Really great, friendly and personable service from start to finish! Their dispatcher, Shelly, is super-friendly and kept us up to date on where they stood with the other appointments. Even with all of the burst pipe calls around Dallas due to the storm and the late hour, they took the time to carefully find the leak, repairing it with minimal damage to the wall. They made certain that the repair held, and even inspected the other lines for any signs of additional burst pipes or other problems - despite it being after midnight! I was VERY impressed with their professionalism, their good humor and calmness during what is certainly a stressful time with tons of emergency calls. I will certainly use them for my future plumbing needs and you should too!

I had 5 other plumbing companies come to my home to attempt to find my leak but none performed the necessary due diligence and ultimately the other companies gave me their best guess - none of which was the real problem. Michelangelo Plumbing meticulously analyzed every inch of my plumbing and delivered a real problem supported by their data. My advice, do not hire a major company because you'll receive a best guess and over priced quote to repair - go with Michelangelo Plumbing and I promise you'll be satisfied with their work!

I called yesterday to make an appointment to fixed my clogged bathtub. A really nice lady name Shelly answered my call and took down my contact info. She had given me two options for an appt; one for that evening or the following morning. I was quite suprised that she was still willing to service me that evening even though I had contacted them after 5pm. I figured it would be wise to have them to visit the next day just incase they needed to get parts. This morning Michael and Jordan arrived. They were very professional and polite. They took the time out to listen to my requests and Serviced me in a timely fashion. While they were here I'd ask if Michael would look at my washing machine faucet which has been leaking for a while and he fix it too. He also informed me of a leak at the nozzle of my hose that connect to my washing machine. I was glad he brought it to our attention because it was replaced immediately. I really appreciate honest service and that's what I can genuinely say I received today. They were very relatable, the price for service was reasonable and fair. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Would absolutely use these folks again for any plumbing issues. They were so helpful when our faucet broke leaving our water with no way to turn off. They re-arranged their day to squeeze us in, and to help us! They saved the day!

We needed two faucets replaced in our home and both were a little tricky! These guys came out and persisted until the job was done. Professional and reasonably priced. You have a customer for life.

The team was excellent. Fantastic customer service. They came out on New Year’s Eve to make the repair. Walked me through everything in case the Atmos tech didn’t arrive before they left. I had paid them and they were fixing to leave when the Atmos tech showed up. They then came back inside to relight all of the appliances and make sure everything thing was working properly. They could have easily just driven off and left me to do everything but they didn’t.

I work in ac and heating and worked with Michael a few years back. At that time I believed he was an honest plumber. He recently contacted me and let me know he opened his own business. I wanted some work done and he came out the first time and found some issues, so he did the minor work that could be done, but he did find roots had gone through one of my sewer pipes when he was using his plumber cam. He showed me on his ipad when he was putting the cam through the sewer, so I could see what he was talking about. He was able to clear the roots, but then noticed someone had done a cheap repair at some point in the sewer line by replacing a piece of it with pvc by laying it down instead of properly fixing it. I called him again when I recently had water heater problems. I decided to go with a new water heater, so he started the process and it turned out there were a few other issues that could not be seen until putting in the new water heater. He absolutely went above and beyond what he had to do. Watching him and talking to him while he was working only proved what I believed earlier when I worked with him years ago. He has integrity, character, and wants to do a good job. Not only will I continue to use him as I have other jobs that need to get done and will be costly so I would like to get a little more out of debt first, but my mother and sister will also be using him too. If you need a good plumber, then Michelangelo plumbing is the right company to call.

I have used him for other jobs and while he is thorough and does a good job there is a lack of communication and promises to do stuff but does not follow through. I recently had a roof installed and had my water alarm go off in my water heater. He came out that night as I noticed there was water on the line, and he thought it might be a water leak on the water heater. It turned out the roofing company did not install the water heater flue pipe at all and heat from the flue pipe filled the closet causing the condensation on the cold water line. Michael had to turn the gas off to the water heater and after the roofers rectified the problem he came out a day later because it would have been too late for him to come out that day. He came out and made sure everything was ok. My mother had some pictures on her phone when the roof was getting installed. I told Michael I would get together with her, send him the pictures, and he could send the invoice Monday, so when the inspector would come out we could have the pictures, etc to get my money back. The inspector for the city was coming out Tuesday and, even though, Michael said he would have it ready Monday night, it still was not ready Tuesday morning. I had to contact them and told them I needed it that day. Finally, an hour later I received the invoice. I do not know how it is with others, but concerning me, it seemed like there was not a lot of urgency. I had him work on my sewer line under the house and that took about 2 months and I had a lot of dirt sitting on the grass that entire time, so that grass is dead. Some of it was not his fault and other issues came up, but it just seems like there is not a lot of urgency. He is a nice guy and great plumber, but it just a bit stressful until the job was done. I even asked him to give a quote for my mother's water heater. He asked for pictures which I sent, but a week after he promised to give her a quote, she still did not hear from him.

For our experience we rate Michelangelo's as the gold standard for plumbing repair. He was polite, clean and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems and was able to explain it in layman's terms to us. The work was completed in a quick and timely manner and the issues have finally been rectified. All is good! I was suddenly having hot water come out of my cold water valves and after one plumber assessed it, I thought I was looking at more than one leak under my slab foundation and thousands of $$ of repair or rerouting. I decided to get a second opinion, and was referred to Michelangelo Plumbing. Thank God I thought to follow my brother’s advice, he’s a plumber in SC, and investigate further. After a very thorough check of all systems, they determined that the pressure was stable, so looked further and found that an old recirculating pump had been started up and was malfunctioning, sending hot water throughout the entire house!!! I’m so thankful to them for a thorough diagnostic test and a reasonable charge for the time they spent here! I will recommend them to all of my friends!! Thanks Mike and Brian!!

No mess left behind. Felt the company were very fairly priced. Very nice company to do business with starting with the initial phone calls to the office through to the work taking place in our home. Highly recommend Michaelangelo Plumbing! Prior to contacting them, we had 4 others companies out...none of them seemed to want the massive job we had. They either didn’t give us a quote or would say, “I don’t know when we could start the job...could be several months”. We had no working master bath and they wanted us to wait months, which we figured would drag on. Michaelangelo Plumbing came out assessed the work needing to be done and gave us a thorough quote with options. Once we decided on the plan of action, the work started in less than a week. Throughout the process they were always on time and communicated everything. They went above & beyond and treated us like family. You won’t be disappointed and their work is top quality.

Awesome people and service! Purchased a new water heater from a store that contracts with installers; water heater not installed properly, open wire not capped, still no hot water and could have burned our house down. After contacting Michaelangelo the next day, Mike drove from a job in Fort Worth to SE Dallas in rush hour traffic and didn’t leave our house until 9:30p, making sure we had hot water before he left. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be fixed and came back a few days later to finish doing everything correctly.

We’ve used these guys several times now and they are fantastic. Super responsive and helpful. They were quick to help us with a water main break and saved the weekend for us. They were also quick to help with a pipe break this last freeze, and literally saved Christmas at our house that day because of their responsiveness. Highly recommend!
