Needed a plumber and found THE BEST!!! Plunger didn’t work on the backed-up commode so I decided to be a DIY girl and buy an auger!! 😖
Folks, leave DIY behind. Call the pros!! Call billyGO!! The app works!! And our technician, Edward, was wonderful!!
Edward tried but couldn’t remove the $6 auger I bought at Walmart - and then the auger broke as he continued working to extract this auger that I had managed to shove in the commode - leaving 2 ft of the 3 ft metal auger stuck!! He then used his professional auger...bypassing my inferior model!!...and instantly got the toilet to work! But “MY auger” is still stuck and refuses to budge!!! Patient, dedicated-to-his-job Edward would not give up!! He worked diligently with pliers and finally was able to remove “my cheap auger” and solve my dilemma!!! Edward is my hero!!! Thank you, Edward!! And thank you, #billyGO for having such a fine expert technician on board!! A+ for their app, the company, the technician!!

Tried 5 other plumbing services (including a couple of the big guys that advertise on radio/tv), but none were available on a Sunday (too busy!). Came across a solid Google review for BillyGO. Star set up the appt and within 3 hrs, Carlos was at our home to fix a broken hose bib (had to keep water turned off to the house, which didn't make the wife too happy! :0 ) Anyway, Carlos was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Had the job done in ~15 min! So glad I checked them out and HIGHLY RECOMMEND these folks for plumbing issues (The do A/C too I guess!). Ask for Carlos and you won't be disappointed! And we saved $60 of the regular $120 After-hrs surcharge by paying online!

BillyGO came to our rescue when our kitchen sink decided to started leaking. Turns out we didn’t have a great work done previously under the sink. Keith was very professional in his visit. Marco was very professional, easy to talk to, and honest. He educated me so that I could make informed decisions about my home repairs. He was patient with my questions, but also very quick to unclog my drain, and worked around my schedule. I appreciate all of his help!
The great service started with Karen who took my call on a Saturday and scheduled a plumber to repair a leak in my main water line. She was professional, friendly and quick! Matt arrived within an hour and had my leak assessed in 5 minutes, he quoted the work and had the repair completed in less than 45 mins. Matt was quickly able to determine the repair was going to take less time than quoted once he had the pipe visible and reduced my quote accordingly. Not only did we have to call on a holiday Sunday afternoon, but the whole experience - from the lady that answered the phone to the repairman that showed up EARLIER than we could've hoped - was better than we could've hoped for AND fast. Keith got there an hour earlier than we anticipated, fixed our leak within minutes, and only charged us for the after-hours fee. We called two other well-known plumbing companies first (only because we'd used them before) and one couldn't come until Wednesday and the other said no one is available. billyGO will get all our future business. VERY satisfied.
Marco came in and evaluated what needed to be done and was the first plumber to be honest with me on how serious the situation was for me. The work once finished was amazing. I had been looking for a company that could do the work I needed done with my hot water heater and to know that when I was gone for a long period of time with my job that I would have piece of mind knowing I wouldn’t walk in to a flooded home.They worked with me on the cost and to see the job they did was well worth it. Just call these guys first, they don’t charge you to come out, just for the work done. They are upfront about repair costs. Happy with the work!
They were professional and clean. They kept boot covering on when walking through the home. The repairs seemed like quality work to me. They were late but made up for it with a discount.

I signed up for the membership which gave me a 15% discount on top of the discount for being late.

Plumbing is not something you want to mess around with. Trust me! I spent an entire night thinking I could fix a problem that only the pros could do! That’s where Rhett from BillyGo came in! The best experience that I had with pluming compsny it is this company. We did not have no water for almost 4 weeks . This company came and analyze and solve it . I had 3 different t companies to come snd one one charge me $2865. Just to replace two faucet in the laundry room . And replace one water controller in front of my house . This compsny did not even charge service charge . Mr. Keith Morris is great profession and honest person . He could have make more $$ for unnecessary job . Get second or third opinion. You do not loose anything because this company does not even charge you trip fee. When the company is great very knowledgeable great price that’s shows they are not worry about loosing you as customer because you would hire them ,
Do not hire people who are fake I got burned badly by two companies.
Quan came in with a mask and cover’s on his shoes. I showed him what needs to be done and I agreed for the price he quoted me. I had the replacement parts from Kohler already sipped to me.
Quan replaced handle assembly in my shower , but there was a issue, a small part was missing in the new handle assembly. But he was smart enough to take that small part from the old handle assembly and used it in the new handle assembly and fixed it.
For the bathtub he had to change the pressure balancing assembly. Even here there was a issue taking out the old part because there was not enough room. He had to cut the tiles around and managed to take the old assembly. He installed the new assembly and checked to make sure there is no water leak . Before he left he cleaned the area and was looking good.
Quan was very professional from the start to the end, and I will use him again if needed, and I strongly recommend to my family and friends. Thank You Quan you did a great job.

This was my first time ever using BillyGO and certainly will not be my last. The convenience of scheduling the appointment was fantastic. Then the call 30 min prior from Keith that he was on his way was encouraging. He actually showed up prior to my time and politely agreed to wait ten minutes as I dropped my child at school a few blocks away. The best part was my issue was merely a bad washer in the water line to my toilet. Keith replaced it and thoroughly inspected all other parts for leaks. Sonny arrived during the appointment window and quickly isolated the problem causing our dripping emergency line. Our hot water heater was about to go. Sonny provided us multiple options and talked to us about each one. Our new hot water heater was installed yesterday. Sonny came back out today to check on everything and answer our questions. I called billyGo after the guys that were renovating our pool hit the main sprinkler line. In most cases this wouldn't be a big deal but the sprinkler main is what supplies water to our guest house(don't ask why but that's how it was when we bought the property)which my elderly parents live, one of which has Parkinsons. The pool guys thought they had repaired it but after they had left it became clogged. BillyGo came out early the next morning on Mother's day and got every line unclogged. There was hardened glue and rocks blocking every line that fed their house. Keith was very professional assessing the problem and fixed everything in a little over an hours time. I'd definitely recommended using them.

Keith was great. Very nice, informative, professional, on time. Gave me the options they had and pricing of each. Fixed problem (2 year warrantee on work done. That us unheard of with any plumbing service I have ever done business with! The last plumber I had install a gas water heater guaranteed his work for 30 days!. I called yesterday for an AC check in this crazy hot Texas weather, I got the appointment today, and the tech was right on time. I am so grateful I got Asbel Lopez to do this. The level of integrity and quality is at a whole new top-notch. Asbel ran a thorough check for all my AC vents, returns, and units. Took pictures and came up with 3 choices to fix everything. I was amazed with his honesty on what really needs to be done vs. what is optional and what is optimal. If you have an HVAC problem this is your guy here. I tried 3 different companies before and no one ran a better check or gave me an insightful evaluation of what is going on in our attic. The first was for 2 hot water heaters needed to be replaced, then installing 2 new thermostats and today doing a tune-up on our ac and replacing a worn part. Our technician Robert Crawford was great. Paid handsomely for emergency leak repair on Saturday. The leak was not properly diagnosed or repaired, so we requested another visit on Monday. When the plumber showed up, he said something else was wrong that he did not detect on Saturday and charged another substantial fee to finally stop the leak. All in all, it cost us $500 to stop a simple leak. I will never use these people again, and frankly, I now question all of the 5 star reviews they supposedly have.

Had the sewer drain from our house get clogged, turns out it was plant or tree roots growing into the sewer line where it exited the house. Finding the clog was a bit of an ordeal, but the guy they sent out, Marco, was a consummate professional. Hard working, quick and he came with some good tools for the job.
I never would have been able to locate on my own and I've done a lot of remodeling and minor plumbing work, so having someone with a 100 ft inspection camera and 100 ft roto rooter really paid off.
They also got him out here a few hours after I called when every other plumbing company was saying their earliest opening was four or five days out. When toilets are backing up out over the floor, it is a today problem, so that meant a lot to me.
The cost to remove the clog wasn't super cheap, but given the amount of time involved and how much of a pain it was, it wasn't unreasonable either. The quoting process was clear and straightforward.
If any other serious plumbing issues arise in the future, they'll be at the top of my list.
We have used billyGO Plumbing on numerous occasions, and they have always been very professional and taken care of all of our plumbing repairs quickly and efficiently! Hearts for Homes loves billyGo!!!!

Can't say enough good things about billyGO Plumbing. Water main line broke around 5pm. Received a recommendation of 3 other plumbers, but they were the only ones that answered their phones after hours. By 11:00 pm Carlos had the repair done and my sidewalks all cleaned. Left the repair site cleaned of debris and dirt. Highly recommend their service and expertise!

Keith showed up early, was very professional. He figured out the problem and rectified it quickly. He even let me know if it fails again the gas control valve may still be under warranty. Would use BillyGo again.
They worked diligently until 10pm in order to restore our septic lines, which collapsed when we had our foundation work done. The entire team was considerate, thorough and seemed serious to do a good job. We would definitely use them again.

I knew I was going to need to replace my system and it was going to be costly, however, Blake (tech) explained everything in layman's terms.
The installation was over the course of 3-4 days. It was discovered a pipe was broken during the installation, but they were fast to repair it, and all damage that was caused at no cost to me.

Robert came over 2 hours early fixed my broken A.C. within the hour of him being here. Before he left he saw one of my vent grids was loose from the screw into the wall, as well as alot of debris in the air duct. so Robert rescrewed the grid into another position so it's right and tight on the wall AND he took out his shop vac and cleaned the whole thing. On 8/2/2019 - Jeff of BillyGo followed-up and commit some action to resolved above issue. Considering this step, I moved this review from one star to 3-star.
SOS foundation assigns them for pressure test of my property. After the positive pressure test, my realtor assign same plumber for leak test, it cost me $535 (less than 2 hrs job, $300/hr). As a part of syndicate of foundation company, they found a 'leak' is sewer line and make a cross ('X') on the floor for exact petition of the leak. The plumber sends the report which is ‘hand written invoice’. I was asking for professional report with video and exact location inside and outside, but he didn’t give me that. After repeated request, he promised me to come later to show me the location when we need. When my contractor-plumber starts digging the assigned place marked by BillyGo, there is no pipe there and this place is actually over the ‘beam’. Then I use 2nd plumbing company (Roto-Rooter) to check the leak in sewer and they didn’t find any leak at all. I can detail reports as needed.

I am rating this business 4 stars for their professionalism, timeliness and responsiveness. They also do not charge a dispatch fee, which is a plus. However, after their visit to inspect my water heater problem, I learned that their prices are too high for my taste and needs. Replacing my water heater tank was quoted easily more than double of what Home Depot or Lowe's recommended professional would have charged. BillyGo plumber did not try to deceive about this though. He was very clear on how his services were better with his labor warranty and all. So, the main purpose of this review is please know that these guys are expensive probably for a good reason. But, if I knew this before, I would have saved their time in going over and inspecting the problem for free.
The plumber would not provide answers specific to the problem. He prescribed more work and parts than required. Kept mentioning how sedimentation in the hot water heater clogged the shower valve. Quoted $1947 for the repair of the bathtub valve and drain leak but did not provide me a written estimate. Charged me $119 for weekend trip and $214 for diagnostic fees which literally involved nothing more than removing the shower handle trim. I specifically asked for pictures of the damage but he would instead send me photos of replacement valve. He said the entire valve package (copper unit) including the trim kit needs to be replaced and not just the valve cartridge inside. I got the valve cartridge replaced by another plumber and he showed me there is no damage to the copper container of the cartridge at all. The entire job including isolating and fixing the drain leak costed much less than billyGo plumber quote.

I had a sink and two showers that weren’t draining properly, and they came and did the work same day. They were fast, efficient and affordable. Definitely will use them again.
I have a really old A/C, and it stopped blowing air. I called BillyGo, and they were out within the hour. Robert was very professional and completed the job quickly and was friendly. He also respected social distancing. It was also reasonable.

I called BillyGo and they sent Carlos today to fix the Urinal at my business. Carlos was GREAT! He knew exactly what to do and although the job was more complex than he thought, he finished the job with a really reasonable price than what I expected. I will call BillyGo again and request Carlos for my next plumbing job.

Last Friday, I got a clogged drain, they told me my situation is very complicate and gave me a quote of almost $600 to fix my problem. After the work, they told me I have a bigger problem so they can't give me warranty, and gave me a quote for 20K to solve the problem. Just one hour after they left, I used the shower, and everything (including stuff from toilet) blew back from my first floor shower and ran to the floor. It was a nightmare!!!!!! The whole house smelled so badly. They sent another tech the next morning, he ran his camera again, and told me the pipe was cleared, but to fix my problem they need to dig a tunnel under my house and gave me a similar quote ($17K). Today, I called another plumber and he fixed the problem in 30 mins, and used another 30mins to run the water to make sure everything is ok. And he charged me about $200 and offered 90 days warranty.

I called due to a leaking outside faucet. The lady on the phone was very nice and positive. The young man (repairman) who came was very nice and squeaky clean in his dress. He was very polite and explained to me how he would replace the faucet, BUT first he would go to the truck to prepare the quote. I told my wife that I liked what I saw in the young man. Upon return, he explained how I could become a member and save on service calls (plumbing, HVAC, etc.) and repairs. I told him I was already a customer member of a local HVAC business and had been for 20+ years. He said he understood. He then gave me my quote for over $400 to replace the faucet with a new one. After I recovered, I declined the repairs. He asked me what I expected to pay. I told him that for a faucet that can be purchased for under $20 at Home Depot, I thought $120-$150 was even too much. I made one call after he left to probably one of the highest regarded plumbing companies in Arlington without telling them my story. I asked over the phone for their worst case scenario quote and it was $200, probably less! They said they would do the work tomorrow whether I was home or not and I could call them afterward with a credit card number.

I had a busted main water line and called Billy Go at 6pm on a Saturday. They dispatched their technician out right away and accesed the situation, throughly explained the repair and gave me a quote. He fixed the pipe in a timely manner and was friendly and professional. The technician’s name is Keith and I would highly recommend asking for him. Our toilet had been leaking and needed to have the insides replaced. Called BillyGo and was able to book an appointment very quickly for the next business day. Carlos came out to take a look and we ended up needing a major tank rebuild because the inside bolts were also rusted. He pointed all of this out to us and did not try to upsell, we even discussed replacing the toilet too but the price was comparable and our toilet works great so we went with his suggestion. I called Billygo after the previous company did not show to repair our air conditioning unit, which was out for 15 hrs in the month of July. I called at 7:30 pm on a Sunday and they confirmed a technician would be available to repair our unit. The technician (Mike) arrived within the hour and repaired our unit faster than expected. He was very professional and nice. After contacting 8 companies that day Billygo was the only one who was responsive and provided service in a timely manner! BillyGo was recommended after our foundation work to do the hydrostatic testing.The plumbing repairs were completed over a couple of trips. We found a major break in our hall bath sink requiring digging through a closet. Nothing in the bathroom was disrupted. Each technician and worker were very professional and on time. Though it was slightly pricey because it was a weekend, they were professional, had good communication to let us know when they were on the way , and did the job quickly yet efficiently. Appreciated that he wore booties in the house to prevent stains from shoes.
A friendly recommendation would be for the worker to wear a mask next time. Also came outside the scheduled window but they at least communicated that with us so overland great service.

BillyGo and Jorge are fantastic! I found out on a Monday afternoon that I had a gas leak in my house. I called BillyGo and they had a tech at my house by 5 pm. He assessed the issue and returned with a full team 9 am the next morning. They worked 2 full days to find and repair the leak, including staying until 9:30 pm on the second day to make sure the work was finished. They arranged all of the permits and inspections. They over communicated throughout the process, including texts and emails to confirm appointments, with 1 hour windows. They texted, emailed and called to let me know when a tech was on the way. This is the second time we have used billyGo. The first was to repair a valve on our water heater and ice-maker line and to replace an old 1950’s faucet with a more modern design. On that job, Carlos was our technician. He did awesome.
This time around, we had a sewer clog in our outside main sewer line. After trying to use plumbers recommended by our home warranty, and home-owners insurance companies (3 other plumbing companies total) who wound up no-call/no-show, I figured I would call BillyGo for help. Kristi, at the office, was awesome. She let me vent about the situation, then scheduled my appointment. Kieth showed up (early) and had the equipment needed to take care of the problem. He had it handled in less than 30 minutes.
We have found our go-to plumbing company in the Fort Worth area…. BillyGo!!! (And their “membership” plan is worth it!!)

Super friendly and helpful technician, Marco, came to the house and spent time to explain my options for hose bibs, a hot water tank, recirculating pump, and shut off valves. He also took the time to give me all the different quotes for the different scenarios I'm considering. This excellent service is almost unheard of nowadays and I greatly appreciate it. The other plumbers I got quotes from wouldn't come to the house. They gave me quotes over the phone, which I couldn't trust because they could change after they schedule the job, when they finally come to the house.
The other guys also made me feel like I was bothering them when I asked them questions.

They sent someone out on an emergency service call for my mother's ac unit because it stopped blowing cold air. The repair man was out there for maybe 10 minutes and said it would cost $7000 to replace the whole inside and outside unit (even though he never checked the inside unit) he said the freon for her unit can't be used anymore. He never offered modifications to her unit to switch over to a new freon. So when I questioned him about replacing both units he couldn't even look me in the eye when explaining what he told my mother. Thank goodness she called someone else and got a second opinion. He still charged my mother for the 10 minutes he was out here and technically didn't do anything.

I needed to have a garbage disposal installed. Ours was not working at all and was very old. I would have had to wait another 4-5 days to get another plumber out. I had used Billygo a couple of years ago and the price was so reasonable so I scheduled them. The price to replace the garbage disposal was over $400. That was labor only since I had already purchased a new disposal. This is obscenely high and I should have declined the service but didn’t because I was in such a pinch to have it done. I am now kicking myself since I could have saved about $250 and paid no more than $150 for the same service. I gave 2 stars only because the tech that was sent out did a good job and was quick. The price they charge is insane so they have now been removed from my list and if anyone ever asks I will have no issue recommending they seek another company.

I had a bit of a confusing situation when i called BillyGo. At first we thought it was a plumbing / clogged drain issue, so Carlos came to my house (right on time!) and walked me through all the reasons he thought that it was actually an AC issue. He showed me how the pipes weren’t clogged and did numerous tests to make sure I felt comfortable with what he was telling me. He went out and rescheduled my appointment for an AC issue. This company advertises a $0 diagnostic fee, however, they charge you a $120 travel fee! Tech did a diagnostic of my HVAC system and quoted me around 750 DOLLARS to replace 2 capacitors. Mind you that capacitors cost around $15 each and are around a 10 minute job to change out. Went to the HVAC store later that day, spent $30 and changed it myself. With no prior HVAC experience at all… Do not trust this good-for-nothing, SCAM of a business. Trying to rip people out of their hard earned money. From the bottom of my heart, I hope for nothing but the worst for this company.

I have used these BillyGo twice. Both times it was on the weekend and an emergency. The first time was a Sunday late afternoon, Cowboys were playing, and I could not get anyone to come. Your rep, Rhett Martincevic, was here today doing the inspection on my home. He was great! He explained everything in detail and was easy to understand what had to be done. He and his associates were polite, friendly, and were quiet and undisturbing in their work. Highly commend him for being the great employee he is. Only reason a decision for work to be done is I'm working with mortgage company for approval.
DO NOT USE THEM, they are complete rip off. I called for new water heater, got a quote of $6000. Manager tells me he can't even get water hear for $2700 where I can just walk to lowes or home depot and get for $1400 and higher year warranty. I called few other companies and they all have quoted me between $35-3800 for same job. I also had AC installed few months back with them so I figured I got ripped on that too and when I called other companies I came to find out I sure did got ripped off of $9000 where other companies are quoting around $5500-$6000. Save your money and make sure to get quoted from others before signing up with them.

BillyGo has been the best and most professional AC company we’ve dealt with! We got about 11 quotes for a new unit and the service was billygo was unmatched. They came out more than once to answer all my questions and were also here within an hour on the day our first AC issue arose — which was a Saturday night!! We have dealt with Robert the entire time, which has been a few weeks in the making for deciding what unit to install and doing our due diligence with research! My experience is a perfect example of it's not how it started but how it ended.
I will start off by saying I am a member of the annual membership plan and bought into this company quickly. The ease of connecting with the call center is amazing and the ability to schedule quickly is impressive.
Overall my experience was not great by any stretch and my original review was 1 star due to on-going repairs and financial investments that resulted in the original issue not being resolved.
After expressing my ever increasing frustration with the results we received after investing a lot of money with increasingly greater financial investments and no results.
The owner of the company reached out to me and my wife directly to speak with us and help us with resolving the issue. It is not often you see these kind of actions from a company and/or owner, especially these days. He ensured our problems were addressed and resolved while re-establishing confidence with BillyGo.
Regardless of my experience, as challenging as it was, I have confidence the person at the top of the company is doing everything he can to ensure a great company for residents.

This was the first time I had ever used BillGo! What a great experience! We had an AC issue while family was in town. I put in a request through their app for a tech to come out. Then when the tech was on his way I could see through their app exactly when the tech was leaving and how close he was to our house. The tech Michael was great. He cleaned our AC and replaced out very dirty filters which were causing the issue. We will for sure have them back for yearly checkup!

Hi all, this is my second review after 3 years on BillyGo. I have been a customer with them since 2019. I have used them for drain cleaning and HVAC replacement & maintenance at two of my properties. Very recently their customer service is not great at all and every time the tech comes in for standard maintenance or for a repair call they quote on additional high dollar items. BillyGo replaced AC unit in my Euless property in May 2022 and just one year after the unit stopped working. A BillyGo tech came in and performed a diagnostic and left the below notes,
Notes Put in at the time of install in 2022,
Install Evaporator coil and 16 Seer 3.5 ton Goodman Condenser
Arrive to the job site
Lay down drop cloths to protect floor and carpet
Removed Evaporator coil from the attic and prepared attic for new evaporator coil
Removed old condenser, disconnect box, and electrical whip
Install new condenser, disconnect box, and electrical whip
Install new flow switch on primary line for future clogged
Nitrogen tested no leaks and vacuum system to 500 microns
Charged system with 410a Freon and add up about 2 pounds everything running properly
Notes Put in from the visit of 9/15,
Came out to address system that had an outdoor unit that short cycled until eventually not turning on. Investigation if the system began in the attic where the control board, zone board and electrical components were tested for operation. Attention moved to the outdoor unit where it was noticed the contactor was not receiving power. All wires and switched at the outdoor were checked but no power was being received from the furnace. It was discovered the reason for the loss of power was due to a pressure switch that was stuck open on the suction line of the refrigeration cycle. Faulty switch has been bypassed and removed allowing system to operate at this time. After system was operational, the entire system was evaluated. It was discovered that the outdoor unit is extremely impacted with dirt and debris. System is in need of a thorough breakdown and chemical cleaning of the outdoor unit at this time. All other components are operational to manufacture specifications at this time.
On 9/15, they charged $119 for bypassing the faulty switch. Just two days after this work was completed, the unit again stopped working. When I asked about why a new unit is causing problems again and again, the customer representative stated that this has to do with the furnace which was not replaced. The tech also put in a note stating that the new unit needs a start assist kit costing $485 (see below) for a unit that was replaced only an year ago and BillyGo could have included this and added when they did the work in 2022.

They are now going to state about the dirty outdoor unit as a reason to charge me. When the tech mentioned I already stated that his quote is too expensive ($581) and will find someone else cheaper to do it in a week. The unit cannot stop working that quickly just because I declined to move forward on the cleaning with them.

At both of my properties, I have spent $11,652 with BillyGo. I know I gave a 5 star rating 3 yrs ago with BillyGo but that has now changed to 1 star at this point. I don't know how this review will make BillyGo to provide future services as I have units under warranty with them for parts and labor. All in all I'm expecting is an honest and dependable service to rely on them further.

If it takes five different plumbers to fix a sink, I would change your business model. BillyGo consists of a whole lot of inexperienced plumbers making quick fixes with terrible final products. Don’t waste your money on a membership. Just go with another company as a whole and save yourself tons of money, and tons of problems! (Dotty is sweet though, so at least there’s someone friendly there to keep record of their garbage work!)

Was amazed at the detailed service this company provided. They told me that they we booking out for ac service and apologized for a routine appointment to be scheduled a week later. Every other service we called was booking 2-3 weeks out. When the company came out, they showed videos of what they found and provided options for solutions.

We embarked on a portable generator project to have some contingency during power outages. To tackle the generator fuel (natural gas) part of the project, we sought out several reputable plumbing companies around DFW to provide estimates for teeing off a natural gas line to supply the generator when needed.
Quan was assigned by BillyGo from the get go, starting with the free estimate. He took the time to understood our project and also weigh in on some considerations. He also explained the process and pricing from BillyGo which helped down the line when we encountered issues during the gas pressure test.
After spending an entire day with a crew of 2 other plumbers, he was able to identify and resolve the natural gas leak in our home and complete the natural gas line extension. While understandably the project increased in cost, Quan communicated at every step of the way, discussing the situation and providing options and scenarios for what was next.
We now have a gas system that is fully tested, sealed, inspected by the city, with an extension to now provide us a generator fuel source when we need it.
Highly recommend Quan and BillyGo!
Pricey quotes to perform work, but at the end of the day these guys come out fast and get the job done 100% right.

Kudos to BillyGo! This company is was one of the best plumbing repair and installation services . I wish I could give this company 100 stars because they deserve it. The technicians the company sent to work on my water heater (which includes addition of drain pan) were very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and punctual. The work was quality. The overall experience from booking to completion was professional and thoughtful. and there is an option to track the progress of the technician to your location, so that you can be ready when they arrive. Kudos, especially to the supervisor, Jeff who is not only kind , and knowledgeable but took the patience to explain to me what was wrong with my water to meed city code for inspection to sell the house, what needed to be done to fix the problem, the length of time it will take for the repair and that they will work with me on the cost of repair (you do not get that nowadays because most plumbing company wants to charge you too much). THIS MORNING ROBERT CAME TO DO THE A/C TUNE-UP. HE IS PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. HE EXPLAINED THINGS CLEARLY.
He found the clog in my air conditioner drain and cleared it in minutes. Very fast and professional.
Quick, easy, professional and affordable. First time in my life I got out of a house call under $100. My go to guys going forward.
well today In was at my wife's parents and their (badge 5) disposal broke. I looked online for a decent plumber and Billy Go came up. I downloaded the app and made an appointment. He was 30 mins late so they took $1 a minute off plus $59 for using and downloading the app. So as I waited for the Quote he said the part was around $250.00 and then the labor and clean out would be $376.00. Totaling $626.00 after all said and done. After I rejected the quote and the man left I went to Ace hardware and home depot where both are on sale for $108.00 plus tax which was about $118.00. I then went to my wife's parents and took the old one out myself re-attached the cord from old one since power source is sold separate. Cleaned all the pipes and put it all back together in a little over an hour. Please don't ever hire a plumber for the disposal its to easy and I saved myself $507.00 to do it myself and it was extremely easy. Billy Go is a rip off and charges almost triple for the part and over $150 an hr for labor based off there quote.
(Update) they left a review they were trying to reach me but were unsuccessful. However I have no calls from them so this appears to be a generic response. I called then number and they said they would see if he is in and call me back.

Just finished full bathroom remodel. All plumbing performed by Metro and Marco from Billy Go plumbing. They did an awesome job, working in some difficult areas. Good professionalism, work looks well done the only reason I gave it a 4 stars so far is because it was a bit pricey. Overall it looks like they did a very good job. Everyone has been very professional and curious and I hope this boiler will last me as long or longer as my previous one.
**Update. When the home inspector came to see the installation he told me the braker box they installed inside the boiler closet was not necessary because my brakes box was accessible. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for 4 months about the extra $500 I was charged for that box but I still have not gotten a call back yet. The finance company recorded the incident when I first set up the account so it has been noted. I am thinking of going to the BBB to report the incident soon just in case other people have the same issue.

I’ve used them twice. Once to fix another plumbers work on a shower remodel and to extend a gas line to my kitchen. Both times the estimate was reasonable, the services completed as described, the technicians were professional, and on time. I would highly recommend them.
I had a previous plumber during the snow apocalypse come by and cap my pipes, but I needed someone to come by and complete the repairs so I scheduled last minute the night before and got an appointment for the next day for 3-4pm. They ran behind but still came around 6:45 PM without pressuring me to reschedule which I was happy about. They sent an email if they arrive past 4 they discount the service call. We got Keith Morris as our plumber and he got to work quickly. I appreciate that he wore plastic booties in house. While working he also found an unexpected problem and fixed that too without altering the quote which was a pleasant surprise. Honestly, I was pleased with the service and completeness of the repair compared to my other not so great experiences with other companies' plumbers. I have no idea what is fair pricing but I'm pleased I got my problem solved with short notice. also Keith was very nice despite the fact it was getting late around 8pm. His good attitude throughout the ordeal really makes a difference and I hope he gets compensated well for his time. I would recommend this company if you need something done on a certain day without rescheduling.

Kevin Nava and his guys just finished replacing my 50 gal water heater. He and his guys were extremely professional and did a great job. Yesterday another member of their team helped replace my house bib and quoted replacing the water heater. Didn't remember his name but he was very transparent, helpful, and professional.

I used BillyGO for the first time today and will definitely use them again. Matthew came to my house and fixed several plumbing issues at a reasonable price. He was very professional, competent, and friendly. I love the fact that this company will come to your home and give you a price without charging you a service fee to walk in the door like most companies. I also love that they have one hour service windows and not 4-5 hours like other companies. I feel like that shows that they respect my time. I am very pleased and highly recommend!
