The Leak was detected back of the house when my crew dig the location there was NO leak. 2nd time around leak was detected at front of house which was uncovered. Plumber was knowledgeable but the office stopped responding to take care of back ditch or the leak. This was really unprofessional. I used their services due to very good reviews.

I called and explained what I thought was my problem and they were very helpful and understanding. They were very clear what their services are and what they could and would do to pin point my problem and get it fixed. They sent out a very knowledgeable service person who quickly found the problem and not only the leak but the cause. A full detail of the costs and time to repair were provided which seemed reasonable. I agreed and they started the work in a couple of days. The work was completed in the time estimated and at the cost stated. My problem was fixed. No mess left behind. The people were nice and professional and all is well. I would and have recommended them to others .

In the past we had bad luck with other plumbing companies. We have used DFW Pipe & Plumbing numerous times and always had great experiences. We were able to schedule our service quickly, the plumbers showed up on time, and they did great work for a fair price. I won't use any other plumbing company.

Just recently, we have experienced a lot of issues with our water heater. Aside from the leaks, we have been hearing a loud noise and their tech found that it was from sediment build up. He was really quick in assessing the problem and was very professional and respectful. He even went an extra mile to examine sewer drain outs and did an awesome job.

Didn’t show, had us waiting all day and never called, when I checked with my warranty company they lied and said they called and got no answer, they probably didn’t want to drive too my location, they should hv just said that because now we Hv to find somebody else and my sinks are still stopped up. I’d give no stars if I could!

I wish this type of Quality and professionalism could be found with every company. Tempo has very knowledgeable and highly motivated employees who come in and execute what needs to be address aswell as really listens to your concerns, they will explain everything to you and walk you through it all. I had Fernando P. Come this time and he was incredible! I had a complete replacement of my system and duct work last year and they have been on top of making sure everything is still working properly and when my water heater went out they were here first thing in the morning with a brand new one to replace it.
