I own a business in Coppell, and we were given the number for Rob and Mike by one of my customers who had used them for their businesses. They have always been everything you could want from a plumber. They walked us through the pros and cons of what would help me out the most. Do NOT use this plumbing company; they are rude and WILL let you down! Our kitchen sink was backed up the night before a huge birthday party at our home and I contacted GFB for a Sat am appt the night before. I was told 10am. The plumber didn't show up until 1pm after 2 phone calls to the dispatcher. He wanted to back up into the driveway and I was getting ready to run party errands. The plumber literally waited 5 mins after being told the situation and yelled out his window while driving off to Get yourself another damn plumber. Did I mention he was blaring his horn while my mother and I were coming down the driveway; I was shocked at his aggression. SO DISRESPECTFUL after we waited 3 hours after our appt time. Use another plumber there are SEVERAL out there. This guy doesn't value the customer so what kind of work can you really expect from a person with that type of integrity?!!
Update 3/21: I find it interesting that the wife of the plumber responded to this online review weeks later but never called to apologize, reschedule and straight up did not answer her phone when her husband took off leaving us in a serious bind. She was not present when this incident occurred so i will clarify as I was there, he waited literally 5-7 min for me to pull out the driveway. I find her negative embellishments about me entertaining and another indicator of this company’s poor customer service. I’m done responding I just really don’t like when people lie.

I called HMP for a 'second opinion.' Turns out they saved me almost $5000...job was removing a section of sewer line with roots in it. Lee spent considerable time explaining what would be done and what the charge would be for each procedure, and answering all questions and concerns. No surprises or hidden charges. Techs were knowledgeable and professional, prompt and tidy. Great service.

The maintenance person Let stain marks on my carpet.
I called and told the office. They said they will address and call back to make it right.
Never heard from anyone again.

Was supposed to show up today to take care of a plumbing problem. Scheduled 12 to 2. No call. No show. Very disappointed!

We needed two faucets replaced in our home and both were a little tricky! These guys came out and persisted until the job was done. Professional and reasonably priced. You have a customer for life.

Sonny arrived during the appointment window and quickly isolated the problem causing our dripping emergency line. Our hot water heater was about to go. James Neugin was by far, the most professional licensed plumber I have ever used. He went the extra mile to fix my plumbing issue, which he diagnosed on a Sunday and returned on Monday with all the parts necessary to get my plumbing completely finished. Highly recommended him and his company!

They make sure you're educated on your system that saves you money

The guys at Smith Plumbing always do a great job and usually can get to my repair in less than 24 hours. I have used several other plumbers in the area. They are, by far, the most courteous and accommodating of any. They are fair with their prices too. Highly recommend them!

First of all, i did not pick them. My home warranty company chose them and it has been an ordeal from the beginning. They have horrible customer service, also had to transfer to a different company to finalize the job. Do Not Use This Company, also if you try to speak with management they just have you speak to the people you previously have conversed with.
