Best Water Tank Installation in Indianapolis IN

Needed a new water heater installed. It was picked up for us from Lowe’s, with the old one removed by hope. I was advised of when the plumbers would arrive and with each step of the process. Efficient, professional and friendly. The price for labor and the extra services was fair for such a project, highly recommend this company. We have joined their membership program, which will guarantee some discounts due to hope now being our preferred plumber

Do not recommend this company. A plumber was sent by Home Warranty due to seized pipe in our bathroom. As he could not clean the pipe (60 year old rusted galvanized pipe which needs replaced) he figured that he'd tell my warranty company that it was an improper installation, on a 60 year old house! He then asked for $300 out of pocket to replace the pipe. Coverage was denied to me because what he told the warranty company. This was more than two months ago. Since then I had three other plumbers come out, all reputable companies, and all said it was not an improper installation. Two months of going back and forth with my warranty company and they will now cover the replacement. I called LD Smith and asked that John call me back- he never did. He caused my family a ton of inconvenience with our sink not fixed for over two months now, made my warranty company deny us coverage, and tried to get $300 out of my pocket on the spot. Just awful.

I needed my main drain unclogged. When scheduling I informed them that we have already had someone out that used a 100ft auger and that did not work nor fixed the issue. What do they do. They come out use a 100ft auger (which isn’t going to work) and guess what! It didn’t work. Charged almost $450 and told us we need to call another company. Waste of time and money. When I scheduled, I feel they should’ve told me they were going to do the same thing and I wouldn’t of even went with them. One star because they at least came out quick to do nothing different.

I submitted an inquiry about an issue we are having with reduced water pressure. Mark phoned me and offered advice for free. Not only was the advice free, but it was free advice that would result in a free solution to fixing the problem. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Although I hope we do not have future plumbing issues that would require a service visit, if we do, I would absolutely contact Mark. Thanks!

Friendly through service. Called on Saturday and they were able to fix the problem right away. Even though they had given me a 4 hour window for when the plumber would arrive, he was actually there an hour and a half later. Very pleased with the work, I would use this company again.

Had an occasion to request a visit from Reasonable Plumbing to give me an estimate on a drain leak under my house. Solomon arrived promptly on time though he had to drive an hour to get here. I knew up front there would be a fee for the estimate. After crawling under my house and evaluating the situation he determined that he could not do the work until some other remedial work was done first. He then crawled back under the house and took video of the problem and sent it to me. When I asked about his fee he refused to take anything though I tried to get him to. He said he hadn’t been able to improve my situation so he wouldn’t take any money. My impression is that Solomon is a man of high integrity and someone who can be trusted to tell you the truth about your situation!
