Seth was awesome. I was having trouble with my water drain outside - it was clogged up and was backing up into the garage, where it would take hours to completely drain. He arrived on time and was very patient as I was explaining the issue and asking questions. He was honest with me in that outdoor drains weren't his specialty, but he would make a phone call to get a second opinion, which he did. While he wasn't able to clear out the clog in the outdoor drain himself, he was able to recommend a local company to help AND provided a DIY option as well. Best of all, at the end he didn't charge me a dime for the consultation, saying he didn't actually do anything. (I disagree, he was a huge help!) Really appreciate the time, information, and dedication to helping me troubleshoot.

I called at 7am on a Friday. The owner, Ron, came to my house for an estimate a few hours later. My basement was flooding, and after his team spent hours trying to fix the issue, we realized my old clay pipe sewer line need totally replaced. They have an awesome 12 month no interest finance program that you can use if you run into a big issue like we did. They also have a transferable lifetime guarantee, which was the icing on the cake. I was very pleased with each person that works for them, especially the owner for being present and so helpful. They kept me calm during a very stressful day, and are fixing the problem quickly so I can finish renovating my house to move in. I will he calling Pristine for any and all future plumbing needs (praying I don’t have any more though lol)

Michael was wonderful to work with. I had three pipes burst in a cold snap and he fixed them all. The company answered my phone call, scheduled an appointment right away and he was EARLY for the scheduled time!!! Then why water heater went out. The other plumber said I needed a new unit but didn't have time to put it in. I scheduled an install with Michael - had the new unit BUT he fixed the old one!!! Saved me thousands of dollars with the new piping that would have been needed. Again, honest, straight forward and KIND!!!

Great job. They came the same day, were right on time, installed the faucet, cleaned up and were gone in less than an hour. Nice, professional guys.

Josh and Jermaine were awesome! They were on time, professional, personal, did great work and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Best of all, they resolved our issue, which Mr. Quick could not and wanted to charge me $2300+ to bust up my floor and replace pipe, thus saving us a bunch money, time and headaches. My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!

I got my main drain line pretty clogged. Couldn’t use any bathroom or the washer machine. I called Roto-Rooter and I am glad I did it. Clint Williams took excellent care of the problem. Explained everything to me and gave me some options to do the job in trying to save me some money. I followed his recommendation and it worked pretty well. He was right.I found the cost of the service very reasonable, but more importantly, I am really happy with his professionalism, experience and quality of service. I will definitely call them again should I need a plumbing service!Roto-Rooter keep up the good work!

Jason is very knowledgeable and professional. He checked our water heater and he made sure we knew as new home owners how to maintain it. He answered all of our questions and was very nice. Thank you Plumb doctor for having such great customer service.

Don't go to a restaurant in your company vehicle, receive good service, but don't rip. Try McDonald's next time!

Steg was called to replace valve between water supply and toilet. Received a prompt service call same day. Tech was pleasant and had the new valve on in about 15 mins. However, we were given a bill for $190 and told if we joined a service plan it would be $170. Bill was excessive for service rendered. After tech left, toilet was found to run continuously. For $170 you think a tech would check it. Also, found debris and water on the floor, apparently poor clean up. We will look for better value next time.

Craig was wonder!! He is the most thorough and knowledgeable plumber I have ever worked with! He is very kind and patient and explaining the process and sharing the knowledge he has obtained over many years of experience. I would highly recommend Craig for any plumbing services. We were exceptionally happy, and will continue to request him with any future plumbing needs.

We had Casey install a water softener in our house. He said he would be here between 2 and 4. He got here a little after 2. We explained what we needed, he listened. He did the job we agreed upon, explained what we needed to know about water softeners and showed us how it works. Great job. We would highly recommend him. Thanks Casey.

Save yourself thousands of dollars and get yourself a second opinion after these people tell you your appliance is not under warranty or can't be fixed. Don't let them rush you into saving $600 if you have us replace it today. Our technician came out and told us our 2018 water heater was no longer under warranty and that it only had 3 year warranty. The suggested option was to replace it with a $5500 tankless. Instead, I checked out the warranty which was 9 years, and I got a free water heater exchange from Lowe's. We did not appreciate the lies or high pressure sales tactics.I gave 2 stars as they very quickly replaced our HVAC, though I've realized we overpaid greatly for that, they did a good job and were quick.
