5 year old son (who was very curious) while he worked and was patient with him. If you need a great plumber and person, tour search is over. Not to mention that the pricies are very competitive and extremely fair, especially for the quality of work!

The guy was around 2 hours late and then acted like the issue was an emergency at was going to flood the house at any second (which it was not, it was fixing the line out to the sprinkler which has a shut off!) and then quoted almost 600 dollars for what should be 100-200 repair. Steer clear of these guys, I happen to know about plumbing so i knew this was crazy but they sure could trick someone who doesn’t

Our first time using C4 Plumbing and definitely won't be the last. Mark and his team were great in all aspects. He constantly emailed or called us for updates throughout the project. Highly recommended and you won't be disappointed!

I had a sink get clogged at my business, and the same week had a toilet leek and sink clog at my house. C4 was able to come out to address both issues right away. They were easy to work with on the phone, and the plumber was very nice as well. He did a great job and I'm very happy with their service!

Highly recommend!!!! Marcus came out to replace a valve on our new house leading to the sprinkler system (which he did a great job of!). What really surprised and wowed both of us was the second trip, though -- the system still wasn't working, and after about half an hour of diagnosing the issue he was able to locate a valve hidden (and barely reachable) behind drywall that had recently been put up, saving us hundreds of dollars if we'd had to tear out the drywall and pay to have it redone. SOOO thankful that we called him! Very courteous and professional!

I contacted C4 plumbing through Facebook when I noticed two of my hose spigots were broken. They promptly replied, set a date and tome to come out and gave me a call when they were about to arrive. We contacted C4 Plumbing to help us with water pressure issues and to service our tankless water heater. Jeremiah is a very knowledgeable and experienced plumber that was able to diagnose our issues instantly! I had used these guys in the past and got good service so when I had an issue come up with my garbage disposal I gave them a call. I told the person who I booked the appointment with that I had checked for clogs in the pipes and assumed it was a disposal issue. Also explained an issue with my sink downstairs. The next day I waited for them for 3 hours to never show or call me so I reached out only to be told that I needed to call Roto router. What, for a garbage disposal?? I will not be using or recommending these guys again as I have in the past. Very disappointed!!

We had Mark come out and move our kitchen faucet plumbing over about 18 inches to accommodate a kitchen remodel. Over the course of our job, we had him move the plumbing, install a faucet, drain, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and run a new copper water line to the fridge/icemaker. While performing all this work, they also saved us from a flooded basement when it was discovered, just in time, that our main water line and cut off valve were badly corroded and leaking. The stars aligned for them to be there to notice it at all. A fair price, great workmanship, and friendly service? Can't ask for more. I would, and will, gladly call Mark and C4 plumbing for all our service needs. Glad to have a dependable household plumber. Thanks Mark, and team!!

$460 TO CHANGE A HOSE BIB? AND THE FIRST THING OUT OF THE PLUMBERS MOUTH, “I’ve never worked with one of these before…” ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?!?!?!?
In WHAT world is a plumber worth $6 a MINUTE? This is as bad as APS (Aurora Plumbing Services) thinking they’d get $7 a minute.

We had an old rotten line break that was feeding the washing machine. Called about a dozen places and Mark was the only one who could come out late the same night and fix it. He had it fixed and the water back on in an hour!! Super professional quality work that I would recommend to anyone.

Used C4 for what I thought would be a quick repair for a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink. Nice plumber and a quick fix. 2 days later unfortunately the pipe was back to leaking as it had previously. OK no problem I will just call C4 and have them come out and look at it again. Several calls unreturned! Plumber who did he job did finally call back and scheduled a time to take another look. He was a no-show. Couple more unreturned phone calls from main number and couldn't even respond. Finally emailed to company and yes you guessed it no response. Is this company for real? Just wanted to talk to someone and maybe just get my money back. I was just completely ignored. Be very aware and skeptical of this company especially if they can't make a simple situation right. Felt almost like straight fraud.

Mark with C4 Plumbing did the plumbing for our basement that we are finishing.....adding a sink for a wet bar, moving some pipes around for us, and all the plumbing for the full bathroom. He did a great job! Everything works and looks great. He cleaned up after himself everyday. His prices were fair and his work quality great. We will definitely call Mark again if we have need.

From first call to final invoice this was easy mode. Marcus showed up on time and ready to work. He shamed the previous plumber's bad attempt, going above and beyond making the install shine. It's right on the front of my house and looks GREAT.

Me and my wife are first time home buyers and new the house needed some touch ups but didn’t know much of what we were walking into and were crushed when we found out it needed major work to the plumbing system. Awesome company. My technician Shawn was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Had these guys do a decent size project for me and had so many issues. Did a really poor job rough plumbing. Had to have them come back multiple times to fix stuff they didn't do properly. Didn't put face plates where there is water lines. Used multiple flexible sleeves for connections due to poor rough in plumbing fitting. Got to a point where I just fixed the rest sense it seems like I can do a better quality job then they can.

I have to rave about C4 Plumbing. We had an emergency come up Sunday night. I messaged them via Facebook and someone replied within 5 minutes and they were out at 7am Monday morning and here all day to get us taken care of. We have dealt with several contractors this year including a GC and his subs and a Landscaper and just had bad experience after bad experience. Mark and Chris were so attentive, knowledgeable, honest, and patient with our 2 year old that wanted to chat with them all day :) #beyondimpressed! Thank you C4!!

The workmanship seemed fine. It was difficult to understand what was needed to schedule an appointment then once I had an appointment they were late and I had to reschedule. They didn't seem to be concerned about communicating with me around scheduling. Twice I found they didn't have the tools or supplies to finish the job. Finally they promised to come back and finish the job that day and over a week later I had to call to ask when they were coming back.

Highly recommend Mark. He responded quickly, was on time and was very professional. He was even able to fit in an earlier than agreed upon appointment due to a unexpected water heater failure. Mark was also able to repair two sinks from a failed DIY install. I'll definitely be calling him again if the need arises. Thanks again Mark.

C4 did a fantastic job on my townhome. They replaced all the shut-off valves on sinks and bathtubs. Installed faucets, and my hot water heater. Very reasonable price for the whole job. Mark was consistently very responsive, really nice guy to work with. I have him in my personal directory as my first contact for plumbers. Highly recommend this company.

They came out on the same day and were very honest with us about what was going on. Our hot water heater was only a year old, from another company, and not installed properly causing the tank to crack and leak. I was very impressed with their warranty, and fast installation. The transparency of how they operate and honesty throughout the process was very refreshing.

Initially gave 4 stars, and updated review to 1 star. 1 day after a sink leak repair it was still leaking. Called and plumber came back out, was told they couldn't do anything without additional cost. Saying the previous repairs performed ($250+) were under warranty but this was a new problem. The plumber said the previous repairs were necessary, but the repairs didn't fix the leak, so the root cause of the problem was not correctly diagnosed.

Chris was early for the appointment, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and had our frozen pipes running again in minutes. Not the least expensive option but certainly worth it for the speed and service

Mark is very courteous, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He's the real deal as a plumber too. Our service was after hours so it was expensive. You may find less expensive plumbing repair companies in Denver but that you won't find a better, or more competent, plumber than Mark.

I thought Mark was the cat's meow when I first met him for our basement finish project, and I told him so. It was downhill from there. I think he lost interest in our job. We finally fired C4 yesterday after they once again left our job unfinished to go to another without communicating it, and left all lights on and water off, damages to the property and some of their installs, and just generally poor workmanship. I definitely did not think I'd be leaving this kind of review.

Fantastic customer service and solid work. Mark was super friendly and efficient, making easy work of a problem another plumber had struggled with for hours.

I spoke with Mark, the owner, about getting a second quote for some work we needed done. He couldn't do what we needed but he provided me what steps he thought should be done, the order in which they should be done, and even recommendations AND phone numbers for who to could do each step. I had some follow up questions for him and each time Mark was very prompt and helpful, even though he knew he couldn't do what I needed and I'd have to take my business to someone else.

They won't tell you a price till the job is done and it will be 200 minimum even for something that takes 10 minutes or less and you supply all the stuff.

Punctual, affordable, accommodating! I had a shower that I needed to replace the shower cartridge and pressure control valve ASAP! Contacted at 11pm and they answered promptly and had Mark here at 8 A.M. the next morning to address and fix the issue! Great customer service and overall experience! Would highly recommend!

Mark with C4 plumbing came out to install a whole house water purifier for us. He was professional and did excellent, clean work. Really nice guy as well. We have remodeled our whole house since we bought it five years ago and have used quite a few subs so we have had our share of good and bad, sadly more bad than good experiences. I would not hesitate to use Mark again, in fact he will be installing our hot water heater when needed and a new toilet. My husband was in the commercial construction industry for 40 years, he knows good subcontractors when he sees them and was really impressed with Mark & his quality work. If you have several to pick from, choose Mark with C4!

HVAC tech came to inspect our furnace unit and said it is broken. Only option is to put a new unit for $ 7000. Didn’t look the filter. We couldn’t afford such expense in such short notice. So got a second opinion. Another HVAC company made it work by putting a new filter and minor adjustments.

Didn't finish a job and judgement against them and failed to pay. Then made another business with a slightly different name.

Update: Customer called into Tom Martino show and business is trying to lie to cover thier bad dealings. Look it up online if you don't believe.

Had a leak coming from the washer box and a loose toilet at a rental property. Got same day service and a breakdown of what needed to be done.

Called all day and night due to a plumbing emergency no one answered all day or night. Poor service says 24/7 but literally never got a response.

These folks are the BEST... genuinely, in the Greater Denver Area there is no better plumbing company, period. My wife and I had our master shower/tub go out at the beginning of COVID-19. For a while things were too uncertain and unstable to feel comfortable bringing someone out, and we have another working shower in the home, so it wasn't a priority. We decided to get it fixed a few weeks back, but had nothing but problems with the first company we called to come out - a recommendation from a friend. After two weeks of hassle and no work, we called C4.

Mark - the owner - was the one to come out for the initial estimate. He was prompt and punctual, friendly, and direct. He explained what needed to be done, and kept us updated throughout. The work itself was completed by Jeremiah Quast, and he was equally fantastic. He was awesome with our dogs and kids - and really careful not to interrupt their distance learning. He got the job done incredibly promptly, and stayed exactly on-estimate. The work looks great, and our shower and tub are working better than when we moved in.

I'd like to thank C4 Plumbing for helping me out late Saturday evening with a pipe leak. I had struggled with it for a few hours wondering why after shutting the main water valve I was still seeing water coming out of that pipe. In a panic, I started looking for a plumber that could come as soon as possible. I found C4 Plumbing and Mark came out that same evening to work on it. He was professional and did an awesome job with the repairs. He also showed me what other repairs I should think of getting done so in case I ever get another leak, my main water valve will work properly. This place charges like it's a first-rate operation, but it isn't. Labor comes out to $400 an hour! Was charged $415 for repair that of course took an hour and $15 in parts. Employee did not wear a mask and this is during covid-19, nor did he show up in a company truck! At least the other companies that charge this much give their employees masks and trucks! Ridiculous all around.

I needed a plumber quick. Water was flooding out the front door from pipes that froze ahs broke. Mark was great, fixed over 20 breaks and got the water back on.

Josh came out and gave me a quote for some AC work we needed done. The prices were very fair so I went ahead and booked an appointment for the following day. I had told Josh that we had a funeral to attend that day so our timing was tight. He instead gave me a call that night saying he could come and get it taken care of so we were not pressed for time our funeral. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and went completely out of his way to accommodate our situation. I will for sure be using them again and highly recommend their services.

tldr; Was a no show and didn't call.

My condo doesn't have it's own water turn off. This means for any non-emergency plumbing needs I have to use vacation time to get off work during the week and to schedule a water turn off with the city during the day. The city is not going to wait for your plumber to show up. I hired C4 Plumbing because they were the first plumber that said they could fix the pipes under my sink and install a new dishwasher on the day and time I had scheduled the water turn off with the city.

The previous plumber I hired for a different job showed up 2 hours late to this scheduled water turn off time without calling to let me know, so I thought I'd try someone new. Lucky me, C4 Plumbing were even worse. And because the last plumber I used was two hours late and I was paranoid about it, I actually called this company twice during the week leading up to my appointment date to make sure they had my appointment date and time.

Well low and behold 9am rolls around the water has been turned off and they haven't shown up. I call at 9:30 am, hey are you coming? Them: Oh sorry Mark got called onto an emergency job last night, let me double check when he's done. Oh yeah, he's going to be there all days. Want to reschedule on Monday? They could have tried, oh I don't know calling me at 8am to let me know they couldn't come so I had time to cancel the appointment with the city and time to check in with my boss on if I could actually work today after-all, but no, they left me to scramble to find a new plumber by myself to could come out last minute while the water was still off. All so I didn't have to take another day off work.

I mean, I didn't even hire Excalibur Drain & Sewer and they didn't have time for a last minute appointment when I called, but Brad felt so bad for me he at least tried to call around for me and had found someone that could come in the afternoon if I couldn't find someone earlier. Which is more than I can say for the effort made by C4 plumbing after blowing me off. And the last minute plumber could fix my pipes bout couldn't install a new dishwasher, so that's still sitting unhelpfully in my living room and I'll probably have to take another day off work anyways because I can't seem to find anyone that can show up on time to their appointment.

Marc was the best. He carefully explained what he needed to do and why and then did a great job quickly. If you have emergency service needs, they do a great job and are super responsive.

Mark installed an expansion tank and repaired a leaky shutoff valve to get my home ready for sale. We scheduled for the first slot of the morning, 8-10am and knowing that I was on a tight timeline that morning, he showed up at 7:40 and I received a call letting me know he was there and ready, if I wanted to get started sooner. Josh and Marcus went above and beyond for my Family and I in an emergency plumbing situation today.

They worked from 4PM until 7PM, to get us into a position to enjoy Christmas with the basic aminitty we all take for granted called PLUMBING!

Scheduled a free quote. The guy showed up early, called me but didn't leave a vm. Really, like who picks up random numbers these days. Not even a text. Anyway it sounds like a got home 10 minutes later after moving my schedule around to make it happen. Bad first impression. They might do great work but ill never know..

I really don't know how this business has such good reviews (the main reason I called them). I had water heater issues from a brand new water heater I installed and they did do a free diagnostic and told me the thermocouple was faulty (on my 2 day old, brand new water heater). Then he said I can use the warranty to buy the part and labor would cost $650!!!!!!!! $650 to replace a thermocouple. What the WHAT?!? I have never heard of something more ridiculous. I proceed to order the thermocouple and have the contracted plumber through the warranty come to replace it (for free)... He gets here and right away sees that the issue is NOT the thermocouple! It's actually the ventilation pipe that wasn't connected correctly that caused the water heater to trip because of overheating and not allow the pilot to stay lit. Never replaced the thermocouple, connected the ventilation correctly and pilot turned on so easily and stayed lit. He charge me $80 for all of this. Not only that, but Marcus (the plumber) they sent from C4 specifically told me there was no gas leak and I can leave the gas on. Well turns it, there WAS a gas leak and carbon monoxide leak! I'm mind blown. Maybe the whole company isn't like this, but they should do a better job at hiring and training people who know what they are doing. I have a 4 year old in my home and we were all subjected to CO and Natural Gas Poisoning!
It really shows how some contractors try to take advantage of unknowing individuals. It sucks not to be able to trust people who should be helping.

Just had Mark from C4 plumbing come to the house. May I say polite, professional,and very honest. I have dealt with other plumbers before. But have never had an experience like today. In my mind the job was rather large. He got the job done very quickly. Was very clean. Also beyond affordable. I will never call another plumbing company again. I will be calling C4 exclusively. I called for a quote, they came out and said the would email me a price to do the work with in the next few days (means 2-3 to me). A week later I called about the quote and they said the plumber is still working on it and will have it by EOD. 4 days later I called and left a message, no responce.

We had a Saturday evening plumbing emergency (sewer water backing up into our basement). After calling about 10 companies that didn’t answer or didn’t have availability, C4 came to the rescue. They had a technician available in 2 hrs, and he ended up arriving 90 min later. Mark got right to work on our main line, and had to get a longer snake due the distance to the tap. Even though it took him much longer than normal and he had to use two machines, he did not add any additional charges. He was also friendly and explained everything that he was doing. I would certainly recommend this company and will likely use them in the future.

Our technician was Marcus. He was extremely professional and friendly. He worked all day to install everything we needed (2 faucets, garbage disposal, under-sink water filtration system) and then took the time to explain what he did and answered all of our questions. He even cleaned up everything afterwards and took away all our old stuff. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing work.
