Hope Plumbing is awesome. My tech was Sam. He was cordial, on time, and knowledgeable. He provided several quotes and was not pushy. I trusted him. The work was done quickly and my new faucet looks great! Highly recommend.

I called and they came out the same day and replaced the hot water heater. Daniel was very professional and did a great job in explaining everything and the install went very smoothly. I highly recommend.

sump pump failed and 3 kings plumbing had it replaced in a very short amount of time. They did a good job in the replacement as they noticed, the previous installation was actually not done correctly. Very much appreciate how quickly they replaced the sump pump as my basement was flooding due to rain.

The problem was that our powder room toilet was dripping into the basement. Adam identified the problem immediately as an incorrect sealing used to set the toilet. He corrected the problem using the correct sealing and the problem was solved.

This is the second time Tim H has been out to do work at our house. Tim has done redesign jobs and some simple jobs for us. Best plumber ever.

Devon was very nice and professional and was sure to explain the process as he worked to clear
the sewer. He wasn’t presented with an easy job as the sewer was full of tree roots but he was diligent in his work to make sure it was done right.

We live in an older home, with old pipes, and I have used LD Smith three different times on three different issues, with the first one being the middle of the night, when several other local companies couldn’t assist me.

Every team member has been professional and transparent when it comes to what is wrong and what is necessary to fix, versus what can wait.

There is no pressure or up selling and they do a thorough job to ensure the customer is satisfied before leaving the home.

Our water heater went out in the morning and by 4:00 Mr. Rooter was knocking on my door to install a new one. They did a great job, were very professional and the price was good. All around good experience.

This company is total scam! We were coerced into paying 200 dollars for NOT removing the scale in our water heater.
We contacted them for scale removal because our water heater was making loud noises and they said they could fix it but when they arrived we were told there’s nothing they can do because “the noise totally normal” and lime scale cannot be removed, but since they are already here we still have to pay the 200 dollars we “agreed upon”.
As a immigrant family who just moved to the United States we feel totally taken advantage of. What we agreed to pay for was a scale removal service but this whole situation just turned out to be a scam. We have given all the information to them beforehand, if it is clear that it couldn’t be done in the first place then they should have told us instead of coming here and ask us to pay for something they didn’t do.

Called Casey when my water turned brown and stopped flowing, fearing the worst - he came out promptly and was immediately able to diagnose the issue (water softener), quote me a very fair price to replace the unit, and set up a time to replace the softener. I called him after his initial visit with questions I'd forgotten to ask, and he was very responsive and helpful. Installation was smooth, he walked me through all the details - overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

Orlando has been to my house a few times. He’s a very nice guy and very respectful. He explains things to me thoroughly to make sure I understand. He has provided very good service.
