Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Indianapolis IN

Thomas inspected the recently installed refrigerator water line box, removed the recently replaced metal water pipe, inspected my kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, advised to replace both as well as to add a water softener, and answered my many questions.

Justin was super professional and very kind!! He was quick with diagnosing our water softener and very informative.

They installed a water softner at a decent price. Said they would have to move the water heater to fit it in, no big deal. Except there was water standing on the floor under the water heater an hour after they left. Guy came out next day to fix and still charged $150! stating corrosion at a connection was the cause. Seemed fine before they moved it. For the PRICE they charged up front, I guess I expected a better guarantee that my floor wouldn't be flooded when I woke up the next morning. Will use someone else next time.

Gus C was on time, professional and courteous. Took care not to track dirt in the house. Repaired our outside faucet very quickly. Great service!!

Had them take out a dishwasher and install a new one. Honest and did a quick job (unlike Hope Plumbing which found three things they also needed to fix which Grateful Plumber said worked just fine or just needed tightened). Also I appreciated they didn't have a flat fee for coming out, and would give you the price for the service over the phone unlike many companies.

The young man was polite and did his job. I have had good work from Carter's.

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!

Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! Avery did a great job of plumbing at my house. He was friendly and explained all that he did. He completed the work efficiently. I am very satisfied.

I called interested in a back up generator for our house. The first response I got was they started at 10K and they were booked through May. My impression was they only were interested in serious inquiries. I was turned off by this approach.
