He kept his appointment time and left no mess behind. He was honest and done what needed to be done, with out trying to charge for something that wasn't necessary. James was our first and only call, he is awesome! We HAD a leaking tub drain & overflow pipe in one of the tightest areas between 2 floors and he knocked it out of the park.
