Best Water Tank Repair in Indianapolis IN

As a retiree I felt a need to get multiple bids on replacing the 2006 hot water tank after it stopped working and emptied its water down the drain. We had an intermittent leak above our ceiling. Another plumbing company came out twice and couldn’t find it. 3 Kings came out same day and actually found two separate pinhole pipe leaks, fixed both of them, and cleaned everything up before they left.

They first tried to help up figure out if it was a simple fix by relighting the pilot light, but when that didn't work, they knew we needed a replacement part. Not only did they first try to help us for free over the phone, they gave us an accurate estimate of how much the repair would be, and then came out the very next day and fixed it! The price stayed the same, the technician showed up on time, he had all the parts needed for the job, and he fixed our water heater within an hour! It was like he wasn't even there. My experience was very professional. I had the opportunity of meeting Mark Manson who was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Was patient and kind even when I continuously asked the same question over and over again he made sure that I had a understanding of what was to be done. I didn’t . He was friendly outgoing and made me feel comfortable and I was OK with having him in my home and felt secure that he would do a wonderful job. I also have the opportunity to work with Miguel Campos who was very professional help assist me with everything that I needed make sure that I didn’t have any additional questions. It was a great experience I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who may be having an issue with plumbing.

Had a great experience with Acme. No issues from beginning to end. They did extremely quick work and the problem hasn't returned.
