My husband and I used Sure Comfort for our needs at Deep Space Lounge where we are in the process of obtaining our liquor license and have many inspections to pass. Sure Comfort has worked with the town and Tri-County Health to understand our needs, making sure we could pass health inspection. Sure Comfort was there for us on many occasions last minute, coming to Deep Space before or after their days started to make last minute adjustments/changes to our 10 year old plumbing and installing a wonderful hot water tank. I am happy to say we passed the Health Inspection and are now on to trying to pass building and liquor board inspections.

Very happy with Sure Drain plumbing. Tim and Chris came to our house gave us an estimate on a job to repair a broken main pipe in our front yard. Started work immediately, digging and were able to find and repair pipe. Very dedicated to their work and made sure the job was a quality job completed. Tim is a great plumber with a lot of experience. Both Tim and Chris were friendly and easy to explain everything that they were doing. They stayed true to the price they quoted us for the job, which was very reasonable. Thanks guys for your hard work and great job!

The service from Jason was great! However, it was on the expensive side. Almost $400 to replace a drain valve on a 4 yr old water heater. $20 dollar part that takes a half hour to install. He didn’t have the drain valve, which is strange after I told the reception that the valve was Leaking and probably bad when I made the appointment. Oh well, it’s rare something breaks at a moment when I have time to fix it myself. Hopefully next time

Scam, wants to charge $45 for a joke of a service call. Won't let you talk to plumber or ask questions. $45 for a 10 minute service call is a far better take than the going rate of $150 per hour for a plumber. STAY AWAY FAR FAR

This is the second time I've interacted with this company. I can't say enough good things about them. Issue with a sprinkler system valve setup that was replaced last year by this company but after I had issues when I turned the system on for the summer. Simple fix by the very competent lady at the front desk. Kudos to Cheryl!!
THANKFUL I CAME ACROSS SURE DRAIN! I have a gas heater and i had an ELECTRIC WATER HEATER... I decided to yank out the Electric money pit water heater and put in high efficiency gas water heater...The technician was awesome! The price for everything was very fair. Not only do i recommend sure drain they would be my 1st choice on any plumbing service in the future!
I had a bathtub that the overflow screws rotted and snapped creating a huge mess. Miguel came over and fixed everything. I appreciate that he showed me video footage of the repairs and let me know there was no mold from the leakage. Phew! We have used Sure Comfort in the past and one time found a leak on a repaired line when the water was turned back on in the summer. They sent somebody out to fix it right away under their warranty no questions asked. So we will continue to use them and recommend them to anybody in need of honest plumbing and ac (at least that's what we've used).

Fast professional and efficient!
I first used Sure Drain in 2014 when they installed a Toilevator for my aging mom. This required some out of the box thinking for a new cutting edge toilet lift system. Humor aside mom loves her Toilevator and we haven't had a single problem after some 12 months plus. This year I had a leaking Reverse Osmosis system that flooded my kitchen and damaged my hardwood floor. I decided a whole house inspection was in order. Based upon my good experience with Sure Drain I called them again. Tracy N. came out and gave me a quick estimate. Sure Drain scheduled for a time convenient for me, a weekend day. Tracy arrived and completed the work to my quality standards. I now feel like I have a trust worthy, fair minded professional I can call for my plumbing needs. Tracy also consulted me on a whole house water filter and a state of the art tank-less hot water heater. Once you get burned by over priced plumbers wearing the white hospital style slippers and gowns you know it is time to look for good old fashioned work ethic and service delivery. Tracy will be back to my home in the future to help with the next plumbing project.

This is the second time in two years that Tracy from Sure Drain has come out to clean out our lines (because of lots of roots in our lines). Each time he has been very professional and helpful. Their prices are also reasonable, even when Tracy came out on a Saturday morning. I'll continue to use Sure Drain thanks to my positive experience with them.

Miguel did a fantastic job! He let us look at the camera screen to see what he was seeing and what needed to be done to clean the sewer drain. We were thrilled to hear it was only going to be $324. We are quoted from another competitor that we needed to have the sewer line excavated due to a pipe burst and quoted $6,900. Miguel assured us that was not the case at all. I am so glad we were recommended to call you. Miguel was very nice, easy to talk, very professional and HONEST!!!

We have used them before and have been happy. This time they came out on time as they usually are and scoped the toilet line that we were having problems with. Found a blockage of toilet paper and were actually able to push through it with the camera. Ran a lot of water down and that cleared it up. Would recommend and will use again if we have any more issues.
We had a few miscellaneous issues with our new air conditioner that we bought about 18 months ago and Cheryl at Sure Comfort has been very responsive to resolving them. I would highly recommend this company for any air comfort needs or plumbing needs or issues!!

Fantastic service! The plumber showed up on time, was knowledgeable, tried a couple of different things to fix the issue, but only charged us for the solution that worked. When he was done, the work area that he had been in was cleaned up which included some landscaping rock that he had to move to dig into the issue. I can't recommend these guys enough.
This was the first call I made, and thank Goodness. Jason and his assistant exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend if you need anything as far as plumbing done in your home. Price was right. No charge for estimates. Up front and honest. Thank you.

Sure Drain (Sure Comfort) gave us a very inexpensive option to solve our problem. Others might have taken the opportunity to tear out walls and charge a lot more, but they didn't. Instead of gaining a larger initial fee, what they got instead was a repeat customer and someone who will spread the word that these people are good and honest. Highly recommended.
Called for appt on 9/11, was scheduled for 2-4 pm on 9/13. Was notified around 3pm the plumber was tied up on another job for undetermined amount of time. I called back around 4pm for update and told no ETA. Told them I would be around all evening and would wait. Never received another call back and the plumber no-showed.
Sure Comfort Services is the best. Adam and Ryan were able to diagnose a complicated furnace problem and fix it. I was really happy that I didn't need to buy a whole new furnace. Adam and Ryan were professional and courteous and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Sure Comfort Services to anyone who needs HVAC services.

We had an issue with our shower/tub valve breaking and after having paid some other company over $100 to basically screw the part back in (they wanted close to a grand to replace and fix the actual valve). I called around to find a better idea of what the fix should cost. I was very happy with the price, service and the repair work of Sure Drain. They gave me a quote on the phone for about $300 and it came out to $250 once they came in (I picked out the new valve myself at Lowes). I just can't say how impressed I with Jason. He was polite, friendly and new his stuff. I would highly recommend Sure Drain.
We thought we needed a drain cleaning. It turns out it was much worse. The drain pipe had no bottom. Dominic bid $1,135.00 for 2 ft x 3ft area of concrete floor in the basement for removal to fix the pipe. We had 2 other bids. One for $2,000 to $3,000 and one was almost $11,000. Dominic did as much as he could in excavation of the pipe (roughly 2 ft x 5 ft) for the price he bid. I believe that Sure Comfort has done a lot of work for what we paid them. We are not done yet but I feel Sure Comfort is working hard to help us in a challenging situation.
Sure Comfort movie star water heater over about 18in so they could access the floor there was going to be have to be jackhammered up. They also cleared the trench and and stop digging once the pipe had good solid Integrity. They want up replacing a little over 15 feet of drain line and it had been bid for 35 feet. Because they didn't have to take it the full 35 feet they went and dropped the bed price on the repair by over $1, 200. So we wound up paying much less and what they did for it they're willing to adjust their willing to work with you they sealed up the trench everything it was you was a good job I have no complaints with Sure Comfort Plumbing. Job well done guys thank you very much.

Very terrible customer service. I have been trying to get an answer from Cheryl for about a month now. She has told us probably a dozen times that she would reach out and never has. We have had to follow up time and time again, but still have yet to receive an answer. The technician who came out, Jason, was very nice but didn't come prepared with the right equipment for the job that we hired him for.

This company is now my “go to” for my HVAC and plumbing needs. They have been professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are service oriented and professionally branded...this goes for the technicians and office staff. I would definitely recommend them.
I would highly recommend Sure Comfort and if I ever need another plumber, I know who to call. They were both very professional and quickly diagnosed where my leak was coming from. As I have old poly B pipes, they made a quick run for supplies and fixed the problem quickly. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other companies that I have used. My dog also really loved them, and she is a great judge of character.

Have to write how great these guys are. Called this week and needed a quick appointment on a big leak. They didn't have anyone available for a few days. Instead of leaving it there, she realized the importance of it and referred another plumber to help me. Leak got fixed quickly. Referral was great. I have used Sure Drain in the past as well and there service techs, pricing and work are all great.

I have been using Sure Drain Services since 2012 because they have always given me great customer service. As preventative maintenance, once a year we have our main sewer line cleaned. At my request, I get a reminder call every year to schedule an appointment for this routine service. Today Miguel came out and got the job done at a fair price. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way, was very professional in our home, and cleaned up, which was only a small amount of water on the basement floor. I like the fact that Sure Drain uses sewer and drain cleaning machines where the cable is enclosed to protect the walls, etc in your home! There is no trip charge and you get a quote on the spot. You can either accept or reject the quote for the work to be done.
Also, this is the second time Miguel has done work in our home. A few months ago he installed a new garbage disposal on Thanksgiving Day. The disposal works great and is much quieter than our old one. The cost was in between the low and high range for this area. In less than 30 minutes I had a working garbage disposal, and Thanksgiving Day was great!

I have used SureComfort’s plumbing services for a number of small jobs. These folks are true pros. My most recent call was a water/air hammer I couldn’t get rid of. Michael arrived on time, did some troubleshooting and recommend the best solution. He took extra time to visit about tankless water heaters and gave me the invaluable insight of pro. My experience with Sure Drain was excellent. Tracy completed several toilet rebuilds in the home that we just purchased as well as replacing the pressure reducing valve and rebuilding the tub faucets which were completely dysfunctional. He clearly identified the problems and gave us an estimate of the cost of repair. The cost of repair was very reasonable and less than half of the prior plumber's estimate. He did not try to sell us anything that we didn't need. Finally, he completed the work professionally. I will use Tracy on all of my plumbing needs going forward.

Our shower faucet had a hot water leak that was gradually getting worse. After doing some research, I was pretty sure that the washer or a rubber O-ring had failed on the handle. Unfortunately, this requires a plumber’s deep socket to fix. Since it was a simple job, we decided to have a plumber come out.
I reached out to Sure Comfort services and described the issue however they refused to provide an estimate. They would only state it would cost $45 to have a plumber dispatched. With a feeling of foreboding, I went ahead and set the appointment. However, for some reason, Sure Comfort decided to move our appointment without confirming. Naturally, when the plumber came to the house, no one was home. Luckily, there was a gap in their schedule and he was able to return 3 hours later.
He assessed the situation and confirmed my initial suspicion. He replaced a washer and spring. Total time for diagnostics, repair, billing and payment was a little over 30min. I thought great! Then came the invoice. Sure Fit Comfort somehow deemed that the service was worth $$350. You already pay the $45 for the visit so you are bound to pay the rest or lose that $45. This should have no more than $100. The washer/spring are roughly $10 for a set at Home Depot. I am completely disgusted with Sure Comfort Services and their exorbitant prices. The sad truth is when you get a professional, you expect to get ripped off a little, but this was excessive even with that expectation. Save yourself the trouble and book a plumber elsewhere!

Great company, dependable, honest and reasonable. Third time I've used them and never had a problem that wasn't fixed competently and promptly.
We called for a leaking water drain pipe in LL bathroom ceiling (coming from UL bathroom). Technician came and misdiagnosed the problem as simply the toilet bowl wax seal. Replaced that, and charged us $371. Leak still persisted and upon call back for return, found the actual leak, and instead of correcting their error, put a bandaid on it and quoted us up to $1000 for further work. Currently, all we have is a patch on a pipe that we take as a gamble for working in the future. This isn't quality warranty work. They left us with a hack job that provided poor customer service and insecure about the functionality of BOTH of oir bathrooms! Further discussikns, they only offere a 10% discount, and even further discussion only yielded $150 of original labor towards further work. We called another company for a second opinion and their quote to repair fell hundreds of dollars cheaper for repair work. We will never recommend this company to anyone.
Well after the good reviews we decided to give them a call. They came out to look for a leak we had in a shower drain pipe. My husband and I had an idea of where it was leaking from, and after looking around he agreed it was probably in that spot. He cut into the wall, replaced the small section of pipe and swept up the mess and on his way. To the tune of $606.00!!! We thought that was high so we had 2 other people stop by to give us quotes. One being $300 & one $380, so I emailed the company to ask why they would charge double, I get no response. Then I called and talked to the owner's wife and she did not have a reason but said she would have her husband call me. I have heard nothing. SO yes they will come out & fix your problem but charge you an arm & a leg to do it.

He showed me the pricing for the work which needed to be done and demonstrated concern for doing the work in a cost effective manner. He took time to be sure he understood the problem, discussed potential solutions with me, and was careful with our floors and cabinets. I was especially pleased that he tested his work twice to be sure that everything was working and that there were no leaks. There was one difficult problem, and he took time to figure out a solution and discussed his ideas with me. He was personable and communicated very well. He represented your company very well. The next time we need service, we will ask for him.

These guys regularly service our rental property for main line cleaning. But when my elderly parents had an emergency sewer backup at their home Jason and Dillon were there urgently to get my parents up and running! They were accommodating in doing an additional service of replacing their toilet that caused the problem on the spot. They are reasonably priced and dependable. We highly recommend them!

We had an issue with one of our sinks/garbage disposals causing a backup and Pure Service Plumbing (specifically Jason) was super responsive, helpful and provided excellent service. I called at 5pm on a Wednesday evening and they were able to send someone out first thing the next morning and walked us through what water was okay to use versus not use in the next few hours before they could get someone out to us.
They showed up on time, gave us upfront information about pricing and did a great job fixing our issue. We would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again for any plumbing needs we may have!

Miguel was professional and helpful when I had an issue back in July. One of the replacements he installed didn't have the same functionality as the original. The shut off for the sprinklers didn't have a draining valve to empty the pipes come winter. I didn't notice this until it came time to clear the lines for the colder months. To Miguel and Sure Drains credit, i called them when i noticed and he came out the jext day and made it right, free of charge! That's the kind of stand up customer service you should expect, but you just don't see too often. I would recommend Sure Drain. Fair prices, honest and helpful staff.

I had a very welcomed experience with this company. I called short notice for a gas test installation for a new gas line installed by a different company. Sure Comfort was able to accommodate very quickly, and was very communicative about the time window they would be arriving. Michal was the technician that arrived and was very friendly, and knowledgeable. If we need plumbing done with any future projects, we will absolutely be using this company again.

I had an excellent experience with Sure Comfort Services when dealing with a clogged kitchen drain. I was able to get an appointment quickly and hassle free.
Dominic was the tech and he was on time and friendly when he came to my house. He was respectful of my home and took care to make sure none of my property would be damaged while he fixed the issue before starting.
I was provided a quote before the work started. I felt the price was fair and worth every penny.
After fixing the clog, Dominic gave me advice to prevent the issue from reoccurring and what types of products would be the least expensive. He likes dogs too, so he's good in my book!
Sure Comfort will be my first call for any work I need done in the future.

I recently had a water leak in one of my second floor bathrooms. I had originally called Einstein Plumbing but they were booked for a couple of weeks and referred me to Sure Drain. Boy am I glad for that referral!! Cheryl in the office was so helpful. If it weren't for her knowledgable guidance I probably would have bigger a mess on my hands. She got me in contact with Flood Pro for remediation work right away and booked Jason to come out with the remediation team. The service only got better once Jason arrived and was able to identify the exact issue. Plus, the quote for the work was more than fair! The work hasn't been completed yet due to the necessary remediation to sanitize and dry things out. But I have full confidence that the job will get done right and well!
Pat came to our house very quickly even though we called on a holiday weekend. He found the problem within 5 minutes and was incredibly helpful! I highly recommend calling them!

Our sprinklers had been making a banging sound for months this summer. After having multiple sprinkler companies out with no luck in diagnosing the issue, we called Sure Comfort our to see if they could fix it. Dylan came out late in the evening (on his birthday!) and was able to immediately troubleshoot and fixed the problem with our pressure regulating valve. We are so relieved to not have to listen to the awful noise every time the sprinklers run! He was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything to us, impressive since he was at the end of a very long day! We will definitely be calling these guys for any plumbing needs. They seem honest and their prices were reasonable.
We've had SureComfort out several times to service our furnace, AC, and water heater. Each time, they have arrived on-time. Their crew is always friendly and professional. They seem to take a conservative approach, and don't push useless services on us (in fact, more often they have talked me out of work that was unnecessary).

Had company come out in October to give us an estimate on installing a shower handle and valve. The technician quoted me 150.00. I hired them and scheduled to the work to be completed. They canceled on me 3 different times on the day of service due to miscellaneous different issues. Fast forward to February. The plumber finally shows up to complete the installation. He proceeds to tell me that this is not a 150 job but that it will cost 650. I said that is not good customer service as I would have had any plumber complete this job over the last four months but we patiently waited for them due to the lower cost. He gets his supervisor on the phone. She said nothing to help with customer service. He talks about me as if I wasn’t there in a very rude manner saying I was upset and didn’t want to pay the 650. She said “ yes we want to make the customer happy” he interrupts and says “ok I’ll talk to you from the car I’m going to get out of here”. Then gets his tools and leaves without an apology or even a goodbye. I have never been treated so rudely. This has been a nightmare working with this company. Save yourself the trouble and DONT hire them.

Called Sure Comfort Services at 8:15AM. Scheduled an appointment for 13:00 - 15:00hrs. The technician (Miguel) let me know via phone at 13:05 he'd arrived, confirmed what condo unit I was in. He looked at a repair that was needed, but wasn't an immediate crisis for me and sent me an estimate and let me know what would need to be done and why to make that happen. He proceeded on to the more pressing issue at hand and took care of everything. He departed about an hour later. He made sure the sink was working fine and draining as expected before he left. The technician was personable, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for sending Miguel. I hope everyone gets the service I enjoyed.
Needed a new gas hookup installed quickly before a new appliance was delivered. They were able to come the next day and got it done at no hassle for a fair price.

5/28/17 - How long should it take for a company to make it right when they damage property? It's been six months with some promises to make it right, but no action. I contracted to have them install a new toilet in my rental which they did on December 2016. However, in doing it, they tore up the bathroom linoleum floor. We've called and emailed numerous times, and several times they promised that their repair person would make contact with us and make it right. I feel like the spurned lover,... sitting, waiting, with no contact or follow through. They charge top dollar for their service. You would think they would provide top service for it. Not in my case!
Absolutely hands down the most professional plumbing service I have ever used!! My utility sink started filing up when I started a load of linens that I needed for work the following day. I spoke with Jason and he came out that next morning to resolve the issue before my work day started. I will be using Jason from Pure Drain Services for all of my future plumbing needs. Courteous, reliable and undoubtedly a master at his craft.

My 10 year old water heater for my house needed replacement and I came across Jason in my search for quality companies with a fair price. In this process, Jason stood out from the pack for his responsiveness, professionalism and overall determination to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

They had to cut out part of my ceiling to get to the leak but made the smallest hole they possibly could in hopes it wouldn't cost to much to repair it. Yikes! Where does one start... Overall, this is an unethical and sexist company.
I called Jason over one evening to fix a clean water leak and he happily assisted in tightening a loose nut on my main water valve. Due to this generous gesture I asked him to return to quote additional problem areas in my master bath. Upon his return, he returned with a reckless contractor that he had decided to hire that day and pass off on the job he quoted me.
Let's make a long story short... Jason had no idea that Eric, the new employee was looking to meet new people to socialize and thought that Sure Drain would be a great way to facilitate his need to hit on customers in front of their children. Mortified yet? Well I can tell you I was!!!!!
My sons and I were trapped in our home for 8 hours the first day while the sketchy employee worked on our plumbing (slow leak...). Jason returns to explain that Eric is capable of completing the job the following day. Upon Creepy's return he has worked another entire day cutting tile and promising that he would complete the job quickly without much disruption. Meanwhile, my sons and I (single mother) are waiting for him to complete the job, which takes another 8 hours...and finally when I tell Eric it's time to leave (job still not done) he proceeds to ask me out dancing IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN!
Wait... there is more: I complain to Jason who is allegedly mortified and offers to send a friend out who does tile work that the employee failed to complete before he harassed me in my home, who never follows through and proceeds to send collection invoices to me over a period of 3 months. Let's not forget, I requested this work in November, fixed it myself in February and had to call a new plumber out (not real trusting at this point) to repair the work that Sure Drain did at my home.
Overall, I am disgusted and you'd fair well not to use this unethical company.
Had some issues with getting a hard to find part but they stuck to it and stayed with it until we found the right part and got it installed. Highly recommend.
Right after New Year's Eve, I woke up to a water heater leaking down from my top floor. In my panic, I immediately reached out to Sure Comfort since they helped me in the past with replacing some valves during a bathroom remodel. Cheryl not only talked me off a panicked ledge, but talked me through diagnosing and trying to determine what the issue was. In her extremely busy day she assisted with learning the history of MY exact water heater, what warranty may or may not be available (who I needed to contact in order to determine that), what the best deal available for me was to install a brand new water heater since it was determined that my existing one was shot, assisted me with getting the proper financing set up (AWESOME feature for expensive emergencies), and lastly dispatched Miguel to my home. Miguel was personable, efficient, knowledgeable, kind, diligent, and a Denver Nuggets fan; all awesome qualities to me! All in the same day that Cheryl worked with me diligently on the phone, Miguel made it to my house, further diagnosed and affirmed the problem, removed my old water heater, and had me back up and running. I will never use a different company other than Sure Comfort because of these 2 individuals. Thank you!!

Terrible service, job not completed as promised. Additional techs sent out without any information or proper parts to complete job. Promises made and not lived up to, which caused a huge inconvenience for the family. Took time off of work to be done to only be told they could not complete . Simple shower project, moving water lines in rough in area to accommodate new shower. Rough in means exposed ceiling and walls with access to all piping. Would never recommend.

Ghosted me after services when I had a leak. Thought something was wrong with him so gave him two week's grace and noticed my check was cashed. Never responded to my calls or texts. Never even received an invoice from him.
Answered the phone right away. Very friendly and they squeezed my emergency in. Showed up as promised . quick and clean
This company is amazing. This is the second time I have requested service from them for my furnace. I called at the close of business Friday night due to my furnace malfunctioning and spoke with Cheryl (sp?) and she tried her best to get a tech out before Sunday. Unfortunately they were unable to but offered to place my family in a hotel or bring space heaters of their own into my house because of the extremely low temperatures this weekend. I could not believe that a company would be willing to go so above and beyond for their clients! It really brought tears to my eyes. Problem is now fixed and we were told that chances are a part may need to be replaced soon, but should be good to go for the time being. Easiest and cheapest route to take while I get a home warranty in order. Prices are more than reasonable. Techs are friendly and knowledgeable. This company has a customer for life! Thank you so much!!

Tracy was awesome. Our house had all kinds of problems - a clog way down deep in the septic system, clogged floor drain, and a worn-out basement sink that's so old the parts haven't been made for decades. Tracy solved all these problems. There are more issues that are outside of his main expertise, such as the hot well water that smells like sulfur, but he had good recommendations on what we could do to solve it in the most cost-effective way.
They are polite and prompt, but they will not quote you any prices over the phone and charge you $45 for a diagnostic. When they get there, they will charge about 10x the price that it should be for the job. They wanted to charge me $275 each for 3 toilets for just under $800 to replace the inner workings of a toilet which will cost you $15 for parts at Home Depot. I told them to cancel the job, paid the diagnostic fee and found someone to do the job for $25 to replace the innards for the two toilets that needed it and had one toilet newly installed all for $230. Angie's List failed me on this one. Unless you REALLY need a plumber for an emergency, I would look elsewhere.
Miguel at Sure Drain was a very friendly person. Working late on a Friday he had no issues taking the time required that my troubleshooting needed. No problem getting dirty either.
All in all I'd say an overall great experience with Miguel and so far so good on my plumbing concerns. Thanks Miguel

These are the problem solvers! They answer their phone! I've had numerous plumbing issues. I had 3 other companies companies come out and none of them fixed the problem. They just gave up. I called Sure comfort and they stayed and found the source of the problem. Cleaned up the debris from the repair even. Cheryl runs the office and she is fabulous! Definitely make this your first call when you need a plumber.

We had called a few other places and had gone with another plumber. That plumber failed big time and left me with a leaky propane system. Pat the operations manager was the guy who came out and evaluated our problem and then followed through. He worked in freezing temps and got the job done right! We have been nothing but pleased with Pat and his work, his response time to my calls and ability to solve our problems in a timely manner was great. We can't recommend Sure drain enough. We will use them for all our future plumbing needs. Thanks Pat you did a great job!!

I called Sure Comfort Services in the morning when I found out my short-term rental home’s A/C was blowing warm air and a guest was due that afternoon! I needed immediate help and they provided it. Ryan the technician got there by afternoon and had all the tools and knowhow to get me up and running in no time. Mike came out and quickly diagnosed my problem with a leaking shower, thoroughly explained what was happening, and because it was a pretty simple repair, made the recommendation that I go to Home Depot for a couple of inexpensive parts and do the repair myself to help save some money on what would likely be a 15 minute job. I can't say enough how i much appreciate Mike's honesty the fact that he didn't try to pressure me into spending money for something that I can easily take care of myself. They installed a hot water recirculator and a whole house humidifier for us in our new home. The installation only took a few hours and was priced very reasonably. And it's been so great having the air not be dry and our taps not be freezing cold! Very happy with how easy the process was to schedule the service, and how professional and knowledgeable our installer was. We will definitely be using Sure Comfort again for all our HVAC and plumbing needs.

MIke and Pat arrived right on time, were very polite and professional. They quickly assessed the different items I wanted handled and completely explained each repair while giving me the repair estimate. I agreed to the repair estimate as their pricing seemed fair. They wore booties over their boots, quick to make the repairs and then fully explained each repair by showing me the different repairs/upgrades and made sure they were acceptable to me. I was very pleased with the work, their cleanup, professionalism and expertise. Too bad all plumbers can't be at least half as good as these guys.

Answered the phone on a Sunday and the tech (Michael) was there within an hour. They also arranged and dispatched a mitigation company who arrived within 40 minutes and helped me move all my stuff out of my finished basement and started the necessary work. Michael was professional, friendly and did quality work as far as I can tell.
I feel so lucky to have found this company. Pat and his staff are honest, professional and over the top competent. Pat quickly identified the issue with our system that had puzzled folks from two other companies. He then fixed the problem for about 20% the cost that another plumber from a large local company was going to charge! Sure Comfort is my new go-to for all things HVAC/Plumbing, etc--so thankful!

Jason, Pat and the Team did an AMAZING job on our 3,000 sq ft basement last week!!! They had to dig out a ton of concrete and re set the pipes and plumbing, very hard nasty work and they killed it. Now our basement layout for the Bathroom & Kitchen/Bar is exactly how we want it. PLUS...the 5 new HVAC lines are way better than we had down in the basement!!! Jason was outstanding. He was friendly, personable and very professional. He even suggested a less expensive option for a service that I requested. Sure Comfort was recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely refer others to them as well.
I got referred to this company by a friend who had had a great experience with them. My old Denver bungalow is a rental, and the renter had called to tell me the house was at 59 degrees and the heat wouldn't stay on. I was thrilled when someone picked up the phone when I called after hours in a panic. She was very accommodating and we set up a time that fit into the renter's schedule the next day. Mike T was timely, super thorough, efficient, and clear with my renter and again with me when I gave him a call back. The price was lower than I expected. I'm definitely going to have them come back out to this and to my own house for maintenance on my systems!

SureDrain gets out to us quickly when we have issues. Repairs are very reliable. The only time we had an issue with a repair, the replacement part failed after one day, and they were back out to correct it the next business day.

Tracy was very helpful with his explanation of what was going on with my shower. Good diagnosis and didn't overcharge me either.
Excellent service, they will follow up with me when they find the part for my old pellet stove. Highly recommend Sure Drain and the tech guy Pat.
