They didn't make our originally scheduled appointment, but came out first thing the next day. Leon did a thorough evaluation and provided us multiple options. He was able to complete the repair we chose the same day. Will definitely call them again when we're ready to redo our kitchen.

They were able to get to us fairly quick initially. The problem was one that could've been several different things, so they checked on a part and told us what we could easily do ourselves (soaking a certain part in vinegar to remove build up). When we had a new leak after our appointment, they came right back the next day, fixed it, and waived the service fee. The plumber was very friendly and explained the process as he went along.

Mr. Rooter has been fantastic. We used them several years ago to install a new water heater. We've used them to service our hot water heater as well. Unfortunately we've had to get another new water heater with the addition of a softener. They have been so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend them. Really liked Gregory, the technician. Quick and easy annual furnace check, free with their membership program. Service Plus has done a lot of work for us. The technicians are always pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. When we had a problem in the past it was resolved quickly. Sometimes I feel like their repair charges are high, but I’m not sure they are higher than anyone else. I really like their ‘call when they are on the way’ policy and contact throughout the day giving us updates on expected arrival time.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.

Told me I didnt have a leak and needed a new water softener, which they sold me. 2 weeks later, no hot water. Came back out and said I had a leak. Leak detection tells me that I had the leak all along and that I didnt need a new water heater.
