I had to call 911 the day before and have the fire department come out because something was burning in my attic, and they recommended getting my furnace inspected. Ryan and Andrew were on time, extremely professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my furnace was functioning properly to ensure I’d have no more issues, and said to call them directly if anything else happened with the system. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Had another company out, high 5 plumbing, and they said “they could t snake my line” and immediately tried to up charge to the “jet cleaning”. I declined. When Jose came out from bell he not only was able to snake the line but gave me tips on how to keep it clean and had me sign me for the annual membership. What a great value!10/10 love this company.

The people I met at my home very nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. They called in a closer to review the options and to get the deal closed. That was all a great job…until I saw the numbers. I thought they were much too high. I would have liked to use them.

I had a very bad clog in the basement and everything came out of the toilet from the washer. It was a mess. This is the first home I owned so I got a little scared. I called Profesional Plumbers Denver and they sent Lance. He was amazing. He arrived at 6:30pm and left at 1:45am. He had a lot of work to do and he never gave up on getting it unplugged. It took longer but because he didn't give up. He cared enough to stay and get the job done properly. I really appreciate Lance. This company comes highly recommend, especially if all the employees are like Lance. Thank you!

This company is highly over priced. You can get the same licensed, insured, professional and timely service from other companies. Call around first unlike me, and pay about 60% less for repairs. Contact me and I'll be glad to send you names of companies I found...after the fact.

Nate at To the T is a miracle worker! We had a project of downsizing our fireplace recently and knew there might be an issue once we opened up the wall. Sure enough, we had plumbing and hvac vents that needed to be moved over about 2-3 feet into a VERY tight space and then redirected to our basement plumbing! Somehow Nate did it and helped to keep our remodel project on time! On top of that, we discovered an unrelated kitchen pipe that burst in the middle of the project and Nate came to the rescue again! Richie was great. He explained everything and made some suggestions that saved me money. He then went right to work and got the job done and it all looks and works great.

I had to have the workers return 3 times to fix the overflow in my tub, and it still was never fixed.

Vincent came earlier than expected which was great. He got to work right away and cleared our drain. When he was finished he cleaned up the work area so it looked like he wasn’t even there. Now the sink drains perfectly. I would definitely recommend Done plumbing and highly recommend Vincent. Vincent is a true professional
