We wanted to proactively replace our original main sewer line before it failed. I got a few quotes but LD Smith plumbing really clicked with us. TJ did the original inspection and quoting and I could tell from the beginning that it was going to be a good experience. I got an honest review of the current condition of the sewer pipe and his best recommendation for how to replace it to our criteria. (We went with the pipe bursting method)

After agreeing to the contract their front office was great at communicating with me to get the job scheduled. Once the job started I would even get text messages with photos of the workers and their ETAs which was very nice.

It was a big job scheduled for 3-days and we had the same crew everyday so it was nice to see the same faces. Tim was leading the crew of Wes, Trevor, and Isaac. They were all very courteous and professional. They did a good job of laying down carpets and runners to protect our indoor surfaces to keep it clean. And the outside work near the street was also kept clean and well marked with safety zones. I was updated during every step of the process. Once it was completed they did a fantastic job of putting everything back together in a clean way.

Overall I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely hire them again and recommend LD Smith Plumbing to my friends and neighbors.

Our main sewer line was block causing water to backup in the downstairs bathroom. We called Roto-Rooter to come out on a Saturday evening and they sent someone immediately. The service technician who came out was very friendly and had all the right tools to clear the blockage within just a few minutes.

Water line under sink started to leak right as businesses were closing, but not these guys! They were able to come out and fix the leak same day. Thank you Dustin for being courteous and professional.

Saturday afternoon had to call bc there was something wrong somewhere. Your guy Daniel was out super quick, listened to our problem, and went to work immediately to get us all fixed up. Daniel was super nice and got us back on track only a few hours after our initial call. Very reasonable price for the work, especially being on a weekend. Gave us info on maintenance and options for other services if/when we ever need them. Thank you so much Acme and thank you so much Daniel!!

Steg replied very quickly to a burst pipe in my basement. I am very thankful that Russ had a low cost solution to fixing the pipe and making sure it did not happen in the future.

The problem was quickly diagnosed, and multiple options were presented. He told me what was involved with each option so I could make a decision. I look forward to having the new water heater installed!

this was a plumbing check up...was going to flush my hot water heater but advised against it..really educated me on why..

Tyree responded inside of 30 min on a Sunday when our thermostat failed. After replacing a blown fuse, he stayed to check on other root causes that may have blown the fuse and found a limiter that was cause of new error code in furnace.

Casey was efficient, friendly, and flexible. He rebuilt/repaired leaking faucet in a jiffy for a very reasonable price. He also clearly explained my options and didn't try to pressure me into the more expensive longer term solution (of replacing the whole sink/the valves underneath that have issues too) since I couldn't afford at the moment and that was a relief. He even came back out to look at a side effect of the repair for me (a clogged aerator due to debris in my line from turning off and on my water to the house) for free. A gem among plumbers. 10/10 would call again.
