At the end of the day, an employee of this company has been parking the company van across from my house on and off for a month and a half. He does not live in the neighborhood. My neighbors and I have tried parking in that space (he finds another one on our street), leaving him a sticky note asking him not to park here, and calling the company. The company told me a neighbor gave him permission to park there. Upon talking with all of my neighbors, I found out this is not true. When I confronted the company with his lie, provided them with other parking solutions, and ask them to talk with him the company was very rude and hung up on me.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!

An employee has been parking in my neighborhood and there's no actual work happening here! When the office doesn't hang up on you, they lie and try to claim my neighbors (an unamed couple) approved it. This employee walks up the hill to an apartment complex at all hours of the day, even though they don't bring tools up there and there is no answer from the company why they can't park at the apartment complex. The company has been rude in all their responses about this shady behavior and i still have this stomach-churning pink van to look at out my window.
