3 Kings provided competent, courteous, and personable service. In addition to scheduled work, they identified and corrected a risk from an out-of-code prior installation done by another company. The senior discount is value-added. I will use them again for future plumbing needs.

I had an issue with a drain in my basement backing up on a Saturday but didn’t call til late in the day. Though they didn’t technically have any appointments left the dispatcher called around to see if anyone was available and was able to get someone out that day. The plumber that showed up was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. He also waited while I ran a ton of water to make sure the drain backup was cleared before he left. He also made sure to do what he could to minimize any mess.

The tech was great and prompt also knowledgeable. Next time I'll have to comparison shop as your prices are rediculasly high.

I had Jake replace my double bowl kitchen sink with a single bowl sink. This required some re-plumbing and move the garbage disposal. Jake was earlier than the quoted time frame which I appreciated. He was professional and maintained a clean work area and the final amount due was less than originally quoted. Happy to support local businesses and would recommend Ciiriello to anyone.

Not impressed. They are very slow to work with my home warranty company. I have been without hot water 5 days now. Sure hope they get to take hot showers at their own house!

I requested service for a leaky tub facet in guest bathroom. Decided to replace fixtures in guest and master bedroom since they were a little dated. Called RR and they sent a plumber, PUIA (#5565), to fix problem at 8pm (note time). From arrival he seemed confused since he said it was for a kitchen faucet replacement. I clarified it was for a leaky faucet in bathroom. He looked at the replacement hardware and said it would require tearing hole in the wall to replace and recommended just replacing valves and using similar hardware. He said it would be cheaper. He didn't have parts and had to leave and return with them. He started with guest bathroom and literally took an hour and a half trying various combinations of turning pressure up and down pressure for hot and cold before the leaking stopped. I don't believe it was issue was ever related, but a bad replacement part. On to the master bath where there was NO leakage, just replacement of valve, knob, I already changed spout. This began what became an over 2.5 hour nightmare of incompetence! He literally created a leak where there was none and could not fix it after working on it until 12:45am (this is not a typo)! I had to ask him to stop so I could go to sleep for work. He said to fix, it would require getting into drywall and replacing valves and he could return if I wanted to do work. Ultimately, I knew the issue had to be with the replacement valve since it was never leakage before he tried to fix it. Replaced it and knob and it stopped leaking! Can't tell you the level of frustration when calling for professional plumber to resolve a basic leaking issue and they leave having created one costing me $600 dollars regardless! If you get PUIA as plumber, request someone else to save yourself TIME, money and frustration! My lesson is Youtube is a resource to save being price gouged.

Technician had difficult time with fitting under toilets but eventually got job completed. Problem was not his fault and he eventually solved the problem. Think his name is Miguel and will ask for him next time service is needed.

Called for an initial septic tank pumping. Was told there was good and bad news. Good news everything seems to look real good. Bad news there might be an issue with the baffle. We'll send out a technician for free quote. Got the best case vs. worst case quotes stated to me as 2 separate quotes. Best case $3700. Worst case scenario $6500. At no time was it stated to me that the $6500 would be in addition to the $3700 for worst case. Agreed to the numbers of what I was lead to believe was either $3,700 or $6,500 according to what was stated to me before getting to see the contract or fine print. READ THE FINE PRINT,
and don't agree until you've seen the contract. Work was started and found out it was worst case scenario of what I believed was $6500. Agreed to have it done. Come time to pay, total was best and worst case scenarios together. Over $10,200 for 4 hours of work. For transparency, the quotes should have been written either by itself for best case or combined for worst case and stated as $3700 for best and $10,200 for worst case scenario combining the two numbers stated and written. $10,200 never was stated to me verbally or in writing until it came time to pay. Very misleading and a huge punch to the gut financially for a family of 4 on teacher's salary and 2 toddlers. Be VERY VERY careful with this company. Workers were nice. More like wolves in sheep's clothing.

Bob the Plummer was awesome!! I called on a Saturday for an emergency call-out on a clogged up toilet that had been clogged since Wednesday. (4 person household, 1 toilet, you do the math... This was an EMERGENCY!) In the initial phone call I was told 2-3 hours which was fine, since most places couldn't help me til Sunday or Monday. But once I texted my info to this business, I was told 35 mins as the ETA! Within 10-15 mins, our toilet was fixed, and I longer had to go to McDonald's to pee. I couldn't be happier with the fast and friendly service.

While dealing with a clogged toilet,Hamm and sons service arrived and dealt me a royal flush..great company to deal with..

Steg replied very quickly to a burst pipe in my basement. I am very thankful that Russ had a low cost solution to fixing the pipe and making sure it did not happen in the future.

Eric came out to check AC. Estimate ended up roughly $4k- so there was a lot to discuss. I couldn’t have been more impressed. He was the most courteous, professional, patient tech I’ve ever met. Clearly experienced, extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood every detail. He broke things down simply which is appreciated when it’s easy to be overwhelmed with costs, etc. Guy was so helpful I almost wanted to ask him if he wanted to stay for dinner! Thank you Eric- you’ll be our first call on all future services.

AVERY was GREAT!!!.... He got right to work and got the old connectors off and the new ones on to replace one that had busted... He had to work hard in getting the heater restarted since the water had caused a vapor sensor to trip locking the unit down... He stuck with it and got it up and running again... Will definitely use the guys from Grey again

Serviced heat pump and replaced capacitor. Stephanie in the office was quite courteous, all over it and so promptly effective. Adam the tech was likewise absolutely great to work with, a total pro, really knew his stuff and completed it right on the spot to my 100% satisfaction.
