Ross V. was doing service at our apartment and he did the job well and in a timely manner. He finished his job sooner than expected and he was very friendly. We are very thankful for the advice he gave us about the issues occurring since we’ve been living here and it help us understand what was causing the problem he was fixing. I appreciate everything he did, future reference he’s awesome and reliable!!

Josh very efficiently replaced the supply lines to our water heater and installed a new shut-off valve. He was polite and personable, letting us know how exactly he thought the problem would be best solved and then completing the work within the estimated time frame.

I manage a gym and everytime we have any plumbing issues I contact Quality First. I had a previously scheduled an appointment for one item but had another to add to the list. I informed Ross of the scheduled problem and the second one ans he was able to get the job done quickly even with having to leave and pick up items. Great and friendly guy and great service!

Damen was the dispatcher and got on the incident very quickly. Tyler came to unclog our drains after a kitchen flooding and he was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. The issue was fixed in no time.

Phil and Carson were top notch professionals! It was honestly the little things they did that meant the most. Wearing foot coverings, wiping their feet, asking questions and giving me options. As well as teaching me a few things about my new home. I would definitely recommend anyone to this company and specifically them!

I use Quality First at two house, our large one and my son's house too, because of the faith in Quality First's work. We had a water heating and basement pump problem today. Had Quality First Plumbing & Heating out to do a sewer line inspection and a malfunctioning toilet which would not flush properly and would frequently not shut off. Josh C and Ned were punctual, professional, curteous, and honest. The toilet repair solved the problems and the sewer line inspection was flawless. They did a great job. They ensured that there were no clean up issues. My one quibble is the price of the toilet repair seemed a tad high, but not unreasonable. I have used Quality First Plumbing & Heating in the past and will definitely use them again in the future.

Professional, efficient and effective! Jerry and Shane replaced a blower motor on our HVAC unit giving us peace of mind that our home will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They provided excellent customer service, answered all of my questions and offered helpful tips on how to maintain the HVAC system at peak efficiency. These guys were fantastic from start to finish. Ross the plumber they sent out was extremely professional and efficient. While he inspected my entire house he didn't hard sell me on anything. He replaced a back flow preventor, sump pump, pop up drain, supply valves under the toilets as fixed a leaky tub. I would definitely recommend these guys and will use them again.

The day before I left town, I discovered my water heater leaking. I called Quality 1st Plumbing, found them on Dave Logan's List, to see if they could send someone over that day & possibly replace it then. They sent someone that afternoon-Jacob Jones. He was very pleasant and informative. It was more involved than I thought it would be so the estimated cost was more and the time to do it was longer then I anticipated. Despite the hour he worked methodically to get the job done and took care not to make a huge mess. Jacob was great and checked it a few times before he left to make sure everything was done correctly. He was very conscientious. I would definitely recommend them. I'm not sure how often this is said, but my new water heater looks very nice. Thanks Jacob.

Wonderful experience! Christy on the phone was extremely friendly and professional and went above and beyond to get me service the same night, which was amazing. My 9 year old and I would have had no water all night without her doing everything she could to get us service the same night. Greg was the professional that came out and he was very bit as friendly and professional as Christy. He was also extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better team! I would trust them again and will refer to them!

I met with Jordan last week. After some reviews of my home and discussion on my need for a whole home humidifier, Jordan and I agreed on an Aprilaire600.Later that day Chris and Nate arrived to install the humidifier. Brad Wieties fixed my sump pump today, gave pricing for a new one in the future and informed me of what to do should this happen again. Brad went one step further and contacted a water mitigation company and let me set up an appointment using his cell phone. I am very pleased and enjoyed my interaction with Brad today.

I just had the folks at Quality First Plumbing install a Hot & Cold water faucet in my garage. I cannot say enough about how great of experience this was for me. From the time they answered the phone until the project was complete, everything went EXACTLY as it should. I love the fact that they call when they are getting ready to head to your home and give you an ETA. The Plumber, Brian, was fantastic! He explained what he was doing, was professional, courteous, and very appreciative of us allowing him to work in our home. These folks Simply Get Customer Service and did a great job and a fair price, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Quality First Plumbing to anyone needing a reliable & professional plumber!

I live in the holy grail of McGyvered homes. I called Quality First to help assess a situation where the previous owners installed a sink into which our washer drained into (sigh). Emilio arrived during the window provided and was very professional. After discussing what he had found he suggested bringing in the Field Super for a second assessment. (they didn't charge for another trip charge)When Emilio returned with the Field Super they assessed the issue and discussed options. They were very informative and open about what would be the best long-term solution. We decided on an series of fixes and Emilio got right to work. He did a great job! Thank you!

Fantastic service - far exceeded expectations! Chris M. made sure our hvac system is working properly - replaced dampers, installed a condensate neutralizer, sealed duct work, wired the electrical, and left our home spotlessly clean. We moved into a new house that had a badly out dated water heater. We reached out to Quality first on recommendation of a friend and had a wonderful experience. The office was friendly and called with several reminders and was very amenable to scheduling an estimate appointment for us on the weekend. Austin Friend came out and took a look at the system, he was able to give us options and answer all the questions we had. We decided to move forward after being provided a reasonable quote to replace the old water heater (22 years old). Austin was very friendly and knowledgeable he even located a few pipes that the previous owner had out of code and helped us get them repaired properly.Overall, great customer service, very friendly office staff, knowledgeable technician (Austin) and also very friendly and up front about costs etc.Thank you for the great service !Thomas

This time I was having AC issues and submitted an inquiry online and Corie called me quickly and was very friendly on the phone. Five-star service, start to finish! On Saturday, October 26th, I had scheduled APC Plumbing to come out and do an inspection and change the filter on my old furnace; Steven, the gentleman who came out was very nice and professional, but after taking a look at my furnace and taking photos, he told me he could not service the furnace due to extreme rust and potential compromise. He told me the heat exchanger could very possibly be leaking and recommended the furnace be replaced with an Amana 40,000, BTU two-stage. For that, he he quoted $5265.00 He also recommended all of the gas lines in the crawlspace be replaced. This would cost an additional $1200.00. If I wanted a permit (optional) there would be an additional $200 charge. Not too bad, but I wanted a second opinion, so I called Quality FirstKristin answered the phone. She was so pleasant! I explained my issue to her, and asked if she could get someone out in the same day. It was a couple hours later when Nate showed up. What a nice gentleman! I explained to him what APC had informed me of. He went into the crawlspace and actually observed how my furnace worked. He did confirm it was in need of replacement and ran a CO test to confirm a 5 or 6 ppm coming through my vents. However, he also was knowledgeable in explaining to me WHY that was happening and showed me all the parts and pieces involved. He contacted Jordan, Quality First's sales guy and scheduled for him to come out Monday. In the meantime, Jordan even offered to bring some space heaters by, as we were approaching record-cold temps! Jordan was right on time on Monday, and quoted me only what was NECESSARY! Replaced the furnace with an Amana 80,000 BTU two-stage, an updated thermostat, replaced the return ducting with insulated flex, and the gas lines and shutoff valve to the furnace, and included the permit for $4800.00! Tyler and Cody were out to do the work on that following Wednesday. They worked well together and were passionate about what they were doing. After the job was done, Cody showed me all of the parts and pieces he replaced, where and how to turn off the gas and electricity to the furnace if needed, and how to replace the filter myself. Tyler was very helpful with the thermostat and he even wired it for A/C if/when I decide to replace my air conditioner. Their production manager, Ricky, even came out to check on the job. My furnace is lovely, my home is warm and I have had no issues. THANK YOU QUALITY FIRST! I will always call them in the future because of this superior first experience!

Zach S. was the best!!! Woke up to water dripping from our heating duct in the basement and he was able to find out where it was coming from and start fixing the problem within the hour. Having him in the house was like having a good friend over, he was super respectful and delightful to talk to. Enjoy every minute of his company and the work he did was amazing. Will highly recommend Zach to anyone who needs any sort of plumbing job done. Thank you so much Zach.

Greg Smith, Service Expert, just left my home and fixed what two other plumbing companies couldn't in about 30 minutes! The first company Peak 360 Services sent a service person who barely spoke English and told me he fixed the issue installing a new shut-off valve to my home. I went down a day later to water spewing out of the pipe and about 4k dollars worth of damage to my personal belongings! I called Peak 360 who contracted another plumber to come in and they told me the water would need to be shut off in order for him to fix the problem! I called Quality First Plumbing & Heating on a Sunday morning 7/28/19 and they had Greg Smith here by 6:30 pm as I still had water leaking out of the pipe since Friday! Greg was extremely professional and actually wore shoe covers, neither of the other two companies did. Greg fixed my problem and I now will enjoy a hot shower and water in my home because he was able to solve the issue in around 30 minutes! I will ONLY recommend Quality First Plumbing & Heating to everyone I know as I have found out there are a lot of plumbing companies out there that have service people that have NO IDEA what they are doing!Thank you again Greg Smith!

Quality first has been my go to since taking over the property I am now at. They are always professional and always do great quality of work. Ross is the preferred technician I ask for any time I can. Ross does great work and also goes above and beyond and offers the best customer service. For any job big or small quality first can handle them all.

Jerry was very professional and honest. He did his best to figure out the issue and explained what the next steps would be to get the A/C serviced.Thomas & David came out to the house the same day as Jerry. They were extremely knowledgeable. They added a pressure gauge/valve so that the water pressure in the house would all be the same and regulate any pressure changes from the city water pressure. They had to drain the whole house to complete the repair. They informed me of what was happening every step of the way. Would 100% recommend Quality First

Zach, the technician, provided quality service and information. After inspecting our leaking water heater tank, he provided multiple solutions for us to decide on and then proceeded with prompt repairs. If we ever need the types of services that Quality First provides in the future, we will be contacting them first.

For plumber of Quality First Plumbing and Heating, Eli Easter. Eli is the most likable plumber I ever used. He knows his trade and was great to talk with. He informed me about everything I needed to know. My system is working fine now. I think the price could be a bit lower for a clogged toilet problem. But that's a management decision. Apology for taking a month to respond. I will use their service again if needed.

Had Brad out today to snake my drains. He was honest and upfront and I appreciate that. So many people in this business try to upsell you things you don't need, so having full transparency as far as cost and service is almost a lost art. I have used Quality First many times and they will continue to be my Go-To plumbing service moving forward.

In buying a new home and selling our old home over the last 2 years, we have dealt with NUMEROUS companies!! This is by far was the most professional and easy to work with of any of these companies! Christy was GREAT with scheduling and making sure to let us know when Jacob and James would be here. Our air conditioner went out and they were able to get us on their schedule quickly. James and Jacob not only arrived on time, but a little early. They were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly! I will recommend this company to everyone I know! After trying to resolve an issue with my radiant heat multiple times directly with Quality First, I am unfortunately left with no other option than to leave a negative review. I hired Quality First to replace a zone valve in my condominium that was producing extremely loud knocking noises every 10 min in my hot water baseboard. These knocking noises were loud enough that I was receiving noise complaints from my upstairs/downstairs neighbors.This was a known issue that I clearly communicated with Quality First; I had multiple HVAC companies diagnose the issue (Bell Plumbing & Brothers Plumbing/Heating) in addition to my property manager reaching out to them about having work done to my unit.When QF visited to provide an estimate, I was told that my zone valve looked fine, but that I needed to replace my isolation valves in addition to purging the main boiler in my building. While confused about the zone valve not needing to be replaced, I was more than happy to upgrade my isolation valves if that was what it took to fix the problem. During the second visit, two technicians worked on replacing my isolation valves for about 8 hours. Over the course of that day, they lost my condominium’s boiler room key, burnt a portion of my wall, and left a mess underneath my baseboards (metal shavings, copper pipe cutoffs, etc) that I had to clean up. After completion of this part of the job, the temperature in my condominium was stuck at about 80 degrees.I immediately called Quality First to let them know that my temperature was stuck in my condominium. Quality First sent a new set of technicians to my unit, who immediately recognized that the zone valve was faulty and needed to be replaced. After communicating my frustration with the technicians that I had known this was the problem the whole time, they explained that “they couldn’t speak for their coworker's work/diagnosis” and told me that I needed to pay for a new zone valve. This replacement took about 20 minutes to complete and cost $350.This interaction didn’t sit right with me, and I called Quality First the next day to express my disappointment and frustration that I was being charged for a known problem due to differing degrees of understanding among the technicians. To QF’s credit, they refunded me for the second trip and apologized. Unfortunately, I’m now back to where I began. While I have new zone and isolation valves in my unit, I continue to have obnoxiously loud knocking noises. I called QF again when this (re)started, and they told me I’d need a different kind of zone valve if I wanted to stop the knocking sound (an additional $1,000). If this was the known solution from the beginning, why wasn’t it done properly in the first place? “I can’t speak for my colleague’s work” and “we’ll make sure this is in the training manual” are not appropriate responses when errors are made. For the amount I paid, I expect professionalism. I now have to start over with a new company.

Brian S came to fix my mother’s toilet that had been leaking. He was extremely professional and walked us both through the entire process from start to finish. He was also on time, efficient, and extremely friendly.

Had a problem with water backing up in a floor drain in the basement. Oddly the issue resolved itself but called Quality First as I saw mostly good reviews on Google. I did not want to take a chance it would happen again. Zachery came out and was very professional and ran a camera through the entire line which showed no obstruction. Zachery explained that it was just likely a temporary blockage of some sort that was cleared after enough pressure forced it all the way through. Watching the live video of the camera feed certainly gave me peace of mind that there was not a serious issue of some sort. I would recommend this company to my friends! Zachery was great!

Put in a service call for a shampoo cap that went down the drain. Briggs Weaks responded very quickly and was extremely professional. He put our minds at ease and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommend Briggs and Quality First Plumbing and Heating!

My sister contacted Quality First Service Group to repair a plumbing leak in our basement sink. Brad was our Service Technician, he was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure that we understood the problem with the sink, what needed to be done to fix it and what the cost would be prior to the job. He answered all of our questions and also explained the plan options. This is the second time that we have contacted this company and had a positive experience.

My experience with them was good from start to finish. I called and a friendly person answered the phone quickly each time I called (same job, I just had questions before it got started). They were also very proactive in their communication, giving me updates as the day/time was approaching. The technician, Ray W, arrived on early. He was super friendly and courteous. Big smile behind the mask. Always had booties on in the house, always wore his mask. Never complained about it. He did a great job and even tolerated my I'd love to know how you did _____ questions. My job was expensive, but I know the parts cost and given the time he spent at my house, I felt the value was fair for the price paid. I'd definitely use them again and I'd ask for Ray again as well.

Josh and Justin were awesome. Assessed the problem, provided me with options, and fixed my plumbing issues accordingly. Also, both were very friendly and informative. Will definitely use their services again in the future.

I had a water main line (valve) break in my townhome (which as a first experience) learned I had to contact the HOA in order to get the main water shut off to the entire building (just to fix mine). I also learned I would have had to have had to contact Denver Water and “make an appointment” for someone to come out in 48 hours or more, even though it was a water emergency!! This company (Emily was the wonderful woman I spoke to on the phone and was extremely patient and kind with me!)...she was not only able to work with my HOA company and work the proper communication between them and Denver water, I was able to get a scheduled time within 12 hours to have everything done completely. They were there in the window that was given and I felt the work was done well! (Pete was my technician and he was wonderful as well !) The only thing I’d say that was a little frustrating and I don’t believe it’s their fault but I had to pay a commercial water shut off fee and that was a bit frustrating but again I don’t believe that’s them, that’s just standard and it’s based on how my building and my HOA functions. Overall though, I would highly recommend!

We had Ross V. out from Quality First today due to leaking water in the basement. Ross was excellent and it explaining the situation and did an excellent job. Very professional and skilled. I’d recommend their service any time.

Brian Schmahl did an awesome job, fixed our disposal super quickly and even found and repaired another leak that I didn't realize was there. Very friendly and professional, will definitely use again!

Excellent company. Great dispatchers. Timely. Carson came out and did an outstanding job on a faucet installation and some other needed replacements. I found out a couple days later one of the hoses replaced was leaking and called them and they had Carson back out within an hour of calling them, on a Saturday. Impressive. Just a manufacturers defect on the hose, happens. All good now. Highly recommended.

My hot water heater decided to die during the night, and after a cool shower on a cool fall morning, I called Quality First Plumbing & Heating. They came up first on Google as a plumber near me so I took a chance, and I'm happy with the result. Jacob Jones was extremely competent, polite and did a fabulous job of replacing the hot water heater, and saving us money by checking on the warranty (savings $1500!). He also replaced a pressure valve that was bad and noisy. He cleaned up and left the area looking nice and neat. I would highly recommend Quality First Plumbing & Heating. I hope I don't have to call, again, but if I do, they will be my first choice! Thanks Jacob for such a fantastic job!

Called my HOA regarding clogged drain. They sent quality first. Then, I paid them $244 to unclog the drain, AND they charged my HOA $144 {which I had to pay) for the same service}. This company is an unethical BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS. When I spoke with the company I got a bunch of double talk from an Emily who did nothing to assist me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

With the recent 100 degrees heat we been having our AC wasn’t blowing the cold air and not cooling the house down. Thank you Q1SG for fitting us in such notice. Patrick came out and he is very knowledgeable on the AC and went through every steps on what he was working on, showing us pictures, and expanding how it will be fix. He got it all clean up and running with cold air coming through the house in no time. The service he give was above and beyond our expectations. A huge thank you Patrick!

We recently had what seemed like a small plumbing job turn into a big job. Randy, Phil, Brian & Wayne all solved our sewer line problem. They stuck with it over the course of 2 days and really seemed to take solving the problem personally. It's refreshing to find a contractor be that determined - rather than pack it in. Would recommend Quality First to others and will use again in the future.

Replaced the faucet in our backyard that froze in the winter. First technician came over and quoted $650 repair to replace the faucet. It needed to be re-drilled, so I knew it would be a little more expensive but it turns out that a different provider would have completed this for $350. I agreed to have the work completed. The first technician did not complete the work. After I paid, he informed me that he ran out of foam sealant and I should go to Home Depot, buy some and finish the job for him. After this strange comment, I decided to inspect his work and found out that he did not mount the faucet into the wall. He also failed to clean up after his drilling and left a mess in my basement. Customer service called in to check on my appointment and I shared my concerns. They sent a different technician over the next day that finished the work and cleaned up the mess. Overall - The price quoted was double what other providers offered and the technician did not complete his work and did a poor job of installing the faucet. I appreciate that they follow up with their customers and contacted me to fix the issues right away.

We had a plumbing emergency late Saturday afternoon in an apartment builiding. A water valve did not shutoff and we were creating a flood on the 7th floor of an apartment builidng. We called 6 plumbers before calling Quality First who responded immediately. TJ arrived within the hour and stopped the flooding and divert the water into the kitchen sink. He recommended that all valves be replaced asap--since the only way the repair could be completed is if the water was shutoff for all 65 other building residents. TJ returned on time and completed the valve change in half the time estimated so we could turn the water back on for the building. TJ is articulate, responsive, efficient and effective, and best of all, our Quality First hero - he most certainly put Quality first in our case. We have learned our lesson, and will call the Quality First team the first time. They are professional, responsive and a terrific value!

This is the 2nd time I have called on Quality First Plumbing and Heating. In both instances I was pleased with the timeliness and quality of service.In this most recent call, Paul showed up inside the predicted time window (Quality First had kept me up to date several times letting me know when Paul would arrive). Paul was exceptionally polite and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He covered costs with me every step of the way.It is because of people like Paul and Quality First's customer service that I will continue to call this company, and recommend them to everyone I know.

Absolutely amazing!!!! Pete and Beau arrived shortly after I called the office to request help with our leaking kitchen sink. They were friendly and informative. The repair was fixed quickly! From the beginning, the person who scheduled my appointment was very courteous. I received a phone call on Sunday evening to confirm a Monday morning appointment. Then again received a call when the technicians were on their way. Dan and Pete were very courteous and explained everything that went into the estimate. Phil and David tended to the water leak in one of our condo units which was caused by a clogged toilet. The leak resulted in significant damage to the neighboring unit as well as damage to the common elements. They both were very professional and patient while working with residents to remedy the issue. They provided expert opinion on a possible temporary fix, but warned that it won't be cost effective. They ended up getting permission to enter the unit where they determined the source of the leak was and ultimately found and fixed the problem. Phil talked to the unit owner advising her that her toilet needs to be replaced in order to avoid further incidents of the same nature. They worked on the problem for over 3 hours ultimately providing solution, which enabled 48 residents of the building to have their water turned back on the same day instead of having to wait until the next morning. Thank you, Phil and David for your professionalism and care. My technicion was Chris Rosales. Our furnace failed when the temperature was 10F. Chris arrived promptly at 9:30am and worked without stop until 5:00pm. to troubleshoot a tricky electronic problem with our furnace.I didn't know people like Chris still existed. Very honest and hardworking. A credit to his profession and the company. When finished Chris tuned up the furnace in all aspects which he didn't have to do. The price was reasonable considering the amount of work Chris did.Also very polite and helpful with questions. I would highly recommend Chris Rosales and Quality First Plumbing and Heating.

Contacted them regarding a plumbing leak. The tech failed to identify the issue and blamed it on a roof leak. Had a different company come out and they identified and fixed the issue. When I contacted Quality First requesting a refund, I expected a fight, but they immediately made it right. Might not have got the job done but they definitely know what good customer service is.

Truly top quality! Jordan was incredible throughout the process of us getting a new HVAC system in our home. He made sure we were well taken care of and understood the process every step of the way. We recently bought a home, and when we turned the water on, we got a beautiful waterfall in the basement. I called eight plumbers, and everyone wanted to book us more than a week out. Quality First booked us quickly, which was nice. Our tech was AWESOME! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and really just went above and beyond. I don't know if everyone in the company is that helpful, but the lady I spoke to for booking both before and after was also great, so it would seem so. I would recommend them to a friend or family member!

We have used Quality 1st a couple times. I have to say hands down their professionalism and quality are the best I have ever done business with-from talking with Emily to setup the appointment to our technician Josh. Emily genuinely showed compassion for our situation and quickly got us an appointment. Josh was easy to communicate with, wore his mask and shoe coverings, and was very good at explaining our options. This was great because it made it easy for us to decide what was the best option for our needs. His work was very clean and definitely showed that he cares about his trade. I would recommend this company to anyone in need that wants it done right and get treated like they are number one.

Absolute clown show of a business. Charged $90 for a no show fee when they showed up to the wrong unit, and didn't call or email. I did however call them 3 times during the window they were supposed to show up to no response. Weeks later, they said they had tried to call me multiple times. I told them I had phone logs proving the exact opposite. They then read out their contact number for me and it was off by a couple digits... after we had already talked on the phone multiple times.

Excellent service! Service Expert Ross Smith was at my place within 30 minutes of placing the call for service. In my experience, that is virtually unheard of in a plumbing company. Ross was knowledgeable and efficient and able to clear my 61 year old main line and restore normal function to my drains. Job done and everything put back together within 2 hours! I’ll be calling Quality First for my next plumbing job.

There is a reason the company is call Quality First Service Group, it's because their quality of service speaks for itself. We have used them to install toilets, a hot water heater, repair the piping to the hot water heater and to install a Halo 5 water filtration system. They are not the cheapest, but when I compared them at least 2 other bids for each job, they were competitive and honest. Do the research yourself, they are worth it!P.S. Marcos, Phil and Carson came to descale my sewer line and do other plumbing repair. They arrived on time and took care to protect the area around their work. They were very knowledgeable, and personable. They finished the job quickly. i would re-use this company.

Mid-Dec 2018, my furnace stopped blowing hot air and I could see the exact system codes on the furnace describing the possible fail causes. A different company came out and gave me an outlandishly high quote, insisting multiple parts needed full replacement, including a switch to trigger the furnace to kick out hot air- the switch was supposedly corroded and degraded beyond repair and causing other systems to fail. The other systems mentioned weren't even a part of the codes shown on the furnace. I didn't feel comfortable with it so I called Quality 1st for a second opinion. When Quality 1st arrived (within just an hour of my calling for an appointment-awesome!), in less than 5 minutes Chris Montes had assessed the furnace codes and supposedly faulty switch, wiped the switch off, and immediately started the furnace back up blowing hot air as it should. The furnace also needed a full cleaning as apparently it hadn't been done in 21 years and he went above and beyond while cleaning. It was disgusting before he started, and looked brand new by the end. It also turns out the switch wasn't degraded and faulty (like the first company said), but doing it's job- turning the furnace off to prevent overheating from all the blockage since it needed cleaning. Go figure...Chris also offered, for a small cost, an additional 21 point inspection of the entire furnace and walked me through every single test he did. He allowed me to sit with him for the entire servicing from the initial furnace review through the whole inspection. He showed me exactly what the output/other metrics were supposed to be for each part as written directly on the part, let me watch as he connected meters to get the read out, and advised on condition of the part and implications of the part failing in the future if not replaced. He strongly advised replacement when needed, and gave a full explanation of why instead of just saying all systems are failing. He also offered very good advice on what needed done to maintain furnace life. After the entire process, inspection, and all repairs I authorized, it still ended up nearly 5x less than the quote from the first company, and the repairs done by Quality 1st were of the quality I expect and gave me far more confidence than if I had just replaced random parts at astronomical cost. As a homeowner I like to understand what is done to my appliances and why, and I felt I could ask those questions and get real answers. I would absolutely recommend Quality 1st, and Chris Montes as the Service Expert, to anyone with heating trouble!

Quality First is true to their name all the way! My service expert, Thomas Furlong was a so awesome! He got the job done with a smile on his face and had great energy! I'm pretty inexperienced at water leaks, but he really helped and kept me updated with everything he was doing. He even did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend Thomas!

I can't say enough good things about Quality 1st. I've used them for over 3 years and am so impressed that I've joined their Quality First Service Club and will always use them from now on. My most recent experience, yesterday, was just an annual check up on my heating and air conditioning equipment. From the time Katie answered my phone call, to when Nate arrived to do the service, to when Emily followed up to check on how the visit went, I was impressed with their friendly, professional, and caring service. This is a great company!

I called fairly early in the morning and they were able to come out almost immediately to look at my kitchen sink that had backed up. Josh and Justin(? I sadly forgot to write his name down like I meant to) were courteous and knowledgeable. They let me know what the options were, what they were doing, and options for the future without pressuring me to do those immediately. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Very unprofessional and disappointingI scheduled a service based on other reviews and was very happy to find Quality First.After waiting an hour passed my appointment time, I called them inquiring why my technician had not arrived. They fumbled an answer saying he was called in an emergency. It is one thing to have emergencies, but it is another thing NOT to call your scheduled clients and let them know about emergencies.I am sure this is atypical for Quality First, but you should always call your clients the moment you realize they will not be receiving service OR try to find another technician to fulfill scheduled services.I would have been satisfied to have simply received a call and not have to wait an hour and track down an answer myself.Please make it right for your other clients moving forward.

Had an AC problem. Phone contacts very friendly and helpful. Nate was the tech. He arrived when they said he would. Wore his mask the whole time he was in the house. Explained everything very thoroughly and showed me different things he thought I should be aware of. I was very pleased with the service Nate provided.

Unfortunately, I live in an old condo that seems to always have plumbing issues. We had to have emergency services due to a leak in our neighbors home below us that we knew absolutely nothing about until that very day. That’s where Mr. Ray and Mr. Jacob K. came to our rescue. They searched our home and found the culprit! A broken water line behind our armoire. We didn’t even know it was there! These guys worked quickly and efficiently, cut through our wall with neatly and fixed multiple lines. They also let me vent to them about the whole complex and the issues here and I truly appreciated every bit of their kindness. Our water heater went out on a Monday morning and after numerous calls to multiple companies and trips to Home Depot, we realized none of these people wanted our business. Finally, I ran across Quality First in the phone book....yes the phone book! I contacted them and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Our technician Kris Grimes arrived right on time, he explained what he was going to do and made sure we comfortable. Not that I was thrilled to have to spend the money to have the water heater ultimately replaced, but I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of like I felt with the other companies. We will have to replace it was all I was told by the other companies. Kris tried to fix it but explained what would happen if he couldn't. Kris was with us all afternoon and became part of the family!! LOL He stayed until the job was fully completed. He made sure we were comfortable with the purchase and installation. He even tweaked a few items that the builder of our Condo didn't even do! Kris is AMAZING!!!

Everyone from Quality First plumbing was amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly! I called to get my condo kitchen sink unplugged/ drained and Shauntelle said she could get someone out there the same day. Other company services I called and have used in the past weren’t able to come out until a few weeks later and obviously a backed up sink needs to be fixed that day. (Of note: This is a common occurrence for older condo buildings and especially corner units; this is the 4th time since living here and it’s not my fault and nothing I can do about it).Excellent communication: I received an update for a time estimate of when a service person could be out there and then another call when he arrived.Problem Resolved: Chris took care of the problem of the backed up drain and even went above and beyond by also helping me with the loose faucet handle by screwing that back on properly. He was nothing but knowledgeable and friendly and asked along the way if I had any questions.I would highly recommend Quality First Services to anyone and would use them again (though I hope I don’t have to).

Well, we tried to use them. Based on reviews they look great. Had service scheduled for Friday at 4 pm and they called and asked if they could cancel as they had commercial work that they had to do and commercial trumps residential. We were okay and understood as they said they would come out Saturday. So...Saturday morning we get a call that tells us a rep called in sick and can they come out Sunday. I tell them, well you cancelled on us yesterday and we are new customers and this sort of looks bad. The girl got a little snippy on the phone and said we didn't have to move it to tomorrow but they call everyone to see if they will move their appointment. We did not feel comfortable using them after the reschedules and attitude on the phone so we cancelled. They may be great, but they have lost our trust.Update 11/10/2017 - Quality 1st did send us a letter and apologizing and asked us to try them again. Thank you for the letter. By your actions and your reviews, you seem like a great company. Seems we might have been the one customer that sometimes falls through the cracks. Thank you for reaching out.

Quality First was called to find a possible plumbing leak. The plumber was able to determine that the standing water was due to a contractor error and not my responsibility. He worked quickly and documented the issue with photos. I appreciated the extra care and effort on his part.

Brian and Brad provided us with great and quick service. We had another plumber come out and not do much and gave us no real direction. As soon as Brad and Brian came out they were able to physically see the problem, explain it to us and even showed us where the problem was. It was a great experience. We will be using their services from this day forward!

As a result of many years of tree growth and the subsequent roots in the sewer line, we had 10 feet of the line replaced. The team that replaced it was quick, efficient, and professional. They replaced the section of pipe and placed 2 new cleanouts in the line so they could be accessed outside of the home.A few days, Dustin and Jordan came out to video inspect the line and clean the line with a high pressure auger. This was part of the companies service to make sure that everything after the repair is 100%.I cannot say enough about Jordan and Dustin and their professionalism, dedication to service, and focus to complete the work beyond expectations.Thanks to the whole Quality First Plumbing dept and their top rate service to make a challenging issue reasonable. I can't imagine anyone is happy about the need to call the plumber, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service from Quality First. Angela and Crystal, two of their dispatchers kept us up to date in the run up to our appointment. Brad, our technician, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and patiently explained our options for the repair. In less than two hours he replaced the valve in question and reconfigured our sink drains, solving a chronic leak problem as well as the immediate repair. Brad was personable, professional, and courteous the entire time he was in our home. We would not hesitate to call on him in the future.

Chris came to inspect and clean my furnace and AC and did an awesome job. He was highly experienced, knew exactly what he was doing, explained what he was doing every step of the way, was extremely efficient, made some repairs, and left my 17-year-old system running like new. I wouldn't hesitate to call Quality First and ask for Chris again should any HVAC issues come up in the future (though I don't expect any for a long while).

They were great. The technician that was sent over (Austin F.) was very friendly and efficient. He kept me up to speed on the things I needed to know and got everything fixed in no time. Also the person that I spoke to when I called to schedule was friendly and helpful and got me scheduled in only a few minutes.

I received a call first thing in the morning for my scheduled appointment stating the time my Tech would be here. Mark arrived within the time that the Customer Service Rep had stated. Mark reviewed my current status and provided two different estimates I could chose from. After agreeing on the work to be completed and a time frame of how long it would take, Mark went promptly to work replacing my water heater. Mark was very thorough on completing the job correctly and when he finished the area was cleaner than when he arrived. Based on the work completed to day, I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Called in to Damen at 9 o’clock this morning and had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. Damen was perfect at keeping me updated about the schedule and Matthew’s arrival time. Matthew arrived and in just a few minutes had determined the source of the leak and worked to resolve it. Matthew and Damen were both courteous, professional and super helpful in a problem we thought was more serious than it was. I will definitely be coming back to Quality First!

Very disappointed in this company. During repair of a sewer pipe, these people absolutely demolished our sprinkler system as well as surrounding pipes. The company will not take any responsibility/liability because a cotnract was signed by previous owner of the home before sold to us just a few months ago. Fine. However, the company will not even come out and assess the damage without charging us. Extremely disheartening that carelessness was the cause of this issue and they won’t even come and assess at no charge. Will not use this company again.

We had a very good experience with Quality First Plumbing - in particular Jacob was very effective in solving our problems. He was on time, completed the work quickly, explained what he did and answered all my questions. Really a professional job.

October 2021:I recently used Quality First again to replace my main water line pressure regulator. Just like last time, they did a fantastic job. This time Brian and Luke were my technicians. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The also did a plumbing inspection after the regulator replacement and found a few small items that needed to be fixed. Overall, very professional and I have to say I really trust this company.October 2020:I had Zack Shelley from Quality First come by and fix a non-standard plumbing vent on my sewer line and install a sink drain line to the same main ABS stack. Zack did a great job, was extremely professional and I enjoyed talking with him.Overall I have used Quality First Pluming several times over the years, they are always very professional and I depend on them.

I had a very difficult HVAC problem that required multiple visits to diagnose and correct due to the way the builder had designed and installed the original system. Shane stuck with it until the job was done. I am so happy that I finally am comfortable on the second level of my home.

Emily was super responsive and acted quickly for my request of repairing the water heater. Thomas provided good information about the problem and solution which could be understood though not having any background about it. On the day of repair not only they did neat job but did it within few hours. On the final inspection Thomas gave me few maintenance tips and resolved 1-2 water clogging issues. I would surely recommend to use their services.

Quality First took great care of me when my home suffered frozen pipes recently. Their two techs were extremely professional and courteous. They acted quickly and expertly and got my water back on in short order. I strongly recommend Quality First for your plumbing needs. I will use them again.

Thomas jumped in to repair water heater. Exceptional service to say the least. While I’d love nothing more than to never call him again (no one loves water heater problems), he’d be the first and only person I’d call have that happen. Danny, customer service rep, was very helpful to schedule a tech to come out the next day…… TJ was the tech who had done previous job on kitchen faucet - reviewed need to bring the intakes up to code, time estimate, etc.Very happy with service, will recommend to neighbors and friends!

Ray did great work on a tough job replacing a network of lead pipes in my 98 year old house that were not up to code. There were a number of unexpected issues that he resolved without extra charges to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a solid plumber with many years of experience.

Amazing service. I have never written a review but when Adrian C. was dispatched to our house when we had no heat. We had a plumber come out because of a major leak with our dishwasher that went down through a light fixture directly below it in our basement. Greg came out and was incredible- very clear on pricing and got the leak fixed so I no longer have to handwash all of the dishes! He went above my expectations, lifting the feet on the dishwasher (I didn't even know that was an option) and showing me where the leak was. I will absolutely be reaching out to them for any future plumbing needs!

Excellent service provided by Briggs. He was professional and efficient in trouble shooting the problem. My bathtub valve was replaced quickly. I highly recommend Quality First Plumbing. They are honest in their pricing and the work is excellent. Could not have had a better experience.

I live in an apartment complex and my hot water and furnace went out over the recent polar vortex storm. Our complex maintenance team was unable to perform the repair and Quality First Service Group came out to do the repair. Carson and Phil were both exceedingly professional, kind, and responsive. They entire system was eventually repaired and these two gentlemen worked nonstop to complete the job. They were courteous of our space, very easy to work with, and got the job done. I have used Quality First for a few years now to deal with my plumbing and heating needs. This time, I wanted to replace my hot water heater (15 years old). I live in a condo, and the area for the water heater is very tight, but Tobie was able to work with it and get it done. He spent the time to answer all of my questions, and he was very personable and easy to talk to. I also love how Q1SG is always very conscientious about letting me know when someone is on their way. Crystal (the scheduler) also goes above and beyond, every time. Thanks again!

Edit: Unfortunately shortly after my original review we had a pretty disappointing experience with Quality First. A tech came out to fix a split in the main line to our sprinklers from the pipe freezing. I made the mistake of not inspecting the work immediately after it was done. When I came out the next day to turn our sprinklers on, I found that the pipe had dripping leaks from multiple locations. Quality First was not able to send someone out immediately to fix the leak they left for us. I’m just glad the leak was not inside the actual house...and frankly they should be as well. We will continue to use our preferred tech for HVAC related jobs, but will probably not use them for plumbing after this, and I’ve changed my 5-star rating to a 3.My previous review:We’ve been using quality first for years. At this point they’ve helped us upgrade just about everything about our HVAC system, on top of upgrading a few troublesome old saddle valves along the way. Our experience with them when our blower fan died during the middle of the COVID-19 situation impressed us even more than usual. Their workers wore masks and gloves while they were in the house, left a very clean environment behind them, and let us pay over the phone to avoid any close contact. I don’t think we’ve ever had any issues with the quality of their work or professionalism of their workers. They earned this 5 star review years ago, but sometimes it’s easier to recognize bad service than it is to recognize consistently good service. Quality First definitely lives up to the name.

TJ with Quality 1st did a great job repairing the shared lines in our condo! He was courteous, quick and thoroughly explained why the crack occured. Danny in the office booked the call quickly and ensured our HOA was aware of the repair needed for a smooth experience! We will always call Quality 1st for all our plumbing needs!

Buyer beware!!!! I would give no stars but 1 is the bare minimum.Tech came out, was super friendly except it's 200$ an hour which wasn't quoted over the phone, I was asking that they only charge me the trip fee(I already knew the problem, just wanted a professional to come out and fix it). I was willing to pay the trip charge but they wanted to get an additional 80$ bucks from me.Crazy ... I would definitely not recommend this company. Ever.

Nik installed a water heater for me. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. A few weeks after installation, the pipes froze. Nik returned and fixed everything at no charge. I am even more impressed with him and the company now. I will definitely refer Quality 1st Plumbing and Heating to friends and family.

We installed a sump pump system under the basement after the storms in May. Brian and Josh walked me through what was needed and laid out three different options. They were very clear and helped me understand the work that was going to be done. The excavation crew did a fantastic job getting everything ready and cleaned up and Holly was my customer service representative for scheduling and communication and she was always very kind and flexible and helped everything go smoothly. I would recommend them and will call them if I need more work.

Quality First Plumbing is first rate! All the employees I chatted with were friendly and helpful -- from Katie in the office to plumber Matt Dicker who helped turn a rather gross clogged sink situation into a shiny, free-flowing dream. Matt was prompt and efficient with the diagnosis and necessary repairs -- while accommodating my schedule, too. The kitchen sink and plumbing for our building is a bit older -- circa 1920s. Matt explained the issues and solutions in terms even I could understand, and even offered advice to prevent future trouble. Payment and invoicing was easy via tablet, too. I highly recommend this company!

The people were all very kind, friendly, and helpful which is why I’m giving them 3 stars. However, they wanted to charge over $1000 to change 3 water valves under our kitchen sink. Ended up finding a friend to help out and paid $150 and the work took about 20 min. Not sure how the charge got so high. I suppose if you just want the job done fast and on the first visit and you don’t mind paying extra - then these guys can do the job. And there’s the fee for coming out to assess the job (which is understandable bc time is money). Sorry it didn’t work out with these guys. I’m sure they have quality work and I wouldn’t have minded paying a little extra to get it done but it was way more than expected. Sorry to leave this 3 star review but I don’t want others to have the same situation. Maybe put price estimates online so people have some sort of idea of what they’re getting into.

The techs have been outstanding. Ran into a bit of a snafu with the last call and posted a rating of two when the scheduler called 1/2 hour prior to my scheduled time for AC repair to say they would have to push out the appt for 10 days. Pretty upset in 100 degree heat. The scheduler did call back 1.5 hours later to say they would send someone out if I still wanted. Jumped at the chance. He had my system up and running in 1/2 hour. Thank you for taking the time to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe.

This morning after looking at the water stain on the concrete leading back to my water heater, I decided it best to find someone who could take a look at as soon as possible. Having dealt with water heater leaks in the past, this looked like the heater cracked in a spot. Looking at my communities FB page, there were recommendations for Quality First. I’m quite thankful to have contacted them as not only were they able to get a professional to my house today, they were able to do so earlier than anticipated. Ray and Taylor were dispatched to my place and looking over things agreed that the original water heater was leaking and needed replacement.In this day and age, I’m usually prepared for waiting a week or more for parts or hardware but was very delighted that not only did they have a replacement tank available they had everything ready to go in less than an hour. They pulled the old tank, put in a newer smaller one (original was really too big for the house) and had it up and running far quicker than I had hoped for.Overall, I’m quite pleased with their service and timelinesses today. The new heater is working well and I’m quite pleased with the components and materials used to install the heater. We will definitely use them again for service and other work in the future.

Fantastic service. I had to get my water pressure fixed and my technician, Zach S., was on time and professional. He got to work immediately, walked me through the problem, and listed several options. He gave me his opinion on what would be best and did not try to up sell me. This Company is Great! I had a new water heater and toilet installed. They gave me quotes on every job I want to do in the house and I was able to pick which ones I am going to work on and prioritize the rest.Pete Duran, did the quotes and the work which made it super easy. Pete made sure I understood everything and asked if I had any questions at each stage of the work. I also got to see how Pete interacts with his co-workers, and I'm impressed. Zachary Duran helped out with our water heater install as an apprentice. It was fun to see that process.We also had to do some drywall repair by the water heater, which of course, required the water heater to be ripped out first. Everyone from the scheduler to Pete and Zachary was very flexible with the schedule. It was a huge load off my shoulders, thank you.

We had a break in an irrigation line and Brad came out to repair it. He gave me a few different options and fixed it fast. I would recommend him and will use this company again.

Called on a SAT afternoon and they were able to schedule someone between 4-6. They called back an hour later and were able to ask if I wanted to have someone come earlier. Once here, Paul gave me a couple of options with pros/cons for each and did a great job. I will keep there number and use them again if needed.

ORIGINAL - May 2019Josh was polite, efficient and no BS, identified and fixed the problem quickly with no hassle.UPDATE - July 2021Our hot water heater cracked and slowly leaked into multiple rooms in our condo. Thomas F was quick to diagnose the problem and stop the leak. He was friendly and very helpful answering my wife and I’s many questions, as well as guiding us through the process of remediation and even giving good basic pointers on how to engage with our insurance company.Both Thomas and his apprentice Jordan were great to work with and even helped haul the old water heater to Home Depot so I could capitalize on the tank warranty.

Zach and Phil were great. They stayed late to make sure that my issues were taken care of. These guys go above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company and especially Phil and Zach. Thank you.

After making the mistake of first choosing another plumbing company who wanted to tear up our basement, I decided to get a second opinion from Quality First. I am so glad I did! Brandon took the time to figure out what was really going on and went above and beyond in his service for us. As it turned out, it was a tree root situation and he personally made sure that our line was jetted the next day. He came with Justin, who also did a great job. I am glad I got the second opinion, as it saved me significant money and now I know who to go to first from now on.

Our plumber was very kind and polite, this review is in no way indicative of the actual person we dealt with. We had a broken toilet float that needed replacing. I was told a total of three pieces needed to be replaced to remedy the problem. The charge was $530. For a broken toilet float that costs $4 if you buy it online. I could have bought an entire new toilet for that much. Everyone at the company is very polite and I was grateful for the quick response but their prices are completely insane.

We are a small HOA in Denver and had a great experience with Quality First Plumbing. Paul Slaughter came out to repair our valves and was very patient, professional, and thorough. We will use them again.

Chris Papalia was awesomely fast at fixing our heater. He was very upfront about the pricing, showed us averages on what it normally would cost for a fix like this, and gave us options to choose from instead of telling us that there was only one way to go about it. Another great experience with the folks at Quality First. Adrian Contrares was my service tech and he was excellent. Arrived on time and ended up having to trouble shoot my furnace for several hours vs a standard call. Kept me informed throughout the process of what was going on and stayed to make sure all the changes / updates that he made worked. Very professional and informative. Billy Hall is the most professional and kind plumber I ever met! Because of terrible miscommunication between my building management Billy had to show up three times in my apartment and every single time he was very professional and patient. I really appreciate him being so helpful and kind. I hope I don’t ever have plumbing issues again but if I do I hope it’s Billy who will show to the rescue!

I've used them for many years and their prices are always very reasonable. Briggs installed 2 bathroom faucets and was one of the best plumbers I've ever had. He showed me a common problem in the basement and what to watch for but didn't try to sell me what I didn't need yet. I have complete confidence in and would highly recommend Quality First! In fact, I won't let anyone else touch my plumbing!

We live in Daytona Beach and we keep a vacation property in Aurora but we havent been there in almost 2 years because of Covid. After our vaccinations we traveled to Aurora to check on our place and found we had no hot water and our HVAC was in poor condition. This was when I arrived around 8pm from the airport and Quality 1st was the only service that could respond as quickly as I needed because I had to fly back home in 2 days. Quality 1st responded WITHIN 30 MINUTES and Mr. Thomas set me up with a new hot water heater THAT NIGHT. He was prompt and professional and even set up the service for them to come out the next day to replace the HVAC. Mr. Brown came out early the next morning and had the entire system replaced and cleaned THAT DAY. It was amazing and we are grateful to Quality 1st, Mr Thomas and Mr Brown for such service. We are coming back for a three week vacation in July and we intend to use Quality 1st to replace the plumbing in our sinks and toilets while we are there. Thanks again!

We were without water for a couple of days, our home warranty company kept sending different plumbers out that didn't fix anything but kept blaming the previous company. We called Quality Plumbing and Heating and they came out that same day. We had a great experience with Phil Metz who fixed our water leak. I would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Ross Vickery did an excellent job installing our new water heater. Was totally professional and courteous. Was also very fast, less than two hours to install and dispose of the old water heater. I would highly recommend Ross for anyone needing any Plumbing or Heating work.

After I saw a pipe leak in my ceiling at my condo, I had Quality First come out to fix the leak. Billy, Thomas, and David came out in the evening after a long day of work to help with my emergency. They were extremely knowledgeable, educated me on the causes of the leak, treated my home with respect, and made the repair experience as enjoyable as it could be! Who knew we could be laughing and joking together during an emergency repair! I trust their work and will be calling them for future repairs. I had a broken pipe from the cold winter. Took a couple of days to get someone out to fix it. The repair man was very professional and courteous. He was there about an hour and fixed it with no issues. Over $600 for one pipe repair that took barely an hour was outrageous. Will go with someone else next time.

They were on time and got the job done. When fixing the pipe they caused a little collateral damage to an adjacent wall which was going to require some drywall work, but we were able to come to an agreement and the offered me a refund to help cover the repair costs, I really appreciated that.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. While we were out of town, someone backed into our A/C and broke it on a Saturday. They came out first thing Monday morning and fixed everything perfectly (they would have come out sooner, but someone had to be present in the home and we could not physically be there). Nate and Trevor are who helped with our service. They were extremely kind and professional. Walked me through at the end everything that they had done and made sure I understood. And I'm back to enjoying the cool air! I would HIGHLY recommend this company, especially if all of their employees are as courteous and professional as Nate and Trevor.

We had our AC, Heater, and Humidifier replaced. Jordan came out and looked at what we needed, calculated our square footage and gave us 3 options to choose from all in one appointment. Once we made our decision dispatch kept us updated before the install team showed up on time for our install appointment. They sent me a picture and profile of the workers so I could recognize them when they got here. Chris, Ricky, and Jordan did an awesome job and installed our new AC, Heater, and Humidifier in one day like I was told they would. The following day Chris Montes came back to verify that we were satisfied with the install. (I had to go to church before they were finished.) He went above and beyond anything that we had expected when we called in a panic because our bathroom was flooding. One evening we came home to an exploded toilet- truly awful! Since I had used quality first before and had a great experience I called them at about 550 pm. The operator said she could send someone the next am. Within 5 minutes she called me back and said the tech could come right away- I was sooo relieved. Zach Shelley came out right away. He was very conscientious and honest in explaining the fees and how they worked.He was very good about getting to the bottom of the problem and I was very grateful to him and his supervisor. This is a really good company and I would use them again in an instant. I highly recommend them.

Josh Cathcart did an excellent and timely job to solve my plumbing problem. He was very neat and left the room in great shape. He showed me what the problem was and answered any questions I had.I did think the price was high.

Thomas and Carson were very friendly and professional, and they identified the location where a water leak was occurring. They were able to identify the leak and fix the problem within an hour of arriving.

Ross and Jeremy came to replace 3 bathroom sink faucets. They were professional and courteous, and left my home as clean as before they came. Ross explained what he did and pointed out some issues that would need to be addressed in the future without putting any pressure on me to schedule the work now or even to use Quality First.I was tempted to give 4 stars because I felt the price for installing the faucets was high, but that's on me as I didn't ask about the price before scheduling the work or call around for more than one estimate. (Ross told me what the work would cost before they went ahead with the installation, but I decided I didn't want to send them away and have to find someone else and find another time to reschedule.)

Dustin Elder and Justin H are by far the best guys to come out and fix my problem! Very professional, and punctual! Extremely grateful for their hard work and dedication to getting the job done correctly and in good time.

Used Quality First Service for some plumbing issues on our first home about a month ago. Pete was our plumber and he was phenomenal. Incredibly nice and approachable. Pete installed a water shut off in our home as well as replace our leaking hose bibbs with frost proof replacements. The pricing for the work was a lot more affordable than other quotes we received and they were upfront about costs with an itemized quote. Highly recommend.

Ray and Derek diagnosed a problem we had with our sump pump when it was not immediately obvious where the loud noise was coming from. They also noticed and replaced a fitting on our water heater that was not up to code and was dangerous. We are completely satisfied and pleased with their work.

Fantastic service and support. Our plumbing line to the kitchen sink started leaking at our condo and the initial plumbing company said they sent someone out but after 3 hours of waiting had to find another company. That's when we called Danny at Quality First and he got a hold of a service team (Zach and TJ) within 10 minutes while I was on the phone and they arrived withing 30 minutes. It was another emergency call for them at the end of an already long workday, but Zach and TJ we so nice about everything and had the leak fixed within an hour. It was nice to simply be able to call a company that did what they said they would do to help us out. Thank you!

We can't praise Zach D, the tech who came out, enough. A1 should give him major props and recognition, as he was FANTASTIC. He took his time, was very thorough, and went over every detail. We held off and thankfully didn't' use them again because it was a sham.Zach ran a full scope before and after his service and the sewer looks fantastic. On the coldest weekend of the year when temps were dropping to -10 my furnace went out. I was told by other vendors they couldn't get a part to fix it. My house would have been without heat for 3 days. Quality First was able to get the old furnace running again and saved me. I did end up replacing my furnace with Quality First as they came in with the best bid and best service. Their technician was very friendly, respectful and fastidious. Expensive, but effective and fast, so worth the money

I had plumbing valve leak on my Air Handler. I called them at 9:00 and they arrived onsite at 1 like they said they would. They even called 30 minutes prior to confirm their arrival. Chris and Jacob were well dressed, good mannered and very professional. They didn't have the special part I needed in the truck so they went to their distributor and returned to finish the job.The price was higher than I expected but they did a great job and I highly recommend Quality 1st.

Found Quality First on my search to install a whole home humidifier in my house. Moving to CO from the east coast was rough for the very dry air in the house. The first company I contacted just gave me an estimate via email, convenient but I kept searching. Quality first did a free in home estimate. Sam and Dex came to my house and answered a ton of questions I had about the install. They were great and very professional. I scheduled my install for the next week right after they left me with my quote. They always showed up on time and dispatch gave me a heads up when they were on their way. The install took about 2-3 hrs and looks great! The dispatch team, Crystal & Angela, are very responsive. I will stick with them for any thing in the future. It feels good to find a company that takes pride in their work and is reasonably priced nowadays.

Pete was amazing! Not only was he very friendly and professional, but he took me serious when I was mentioning a gas type smell coming from either our water heater or furnace. He checked everything possible and was extremely thorough until he could pinpoint what was causing it and how to fix it. Turns out there was a couple of issues with how the gas fumes were leaving the water heater and going into the vent, a couple quick fixes and now all good. Thanks to him my fear and paranoia can now subside. I highly recommend Pete as he is super knowledgeable and definitely someone willing to help as much as he can and offer as many explanations and advice as you need. Thanks again Pete!

I am a club member with a company that I called to get an estimate on replacing a hose bib that was broken which I knew would have to be replaced and check another one that was leaking. After looking at both he told me that the one that was leaking was likely “cracked” and should also be replaced.So I called Quality 1st to get a second opinion. Thomas was the technician who came to give me an estimate. After evaluating the situation he said that the second bib likely could be quickly fixed. Chris was very punctual, and after taking a look at the furnace, he recommended I replace the whole system. I agreed. My real name is Richard.We needed somebody to disconnect our sinks, drains, water filters, basically everything for a granite counter installation. We called Quality First because they have no extra charge for weekends.Ross Vickery was the technician that they sent out to our house.He did an awesome job with that. He also replaced a bunch of very old gate valves with new ball valves, updated our water heater plumbing, and came back to re-install everything after the installation, including faucets, water filter, garbage disposal, new laundry sink drain, etc. A lot of work.We found him to be extremely meticulous and serious about his work. He was thorough and double-checked all his work before leaving. He did an excellent job and we hope to have him do all our future plumbing jobs.

I had a leak that was causing decent damage and was recommended Quality First from the property maintenance person. Damen and Angela were able to get Pete and Cody out to my place the next day and it was fixed within 2 hours. Great Service!!!! Plumber, Ross Vickery provided us with wonderful service today. He replaced our hot water heater in a timely manner and explained to us what he was doing as he went about checking different faucets within the household. After a particularly hard rain and hail storm, I found one of my basement rooms had flooded, but didn't know why. We were not sure if we had a leak somewhere in our basement or whether the water from the rain came in through the window or window well in that room. But upon checking the window and window sill, it was evident that the only thing wet was our carpet. I called Quality First because they had done some other work for us several years ago, and was extremely pleased with their service. We just wanted to make sure there were no other leaks or plumbing problems we were not aware of.Today, Ross V was in our home to perform a leak detection service, and ultimately found that there were no plumbing or drainage leaks in our house. He was informative and efficient with this evaluation and explained all the costs involved and got our approval prior to proceeding with the inspection.While no leaks were ultimately found, and our insurance company will not cover what we finally determined was ground seepage, the cost of having Quality First come out was worth the peace of mind knowing there were no other plumbing and/or drainage leaks in our house. I won't use anyone else for pluming and/or drainage problems. These guys are the best!!Their office staff is the best also. They kept us informed as to the plumber's arrival and he arrived during the two hour window that was promised. They have always been prompt and courteous as well.Thanks Kate!!

It was June 6, 2017 & my sink/garbage disposal had been gurgling for 2 days. There was a massive amount of backup collecting in both my sinks. I reported the problem through my management company (condo property) & was able to connect to Quality Plumbing.At about 9:45 p.m., Paul Slaughter showed up at my door, much faster than expected as he was already at a near-by property. He went straight to work & had the problem resolved in approx. in 1 1/2 hours. He worked very diligently until the water & garbage disposal were work properly. Afterwards, he removed all debris which had collected during his procedure.Thank you, Paul, for spending the extra time it took to resolve the problem.

I had a plumbing emergercy today and our HOA recommended Quality First Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. My Service Expert was ROSS VICKERY, & I want to highly recommend him. He was polite, friendly, & very knowledgeable. He actually enjoys his job!!My kitchen sink drain line was leaking down into my family room wall below the kitchen. He had to cut a hole in the family room wall to get to the drain line, which was cracked, & managed to excellently mend the pipe in a very tight location. Everything is working fine now. Ross went beyond the call of duty to explain all of the procedure to me, etc., & left the area spotless. Thank you, Ross. I will ask for you again when I need help.

David showed up right on time and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to immediately assess the situation with my overflowing sink, and unclog the drain line underneath my condo. He also went out of his way to give his assessment on my water heater and potential replacement. I will definitely use this company again for any future issues with plumbing, hvac, or electrical.

An experience person and an Apprentice from Quality 1st Plumbing and Heating visited my home on 6/8/17. They were both very fair and honest. They successfully solved the problem of quieting my HVAC unit in my bedroom for $99. Part of the solution was tightening the harness on the motor which was loose. Previously on 5/16/17, a different contractor changed the position of the motor in the unit to make the oil valves more accessible, but failed to tighten the motor back down because it was loose. Although this previous contractor also oiled the motor and gave me a recommendation with an estimate, he charged me $100 for his services on 5/16/17. This same contractor offered no other options other than modernizing the entire unit by replacing the motor, coil, fan blade and valves with new ones for a total of $1575, or a brand new unit for $2,450. The guys from Quality 1st Plumbing and Heating deemed this unnecessary. After running the HVAC unit in my bedroom for over a month, I agree with the assessment Quality 1st Plumbing and Heating made, and I am very glad they came to my home.

Technician was courteous and dispatcher called to confirm appointment 1 hour in advance. For a small job it was priced a little more than wanted but was still somewhat reasonable. Quality work was performed and service was reliable. In the end, I got what was expected with no surprises. An expected quick and easy event.Greg Smith from Quality First Plumbing and Heating went down into the condo complex crawl space, ready to turn off the main water valve before doing the repair to my system. And the main turn off valve didn't work.Greg explained, with understanding of my disappointment, plus very clear details about the options and potential problems.Then Greg walked with me to the home of the condo complex HOA Board President. As I listened and added things at times, he spoke professionally, and courteously with the Board President about the options seen currently. No one had anticipated this larger problem. Listening equally well, Greg then summarized for the Board President the steps he would be taking with his company director, and took pertinent information so communication could continue with the HOA, and with the knowledgeable oversight company MSI.It was a relief to know that though my situation had become more complex than anticipated, nonetheless Quality First was approaching it with experience regarding the best options for the condo complex, and individual residents; and collaborative communication skills.Their excellence in service continues.

Jerry G & Shane F. did a fantastic job installing a whole home humidifier (the Aprilaire 700) this week. They were friendly, kept us informed of their progress every step of the way, respectful of property and were very professional. I love how all the tubes and wires were routed to be as unobtrusive and neat as possible.Our indoor relative humidity was between 15% and 20% prior to installation. Now our house at a very comfortable 35%!We had Quality 1st install a whole home humidifier in our previous house 5 years ago. Never had a bit of trouble with it in all that time!I highly recommend Quality 1st. You won't regret it!

Fast/Fantastic customer service. For starters the customer service from the office staff is wonderful. I started scheduling my appointment online and was contacted the next day to finish scheduling. I got a reminder call for the appointment the day before as well as a could we swing by early (if your available) call that day of the appointment, which worked out great because we were able to get our day started earlier than expected.The plumber that came out (Paul) was very professional and got the job done in no time at all. His work was also phenomenal. I needed a 90 degree elbow repaired on my sprinkler system after the solder broke on my previous one. I knew the work on the original elbow was rough at best (hence why I needed work done), and it became even more apparent after Paul finished his work. His soldering was extremely clean and highly professional looking.Thank you to all involved on helping us get our plumbing issue fixed. We will surly be using this company again for any future needs we might have.

Called in the morning to have a base-board heat water pump repaired or replaced, Brian came out just a couple hours later, got the old pump removed, put the new one in, got the system back online before 5, and gave me a bit better understanding of my system and was happy to answer all my questions. I had a water leak in my condo and needed it fixed. Brad W and David worked on the leak and fixed a broken pipe. They were able to fix the leak very fast and they explained what the problem was and explained everything I needed to know. I was very happy with how they handled everything! I have water heater problem and engaged 3 plumbers who couldn't fix it and gave wrong solutions that could have costed me much more money but not fixing the problem. Finally I was recommended to try Quality First Plumbing and Heating. They were able to schedule Ross Vickery to come out within 1.5 hr. He spent 15 min and identified the problem. Fixed the problem within 1 hour. Costed much less than I thought! His professionalism and courtesy was superb.

My overall experience was absolutely amazing. For starters, when I called to schedule my appoint the woman who answered the phone was extremely nice and she got me scheduled right away,when other companies had me scheduled a day or two out. She also got my trip fee waived because of a special going on which I would of never even known about. Then to make the experience even better the Technician Zach had amazing customer service. He laid out all the options I had in order to get my issue resolved, he let me know what had to be done in order to fix the issue, he was very clean and left no mess or even evidence he had came and fixed a huge issue, he was very polite and well mannered, and what was a huge thing for me that he did, was got me the best prices he could and at all times tried to make sure I was happy with what was happening and what the cost would be. With that, his boss or whomever he spoke to in upper management in regards to helping us with cost and getting it to where they got it, THANK YOU. & Lastly, the fact that he was super friendly to my dogs was quite amazing. I didn't have to lock them up while he was hear because he wasn't bothered by them and when they would kinda be in the way he handled the whole situation very well. Eli Easter came to our home after hours for an emergency call from our faucet water line bursting and partially flooding our home. He was extremely friendly, assuring, competent and put us at ease after a frantic evening. Eli repaired all of our plumbing and provided invaluable education for if that happens in the future. I cannot recommend Eli enough. He was fantastic!

My furnace stopped working on Saturday. I was calling around to see who was able to come out on a Saturday with no notice. I was quoted $39 for the technician to come out and was told that any other charges would be determined when the technician is on site. I accepted these terms. When he got here, before even looking at my furnace he said there is a $189 diagnostic and service fee. I told him to proceed with the work because I was desperate and what was I supposed to do, pay the $39 for him to ring my door bell?? Why isn’t this something that is quoted on the phone? He told me this before even looking at the furnace. He went in the crawl space to look at the furnace. He spent maybe two minutes down there and came up and said I needed a new furnace. He spouted some technical jargon that he said he would send me to talk over with my husband. I never got those notes emailed like he said he would. I told him I wanted a second opinion. I paid him $228 for doing nothing. The $189 is bogus, he didn’t diagnose anything. I called another company that came out and spent over 30 minutes looking at the furnace, made a trip outside to the breaker, and then back down to the furnace. With his troubleshooting he said there was no power going to the furnace and that I would need an electrician. When I told him that I was told I needed a new furnace he said how do they know if there is no power? I called the electrician who replaced a fuse and got me working. No one said anything about me needing a new furnace. I feel that I was taken advantage of. I was asked to spend $3500+ to replace a furnace by a guy that didn’t even look at the old one. If my furnace is a brand that your technician never heard of before, which is he did mention, maybe he should have called and asked for help. I know that I am never using your company again, and I will be sharing this experience with my friends and family too.I would like to say that I appreciate how erious this company took my feedback. They contacted me the next business day to address my concerns. I spoke to a higher up and he apologized profusely for my experience. He wanted to try to make it right, but understood that he could not give me back my time or make my experience different, so he offered a full refund that I accepted. The refund was processed immediately which I also appreciated. He also understood that based on what I said in my review, I would not use this company again, he said he would put a $50 credit on my account in case I decided I wanted to give them a second chance. Based on the reaction to my review they took me seriously and responded appropriately, I will consider using them again.

Our AC unit went out unexpectedly last week. After trying to figure out what the issue was unsuccessfully I decided to call Quality First Service Group. The experience on the phone was great. They were able to get me scheduled right away, and even reached out to move my appointment up after another client cancelled their appointment. Jerry and Dexter arrived on time and were able to fix our AC unit within 30 minutes of arriving on scene! Techs were professional, service was great and they isolated the problem really quickly (a bug that shorted out the contactor in the AC unit). They only charged me for the trip fee since they didn't need to swap anything out to fix the problem. Very satisfied with the service and will definitely be calling them in the future for any of our HVAC needs.

I am super impressed with Quality First Plumbing! We just bought a home that was built in 1926, the pipes were in bad shape and clogged up on us within the first 2 weeks of living in our new home!! I called Quality First Monday morning and they were out Tuesdaty at noon!! Justin came out to access the situation and suggested we just repipe most of the plumbing. It was super affordable and we were able to get it scheduled for that same weekend!! Justin and Greg came back out on Saturday to do the work, it turned out to be a nightmare, however Justin and Greg handled themselves amazingly!! Answered all of my questions and had my plumbing up and running in no time!! I would absolutley recommend Quality First Plumbing!!

Quality First did a great job for me. I had Sam and Chris come out to take a look at a loud noise my air conditioner was making when it shut off. They both were so thorough when trying to figure out what was causing the noise and didn't ever try to upsell anything to me. They were very concerned about keeping the cost down and gave me two alternatives. In the end we fixed the issue and they explained everything to me. I will certainly keep Quality First as my go to plumbers and HVAC techs.

As I have stated before when Ross V. came out and replaced our water heater, these folks are amazing. We've used them 4 times now, some routine maintenance, and a couple big jobs, and every time has been a great experience. On this occasion, Cody, Tyler, Jordan C. and crew replaced our furnace, and got it done right before the big snow storms to end October this year. Works perfect, better than ever, and the job wasn't done until we were satisfied, which of course we were. It's so nice to have a warm bedroom this time of year, especially for our kiddo. Absolute great job, and they are dog lovers, so if you have a dog, or 5, these guys have no problem working around the curiosity. Great job fellas, and thanks again for all the hard work!

Zachary D. and earlier Pete D. came to my home to assist, first with identifying a problem with a clogged drain (Pete D.)in the kitchen drain system, and then clearing (Zachary D.) a clogged kitchen drain. They were informative asking questions of me in a courteous, helpful manner.and then providing information to me about what they were doing. When the drain proved to be quite clogged, Zachary was most persistent in unclogging and clearing this stubborn drain while at the same time encouraging me that our drain would be cleared and we would be able to use our kitchen for our evening meal. Zachary carefully checked all areas of the household to make sure the drain had been cleared and all sink faucets, toilets, He made sure the water and dishwasher were running as they should. What a relief and how glad I was that Zachary and Pete came out to see what was going on! They arevery skilled professionals and did a great job!

This past Friday I had Billy from Quality First out to fix a sewer blockage issue I had.First the good. They were rapid in arriving and communicative about the schedule. They diagnosed and fixed the problem with great zeal. They were straightforward in what they were doing and transparent in what they found.Now the bad. Really, this comes down to two things. First is just a warning, though good they are pricey in getting it done. Both the work I had done and follow on work estimated were spendy. What I needed done was not cheap, but they are high in general..Second, there was a somewhat negligent attitude about the process. They are the only plumber I've had come or go without shoe covers; they removed a toilet (cleanly I'll admit) without protractor the area (carpeted) from debris. Most notably, they removed the drain line from the washer to look at getting in through there and failed to replace it, so while they did fix the flooding issue I had they caused another.

Jacob with Quality First Plumbing & Heating helped me out when I was in a bind. We had a plumbing emergency and he was at our doorstep within the hour! He was courteous and did a GREAT job. Very affordable and very timely. We will defiantly hire them and request Jacob again!!

Greg helped install a new fridge. Gave me all the available options after doing a thorough inspection of the house. Michael came to service my furnace. The time was between 8 and 10. He was there at 8. He did a full check, installed the new filter, and was very nice. I signed a contract for another visit, so I was definitely happy. I have had their plumber out to fix what another plumber did, and I have been very happy both times.

Josh Cathcart came to my home because of a blockage in my plumbing line leading to my septic tank. He was very thoughtful & professional. He worked extremely hard at getting my line unblocked. He normally got off work at 5pm, but stayed at my house to finish the job. After sending the snake down many, many, many times from a couple of locations, he finally got it to break free. I told him that I would have given up long ago. He even cleaned up the mess that was made during the process. I can't say enough about Quality First & Josh. Great job, guys!

Thomas and Tobie were really wonderful. They came to assess a leak I thought I had in my bathroom, and through good sleuthing figured out that it was actually not a leak and was more of a water pressure issue. In the process, they also educated me on some of the warning signs look for, and some of the potential issues I may encounter in the future with some of my plumbing. Kris Grimes responded to a Saturday call to address issues with hot water pipe banging and the shower running hot then cold. Turns out a check valve was defective on a return line. Kris was great in explaining what the issue may be and answering all my questions. He quickly cutout the defective valve and replaced both the valve and a leaking shutoff on the cold intake into the water heater. Kris provided excellent service and I would highly recommend him.

Absolutely terrible service! The technician that was sent to our home ruined our plumbing. We have not had continuous running hot water in over 2 weeks since Quality First has replaced our hot water heater. We have gone without heat or hot water with a new born in the home we have had to shower at friends and family’s homes. They have been to my home over 8 separate occasions and have spent over 20 hours installing a new tank trouble shooting and re installing a 2nd hot water tank and we still do not have hot water. According to Audrey, office Manager they sent their “best plumber” Paul. Paul did not install the proper hard ware, he used commercial hard ware on our residential home. Afterwards they sent Wayne “Master Plumber”; he also failed to trouble shoot and repair the damage they caused. It’s the cold season in Colorado, and quality first has no answers or solutions for us! The hot water heater from 1992 was working just fine before this company came along. The office staff has not been helpful and suggest my lawyers should contact them. Unprofessional un-knowledgeable and not trained properly.

Billy & TJ were AMAZING! I just bought a house in the area and had a lot of plumbing work that needed to be done on an old house and they were meticulous about it! They even made sure everything was done right and that it would last! Could not recommend them higher!

Quality First Plumbing did a great job helping with what seemed like a major crisis on a weekend. I was panicked as my basement had water in it and Dee (CSR and Dispatch) was very kind and helpful over the phone. She was able to get Eli (tech) out to my home that day. Eli was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail to me so I better understood the problem, how he fixed it and the maintenance. I really appreciate both their efforts in helping me and I am so grateful.

Paul Slaughter came by to repair a broken faucet on the side of our complex. This involved shutting off the water for our entire community with Denver Water so we were hoping it could be expedited a.s.a.p. since a few hundred people would be without water pending the completion of the job. Incredibly nice and patient he explained every step of the process. Quality First had initially informed us that adding a shut-off valve would not be possible but once I showed Paul the pipe went (right thru my basement) he said it would be no problem. This was major important to me since when the pipe had burst it flooded my basement. He even took the time to demonstrate how it worked and what to do in case it ever happened again so I wouldn't incur any water damage should it fail again. Additionally he showed me how to bleed the line so it wouldn't freeze in the winter as this is an outside faucet. He even waited for Denver Water to come back and turn the water on, incredibly it took less than 20 minutes to get the water back on. Perfect work Paul!

Had a leak start up from a drainage pipe in the ceiling. Billy responded to the call and worked hard to cut through old cast iron pipes and replace the damaged section. He was knowledgeable and hard working. He didn’t complain once even though he got soaked with drainage water at one point during the 4 hour job! Brad and Cody came by and replaced the water heater within 45 mins very professional and helpful. I would recommend these guys to anyone

Zach did a wonderful job. My sink was clogged and it turned out to be a more difficult fix than was expected. Zach kept me informed of what was going going on. Explained what my options where and corrected the problem with a little troubleshooting. I would definitely call them again.

I contacted Quality 1st Plumbing to replace my central air conditioning. I was able to schedule an appointment and obtain a proposal on the spot. The work was completed in one day. I would like to personally say a Big THANK YOU. To Josh and Sam. They were Great with me and my fur babies. I will always go to them. Family owned and in my community!

Quality First was very responsive when we need assistance, getting someone out the same day. A pipe behind the wall in our shower broke, and they were able to quickly and make the repair at a very reasonable price. They also left behind no mess whatsoever, despite having to cut a hole in drywall and working around a little bit of tile. They also gave advice to help prevent the problem in the future and help take care of the supply lines to make them last as long as possible.

Brad, Carson, Emilio, Tony, Thomas and David did outstanding work replacing my HVAC unit and water heater installation along with fixing a leaky shower faucet in my condo. We had a mysterious backup so I called you guys. The first man who came out was Andre. He is a great guy, very personable. Later in the day Eli came out with his camera. We still did to have an answer. I mentioned the 'pump' and we both walked into the garage and I showed him where the alarm box for the pump was located. Lo and behold for unknown reasons the alarm bell had been shut off so the pump was showing the red light indicating that it was not functioning but the alarm was not sounding. I paid you guys $586. Your first charge was justified but the second charge was not. Andre should have known that he needed to check the pump. He must know that septic systems have a pump to pump the liquid to the leech fields. Douglas County septic came out and determined that the pump was faulty. It was under warranty so they replaced it for free. Please credit me for the second charge my credit card. Thank you, Carol Rush

Had trouble disconnecting gas line in tight dryer space. Q1st scheduled quickly, communicated confirms professionally and showed up on time, then handled quickly and helped us get the dryer outside for pickup. Ray and Jabob K (trainee) were both great.

Company missed their first appointment time so I had to reschedule for another date and time, which was frustrating. Felt like an old school cable company that gives a window for service and then missed it. The tech wanted to charge $300 + to spray a chemical on the outside of my AC to clean it. Not sure that was the best option for the price. No offer for a discount for missing their first appointment but oh well. Tech's were friendly and professional

Thomas & Jacob were professional and courteous while visiting our apartment to replace our broken water heater. They made sure to keep us updated on what was happening, and kept a watchful eye on our indoor cats that occasionally wanted to put their 2 cents in!

We had recently had boiler work done on our system. Unfortunately, we found ourselves needing that same work repaired 2 weeks later when we found ourselves without heat. I called around and Quality 1st Plumbing and Heating were the only company that could come out on a Saturday morning to get us up and running. The repairman, Sam, was excellent. He was courteous, did a fantastic job of making sure that I knew exactly what was going on; what was broken and needed to be replaced; and, based on the age of the boiler, what repairs I may expect in the future. Sam also made sure that all of my concerns were addressed and ran multiple tests on the system to ensure that it was in working order before leaving. Quality 1st also made a follow up call after Sam left to make sure that I was happy with the results. We have some plumbing work that will be needed in the near future. Quality 1st Plumbing and Heating will be the first call I make.

Our AC went down during a hot spell of the week, shock, surprise! We have relied on Quality First for two different residential properties and a commercial project, and we have never looked back and we will continue to do so! Josh Cathcart arrived on time. He was clean in appearance, polite, and showed respect for my property. He viewed the layout of the plumbing under the kitchen sink. He saw the best approach to clear the clog and updated me on the progress. When I asked him, he provided suggestions on how I could do my part to maintain the pipes although the layout is shared by other households. By the time he completed his service call, I felt confident that the plumbing issue was resolved.On a previous occasion, Eli Easter was also pleasant to work with. Both men represented Quality First Plumbing & Heating in an outstanding way.

Look no further for an extremely professional, fairly priced plumbing company. Quality First has essentially replaced most of the plumbing in my old house at this point (most-of-house PEX/copper repiping, installing new bath tub and replacing the old drain assemblies, snaking main sewer drain, etc).This most recent job was the bathtub replacement. Brian and Carson were extremely detail oriented. Example: for some reason the tub I purchased had a misaligned drain / overflow assembly and immediately brought it to my attention rather than just installing the tub. A quick trip back to Home Depot to get a replacement and now the tub looks perfect. Also, the old sub-floor had to be slightly modified to ensure proper draining. Brian and Carson took extra time to make sure the job was done as best as possible. I don’t get the feeling other plumbers would have done that, seeing that it “probably would have worked” without making the slight modifications.I highly recommend Quality First. Ask for Jacob or Brian for an estimate.

Josh Cathcart is the guy to ask for at Quality First if you ever need a plumbing problem fixed fast. Office called said he would be here between 3-5 pm, he was here at 1:30 pm replaced a 3 ft section of broken water pipe in a small very confined space above the ceiling. Did it very fast, very clean (no mess) and neat. I could in no way be more pleased with his work and would highly recommend that you would ask forJosh Cathcart at Quality First for any service work.

Pete and Beau did a great job for us fixing a leak. They were friendly and quick and left it clean.

Zach D was super pleasant and made my day . Immediately fixed our problem and went the extra step to use the camera and just double check if there were any other possible issues. While doing so , my 4th old son wouldn't leave him alone and Zach made his day by entertaining him . Highly recommend

We're having trouble with a clogged shower drain and old piping. Greg came out and attempted to snake the shower, but the snake would not get past the tight piping. He tried really hard, but was unable to clear out the clog. We asked for pricing to bust out the shower and replace the pipes. He gave us a rough estimate and suggest Phil come out to provide a more complete estimate. Phil came out the next day, asked good questions, assessed the situation, and provided a comprehensive estimate. Ultimately, we will pursue the work with a different plumbing company, but our experience with Quality First was good. We were happy with the friendly and prompt help.-Sam

Not cheap, but they came earlier than my appointment and did the job well. Gavin, the technician, was very polite and methodical, and cleaned up everything well.

Corey and Chris of Quality First Plumbing and Heating arrived on Monday morning around 8:30 and installed a new furnace/AC unit in our home. They did a wonderful job. I had a disastrous experience with A Better Plumber- they sent two people to my house that cut a hole in my wall and misdiagnosed my problem. Jessica at Quality First was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day and was totally understanding of my issue, and the tech Bryan was outstanding. We had worked with Bryan before, and after this second need, we will never go with another plumber for these emergencies.

Quality First stepped up big time! They were literally the 5th company I called to fix a commercial boiler issue. And while the other four couldn't fix it for this, that and the other reason, I literally called Quality First today, they sent a technician today, and the issue is resolved today. And for a very reasonable price as I was guessing around $4K and the cost was $1800. I spoke with Erica in the office and she was extremely polite as was Sam who saved the day today for 7 units that had been without heat and hot water for a few days. Made me a customer for life!!!

Michael arrived at the designated time. He explained what the scheduled work would entail and explained what additional work might be involved. As he progressed, he kept me informed of his progress and the results of his observations. He also explained the charges and what additional charges could occur. When he finished, he cleaned up the work area and loaded up his tools. No surprises! A fair charge for work completed.

This company is always awesome! I have had them work on many things for me but recently was a kitchen sink and toilet installation and they got it done and verified it with me that everything looks good and it has been all working great ever since!

June 15, 2022 Tyler came out to resolve an issue with a leak under the kitchen sink. Water was intermittently found under the sink. Tyler arrived prior to the time promised by Danny the (very kind) Dispatch Representative. He assessed the problem. Did some very effective trouble shooting. Identified the issue. Replaced the necessary parts. The work area was left clean. WE were back in business. Tyler was very kind, knowledgable, professional and a real pleasure to work with. Quality 1st is our go to. We wanted to fix an outdated plumbing system and Carson was here in under 2 hours from the call and stayed till 7 to get things perfect. I recently had a toilet that needed replacing and it was a more difficult job than a standard replacement. I had gotten additional quotes and most plumbing companies wouldn’t take the job due to some additional work that was outside the scope of a standard replacement and those that would wanted an exorbitant fee. Queue Quality First to the rescue! Austin came in, looked at the problem and was able to provide quick service and an affordable price - all with a smile. I would recommend Quality First, especially Austin, for your plumbing needs!

Vary professional but super shy stuttered a little and wasn’t confident.Definitely can tell he was new but good fit needs to learn your a system a little more. My brother tried to replace my whole house water filter. In doing so the valve that controlled water flow to the house broke off. I had NO water to my house. I called and spoke to Jessica and explained the situation. SO HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, CARING to name a few. She called TJ True who was the service expert on. He volunteered to do any additional call after his last call to get my water back on. Jessica called and let me know when he would finish his last call, when to expect him at my home. TJ was very Professional, explaining everything to me. What happened, what I would need etc. The valve had rusted and needed to be replaced. He created a MUCH better system for turning the pressure on and off. He was very efficient and managed his time effectively. I also noticed thanks to TJ, an additional area of pipe that needed to be replaced and set up a follow up appointment with the ever-efficient Jessica. What a team you have working for you! The first time I used them was a great experience. Second time, not so much. Had an emergency and called them at 8:30 on a Saturday night. They took my call and said a dispatcher would call to arrange for a technician to come out. Two hours later no call. I called back and no one new anything. Waited another hour and still nothing. Called a third time no new info. They finally called back to say that no one could come out until the morning. At this point all of my other usually plumbers had closed for the evening. Awful customer service when it counts. I recommend finding someone else. I know I will be.

Once new system was installed, cleaned up and provided a post installation update. Was too cold on installation day to test out the AC portion of the new system, so Shane showed up a couple days later and spent time testing the AC and giving it the final approval.As their name suggests, Quality First is their mission statement. Would recommend this cohesive team to anyone looking for installation and repair services.

Excellent service. Crystal and Angela were super nice and helped me schedule the Maintenance visit without any problems. They also called me minutes before Shane came to check the HVAC unit. Shane was amazing and explained everything he was doing. He even went back to his office to get a new piece that needed replacement. As always with this team it was A+ Quality Work.

Dustin arrived early and attempted to fix an issue I was having with my toilet. He diagnosed the problem and recommended a replacement. Within a couple of hours the old toilet was taken out, a brand new toilet arrived, and was installed. It works great and the work was professional. Would recommend

TJ saved the day! We had an outdoor pressure reducing valve leak. The receptionist, Emily, was excellent. She answered all of my questions and sent TJ out immediately. TJ arrived from the other side of town within 45 minutes, diagnosed the problem, and determined he could fix it within less than 7 minutes. He explained everything, kept me up to date with progress and challenges, and had our problem solved in just over an hour. The price was fair, and what I expected. This was in contrast to the first plumber we called, from another company, who arrived first thing in the morning, didn't communicate, and took the entire day to send us a ridiculously high quote. It was nothing but highway robbery. TJ completed the job for a good price, and did it immediately. We have found our new plumbing company. Thank you TJ!

Our company has used Quality First Plumbing and Heating for years. We have always been impressed with the quality, timeliness, and knowledge of the team. Today, we had a malfunctioning toilet. Ross V. came out to assess the situation. It was determined that the cause was tree root clog and damage. He was polite and thorough. He provided options and information in order for us to make educated decisions.The following day, Josh C. came to our site to scope the drain. He was responsive and polite. He was able to determine that it was not necessary to have a costly excavation at this point. We appreciate the honest and professional feedback.

Our mid-rise building had a hot water mystery. Half of the building has been without hot water for 3 weeks. Finally Quality First came in, and got to finding it. They replaced shower cartridges in many units with single handles, then they diagnosed other units which had not been checked, or refused to be. Today, Brian - the Master Plumber - and Jacob found that a unit had installed a new shower and capped it off without doing the fixtures causing the hot water to jet back through the supply lines and cross with cold. Boom, they identified that was the culprit, fixed it immediately, and the building has hot water again. They are our vendor of choice now. Cannot say enough kind words about Brian, he was an absolutely joy to work with. Everyone was respectful of wearing masks, and respectful of the inconvenience that residents felt. Professional, friendly, and damn good at what they do. Give them your business.

Very dissatisfied with the services provided. Had to fire the tech and get another plumber out as there prices seemed inflated. The new plumber proved there prices were inflated by coming in at half what they charged per freeze break and a more personable Demeanor. Also to top it off they sent a request for review with the wrong name attached as I as the customer name is not Mike. Charging as much as they did you would think they would at least get there customers name right. Would not recommend using this company.

He was a bright, hardworking, considerate young man who listened to the client and then shared information about the status of the plumbing. This is rare in this business and should be complemented and commended when you see it happening. He added a late appointment to his workload and then completed as if is was his first appointment of the day. He has a very good grasp of and uses the technical aspects of his job well. I do not know much other about this company, but this service expert is top notch. The appointment, telephone dispatchers, and accounting department were also timely with their appointments and on the receipt for their first diagnosis work. I called these guys for watter getting clogged in the kitchen sink. The appointment with customer representative (Hollg) was fast and prompt. The technician (Chris) showed up on time. He detected the problem and fixed it under one hour. I recommend these guys.

In early Oct 2019 we had Ray in plumbing repair a leaking bathroom faucet and Sam in HVAC install a steam humidifier and new thermostat in our home. They were scheduled on the same day and they were both punctual, respectful to my family and home, knowledgeable and through with clean up. We had been with a different HVAC company for years, but customer service starting with the owner had significantly declined.We realized that if we could no longer refer others to this company, then why were we with them. Starting with our first contact with Quality to the follow up call upon completion of our job, they were professional and accommodating. I have used Quality First for many years and have been extremely satisfied with their service. They have replaced my furnace, central air, and hot water heater. They also do my yearly services. Their technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Quality First came out to clean our drains; Thomas was prompt and knowledgeable. We also had an issue with our hot water heater, so he called in a tech who was an expert. John and Zachary knew exactly what to do to fix the situation. I highly recommend them!

Used Quality First to convert a section of PEX to Copper in an area where the pipes were visually exposed in my basement. The job was quite difficult to make look aesthetically pleasing due to odd wall shapes and built-in cabinetry. However, I'm writing this review because Brian was able to work magic, follow the contour of the complex wall shape, and make the lines extremely clean and parallel. He took the more difficult option, but it looks amazing. It looks so good, my wife doesn't think we need to paint the pipes to match the wall color, which was originally the plan. Ray was also extremely helpful throughout the process and spent extra time answering my questions about the re-pipe. I highly recommend Quality First. Ask for Jacob, Brian and Ray.

Paul & Justin did a great job. Paul is very knowledgeable, I have worked with him on other projects in the past. They put me first even though the boss man Brian wanted them to be at a training class. I appreciate them working extra hard and getting the job done in a timely fashion. Thank you.

Zach was such an amazing worker/person when he came out to work on my plumbing issue. The shower above my unit was leaking for a while (although I couldn't see it) and caused the ceiling to cave in. Zach arrived that same day and had the issue fixed the following morning. He was very kind and easy to talk to. He showed me what had happened and walked me through what he would do so that it wouldn't happen again. He also brought along his partner Andre who was also a great presence in the home. This dynamic duo worked amazing as a team and very fast. I would highly recommend them for future work! Job well done.

Jacob Jones installed two toilets for me and he is the best. I would ask for him again, if needed. He was professional, hard working, and explained as he made the sale and provided the work. What I am annoyed with is the unreturned call that I made to the company on Saturday morning and again on Monday morning regarding the mismatched colors of the tank and bowl(tank is a darker bone or bisque than the bowl and the inside of the bowl is white!). I was told that any color other than white would be at an extra charge, per Jacob. I was supposed to have gotten a return call from management and so far I haven't.

A special thanks to our Tech Zach for his professionalism. He was knowledgeable in his explanation of our situation and moreso empathic to our concerns by helping us understand both the situation and moreso his process steps for resolving. Great service all around! Our horror movie furnace went out when it was super cold, they sent someone out first thing. We needed our furnace replaced, we discussed what options would be the best for us and all financials were directly explained. Ricky and Paul followed up to make sure all is well. I had a shower plumbing issue on Friday morning and even though it wouldn’t be considered urgent as the water was shut off, Quality First was still able to get out same day. Unfortunately, they didn’t have one of the parts on hand that was needed but came back first thing on Saturday morning to finish the job. TJ was the service expert I worked with and was very helpful/went out of his way to come back at 8:00 am on a Saturday. Highly recommend working with Quality First!

Having had a career in customer service, I cannot say enough about my experience with Quality First and my Service Expert Zach! From my first phone call to book an appointment to my scheduling reminders, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Brad and Chris performed an overall home plumbing inspection, as part of our service plan, for us. Brian at Quality First was awesome ! We had a gas leak and our gas had been turned off by the gas company. Brian was thorough and found additional leaks and repaired them all. Also the call center staff at QF was very professional and helpful and kept me updated on when the technician would arrive. We are very pleased with the service.

Quality First has been taking care of us this year, and they are wonderful to work with. We have had a new furnace and a humidifier system installed and we are pleased with their service.

I can't say enough good things about Quality 1st Plumbing and Heating. Our 1961 house has decided to have a plumbing tantrum. The tantrum has lasted 8 months and has been occurring in various rooms and pipes throughout the house. All issues have been different, mostly due to age of the home, some just plain weird due to the placement of the pipes back when it was built. At any rate, we have lived here for about 18 years and haven't had any major issues other than our sewer line dying because of our trees. Suffice to say, we've had a lot of experience this past year with Quality 1st. They offer a reasonable fee to come take a look, $39 no matter if it's the weekday or weekend, and have always been able to come out either the day I call or the next day. The prices have been within our budget and options are always given. Repeat customers get coupons!Our most recent plumbing tantrum was a broken line that was buried under the concrete in our laundry room which required immediate attention. From the friendly phone staff to Brian S. in administration and Phil M. who camera'd the line, to Ross V. and John who did the excavating, hauling of concrete and replacement of the line, the work was done efficiently, timely and with expert care. We were invited down to watch the work throughout the entire process and everything was explained thoroughly. Friendly, helpful and they know what they are doing. These guys are fair, respectful of the homeowner and the property and they do excellent work. Hopefully we don't have anymore fits from our wonderful home, but if we do I know 4 or 5 guys who will have our backs. And shout out to Gregg who came out for all the other issues over the last 8 months, he is another great member of the Quality 1st family. Thank you for putting us back together! John and Jane :)

My heater went out on a Friday night and I called Quality First on Saturday morning and Chris came out to my home by 12:30 PM--earlier than I was even told he wold be able to be here. He got my heater working right away, but it could only be a temporary fix until a new part was obtained. He was here Monday morning and fixed my heater along with doing an overall inspection and maintenance. He even replaced my filter.The staff at Quality First kept me updated on when Chris would arrive and even called my on a Sunday evening to confirm my appointment for this morning.Chris was very professional and efficient and got everything done at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I was not charged with a second trip charge on Monday which I really appreciated. He even wore shoe covers the whole time to keep my floors and carpet clean. I am very happy to have my heat running again!I would highly recommend Chris and Quality First Plumbing & Heating.

Took advantage of women who did not know better on estimate. Advised of a trip charge to come out then called my wife once they got there and told her it would be another $189 to evaluate the problem. Called manager and was told the trip charge is just to show up and they charge again for an estimate. This was not disclosed on my original call or I would have never agreed to it. Too many other companies that give free estimates. Don't be fooled! On top of that got a ridiculously high estimate to complete the work. This was the most shady repair estimate experience I've ever had, sorely dissapointed. Sad they popped up on Google.

We've used Quality First Plumbing in the past and found they were terrific! Then a problem occurred that was out of their scope - and they were direct about the situation. That level professionalism impressed me. Of course, we were disappointed they could not handle that job.Then, when we had the sewer back up, we decided to once again call them. Zach S and Paul W. were at our house in less than an hour. The issue turned out to be a much bigger problem than we anticipated. Both gentleman were able to access the situation, isolate where the problem existed, develop a plan of action, and get the work scheduled.The following day Phil arrived to supervise the excavation. The excavation team arrived early, much to our surprise!From the first day, all employees wore protective clothing, observed the CDC's Covid 19 protocol and were respectful to our property.My husband and I will continue to support this family-run plumbing business in the future. AND, without hesitation, would recommend them to everyone in need of plumbing.

I cannot comment on the quality of their work as we had them come out for an estimate. I can comment on the quality of their pricing and transparency.The company said it would cost $45 to have someone come out and see if we had a leak in our pipe. The gentleman was courteous and in our home for under 30 minutes. His analysis was simply that he saw no issues and recommended we have a smoke test completed. Then we were billed $150!Seems very disingenuous to quote $45 and forget to say the plumbers half hour of time would cost an additional $100. At no point was I told I would be billed an extra $100 until the man handed us a bill at the end. I wasn’t asked if I was ever approving such additional costs. Due to this lack of transparency and suspect billing practices, I would not recommend this company.June 2020

Michael came out the same day I called for a broken heater a few days ago. He was knowledgeable, personable, found the problem quickly and got it working again. Michael returned again the next afternoon to do maintenance checks on our two furnaces, which was done efficiently. He explained everything he was doing, talked about prices for services needed and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left (both visits)~ which we are very satisfied! I will be calling Quality First and asking specifically for Michael in the future! Also, Emily in Customer Service is really great, too!

I had a slow leaking hot water heater, not an urgent matter but it did require a new hot water heater. Quality First Service Group was select by my HOA to assess the situation. While reviewing they turned off the hot water heater and left it off, leaving the unit with cold water and no heat. They initially quoted the hot water replacement at $4000 and then provided a second quote of $6000. I requested a second opinion from another company. They provided me with a quote for $2500. Overall, I found Quality First Service Group to be unorganized and price gougers.

Jacob arrived early and pursued the source of our water leak in a logical and responsible manner. He was creative about ways to test for possible sources and this saved us from needing to open a hole in a wall looking for leaking pipes or valves. He was friendly, courteous and excited to discover the origin of the problem. All components of the task were completed thoroughly and to our full satisfaction. I would be very happy to work with Jacob in the future.

I had a sewer inspection service that was included when I bought a new furnace last year so there was no charge. The tech whose name is Brad did a quick look in the line to the main and checked out good.

The most polite, professional company personnel I've worked with period. Every single person I talked with from Quality First was knowledgeable and provided excellent communication where I felt completely valued. The company has great values, packages for covering all needs identified and discovered during the appointment(s) and they also took pictures and showed me in person as well, before and after the work was done. Just an all around awesome experience. Completely satisfied.

Dave and Thomas were both extremely professional and great people. My water heater broke down on one of the coldest days of the year and they came out to replace the unit. Both were very friendly and happy to answer any questions that I may have had.

Be forewarned that their markup on parts is astronomical! I just got a quote of $850 to replace two Moen shower cartridges (to fix a leaky shower) that retail for less than $50 a piece. This is a fairly easy job - I only called them because I was trying to save my boyfriend from having to work on his day off. But, just an hour after getting this ridiculous quote, my boyfriend has already purchased the two cartridges and is almost done with the install. Then, after I told them I didn't want them to do the work, they charged me the $45 trip charge (which I expected) PLUS another $99 for the service charge because he spent 5 minutes screwing the faucet handles off to inspect the cartridges.

Came home from Christmas to find my furnace had been out for three days and my house was 50°. I called Quality 1st Plumbing and Heating and they put me on the waitlist which was much faster than anywhere else. Chris M. came bright and early the next day and within 10 minutes had my system up and running again. He was both extremely professional and competent and help save me money at the same time. Now my house is fully toasty warm and I am not fearful of my Pipes freezing. Chris knew exactly what was going on and did a full inspection cleaning and repair. He also assess the rest of my system including the air conditioning system even though it’s 20° outside pipes freezing. Have had a few repair instances with these folks and while the service has been great, scheduling an appointment has been difficult at times.Josh, Ray, and Dustin did a great job with, respectively, my AC repair, bathtub trim replacement, and annual HVAC checkup appointments. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done efficiently.However, it took weeks to get my bathtub trim replacement appointment set up. I had a very difficult time getting ahold on the project coordinator and there was constant confusion with which service I needed and what my estimate was. My AC repair and HVAC checkup appointments were in contrast incredibly easy and straightforward to set up so maybe it was just a busy period or a one off instance but it did make me more hesitant to go back to Quality First.

Chris did a terrific job he was extremely neat and mostly knowledgeable I would recommend him to a friend for sure!!!!

I wish I could give SIX stars, or more. Quality First replaced my 83 year old sanitary sewer line this week and, from beginning to end (which was two days), the work was the best I could have asked for. The crew arrived when I was told they would be here and they then worked diligently, thoughtfully and professionally until the job was done. I had functioning plumbing by the end of the first day, and they then spent the rest of the next day backfilling the (enormous) trench they had dug. They also patched the concrete in my patio that they had to cut to get the new line in, and reinstalled the sod where they had dug. My backyard was left in a better condition then the way they found it. One guy even watered the replaced sod and then picked up every scrap of trash.I have been an architect for more than 35 years, and have been around construction projects both very small– like this one– and very large ones, too. Without a doubt, I can say, categorically, that Quality First is among the finest contractors that I have worked with.But wait! There's more! The price for the work was lower than that of the chain outfits that just roll on, like a machine.They have my highest recommendation.

Service was great! Kristi was so nice & pleasant when taking my info & listening to my problem. Briggs Weaks was awesome. I found my guy for all future issues. He was quick & helpful in explaining what the problem was. Needed 3 valves replaced under my sink & even took the time to do a quick run thru when under my home in the crawl space for any possible issues. Id give 6 stars if i could.

We had a clog in our drainpipe behind a washer/dryer stack set that was wedged into a closet space by a pervious owner. Zachary showed up promptly and found a co-worker to help him move it. They had it out of the closet in a couple of minutes with no damage. The repairman before him(from a different company) wanted to tear up our closet in a way that didn't even make sense. It was comforting to see that these guys were competent and capable of doing the job right. He diagnosed the soft clog and even took the time to clear the rest of the pipe so we don't have to do this again anytime soon. I thank and appreciate Zach's professionalism.

Brian and Brad came out to service and replace some components on our Boiler heat system for our house. They double checked the previous estimate and diligently made sure our system was running in good order. I'm a pastor in Castle Rock, CO, and was recommended to Quality First by a church member. Quality First did a great job on an HVAC removal and reinstallation at my house. They were quick, responsive, and knowledgeable. They even did a free furnace inspection for me! I was super impressed by the owner Howie and his great team. Definitely would go with them again!

This is a great company and they care about their customers. I had a problem with my furnace system on several different days. Spoke with Emily and Angela over the phone and the customer service was amazing and quick. Technicians were Brandon, Emilio and Sam. Brandon was great with communication and informed me when parts would be available and made sure I was kept in the loop the entire time. Quality 1st is an authorized plumber for our facility and contacted them to discuss a repair for us. We had an unfortunate situation over the winter when an isolation valve failed after winterization and caused a series of breaks in our pool room plumbing. Ray was sent out to complete our repair. What an incredible group of people! From Crystal and Holly being so wonderful at communicating from the office and everyone being so punctual!A little back story here, my house was built in 1927 and over the years things have been added here and there. That being the case, my main water supply line from the street to the house was very old, galvanized ½ steel. Needless to say the layout was not obvious. Brian, Ramondo, Chris, and Dennis all put their heads together until the problem was adequately resolved. They never got frustrated with me or the project, it was fun watching them work the mystery. The price didn't change until we determined and agreed that there was some things that were out of the scope of the original bid, which, by the way, was ⅓ the price of the other bids which I received. My water pressure is better than it has ever been here and might actually be up there with the best pressure I've ever had. I can't give these guys high enough praise and review! THANK YOU!

Im the property manager here at Oxford Pointe Apartments and I called Quality First out in the morning for an emergency and same day, only a few hours later I had a plumber here, very impressed. Zach Duran was dispatched to our home the same day we called for main sewer drain jetting and camera. A previous plumber who tried to snake clean the drain informed us of blockage the snake could not get through. Zach was friendly, communicative, and showed us some cracks in the drain. More work to be done, but we were satisfied with his performance. Thanks.

Sam Criswell came and did repairs to my refrigerated air conditioner which was leaking badly. Truly appreciated his full and complete explanation of what the problem was and parts that will need attention in the future. So nice not to be talked i to unnecessary repairs.Highly recommend!

Ross, the technician, came out to the site and went above and beyond helping identify unforeseen issues while wrapping up the work in an efficient manner. Would highly recommend this company and Ross as well.UPDATE: Chris Papalia performed an inspection and installation of my Furnace unit and did an excellent job with the help of another gentlemen that I'm unfortunately forgetting his name. However, I really appreciated Chris walking me through the issues with my unit and explaining my go-forward options. Once the install was complete he walked me through the work they did and it was really well done. Seems that the running theme between all the Technicians at this company is that they do have the customer's best interest at heart and get the job done well.

I woke up to no heat in my house. Called Quality First and they sent James and Dexter out within a few hours. They were able to fix the problem efficiently and professionally. And today- I have heat! 🎉🎉🤣

We had several issues with our plumbing looked at and fixed. They were quick and prices are reasonable. I had another large plumbing company quote me a price that's was 10x what Quality First did the job for. I am Done using that plumber. Both technicians that came to my home were professional, friendly, and did a great job fixing and cleaning up. Even the people scheduling the appointments and giving reminders were fantastic. I joined thier membership and am glad I did. Treat your customers right and you get loyalty in return.

I purchased a home last year and by summer I found out the seller never connected the A/C to the home. We suffered greatly last year with how hot the summer was. Temperatures reached 90+ INSIDE the house.Fast forward to today, Chris Brown and Trevor Esser did a fantastic job getting us a fixed A/C unit and a much cooler home. I'm beyond grateful. They explained everything as it occurred and although the repairs were daunting, I had faith the unit would be fixed. It was. We were up and running rather quickly. I will go no further than Quality 1st for my home repair needs.

Sam was right on time. He explained the situation with my heating problem very clearly. He explained the possible fixes and their costs clearly. He fixed the problem completely. We are very happy to have used Quality First and especially happy that they sent us Sam.

Quick response to my request for a whole-house humidifier. Chris arrived right on time and installed the Aprilaire Model 600 quickly. He took the time to describe what he was going to do during the installation and once installed he went over the operation of the system. He did a 5 star job! Now our home will have a healthier level of humidity. I will use Quality 1st for all my HVAC needs.

We have always used the same plumbing service but, after repeated redos of jobs done and unrealistic pricing, we decided to make a change. We called Quality First based on some of the reviews we have seen and were not disappointed. Carson and Matt came on time, assessed the situation, gave us a few options and let us decide what was best for us, considering our budget. Then they went to work and fixed our leaking pipes, replaced our leaking valves, and cleaned up after themselves. I was so impressed with Katie and her customer service skills and how professionally she handled scheduling the appointment to fix a toilet at our business. The tech, Randy, showed up to simply replace the parts inside the tank and we purchased the parts and had them ready for him. He comes back out and shows me his iPad and tells me that it will cost $550-$600 to replace them because on top of my parts he will have to use some of his American Standard parts. WHAT??? I said that is ridiculously high and he said how far apart are we (this question lets you know they are price gouging) I said we are too far apart, here's your $39 trip charge, have a nice day. What an absurd waste of time.

We had two sinks leaking water and another making a squeaking noise. I just want to say Ross our technician was a true professional he let us know when he was coming exactly and showed up right in time. He immediately put booties over him shoes to protect our carpet and floor which we really appreciate. Ross said the job would take about two hours and he finished in one hour which was great! After he was complete he cleaned up and explained everything that was done and even showed me every little detail. Even though the one shower is still making the squeaking noise Ross explained that he is going to get with his other techs and see if they have any thoughts on how to fix it. I’m still giving 5 stars even though this issues was not resolved because of the follow up work Ross is doing to insure the issues is fixed.Thanks a lot,Jaimie

Just purchased a new furnace from Quality First. From the sales person (Tanner) to the installation crew (Erin, Dorian and Chris M), everyone was courteous. The installation went smoothly and professionally. I asked many questions and always got a satisfactory answer. They left the mechanical room cleaner than they found it. As a former employee of this company, I can honestly say they take care of their employees well. While I did not stay with the company (plumbing was not a good fit for me), I was excited to work with the other employees as well as the management team. Brad came by to fix our water heater that had been out for almost 3-4 days. He was fast, efficient, and was sure to keep us informed with what was going on!

I called in about a sewage gas SMELL in my house. Guy comes out and tells me the plumber that came out last did THE WORK wrong. He just wants to start ripping out walls and fixing things and he did not come down to the source OF what was wrong. He stressed the last guy did a bad job and wanted to make sure that guy gets paid THO. Why is he worried about the other plumber GETTING PAID? Then he Tells me if I don't pay the other guy he could put a lean on my house. So you're assuming I did not pay the other guy. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. He quote me ridiculous price and no guarantee it will fix the problem. The guy was trying to sell extra stuff I did not call them about. Stereo typed me and was shocked that I had a car to pay with. I do not pay cash sir and it none of your business if I paid the other guy.

These guys have been amazing help not only did they do an amazing job on our ac replacement but we just had a water heater go bad and brad came by and went well above beyond to help us out ! Couldn’t be any more satisfied definitely going to recommend these guys to everyone!

Erin installed our air conditioner and whole house humidifier. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. The system works great and the quality is top notch. You can shop around town all you want, but nothing beats quality!

I went from phone call to having Marcos A. at my door in less then an hour! My water heater had an issue and Marcos figured out the problem in no time. He made the quick fix - something I had spent all weekend trying to figure out myself - and was on his way. Sometimes you just have to leave it to the pros.

Ross was the technician who came out to repair my hose bib. He was very professional, wore booties as soon as he entered my house, and was very accommodating as I had left work late and couldn't arrive on time. He was efficient and fully reviewed all my options for the repair, and did a thorough job.

Top notch experience. Jessica called to let me know the techs were on the way (30 minutes ahead of time). Once here Austin and Pete quickly diagnosed the situation, presented choices, and executed to clear the drain up completely. They also suggested follow on care to avoid this situation from happening again. Great job by all !!

I am very happy with Chris who worked on our plumbing today. He worked long hours because of emergencies that came up and was very professional. When he came in he put covers on his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt in, same with the equipment he had to haul in. Covers on the wheels and such. He fixed the problem in a timely matter and we are very happy with the result and very thankful.

Chris M. Was awesome. Very friendly and very child friendly. He fixed our air conditioner fast and easy, he even noticed a problem that they quoted us wrong and fixed that as well. We would definitely ask for Chris M to come back if we needed a plumber.

While working last night in tearing out an old vanity in our bathroom I accidentally broke cpvc pipe for our cold water tap. I needed someone to come out fast. I tried ARS Rescue Rooter and I was unable to get someone to come out. I called this company and they responded within an hour of me calling. They were willing to book me after someone else canceled their appointment. Needless to say I am very GRATEFUL for their service and help last night. Ross was an awesome guy.

Quality 1st has some of the best service I've ever experienced. All of their technicians are professional, friendly, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. They've always been on time, and their dispatch team is great at communicating when they'll be arriving,I've been a member for 2 years total (off and on), and each time something goes wrong with our plumbing or HVAC, they are the first company I think of to call because I know the quality of their work is top tier. Brad came by today to check on our water heater that was leaking, and he did a great job explaining the different pros/cons of each option, and quickly gave me several estimates that I could use to make an educated choice.I also really appreciate the free yearly inspections that come with the membership - it gives me a piece of mind to know everything is working as it should and they will alert me of any potential issues that may come up in the future before they become a real headache. I purchased a refrigerator through Lowe's and they recommended Quality First to install a water line for the new fridge. My technician Brian was fast, very professional and did the job to my liking. He needed to pull my dishwasher out so he could run the line behind it. He reinstalled it and leveled it out, just like new. When he was finished he pressure-tested the line to make sure there were no leaks. From now on whenever I need plumbing done I will call Quality first. I will always ask for Brian. Great job.

He explained everything he was doing and he even showed up before the allotted time frame which was appreciated since it was very chilly in my house. Sam quickly repaired my whole house humidifier. Brad gave me an estimate on extending a gas line for an oven range. Both guys were efficiently performed these tasks and did a quality job. Definitely will be using them in the future for HVAC and plumbing needs

This review is WAYYY overdue. I’m so sorry for not posting sooner!! Quality first was called to my condo due to an issue in the building affecting my unit. They had to come out twice, and while the first visit was fine, it was the second plumber who really stuck out to me.Eli was just wonderful. He was professional, kind and knowledgeable and he went the extra mile to help explain what was going on and how it can be helped in the future. He suggested a couple products I could use, and he pointed out another issue he found that was unrelated. And since the issue had a quick and easy fix, he took care of it instead of suggesting it would need to be a separate service.One of the most discouraging things about a company is when they ‘nickel and dime you’ so to speak. To be honest, it was the HOA that paid for the repair for which they were sent out to fix, but the separate small issue he found, I would have had to pay for. But, because it was just so quick and easy and he was here, he tightened up a seal for me that was loose and told me what to keep an eye out for in the future.I just cannot say enough how much I appreciated his kindness and professionalism, and I should add, I was especially neurotic about the plumbing issue since my home flooded early this year. He wasn’t annoyed by my hovering and asking questions, he was patient and understanding of my concerns. Again, I cannot speak to their pricing, but I can say that I would recommend them based on the interaction with Eli. I hope he is a valued employee within your company as he certainly was a good representative of what good customer service should look like.Thanks Eli!! We had a leak in the basement toilette and after other companies canceling their appointments to fix the problem, we found Quality First and we are glad we did! Eli has done a great job replacing the old toilette leaving no mess! We ended up replacing the toilette upstairs, too. We would definitely recommend Quality First to our friends and family.

After moving into our new home I discovered that the backyard hose bibb had an unusual thread that would not accept the standard hose fitting. I looked for a solution at a number of hardware stores. Greg S. from Quality First recognized the brand and persisted in finding the part that was missing. Quality First not only made the repair at a minimal cost, but communicated with me throughout the process of looking for and finding the part. I am very happy with their personal service and the outcome.

Quality 1st sent Jacob out to repair a leak in the outlet pipe from our water heater. Not only was the company able to send someone out the same day, Jacob was exactly on time. He arrived at 12:00 for a 12 - 2 appointment window. He checked out the leak, wrote up a quote and removed and soldered in place the replacement in less than an hour. Included was an extension to the water heater drain pipe so it extended to the floor drain instead of just pointing at it from a foot away.The location was cleaner when he left than when he arrived.In addition, Jacob took the time to look at and get me a quote for a different job, replacing the handles and faucet on our master bathroom tub. A job for a future date.Jacob was professional; courteous enough to wear covers over his shoes, and wasted no time getting the job done. I will use Quality 1st Plumbing and Heating again, and if I can, request Jacob Jones to be the plumber they send.

Our water heater was leaking on a weekend and we thought we were going to have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. Ross V. replaced a 50 gallon on Sunday! Not only did he do a great job but also made sure we were up to code (which the previous company did not do).

Phil Metz was extremely responsive and nailed me out in one business day. He even came late in the day to help us out. We were listing out property and needed some last minute work done. He replaced a pipe in the basement that was leaking and they fixed a leak on the main water line. All last minute notice with such professionalism. I always recommend quality first when a friend needs a plumber.

Carson and Tiffany did a fine job; unfortunately they have a tough job. We needed emergency help after-hours, these services are expensive, that’s just the reality.Tiffany was very helpful and understanding on the phone. She appreciated our concern and dispatched Carson expeditiously. She also informed me of a non-refundable $250 after-hours charge.Carson arrived quickly and was professional. We had diagnosed the situation further while waiting for his arrival, and the original concern was alleviated - the hot water heater was not leaking. A less serious, yet difficult to fix leak from the AC condensate was the problem. We discussed this and the options were simply: “pay $339 for no work to be performed, or $714 for a temporary fix with no warranty”.Once again, need to emphasize that this is not the fault of the customer-facing employees. The situation was difficult. I need a new AC system. An upstairs utility closet was leaking through the floor into the downstairs bathroom. We received the fix required at the time needed. This costs a premium, yet I still need a new AC.If you are not a wealthy person these services can gouge you painfully. The $250 trip charge was accurate - there was also a normal $89 trip charge on top of that! And the non-refundable is also accurate, as I would have to pay $339 once I accepted the service visit. This is probably a necessary business model. In this case it tipped heavily in favor of the business.I would appreciate consideration from management in our case, will be contacting the company, their response will determine the follow-up of this review. Watch this space!

We had a blockage in our shower that was preventing water from draining effectively. When we called the company, they told us they would be able to come out the next day in the morning. The next day they called us and told us that someone would be able to come out sooner than expected. This was great news! Brad came out, took a look, and was very quickly able to diagnose and resolve the problem. We're very grateful!

Luke Milligan was incredible! I've had some difficulty with water backing up in my bathroom: sink, toilet, and bathtub. Luke came by (in a very timely manner) and wasted no time getting to work. Pete has worked on our boiler since we bought the house in May and done an excellent job. We had to install a bucket pump because the drain line has corroded and collapsed!

Jacob came and did a good job dealing with a gas line issue that we recently had here at our condo complex. He was very polite and professional in explaining what needed to be done in the unit and what the process looked like.

I called for an estimate and Ross came out on a Saturday to give me that estimate. I was pleasantly surprised when Ross said he could come out the next day to do the work. It was completed in a very timely manner. I’m very satisfied with the work, Ross was friendly and even took time to make friends with my dog. Had a small leak under our sink that we noticed yesterday afternoon and we were able to call Kristi and get an appointment first thing this morning. Pete arrived on time and quickly found and repaired the valves that were causing the leak and water issue. Greg did a phenomenal job and was extremely pleasant to be around! He was very kind and courteous the entire time he was in my home! He explained everything to me as he was going through, and showed me what exactly was going on. I was so pleased with the work done, I will personally request Greg for all of my plumbing needs! Thank you Greg for being so wonderful!

This company is a complete RIP OFF and I do not recommend using them. My property management company sent them out to one of my rental properties to provide a quote for a bath/shower combo that had poor water pressure and just needed a new shower valve. They billed us $245 for a trip charge and plumbing diagnostic (see attached photo) ...you heard me right...$245 just to come out and give us a quote. They claim this fee is in line with the industry and I am sure the owner will reply to this review stating the same thing as all of the other complaints they have received about their unethical pricing however it is ABSOLUTELY not even close to the industry standard! Do yourself a favor and call Applewood Plumbing & Heating who is a large reputable company and they charge a flat fee of $29 to come out and diagnose a problem with no obligation to use them for the repair if you don't want to...not $245 like this RIP OFF company!

Quality 1st responded quickly to repair our furnace. (Rochelle) scheduled the work promptly and was even able to assign our technician (Chris) earlier than originally scheduled. The job included cutting drywall to install shutoff valves to water lines. Chris did an incredible job making sure I knew exactly what was happening, what the outcomes would be, and coordinated with me so I could source an access panel that fit the hole he cut perfectly

Our plumber Joe V. was excellent! My wife and I recently encountered an issue with our basement drains backing up. Joe was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue, checked our entire system to ensure the problem was fixed, and also provided us valuable information regarding possible things to look out for in an older home like ours. These guys really go the extra mile - I highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them in the future.

We were having garbage disposal and sink issues over the weekend. Called on Monday, they were busy but they squeezed us in. The office staff called me a few times to update me on status.Jacob Jones was the licensed plumber who came and he was so kind and professional. I was at work so my mom was home with the baby. Jacob was so patient as my mom and I had to talk back and forth over the phone to him. The work was done to perfection all the mess was cleaned up and put together before I got home. We will definitely be calling Quality 1st again and asking for Jacob.

I called a different company first after searching reviews and after they came by we wanted to get another quote so I called Quality 1st as their service sticker was placed on our water heater as the ones who originally did the install.For this call Pete Duran was our technician and moving forward I would certainly recommend him again in the future. Very professional, super efficient, & a good guy to work with. 5 stars for sure.

Thomas & Jordan were Awesome! Courteous, great personalities.. shared what they were doing and answered any of my questions.. I would Highly recommend Quality 1st Plumbing & Heating... They did a great job getting my sink unclogged..... with some hints too..

Andre was amazing! He was extremely friendly and very professional! He did a great job when we had a plumbing emergency! He is very prompt and professional! I believe Andre is a huge asset to this company!

Very professional, highly responsive, and all around good people to work with. Brian was the lead on our project with assistance from Carson and David. We had a leaking/failed circulation pump on our building's boiler. They were able to come out on short notice and assess the situation. They tried some immediate repairs and were able to partially mitigate the leak until new parts could be ordered/received. The first shipment did no have the correct parts and our repaired did get delayed but the office was very quick to let us know and ensure us they were expediting as best they could. Ultimately, these guys spent a lot of time ensuring the repair was correct and going to last. They were very communicative about what was happening, what was working, and what was not. These guys are highly recommended for all your plumbing needs. We will be using them again!

Brian Schmahl has been amazing to work with. Takes care of issues in a professional manner and is extremely responsive. I highly recommend using him and Quality First Plumbing for any plumbing need you have.

The pipe going to my hose bib in my new home was cracked so I called Quality First. They sent out Thomas and Zach D. who did a wonderful job. They not only fixed my hose bib but discovered my water pressure was too high so added a PRV so I don't blow out my plumbing. Both Thomas and Zach were professional and very friendly. I enjoyed working with them and will use them again in the future. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs.

Super grateful for Brian's assistance and honesty! Chris helped with additional information and advice which was all very helpful and I'm appreciative of all 4 of these guys! Angela, dispatcher, called me and asked if I wanted an earlier appointment. That was nice. Marcos, plumber, showed up on time and put on shoe covers. That was a good start. Marcos used drop cloths and fixed the clogged kitchen drain.I was happy with the job done. The cost was a little high but the job done was done right.Thank youRandy

Just had Mark with Quality First install tankless water heater system in the house. Can not give enough praise. Showed up promptly, knew his stuff, clean, courteous and just the type of person you hope to always get when having a major issue at your home and you dont know anything about what to do or how to fix it. I would absolutely recommend Quality First for any of their services!

Thomas and Phil replaced our sewer line. They explained everything and really helped us through the entire process. I plan to keep using them as they were very honest

Thomas came out after my emergency call on a Sunday and made quick work of the critical first step of my very nasty issue. I found out I had a broken sewer line that goes underneath my home through my crawl space, which likely had been an issue for some time. This means Thomas had to brave literally working in a cesspool and he did it with conviction and a smile. Tip of the cap to Thomas, I'm incredibly grateful he does what he does. Great response time, great work all around!

Carson did a great job fixing our sink. Quality First was communicative and Carson was on time and helpful.
