During the winter storm I called them to go and fix a broken pipe.

Because I have no power nor water at my house I was staying with friends. As soon as they texted me they had sent a technician immediately started driving towards my house and told them I would be there in 15 minutes.

I show up 20 minutes later (5 minute difference!) and they had already cancelled my appointment and dispatched his technician elsewhere. They called me a few minutes earlier, but because I was driving my apple phone automatically diverts calls away, so because I didn’t pickup immediately they decided they’d just cancel my service appointment, and even said to me “ Best of luck, maybe answer your phone next time so we aren't wasting our time.”

I would highly discourage anybody to do business with this business. Horrible customer service during an emergency situation.

Called the company because the advertising indicated they might be a little different than the big name plumbers. I'm glad I called. Dan arrived within the service window I was given. Got a call that he was on his way too. Was professional in presentation and conversation. After showing him the problem area and explaining the sewer gas smell he was able to describe what was likely going on, and what course of action.

I was able to view the monitor that the camera in the sewer look like. As well as get a explanation of what it was I was seeing concerning the pipe degradation under the house. This gave him enough information to be able to give me a quote on what needed to be done. And the quote was provided verbally and via email before the technician left.

I didn't feel like I was getting any upselling or high pressured sales tactics. I think I got a fair accurate assessment and bid for the work that needed to be done. I am very pleased with RC pros and came away from the service call having confidence that the job would be done accurately and thoroughly at a good price.

At first they seemed very nice. They came out while it was raining. It was after hours so that part was nice. So when they came out he replaced a couple things and capped off some gas line. We paid 688 dollars for them to come back and check to see we’re the leak was. Then they told us it was old piping and need to be replaced we paid 4,250. After they were done we still didn’t pass it was still showing there was another Leak. Then told us we need to pay another 3,000 to put brand new solid pipes in. I feel they used us and lied as well.

Do NOT hire this company! The reciprocity agreement they have with a couple of demolition and restoration companies is shady at best. They are rude, inconsiderate, and refuse to take responsibility for their actions. One man actually yelled over the phone at my elderly mother. No professionalism, and the lack of timely communication is terrible. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. The work failed city inspection 3 times and they literally had to redo the entire portion outside before the city would approve. Response times were awful - an hour or more late each time they were scheduled to be at my home. I should have been more aware of why they were so readily available after the big freeze we had in Texas - now I know. NO ONE wants them because they are terrible!

I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday. I called my usual plumbers, but they wouldn't come out. I found RC Plumbers on google - and they were out to my house within a few hours. Unfortunately it was a major issue, and after fixing that, they were able to find another issue. While the repairs were major, they were fast, professional and quick. They accommodated my odd schedule, so disruption at home was minimal. Their crews were very nice and friendly. I cant say enough about them - all people were great. Even took care of a snake in my garage. RC Pros are my new plumber - my go to people - always. All the people, from Ireen in the office who kept me apprised of the progress, to the construction crew who had to break through the concrete, to the plumbers (Daniel and Seth) who worked fixed the lines. I wish I knew all their names to give a shout out - but sadly I don.t. Thanks RC Pros.

I used these guys recently to replace both my toilets. I needed both my toilets upgraded after trying to get by with band-aid repairs. I finally got tired of the low flush pressure, patching up a cracked tank and leaky seals. I work a lot so I didn’t have time to do the install myself. They took care of me in a quickness with an easy install where I didn’t have to worry if the toilet was seated/sealed properly at the base or not. The new toilets preform better and the install was cleanly done.

I used them in the past when the sewage was backed up and spilled into the front lawn 🤢. They were professional throughout the process and explained all the options and the work needing to be done so I was constantly in the loop. Mario made sure the quality of work met my expectations and was always available to answer any questions about the work or invoice. They’re very up front with you so there’s no surprises. They’ve pulled through each time I needed them so I’ll continue using them should I have another emergency.

Took 2.5 weeks to complete testing instead of the 1 day promised. Poor quality testing of drain line leaks, plumber on site was not competent to test drain lines. Asked to speak to manager 3 times without a call back. Changed pricing midway through appointment.

Had these guys out for a sewer issue that other companies couldn’t seem to fix... Daniel came out a found out the problem and gave me the best option to fix the problem long term. I am so grateful that I found these guys and they didn’t mess around trying to prolong a constant problem. I defiantly recommend them and will be using them again.

I was accused of berating the employees after talking to one of them for 2 minutes. I was trying to find out why my job wasn't going to be completed when I was told it would be. Then I was told that I look down on plumbers and think my husband is better than a plumber because he is a city council member. (Volunteer member) I have NEVER responded that way to anyone. We all have skills that others do not. That is why I called a plumber. I was talked over and dismissed and then LIED TO. I was told that as a city council member's wife I should know that an inspection was needed before the job could be completed. REALLY????!!!!! This is the first I had heard about an inspection. Ok, fine. Without the inspection, he would put any liability for the work on me. Oh he!! no. When will that be done? I was told I had a better idea of that since my husband was on city council. REALLY???!!! This guy has no idea what a city council person does. But my husband was at a city event and asked the public works director if an inspection was needed. Guess what.....NO. So my husband calls the plumber and tells him this. Plumber says well all of the cities have different codes. But plumber said that is why the job couldn't be completed. So plumber now back tracks and says they took pictures and they could use those if an inspection was needed and they would be out on Monday to finish the work.
Oh and the master plumber listed on the invoice was not the plumber we were talking to. We never saw the master plumber.

This has to be the worst experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. All I needed was a simple shut off valve replaced but the tech tried to up sale me with over $2400 of unnecessary work before he would do anything. He then charged me $149 for the trip after I refused the $2400 deal. I tried to get the matter resolved with the office by phone and email but to date, have not had a response. I would not recommend this company for any work. They are a complete ripoff.

These guys are awesome “Definitely” would recommend going with the CR Pros crew for any plumbing situation, They work fast, are efficient, and aren’t afraid to get dirty. Extreme price gouging during the winter storm. Charged 349 dollars just for a trip without doing anything worthwhile. When I called them back they mentioned it was for emergency service when I never asked for one. I was infact told they will try to see if someone can come in the next 48 hours .The water was already shut off. The person who came tried to sell everything else except confirming that the main problem would be fixed. I would stay away. Dont ever call them.

I have mixed feelings about this company and after reading about the complaints and their F rating on Better Business Bureau I’d caution anyone planning to use them.

The first technician, Austin, came out and unclogged a drain. He was friendly and thorough. He let us save alittle money by allowing us to take the toilet off ourselves instead of paying him to do that part.

We ended up paying $1500 for a hydroblast that was recommended to be done that day. In retrospect it’s hard to say if we actually needed it or not, but even if we did, $1500 was very high after consulting with other plumbers.

The biggest issue we had with the company was that after Austin left another plumber came and scoped our toilet line with a camera. He attempted to sell us on a $17,000 repair and didn’t seem to appreciate when we asked questions to better understand what was going on. When he left he said he would send us the video that day. He said we had to agree to do the work within 5 days otherwise the quote would be void and we’d have to pay to get another video done. He was pushy and clearly sales motivated. In the end we had to hunt down the video with multiple requests and after reviewing it with other plumbers the “emergent” issue we were sold by RC Pros was not as dire as they suggested.

If you use this company I’d strongly consider getting other estimates also. The work they did was fine but the cost and upselling weren’t worth using them.

We were quoted roughly $16000 for a reroute of our plumbing after they told us our pipes were cracked as seen on their camera. This number was absolutely earth shattering. We decided to get another opinion, and this new plumber said they had no idea how a crack could even be identified on a camera. He suggested a jetting of the pipes, and sure enough, the 42 years of gunk was the issue. We ended up paying a whopping $350 and now have good as new pipes. I am horrified to think we almost completely depleted our savings account to be completely scammed by RC Pros.

This company gets the job done. They came in, assessed the issue, didn't dance around anything and took care of our home. Very professional and knowledgeable about all things plumbing related. I felt like a VIP. They inspected and serviced everything. Would and will highly recommend Connectionz Plumbing. Thanks for saving our home from future problems and resolving current ones.

The only options offered to clear my main sewer was a $1,400 hydro jet (glorified pressure washer) or a much pricier cleanout replacement. I ended up buying the jetter hose attachment for my pressure washer for $120 and cleared the line myself.

They rip you off I REPEAT THEY RIP YOU OFF anyone that pays get your money back it's not worth it.

Paid for drain clean out and the drain cleaner used only made matters worst. This small cleaner did not have enough power to clear the drain. I was out of more money to get the job done. The company would not compromise on a partial refund on the service they fail to provide. Be cautious when scheduling with them. I was very dissatisfied with their service and upcharges presented.

Dan was very responsive and help with our water leak issues right after the recent freeze. RC Pros was able to come out one week earlier than the plumber I normally use, this was a life saver. The water was turned back on to the house as soon as possible. While total repairs did take a while longer I had water and they were trying to provide that to all customers, so the delay was understandable.

We hired RC Pros to reroute the plumbing to our washing machine. They came and dug a ditch in our backyard, which was left for days while we waited for the plumbing to be taken care of. We have had many issues with the work - including a pipe detaching from a wall, a pipe bursting that we were told was completely disconnected to all water, and our backyard being completely uneven and impossible for my kids to play without tripping after the job was completed. Stay away from these guys!

RC Pros Plumbing is our new go-to plumbing company. The staff truly cares about their customers and works exceptionally well with them to keep them informed. Dan stepped in to save us from another company's botched start of a repair and replacement job for a whole house sewage pipe system that had corroded and filled with tree roots, and came in at just a little over half the cost of the other company. All workers were very friendly, professional and trustworthy. Irene in the office/dispatch is a gem! We highly recommend this company!

I needed some plumbing work done in my main line of the house. I called RC pros and Irene was a delight and very helpful, she scheduled me right away for that day. I was appointed to Audi who was a true professional and explained everything to detail of the work been performed. Once finished he suggested that I get a camera inspection with supervisor Josh to make sure the line had no problems,unfortunately my line had a crack and needed repair. Josh decided to use C.I.P.P to solve my plumbing problems. The crew was great as well work fast and clean with a great attitude towards us and our pets. I can honestly say best plumbing experience that I've had. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.Thank you Rc pros.

Josh B fixed the main house drain. He was excellent at fixing the problem. My only gripe with the company is the extravagant cost of over $1,700 to clear a pipe. By far the highest I ever paid for a quick plumbing job. Management/ownership does seem greedy w the costs. A whole new water heater to include installation costs me less than this job.

DON’T WALK, RUN FROM RC PLUMBING. An absolute joke of a “company”. Dan Jordan is a con artist. Quoted $7,000 for services which were obviously not needed. What we DID need was honest, dependable work done to repair a pipe that burst and flooded our entire home. I ended up having the repair done for $525 and it took less than an hour. Dan was requiring us to have a new water valve built before any work was started, but couldn’t install the water valve until weeks later? Are you serious? Get this loser out of business. He’s already been reported to the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. Price gouging in these times is criminal.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE FOR “BIG JOBS”
My plumbing system is worse than what they have started and they have been out at my house about 5 times now and nothing is complete. I am LOOKING TO GO TO COURT on them it is so bad of a job. I have had other plumbers come out and look and they didn’t understand what was going on or the work that has been done

I have been out of water for 2 months now and keep on getting delayed and pushed back. Plumbers only work for about 2hrs on average (for a plumbing job i was told would take 2 days) when they come and when the plumbers get on site, all of them have said they didn’t realize the extent of the job they had to do and didn’t have all the equipment on hand. I showed one of the plumbers the invoice wrote up for me, even he didn’t understand it and was questioning it. I was told that the $8,000 i paid would fix the whole plumbing system but that was a lie.

We got a pipe that burst in one of our bathrooms. When they arrived they said that I needed an exterior shut off valve installed by code. The repairs of the pipe was find beside the cold water doesn't work on our tub got another plumber to fix it. But then called the Coppell code enforcement officer, and I was told that this shut off valve wasn't necessary at all and wasn't code. I called the company was told the manager would call me back but never heard from him/her.

I was only able to text after they said they where coming to install the shut off valve. Then I received a text by someone that the service was canceled, but they where only reimbursing me 1000$ from the 2800$ that I had to pay upfront for the services.

Base on this tactic to tell customers that it's code required to get something done during a state of emergency. I think this company is using dubious tactic to charge customer in an emergency situation. I would shop somewhere else has these tactic are not professional at all.

I filled a complaint with the Texas plumbing authorities.
I also filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau case# 91577915

Having moved recently from California, I had a huge pile of to-do’s on my new home. I worked endlessly with as much time as I possibly had to have my new home ready. However plumbing isn’t my strong suit ,but luckily I was fortunate enough to find this company and Mario to help. Mario worked with my schedule and not only educated me with his step by step process, he also got the job done in literally no time and such a professional manner. I highly recommend them and I am again very grateful for their hard work and professionalism. Will definitely be reaching out to them for future work!

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT give this company your credit card info. They sent a salesman to my home who received my card info, by telling me that if I did the service for the estimate he wrote up, that I would not be charged the service call.

THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $1,100 FOR THE ESTIMATE THE VERY SAME DAY WITHOUT DOING THE WORK. They never did the work, and I'm only asking for my money back, but they have been giving me the run-around about a financial department who does all their financials that is never in town.

READ THIS!!! I have called and spoke with Diane, Michelle, and Josh on multiple occasions, and it's always the same thing; they will contact the financial department. I emailed this posthumous financial department; NO REPLY. It's been 3 months now and they are still out of town. SMH

Our neighbors used this plumbing company and parked their vans right in front of our mailbox. Plenty of room to pull up and when I asked the driver to please move his van so we wouldn't miss important mail coming he completely ignored me.
Sad that this is a professional company who hire people who are unprofessional. It's also sad to have to give a review on a company that we didn't call. Public street yes but blocking our property is not okay.

They also do business as 24 RC Connectionz. Avoid this company at all costs. A 10-day job took 2 months. They did not communicate with my insurance company and I am out the $28k cost. (I don't believe I was overcharged for the work, but having no assistance from insurance because RC can't take 10 minutes to answer the adjuster's questions when they promised to multiple times is bad business and a huge financial hit.)

I have tried multiple times to contact someone that didn't just say yes and do nothing or ignore me. If you want to make this right, contact N. Kuzanek.

BEWARE!! This company specializes in dishonest and exploitative practices. When you contact them initially, they are very good at projecting a nice image of themselves as an upright, honest and customer friendly company. This approach works wonders to disarm the prospective customer so that the customer will be more believing and least suspicious of them, which they will exploit later to pull a fast one on the unsuspecting customer. They are very good at bait and switch tactics. First, they will quote a very low upfront price to reel you in! Once they are at your property AND started their work, they will start adding more services, which they will insist as prerequisites to complete the originally agreed upon work properly! Here is where their slimy practices start. The additional services they add are priced exorbitantly high, done so intentionally to fool, price gouge and exploit unsuspecting customers. Don't rely on them doing a proper work either. If you call them back with good faith complaints about their workmanship and overinflated pricing, instead of listening, you will be met right away with a rude, snooty and arrogant response completely dismissing a customer's concerns. It appears they have finessed their deceptive practices very well!

I used RC Pros to fix my broken sink and its severely clogged drain. They were there quick, and were super communicative. They told me exactly what was going on, and offered their hydro jetting service that instantly fixed our problems. While they were working I brought up about wanting a new faucet and they were able to add it to the order and finish it the same day.

The estimate we received to repair ONE outdoor faucet was $1,250! I said no way and called my regular plumber that took an additional day, but he also only charged $235. Over a THOUSAND dollar difference. We were just lucky that our repair wasn’t urgent, otherwise we would have been out so much more money with RC.

This company is so far beyond anything I have ever experienced. No customer service, way too anxious to get thei $9350 up front, took them 10 days of arguing with the demolition crew about the fact that we had no toilet! No one takes responsibility, no one cares about the customer. No one shows up on time, and one of the bosses even yelled at me over the phone. They installed a shield into my underground drainage pipe and asked me to sign off on their work before it was inspected by the City. Totally unethical, totally disreputable, do not call them for anything.

Called several plumbing company's to get a quote and had doubts when choosing who to go with to service our problem. Thomas was so helpful and made the decision so easy not to mention him and his crew were friendly professional and punctual. Total five star service. Dan was a lifesaver coming out to the house on a Saturday night so that I didn't mind that he offered a$60 dollar discount if I would go to an ATM and get $200 cash for a payment to him.
He fixed the problem with a $1600 hydro jet treatment.
He told me that the problem was a collapsed pipe that would require a digging repair for another $3600.
I got two other second opinions that were both $2000 less. One of these companies showed me the problem with his camera which didn't show any collapsed pipe, just some roots in the line. They repaired the line for $2000 less than Dan's quote. I am 70 years old and I felt that I was taken advantage of because of my age and ignorance.

Used them in that I paid the $129 service call but was told it would be $1850 to repair an outside faucet that I had broke the PVC right below the faucet. The parts consisted of a faucet and a coupling. Maybe $20 bucks at most. Junior was my plumber and was extremely nice but had to call his supervisor for a quote. After hearing $1850 I asked to talk to the supervisor and was told by the supervisor that was correct. I said I was in disbelief, this is probably an hour job and $20 in parts so $900 an hour? He said he was in disbelief a new truck cost $70k He finally explained that if they had to get out a shovel it cost $1200 just to dig a foot hole plus the $650 for the rest. I was in disbelief that it would be $650 much less $1850. I dug a 1foot by 1 foot hole to expose PVC to be cut in very soft ground in 10 minutes after they left. I know things are high but really. I have never gave a bad review in my life but I was in total shock. Does anyone know if $1200 is standardized for digging a 1 foot hole? Worse experience ever. Still in shock.

After leaving my honest review I was texted and called COWARDLY and was told there are too many Californians coming to Texas and that I couldn't be a Texan because a real Texan wouldn't complain about prices. I replied I am 62 and been in Texas 62 years and am not a complainer but 1850 for a job I completed today in 30 minutes ain't quite fair. Never dealt with a less professional business. Want to reiterate the servicman (Junior) that showed up was very professional and understanding. Think they may have the wrong guy in management. I was in a bind and they knew it . Very sad way to do business. Lesson learned I should have researched the other reviews prior to calling.

Fantastic Service easy to work with and very very very nice people. I was very embarrassed about what I had done to my toilet it was a massacre. Called them out to clear a pipe for relatively cheap and they took the stopper off in our yard and let it drain....didnt actually clear pipe, didnt put stopper back on...not to mention was incredibly late when told theyd be here at certian time. Called to tell them it wasnt fixed they said he must be mistaken said they would come fix it but still never did. Called again to get it fixed they ssid theyd come out and again never did. They tried to upsell us the whole time thr first day and I believe he only pretended to fix it so we would think we need their 1000 dollar ervice.

I DO NOT suggest to get you sewer fixed with this company AT ALL. We brought them over to fix our sewer, and it is still not fixed even WORSE than before. I highly recommend RC Pros Plumbing! Temperatures dropped to freezing and we had a water heater emergency. The company responded within 3 hrs of my call. Collin was very nice, professional and informative.

Paid $89 for a quote of $850 to replace a faucet. When I told him it was too much he lowered the quote to $750. When I told it was too high I was then asked what would you pay. I don’t have time for over priced pricing games. I paid another plumber $170 to do the 30 minute job.

In .my opinion this company is deceptive in their advertising. It extremely important to carefully read whatever it is that they ask you to sign, especially if they ask for your credit card. In fact I strongly recommend that you do not ever use this company. Check out some of their reviews on YELP.

They came out after deep freeze and were honest, informative and easy to work with.

RC Pros mails out coupons that says free second opinion and free sewer line inspection but they don't honor the coupons. They want you to pay a trip fee of $89. What? Don't they know what free means? These guys are crooks.

Junior arrived and immediately began to assess the damage. He was very professional and gave recommendations of what we needed to do to rectify our issues with the overflowing toilet. He also took pictures and sent them to us for documenting purposes. He was an Allstar in our book. We can now use our Master Bath again. RDS

This will be post 1 of 2. I am in the midst of replacing my building sewer and sewer main using the trenchless epoxy lining technology. Work completed so far is:
i) initial snake & initial camera to locate sewer break
ii) access hole dug in front yard, cast iron cut away, and pvc w/ rubber couplings
iii) camera assessment to review building sewer and main sewer
iv) access hole dug to replace front clean outs

Josh, the supervisor, and I had extensive conversations on the plan, the multiple stages, what to expect, and an estimated timeline. I have been happy with service to date, and recommend RC Pro Plumbing.

Price gouged in a pinch. Job was done in a flooding situation but they took advantage of it by charging more than twice any kind of reasonable price.

I had no running water and called a technician from RC Pro's out. The guy came out at 9:30PM on a Saturday and was only there for not even ten minutes. I told him the situation and he looked outside and then on the inside and then just said well I can give you a quote to dig a trench to find the problem. He sent me a quote for $5,000 and charged me $250 for coming out there. Two days later I had another plumber come out and he fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes, AND HE DIDN'T HAVE TO DIG A TRENCH. So basically RC Pro's charged me $250.00 for a service charge and the dude did not even attempt to fix the problem, did not get out any tools or anything and just suggested to dig a trench to find the problem. I get that there is a service charge, but to charge someone $250 for ten minutes of their time and then give you WRONG information is wrong. They are not professional and will rip you off!! I tried to call them and discuss the situation just to get reimbursed some off my money but they are rude and say there is nothing they can do. NOT A COMPANY I WOULD RECOMMEND DUE TO THE FACT THEY LIE AND OBVIOUSLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

RC pros came out and took care of my clogged sewer line within 2 hours. Dan was honest and straight forward about repairs, i would highly recommend this company. Great team!

Dan and his crew were professional tried to ensure our replumb was completed in a timely manner after winter storm Uri. They have a strong attention to detail and will work to make sure that a job is done right. I would definitely recommend them if you want your plumbing job done up to code.

We had a clog in our upstairs drain that also connects with ac condensation line. Dan from RC Pros came within 20 minutes of calling at 10 pm, suggested a hydro jet flush to unclog and flush out the gelatinous build up in the drainage pipe.

We came home from a trip out of the states to a huge mess after the recent snow storm. RC Pros came out as soon as we got home and turned off the water that was pouring out of the garage ceilings and stopped the water from flooding the downstairs bathroom and family room. They have been amazing, timely, friendly and best of all great with my dogs! We highly recommend them. We have actually been using them for several years and never been disappointed.

We had issues with a toilet flushing in our home. Our technician, Lindsay Merrill showed up on time. She was very professional and friendly.

Company was contracted to do “cure in place” piping, understood to be for all of the house building drain, and it wasn’t. When we had an issue with it, the manager came to our house with his assistant and was one of the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional individuals I have been ever encountered. We even went out of our way for him, putting our barking but friendly dog in his crate and stopping an audio recording when he requested it. (What did He have to hide?) He proceeded to extort me into paying our remaining balance before he would turn our water back on even when I told him I would honor the contract terms of paying the second half of the bill upon job completion.

Postscript: Company manager called me complaining about this review and tried to get more business from me. He is not getting any more, and the review is not changing.

Worst receptionist ever...The guy could told me it was 5 different pricre and when i ask him to tell me what this mystery charge was I didn't understand..He literally started to mumble into the phone incoherently on purpose and then said sorry lines breaking up amd then hung up ..No call back either.

Shower drain has been a disaster since I moved in to my most recent home. These guys came and fixed every thing, they were on time and very professional. Haven't had any issues since.

Dan is the man! On Sunday my toilet got clogged by a bar of soap. I called Rooter Connectionz and spoke with Dan. He offered a very reasonable price for the situation as I explained this really was due to bar of soap clogging the toilet!! My appointment was for the next day, but was rescheduled for the following day. Once he arrived after hours and saw with his own eyes this was SOAP, he started working and fixed it on the spot. I asked him who do I make out the check to and his response...NO CHARGE! I have to say I was in shock. He said, it was because of the resched. and time of arrival. I asked if he was sure? He replied Yes, it's ok! He apologized for the delayed service and wished me and my family a Happy Thanksgiving! This is what EXCELLENT customer service is. His company can handle my plumbing issues in the future. Thanks again Dan!

Let me just start with this: Five months later, and our yard is still torn up! The list of issues is endless with this company, but the root of the problem is mismanagement and lack of communication. I've had one crew from this company come in behind another and point out workmanship issues from their our team! And if you want to get an update on the project, you have to take drastic action of threatening to revoke/contest funding or legal action, as messages routinely go unanswered. Save yourself time and the headache...go with a reputable plumber, not this circus of a company.

Since RC Pros responded and suggests the facts should be reviewed, I’ll outline them for everyone.

FACT: RC Pros was hired to complete trenchless repair on a portion of our sewer line under the foundation. Upon further review, the cast iron throughout the house was in poor condition and the recommendation was to complete the relining of all sewer lines at a cost just under $30k.

FACT: I asked Dan if we should consider a re-route option, given the overall condition of the cast iron. Dan assured the trenchless would be a better option and would resolve all problems.

FACT: I had other quotes for replacement and reroute options, one being nearly $10k less. Since we already had holes and tunneling started, it didn’t make sense at the time to change companies.

FACT: Trenchless/relining failed. We continued to have issues with the master bathroom. RC Pros did come through with a reroute as part of their warranty, but only after having the threaten revoking funds and sending multiple videos and photos proving the issues persisted. Furthermore, initial messages of ongoing issues went unanswered.

FACT: I told their crews TWICE that the reroute path crossed a gas line to the house that was not marked, and the path extended beyond the property line into my neighbor’s yard.

FACT: Crews proceeded with digging the trench despite the line not yet being marked. (Violation of State law TUC 251.151 and TAC 18.1.)

FACT: Due to gross negligence, crews hit and ruptured the gas line, endangering the lives of my family inside the house. Gas fumes also filled my neighbor’s house, endangering their lives as well.

FACT: Underground utilities were marked the day AFTER the gas line incident.

FACT: Initial reroute trench was dug and sewer pipe laid extending beyond the property line (previously pointed out).

FACT: I had to contact the City Inspector to enforce the issue of correcting the pipe location to not extend beyond the property line.

FACT: Crew that came to work on resetting master bathroom toilet commented that previous work that had been done with the relining method was not done correctly. Toilet flange was not secured to the foundation in any way; screws just went into dirt and the concrete wasn’t filled in correctly.

FACT: Repairs to correct the above issue were also done incorrectly. This time the toilet flange was not set level and raised to high on one end. As a result, the toilet would not sit all the way down and now has ¼ inch plastic shims all the way around it so that it can accommodate a poorly installed toilet flange.

FACT: While trenching, main water line to the house was damaged. RC Pro technician attempted a repair which later failed. RC Pros was slow to respond, and insisted the break was from an irrigation line before even coming out to assess the issue.

FACT: When the technician did come out, he stated that Dan sent him with irrigation repairs parts and he did not have parts or tools to repair the main water line leak. He did determine the leak was in fact from the failed repair that was previously done. As a result, we had to go another night without water.

FACT: While RC Pros has done warranty work and the reroute at no additional cost, we still have piles of dirt and sod in the yard that has yet to be leveled and returned to pre-work condition.

FACT: Communication from RC Pros has been minimal at best through this entire project. There has been no ownership of issues, but rather just deflection.

I was having a great deal of difficulty with root intrusion in my sewer line and had been given multiple estimates in excess of $10K. They were able to provide an effective solution that I had not been aware of for considerably less. The technicians were consummate professionals and very courteous.

Price gouging!! I had a burst pipe during the winter storm. Immediately upon showing up they were trying to upsell and rushed because they were short on time. Showed them the area I found that had the burst, but they didn't even inspect to confirm. Instead they wanted to charge $3k for water shutoff valve they were going to install. Yet they would not have time to repair burst pipe until later in the week which is the source of my actual problem. If they had time to install water shut of valve for $3k why not make time for burst pipe. Excessive charges in time of need is not good business practice. I would stay away from this company unless you want to be taken advantage of.

They use the low coupon discount to lure customer then charge a $89 service call fee and they also collect payment before the work is started, then they start adding on additional cost for services they need to perform. About to report them the ftc.

Everyone that actually came out to our house to work on our slab leak was absolutely amazing and incredibly professional. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the dispatch team. They over schedule the teams and tell the customers that their team will be out one day but then wait until the last minute to tell you that’s not going to happen and they will have to push you back to a different day after you have already moved around your work schedule to accommodate. Nothing actually happened on any of the days dispatch originally advised us and we were constantly being told last minute that someone was on the way so it made it incredibly hard to plan accordingly with work.

RC pros did a great job of flushing the tankless water heater and assessed the problem quickly. Plus, they came when other plumbers were fully booked.

10/10 service from Audi! He was very knowledgeable and helped us with our issue at home. Thank you RC Pros and Audi!

We had to call this company during winter storm because of a frozen pipe line. They found the water softener faulty. They said that needs to change. We have a small baby, we did not know any better and ask them to sort it out. Job was not completed for 3-4 weeks after.

This company is AWESOME!!!! Dan and Nick came out to my property right away. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Two other companies came out before them and were unable to locate my leak. They were going to charge me a ton of money to keep trying to locate the leak and repair it. Dan was able to detect the leak right away. They also made the repairs super fast. If it wasn't for this company, I would not have been able to close on my house on time. I am very thankful for them and highly recommend them. They are my new go to plumbing company. You will not be disappointed!

If you have any kind of plumbing issue, I highly recommend RC Pros. I had an issue with my garbage disposal, as well as a major drain clog, and couldn't find where the issues were at by myself. Need someone to MANSPLAIN how water and pipes work and want bad customer service? Call these RC Pros... If they actually make your appointments!

What an experience! We had a leak in the front yard and called RC Pros, they were responsive at the initial call and came the same day to look at the leak.... we receive a quote for over $5k where they stated we needed another system to depressurize the water before it came into our house..... even though we already had one. The mansplaining went on for a good 40 minutes about how water impacts everything.

Being first homeowners, we were the perfect couple for them to scare into signing a contract the same day stating there could be additional issues if it's not fixed ASAP. Unfortunately they skimmed over it really fast and then asked my husband to sign. After sleeping on it, I called another certified plumber where they came to look the same day and stated this was a $200 fix!

I called RC Pros and asked to cancel (the next day), and they stated that if we wanted to cancel, they would charge us $1k for not doing any work. I then asked them to at least give us a credit so they allowed us to have a credit on our account (for a few months).

Since we didn't want to lose our credit, we had them come and update our water heater.... talk about overpriced. For them to update some parts and put it up to code, it was almost $3k!!

After we agreed, it took us almost 2 WEEKS to get our invoice to start the job. My husband and I called them multiple times to just get our invoice to start the job where they had incorrect prices on the invoice. After almost 2 weeks without water, we finally got something scheduled. A follow-up appointment was needed, but still... no call. So, we continued to call to schedule an appointment where the lady was extremely rude.

After we finally got everything done (almost a month later), they must have not wanted to get paid the remaining balance.... Again, we had to call them to ask when we were going to receive the final invoice. So, this place is overpriced and has the worst customer service.

My advice, CALL ANYONE ELSE!

This 1 star review is because the attitude of the camera technician. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. It seems like he's had a very bad day before he arrived at our place, which is understandable. But he dumped all the bad attitude on us, which was really unprofessional. He didn't want to listen to our explanation on the situation. It seems like he didn't care at all.

We had another technician from RC Pros came over couple days ago to unplug the drainage. The camera technician stated he didn't care what the other technician said. He interrupted us. It seemed like he was in a hurry and didn't want to waste a single second on us. There was no greetings to either me or my husband. They drove a truck with other company's logo.

We had to deal with the home warranty company at the same time, and he didn't care about it at all. That was when we wanted to tell him about what the other technician said, but he even didn't give us a chance to talk.

To me, it feels like he has no respect to his coworker, his employer and his customer.

We did end up knowing that we have broken pipe due to the root, but we definitely wouldn't use RC Pros to fix our pipe.

The whole experience was really unprofessional.

Update -
I never told him to lie to our home warranty company. We knew that our home warranty company doesn't cover root issue. I also expressed my concern to him at the very beginning that we were afraid it would be root.
On the other hand, he was really rude to the home warranty company on the call, he told us that our home warranty company was bad. We were trying to explain to him what the first technician told us and we wanted to hear his opinion. He cut the conversation when we were talking and accused us lying. He didn't show us where the root at while he was doing the camera inspection, it seems like he didn't have the interest to explain anything to us.

I've been asking for the recording of our inspection for few times, the company promised that they will send me the recording. It's been two months, they stopped replying my email after I told them I was not going to remove the negative review.

I now even wonder if there was really a root or it was a scam. otherwise why we are not getting our recording when they promised us multiple times that we would get it. We will hire other company to do the camera again and I'll keep this review updated.

I received an advertisement in the mail regarding unclogging drains for $69 from RC pros Plumbing. A local and stated reputable company in Irving,Texas. When the gentlemen arrived to my home and tried to unclog the drain he stated he was unable to do so and in order to unclog extensive work would be needed. Something along the lines of going in walls etc. He than advised me to have him place a camera in the plumbing, due to the fact that I may have a bigger issue on my hands. He did not charge me the $69 for the attempt to unclog the drain but up charged me $129 to identify issues with the camera. My diagnoses was that I needed about $12-18k of plumbing work done to the home!!! As a new homeowner that was not in my budget but I thanked him for his time and paid the $129 for his work. Two months later I just couldn't take the clogged shower and tried my luck with another plumber.

Thank you to my great neighbors on Next door I found a reliable plumber and came by today. He not only unclogged by bathroom drain successfully but a sink drain that needed some help as well. All this done for under $200. He than took a look at the plumbing as an act of kindness. Stated my plumbing was in good condition in fact there were some new PVC pipes added to the home recently when purchased.

It is unfortunate that there are contractors out to get homeowners. Please be aware of this company and their false advertisements.

As an Insurance adjuster working the Ice storm I have seen several of their invoices. Complete price gouge. Over $3,000 for what I have seen other local plumbers charge less then $300.

Dan and RC Pros have been amazing. They repaired our sewer line and then a few months later it backed up again. Dan came out right away, inspected the line after hydrojetting it with the camera and noticed that the city side sewer has a break in it.

Extremely pleased with there service and the work performed. We are now working with the city to have its line fixed and replaced so we can have both sides joined together working properly.
